先生こんばんは。素敵なスタジオですね。先生が出産した病院選ぶ基準は何ですか。私は無痛分娩で通える距離ぐらいしか浮かばない。私はもうこの2つで選びました。私はもう本当にすぐに通える家から本当にすぐで無痛分娩をやっているところで選びました。はい。あとはやっぱり高齢出産なのでNICUがあった方がいいとかそういう、どれが自分の中で必要かというのは考えていただければいいかなと思います。 はいという感じでございます。今日のあのメイクは今日結構後ろが...こんな感じと思ってなかったんですけどかわいい。今回もう秋メイク。もうねSSじゃなくてADの商品を使おうと思って、今季SHISEIDOのあの4色のアイシャドウもすっごい可愛かったんですけど、今季SUQQUはなんとじゃじゃん。7月に発売のやつはモノルックアイズと言って単色のアイシャドウになってます。単色アイシャドウです。 このうち私可愛いなと思いましたのがSの02番ですね。こちらSの02番をちょっと全体的に塗ってこのLの03をキラキラで塗りました。このSの03なんかちょっと見ると薄く見えるんですけど塗ると結構こういう感じであの奥行きを出してくれる。そこにキラキラを重ねていますこんな感じのアイシャドウで、これいろんな色があるのでこっちのサテンとLは何度...LLLLサテンとラスターだね。大粒のラスターのLの03はだから大粒のラスターはちょっと真ん中だけ入れてサテンのSの02を全体的に入れてます。結構これ入れるとこんな感じで結構深い色になるんですよ。深くないですかね。もう秋です。 はい。なのでこっちを使っています。本当に単色使いなんだけど立体感が出るんですよね。すごいなぁと思います。やっぱりSUQQUってそれだけでもだからこうふっと目をした時にちょっとキラーンとなるような感じで入れておりますはい。で今日はちょっとかっこよく仕上げたかったのでチークはRMKのピュアコンプレクションブラッシュの14番、クラウドフルールっていうちょっとなんかなんだろうなくすみピンクみたいな感じのやつを使ってますのここに何かがついてちょっと持って...こっちか。んはいこっちにしました。ちょっとね大人っぽく可愛くというよりはくすみピンクで。あのシックにやりたかったのでそこをやっておりますちょっと待ちくださいね。 For seborrheic dermatitis, regarding foundation - you probably can't apply much, but if you do, powder is best. For budget peeling items, cleansers and facial washes are good options. Regarding marriage hunting makeup - it depends on what suits your face. Even the same pink has colors that look better on some people. Regarding stress relief when something bad happens - discussing it rather than worrying alone is really important. For post-acne pigmentation, using whitening products and vitamin C serums are quite good. Stretch mark prevention cream - honestly, there's no completely effective stretch mark prevention cream. Since stretch marks come from rapid skin stretching or thinning, any moisturizing product works. Oil or moisturizing cream - really anything is fine as long as you moisturize thoroughly. Regarding long UVA protection - the sun screen itself is most important. Choose a sunscreen that properly protects against long UVA. On top of that, powder foundation would be better. Regarding the whitening product I recommend most for spots - it's the Hada-Labo Shiro-Jyun products. Among everything I've used, I think La Roche-Posay is the most effective. I absolutely bring La Roche-Posay when going to Okinawa. Regarding my personal color tone - some thought I might be warm autumn, but I've discovered I'm actually cool-toned. The consultant said I'm hard to categorize, as I seem like I could wear many things, but certain colors are more flattering. After draping analysis, I finally understood my seasonal color type. I used to dismiss personal color analysis, thinking I could just wear what I like, and I still believe that. But when choosing among many options, it makes sense to narrow down using color theory. Especially for clothing, it was incredibly helpful - outfits I thought didn't suit me suddenly worked when selected by my color palette. After three toning treatments, my skin got much brighter overall, but the number of freckles didn't actually decrease. Since toning targets overall dullness rather than individual spots, combining toning with light therapy might be more effective for freckles.
