皆さんこんにちは、友利新です。もうだんだん日差し強くなってきましたね。これまでもたくさん日焼け止めをご紹介してきたんですけども、今日は肌タイプ別、悩み別で選ぶ、友利新が本気で選んだ絶対に焼かない、そして美肌になる日焼け止め6選をご紹介したいと思います。日焼け止めどうやって選べばいいかなって思っている方は、これ悩みだなーとか、自分はこういう肌状態だなーって思うような感じで選べるように解説していっていますので、ぜひ最後までご覧ください。 こちらは、厚生労働省が美白の有効成分として承認を下したグリチルレチン酸ステアリルっていう成分が入っています。このグリチルレチン酸ステアリルっていうのは、もともとは抗炎症の成分なんですね。親戚みたいなもので言うとグリチルリチン酸ジカリウムっていうものがいるんですけれども、このグリチルリチン酸ジカリウムよりもしっかりと炎症を抑えてくれるのがグリチルレチン酸ステアリルなんですね。これ自体は油溶性で油にしっかり溶けるので、乳液にしっかり溶かしていって、これ自体が炎症も抑えて肌の赤みも抑えてくれるんですけれども、炎症を抑えることによってシミの生成を抑えてくれるっていうところにもなるので、美白もしながら赤みも抑えてくれるっていうダブルの効能ってことも素晴らしいなと思っております。 そして雪肌精にはサンゴ草エキスというものが入っています。これはですね、細胞の壁っていうものを厚くしてくれるって言われている成分なんですね。肌自体の細胞の一つ一つの壁が強くなるっていうことは、それがレンガのように積み重なっているバリア機能を整えてくれて、外的刺激が入ってこないようにする。そうするとまた炎症を抑えてくれるっていうところになっています。 今回は紫外線だけじゃなくて可視光線と呼ばれるものもブロックしていきます。実はこの可視光線、ブルーとかバイオレットの色の光になるんですが、それってロングUVAと同じように肌の奥深くまで入っていって肝斑だったりとか皮膚のダメージっていうものを悪化させるっていうことがわかってるんですね。特に肝斑って基底膜付近にいるメラノサイトが興奮した状態って言われていて、通常の紫外線が当たるだけでも興奮していっぱいメラニンを作っちゃうんですけど、可視光線が当たることにさらに興奮しちゃってメラニンをわーって作っちゃうんですよね。なのでできるだけ可視光線も紫外線も当たらないようにするっていうところがポイントになってきます。 なのでやっぱり独自のフィルターをしっかりと掛け合わせることによってメラニンの暴走である肝斑を作らせないようにしてあげるっていうところが今回のラロッシュポゼのティントのポイントになってきます。あと肝斑っていうのはシミよりもちょっと赤茶色っぽい色になってくるっていうのがポイントなんですが、その赤茶色みたいなものを自然にカバーするようなティントの色味っていうところもその大人世代、肝斑が悩む世代にはすごくいいんじゃないかなというふうに思います。 I've introduced many sunscreens before, but today I want to introduce 6 sunscreens selected by skin type and concern - sunscreens that Arata Tomori has seriously chosen to absolutely prevent sunburn while achieving beautiful skin. For those wondering how to choose a sunscreen, I'll explain them in a way that lets you select based on your concerns or skin condition, so please watch until the end. First is for those concerned about redness and inflammation of the skin. Many people are concerned about redness these days, and the root cause is chronic low-grade inflammation happening in the skin. When UV rays hit this, it causes further inflammation, so applying sunscreen properly is important, but adding ingredients that prevent inflammation during the day is also key.
