そして事務所にお誕生日のプレゼントを送っていただいた方も本当にたくさん、ありがとうございます。事務所がお花だらけになっておりますし、今日もお花をと思ったんですけども、みなさんからいただいたものとはまた別で、ちょっとやろうと思って、今、高田さんにお願いをしていて、通常だったら取りに行かなきゃなんですけれども、今日は特別に届けてくださるということでお願いをしております。 お誕生日は昨日だったんですけども、子どもたちと、あと姪っ子と姉が来ておりまして、昨日は家で家族と姪っ子と姉、全員でお誕生日をお祝いしてケーキも食べました。皆さんも私と一緒にお誕生日をお祝いするような感じでケーキ食べましたなんて言っていただけて、本当にありがたいなと思っております。 今日は仕事もあったし、子どもたちは春休みなので、今日はジョイポリスに行ったりして姪っ子たちと楽しんでおります。明日はまたクリニックで、終わったら姪っ子たちが明後日帰るので、明日はまた外でご飯を食べるという、何度も祝わせていただきたいなと思っております。 実は先週火曜日、YouTubeライブをお休みさせてもらったんですけれども、お仕事でシンガポールに一泊三日で行ってたんですよ。月曜日の夜中に羽田を出発して、火曜日の朝6時ぐらいにシンガポールに着いて、その日一日いろんな方とミーティングして、火曜日泊まって、水曜日にもいろいろなミーティングや見学をして、水曜日の夜ご飯を食べたら、その足で空港に行って、11時の飛行機に乗って帰るという強行スケジュールでした。 それで木曜日の朝5時55分に羽田に着いたんですけど、10時から私が社外取締役をしているイノバセル（再生医療の会社）の株主総会があったので、着替えてメイクしてそのまま虎ノ門の株主総会に行って、その後もミーティングをこなしました。木曜日はすごく疲れていて、金曜日にみなさんのハッピーバースデーのメッセージを読ませてもらった時も、まだ体がフワフワしている状態でした。 （視聴者コメント：そのスケジュールだと向こうでエルメスを買う時間はなかったですか？） ただ、空港には免税店というものがございまして、たまたま免税店があったので、旅の思い出にストールを購入させていただきました。ストールってやっぱりいくつあっても足りないですね。 （誕生日当日は何をしていたか） 昨日は普通に仕事していました。朝、ヴォーグの雑誌の取材と撮影があって、それから打ち合わせを2、3本やって、という感じです。6時くらいから家族でお誕生日パーティーみたいな感じでした。 （ヒーライトは吹き出物に効果ありますか） ヒーライトはそれで一発ですぐ吹き出物が治るという感じではないですね。 スカーフはまだ開封してないんですよ。リールの時につけていたのはまた別のスカーフで、今回はいつもエルメスのスカーフって柄があるものばかりしか持っていなかったので、今回は柄がない、よく見ないと絵が描いてあるように見えないようなものになっています。 （アレキサンドライトレーザーのレーザーフェイシャルの効果効能について） アレキサンドライトのレーザーフェイシャルは、シミやソバカスというよりは毛穴やくすみに効果があると思います。私自身はシミやソバカスが取れるという感じでは思っていないです。 （来月初めてボトックスを顎にやります） 顎は不自然になるようなことはないので大丈夫だと思います。 （肌荒れニキビタイプの化粧品について、視聴者と一緒に検索） アクネケアパーフェクトエッセンスのことですね。まだアマゾンでは売ってなくて、ヤフーショッピングでしか売っていないみたいです。2月20日から全国のドラッグストアで発売と書いてありますね。ベタつきについては、グリチルリチン酸が入っているからかもしれません。ちょっと確認しておきますね。 シンガポールは行きが7時間、帰りが6時間なんですね。行きは12時ぐらいに出て、離陸してすぐ寝れるわけじゃなくて、着陸の1時間ぐらい前には起こされるので、結局行き帰り合わせて4時間ぐらいしか寝れないんですよ。中途半端に寝て中途半端に起きちゃう。それなのに映画で『東京タクシー』をやっていて、行きで見て途中で寝ちゃったので、帰りも気になって最後まで見ちゃったんです。だから結果3時間ぐらいしか寝てないまま帰ってきました。 （サプリのエクオールについて） 私はホルモンバランス的な部分ではなかなか言及はできないですけど、私は更年期対策で飲んでいます。私自身はホットフラッシュや関節の痛みはほぼないんですけれども、たまに心がざわざわしたりするので、そういったところにはいいかなと思って飲んでいます。 （新美メソッドの深掘りについて） いろいろ皆さんから聞いて、いろいろやらないと私も分からないので、皆さんから言われたものを見ないとなって思います。私自身は15、6年ずっとベスコスのお仕事などをしているので、新しい新発売のものはリリースが送られてきて、それを見ながら化粧品を試すというのをお仕事としてやっていました。