友利新が選ぶのはこっち！皮膚科医が化粧水と美容液のオススメを紹介します

皆さんこんにちは、友利新です。ちょっと前にですね「使うならどっち」というものをやったところ、すごい好評でぜひ第2弾もやってほしいということがありましたので、今回は「使うならどっち」という第2弾をやらせていただこうと思います。結構ね、私の動画を見ている方で「これを2つ紹介しているけれども、すごく似ているので、どういうふうに使い分けてますか」とか「どっちの方がいいですか」っていう質問が多いものをちょっと3つ上げてみました。疑問に思っているものがあればいいなぁと思いますので、よかったら最後までご覧ください。 では早速、一つ目はカルテHDのスプレータイプとキュレルのスプレータイプ。使うならどっち？正直どちらもですね、素晴らしい保湿剤だと思うんですね。キュレルにはですね、偽セラミドというものが入っています。偽セラミドっていうもの自体がスプレータイプのものに入れられるということはなかなかなかった。そもそも偽セラミドを作れるということ自体も、まあ花王さんの技術なんですが、細かいスプレーに入れられるということも花王さんの技術になります。 あともう一つはですね、アラントインと言って、高い炎症抑制だったりとか、傷の修復を促すというような成分も入っていますので、炎症を抑えつつ、肌の修復も直しつつ、プラスアルファでセラミドを補っていって保湿をするっていうようなタイプになっています。なので、炎症がベースに起こりそうな乾燥肌の人にはすごくいいのかなというふうに思います。 もう一つですね、カルテHDさんっていうのはヘパリン類似物質ですよね。最近ちょっと話題になって、3年前ぐらいにヘパリン類似物質っていうのを保険診療でも出せる、ヒルドイドっていうクリームがあるので、それを美容目的で使うのはやめてくださいっていうね、動画を撮ったんです。けれども注意喚起が広まらなかったのか、保険対象に外されるんじゃないかっていうようなネガティブな声もあるので、ちょっと残念だなと思うんですけれども、そこに入っているヘパリン自体は、水分をですね引っ張ってくる能力というのがすごく高いものなんですね。ヒルドイドの中に入っているヘパリン類似物質と同じヘパリン類似物質が入っているのが、このカルテHDさんになっています。 ヒルドイド使ってもらったことある人ってすごくよくわかると思うんですが、めちゃめちゃベタベタしてるんですよ。顔に塗ったりすると、本当テカテカになってベタベタになるので、それがスプレータイプも中にはあるんですけれども、それよりもっと目が細かくなって、本当に霧状になって、気持ちいいものになっています。 さっきがアラントインだったんですが、グリチルリチン酸ジカリウムが入っています。グリチルリチン酸ジカリウムの他にも、セラミドにちょっと似ているような成分やポリマー剤だったりとか、しっかりと入っているんですね。なので正直そっくりなものになっています。 使うならどっちっていうのを決めなくちゃいけないんですけれども、ぶっちゃけどれが好きかになるかなと思います。保湿剤としてはセラミドもヘパリンもめちゃめちゃいい成分なんですね。言うならばヘパリンの方が血行促進っていうところもあるので、そういう意味では、ちょっとだけ美容効果もあるのかなというふうには思うんですけれども、正直どちらも高い炎症抑制もできて、めちゃめちゃ保湿もできるので、使うのはどっちっていうよりはどっちも好みです。本当にごめんなさい。どっちがいいって言おうと思ったんですが、言えないぐらい本当に素晴らしいなぁと思っていて。言うならば、ユーカリエキスとかが疑似セラミドだけじゃなくて、セラミドをね、生産させるっていう機能があるっていうことで、まぁそういう意味でもキュレルの方がいいし、でもちょっとこのヘパリンの血行促進っていう意味だったら、こちらでもいいし、違いはそこまでないかなっていうふうに思います。 続いてはこちら、エンビロンのシークエンスセラムとドクターKのABCGリペアセラムです。実はね、以前紹介したABCGリペアセラム、こういう瓶だったと思うんですけれども、エアレスポンプのものにリニューアルしてますので、ちょっとこちらでご説明したいなと思うんですが、どちらもレチノールが入っているっていうようなレチノール美容液で代表的なものになるので、先生「ぶっちゃけどっちがいいですか」って聞かれることが多いので、今日はちゃんとジャッジをしようと思います。 まずエンビロンはですね、ビタミンAの誘導体とビタミンAレチノール自体が入っています。プラスアルファでペプチドっていうエイジングケアには欠かせない成分がしっかり入っているんですね。なので、使ってもらった方はわかると思うんですが、ツヤとか、ハリカンとかっていう感じで。テクスチャーは、いい意味で言うとしっとりっていうような感じで、テクスチャーがかなり好き嫌い分かれるかなと思うんですが、エイジングケアに特化しているものになります。なので、細かいシワだったりとか、ハリカンだったりですね、そういったものに対してのアプローチが、ペプチドとレチノール誘導体とレチノールと合わさっていくことによって、本当にエイジングケアには一番なんじゃないかなと、レチノール美容液の中ではと思っています。なので、こっちはより、エイジングケアをしたい人、乾燥肌だったりとか、ちょっとお年が入った方には、こちらの方がいいかなと思いますし。 じゃあこちらのドクターKのABCGリペアセラムなんですが、レチノール誘導体ですね、パルミチン酸レチノールがベースに入っています。プラスアルファでビタミンCの誘導体、そしてナイアシンアミド、グルタチオンというものがぎゅっと詰まっているんですね。これはですね、毛穴に特化しているレチノールの美容液です。元々ドクターK自体が、神山先生がニキビだったりとか、毛穴に特化したクリニックの治療をされているところで、毛穴の開きだったりがどういうふうに起こってくるのか、どういうふうなアプローチをした方がいいのかっていう組み合わせを考えた時に、パルミチン酸レチノール、ビタミンCの誘導体、ナイアシンアミド、グルタチオンということを考え抜いているんですね。 パルミチン酸レチノールとかっていうのは親油性になるので、少しテクスチャーはこっくりなんですけれども、毛穴に対してネガティブにならないようなベースの機材を使っているので、美容液なのでしっとりはしているんですけど、変なベタつきはなく、朝は1本で大丈夫っていうぐらい、さっぱりしています。使い続けていくうちにエイジングケアもできるんですが、どちらかというと、たるみ毛穴とか毛穴がもともと気になっていて、脂性肌でボコつきとか気になっているっていう方には良いものなんじゃないかなと思うので、私はですね、実は朝はドクターKを、夜はエンビロンをっていう使い分けをしてたりもするぐらいで。ただ夏になるとテクスチャーが良いドクターKにしようかなとか、そういう違いはありますけれども、どちらも素晴らしいので、特に毛穴が気になるっていう方はドクターK、エイジングに特化したいっていうんだったら、エンビロンかなっていう風に思っております。 続いてこちら、カネボウのスキンハーモナイザーとファンケルのトイロバランシングドロップス。どちらもですね、皮脂の量ではなくて、皮脂の質にこだわったものになります。深掘り動画をそれぞれ見ていただきたいんですが、見てないという方のためにざっくり言うとですね、皮脂と一言でも言ってもですね、いろんな成分があるんですね。その中でも「酸化脂肪酸」って言われるもの自体が、肌に再吸収されやすくて、肌の炎症を起こしたりということなんですよ。酸化脂肪酸自体はバランスで言うとそんなに多いわけじゃないんですけれども、肌荒れを起こしていたりとか、乾燥肌の人でも脂性肌の人でも気象中でも悪玉化しやすいものが多いとですね、皮脂の量は少なくても肌の赤みだったりとか、あとニキビの元になったりとか、そういったことが起こるから。 悪玉になる皮脂をまずスキンハーモナイザーは、再吸収されないようにベールをかけてブロックしましょうっていうもの。ファンケルのトイロはですね、もともと悪玉化する皮脂は少ないんですけれども、多くある皮脂自体も、紫外線とかが当たったりすると悪玉化しちゃうので、そういったことをさせないようにするっていうものになっています。 じゃあどういうふうに使い分けるかっていうと、皮脂テカさんにはカネボウのスキンハーモナイザーがいいんじゃないかなと思いますし、より敏感肌の方はファンケルのトイロの方がいいんじゃないかなと思います。もちろんカネボウのスキンハーモナイザーを敏感の人が使ってはいけないというわけじゃなくて、敏感肌の人でも毛穴ケアをしていくっていうことを考えて作られているのがスキンハーモナイザーなんですが、エタノールが入っているところもあって。エタノール自体が肌に悪いとかじゃないんですが、一部敏感肌の方の中には、エタノールがちょっと苦手っていう方もいらっしゃるのかなと思うので。でもそれが皮脂テカの方にしてみれば、スーッとするし、それによって「皮脂トラップ技術」っていうものがコンプリートされるので、必要な成分だと思うんですが、そこが一部ちょっと気になるっていう方はですね、ファンケルの方はですね、もちろんその皮脂が肌に再吸収していくっていうことを防ぐわけではないんですが、独自の成分が入っているというところではいいのかなと。ただやっぱり体感としてすぐにわかりやすいのは、絶対こちらのスキンハーモナイザーなんですよ。1日2日使っただけなんか皮脂の崩れ感がないとか、赤みがちょっと良くなるっていう速攻性はこちらなんですけれども、より敏感肌の人はファンケルの方が、使い続けていくと、質っていうのが変わってくるのがわかるので、こっちの方がいいんじゃないかなと思います。がエタノールも全然大丈夫で、速攻性が欲しいよっていう人は、カネボウのこのスキンハーモナイザーの方がいいんじゃないかなというふうに思います。 はい、ということで今日もですね、「使うならどっち」ということで、皆さんのコメントが多かったものをピックアップしてみたつもりなんですけれども、他にもね、気になっているものがあれば、ぜひぜひ教えていただければ、ピックアップして「使うならどっち」ということで、やりたいなと思うので、よかったらコメント欄に書いていただけると嬉しいです。どれがダメとかではなくて、合う合わないがあるので、しっかりと話していければなぁと思いますので、よかったらチャンネル登録よろしくお願いします。では、また次の動画でお会いしましょう。

Hello everyone, this is Arata Tomori. A while ago, I did a video called "Which One Would You Use?" and it was very well received, with many requests for a second installment. So today, I'm going to do the second installment of "Which One Would You Use?" Many viewers of my videos ask questions like "You introduce these two products, but they're very similar—how do you differentiate between them?" or "Which one is better?" I've picked three such comparisons that people frequently ask about, so I hope you'll find the answer to your question. Please watch until the end. So, first up: Curél spray type versus Kalte HD spray type. Which one would you use? Honestly, I think both are excellent moisturizers. Curél contains pseudo-ceramide, which is something that isn't often incorporated into spray-type products. Being able to create pseudo-ceramides is actually Kao's technology, and being able to put it in fine spray is also Kao's technology. Another ingredient is allantoin, which helps suppress inflammation and promote skin repair. So it works by suppressing inflammation, promoting skin recovery, and additionally replenishing ceramides for moisturization. This type is particularly good for people with dry, inflamed skin. On the other hand, Kalte HD contains heparin-like substance. This became a topic about three years ago when I made a video warning people not to use Hirudoid cream—which can be prescribed under insurance for its heparin-like substance content—for cosmetic purposes. It's unfortunate that the warning didn't spread widely, and there were concerns it might be delisted from insurance coverage. However, the heparin itself in this product has a very high ability to draw water to the skin. Kalte HD contains the same heparin-like substance found in Hirudoid. People who have used Hirudoid know very well that it's extremely sticky. When you apply it to your face, it becomes shiny and sticky, so while there are spray types with this property, Kalte's version has a much finer mist and feels more pleasant. While Curél has allantoin, Kalte HD contains glycyrrhizic acid dipotassium. Besides that, it contains components similar to ceramides and polymer agents. So they're quite similar actually. I have to decide which one to recommend, but honestly, it comes down to personal preference. Both ceramides and heparin are excellent moisturizing ingredients. If I had to say, heparin has the added benefit of promoting blood circulation, so there might be a slight beauty benefit there. But honestly, both have good anti-inflammatory effects and excellent moisturizing properties, so rather than choosing which one, I'd say it's about personal preference. I'm sorry I can't definitively say which is better—I think both are truly excellent. If I had to add something, eucalyptus extract doesn't just work as a pseudo-ceramide but also has the function of promoting ceramide production, so Curél might be slightly better in that regard. But considering heparin's blood circulation-promoting effect, this one is good too. I don't think there's that much of a difference. Next up: Envirion's Sequence Serum versus Doctor K's ABCG Repair Serum. Actually, the ABCG Repair Serum I introduced before came in a bottle like this, but it's been reformulated with an airless pump, so I'd like to explain this new version. Both contain retinol and are representative retinol serums, so I'm often asked "Doctor, which one is better?" So today I'm going to make a proper judgment. First, Environ contains vitamin A derivatives and retinol itself, plus peptides, which are essential for anti-aging care. So users will notice a glossy, plump appearance. The texture is, in a good way, quite rich and moist, which some people may or may not prefer, but it's specialized for anti-aging care. So it addresses fine lines and loss of firmness through a combination of peptides, retinol derivatives, and retinol, which I think makes it the best retinol serum for anti-aging. So this is better for people who want to focus on anti-aging, those with dry skin, or older individuals. Now, regarding Doctor K's ABCG Repair Serum: it contains retinol derivative—specifically, retinyl palmitate—as its base. Plus vitamin C derivative, niacinamide, and glutathione all packed in. This is a retinol serum specialized for pore care. Doctor K itself is a clinic run by Dr. Kamiyama, who specializes in acne and pore treatments. When considering how pores enlarge and what approach would be best, they carefully formulated this with retinyl palmitate, vitamin C derivative, niacinamide, and glutathione. Retinyl palmitate is lipophilic, so the texture is a bit thick, but they use base materials that won't negatively affect pores. While it's a serum so it's moist, it doesn't have an uncomfortable stickiness—just one application in the morning is enough, it's quite light. Over time it provides anti-aging benefits too, but it's particularly good for people with sagging pores or naturally large pores who have oily skin with bumpy texture concerns. Personally, I use Doctor K in the morning and Environ at night. Though in summer, I might switch to Doctor K because of its lighter texture. Both are excellent, so if pores are your main concern, I'd recommend Doctor K. If you want to focus on anti-aging, I'd go with Environ. Finally: Kanebo's Skin Harmonizer versus Fancl's Toiro Balancing Drops. Both focus on the quality of sebum rather than quantity. I'd like you to watch the deep-dive videos on each, but for those who haven't: even when we talk about sebum, it contains various components. Among them, oxidized fatty acids are easily reabsorbed by the skin and cause inflammation. While oxidized fatty acids aren't abundant in proportion, they easily become "bad" sebum in people with skin irritation, dry skin, oily skin, or combination skin. Even with low sebum quantity, this causes redness and leads to breakouts. Skin Harmonizer prevents bad sebum from being reabsorbed by putting a protective barrier over it. Fancl's Toiro works on a different principle: while bad sebum is naturally low, the abundant sebum can become bad when exposed to UV rays, so it prevents that from happening. For sebum-prone, oily skin, I'd recommend Kanebo's Skin Harmonizer. For more sensitive skin, I'd recommend Fancl's Toiro. Of course, sensitive skin individuals can use Skin Harmonizer—it's actually formulated with sensitive skin pore care in mind. However, it contains ethanol, and while ethanol isn't bad for skin, some sensitive individuals are ethanol-sensitive. For oily skin people, the ethanol provides that refreshing sensation and completes the "sebum trap technology," so it's a necessary ingredient. But if you're sensitive to that, Fancl's approach is better. While it doesn't prevent sebum reabsorption the same way, it has unique ingredients that help. Still, the quickest, most noticeable results come from Skin Harmonizer—after just a day or two, you notice less sebum breakdown and improved redness. But for sensitive skin people, Fancl shows better results over time as the skin quality improves. So if you're fine with ethanol and want quick results, Kanebo's Skin Harmonizer is your best bet. So today I've picked out three products that many of you have commented about in "Which One Would You Use?"