昔はプレスの方だけがやっていたことを、今はインフルエンサーの方もやるので境目が分からなくなってきているところはありますが、そういうのをずっとやっているので、大半は知っているんですけれども、全部が全部分かるわけではないので、皆さんから教えていただけるのはすごくありがたいです。 （アベイユオイルセロムについて） ゲランはちょっとアッパーなイメージですけど、アベイユはそんなことなくて、オイルセロムは一見ベタベタしていますが、ツヤ感が欲しい乾燥肌の人だったら、ものすごくいいと思います。肌の炎症を抑えるのは絶対必要不可欠なことで、ゲランの秘伝のタレとも言われるブラックビーハニーからできている炎症作用が高いエキスをふんだんに入れているので、肌のツヤ感・安定感はすごくいいなと思います。 （エステの光治療について） エステというのは治療はできないですから、エステで治療というのは違反です。エステはリラクゼーションだと思ってください。治療をするのは医療機関だけになります。シミやシワを改善したいんだったら医療かなと思います。 （渋谷くんについて） 個人のことなのでどこまで言っていいか分からないですが、医師免許を捨てたというより、医師免許を使って社会貢献をするためのポジションに進んだっていう感じですかね。 （先生はいろんなスキンケアを紹介していますが、継続して効果を実感してから紹介しているのか、研究結果を見て紹介しているのか） 自分で使う時もありますし、研究結果を見て紹介することもあります。私自身は元脂性肌で、今はどちらかというとエイジング向きのインナードライ肌なので、私の肌でいい悪いを試すよりは、研究データを基にしてお話をするということが私自身の役目かなと思っています。 （チークをして紫外線を浴びるとシミの原因になるか） 関係ないですね。チークはシミの原因にはならないです。シミの原因になるのは日焼け止めを塗っていないということです。 ちなみにXで、ファチュイテの日焼け止めについて「なんで界面活性剤が入ってないんだろう」と誰かが書いていたので、私はその理由を知っているのでそれについて投稿したら、すごくバズってリポストされました。よかったら見ていただければと思います。 （自分が何肌かわからない、ニキビができるのは脂性肌か） 自分が何肌かわからないということは、普通肌だと思います。なぜかというと乾燥肌の人は絶対に乾燥がわかるし、脂性肌の人はめちゃくちゃ脂が出るのでわかるんです。乾燥もしたりニキビもできたりという人は普通肌だと思います。 （ロングUVA対応の日焼け止めについて） ロングUVAというのは、UVAの中でも400からちょっと長い波長のものなんですけども、一番深く研究していたのは多分ロレアルさんだと思います。ロレアルの化粧品にはUVAマークというものがあって、独自のフィルターを持っているんです。10年ぐらい前からロングUVAという概念があって、最近は日本のブランドもフォーカスするようになりました。アスタリフト（フジフイルムさん）が結構詳しくやっていると思います。今回は資生堂さんやファチュイテさんもロングUVAにフォーカスして、フィルターを重ねることで対処しているという感じです。私はロレアルさんと一緒にUVAアンバサダーとしてずっとやってきたので、日焼け止めが普及して、ロングUVAというものも世の中に知られるようになったのは、すごくありがたいなと思います。 （花を届けてくれた高田さんとの会話） 高田さん、いつもありがとうございます。今日は染めたカーネーションを持ってきていただいて、本当にありがとうございます。高田さんと出会ってもう4、5年になりますね。私が住んでいたサービスアパートメントの下にあったのがケイトローズさんで、そこで色々お世話になっています。東京駅の向かいの八重洲の1階に行かれる際は、ぜひケイトローズさんに行ってみてください。 （最新製薬のデモルンリンクルについて） 最新製薬さんって昼間のCMみたいなイメージなんですけども、実は最新製薬と言っているぐらいで、コラーゲンなどの研究をずっとしていらっしゃるところなので、化粧水や美容液がめちゃくちゃ良かったです。 （赤ちゃんに触れる際の自分の化粧品について） ほっぺが触れるぐらいだったら、ラメがついてどうこうっていうのじゃなければ、そんなに気にしなくていいと思いますよ。 （肥粒腫の対策について） 肥粒腫って体質みたいなものがあるので、対策はなかなかできないんです。できたら取るのが一番いいと思います。 （イソトレチノインについて） イソトレチノインは皮脂を止めるという感じです。アイソトレチノインを使ったアイゾンブースターは、脂性肌の方がヒアルロン酸を小さくする技術のものなのでいいと思います。 （ハリで肥粒腫を除去した場合の日焼け止めについて） それが今傷になっていないかどうかはちょっとわからないので、なんとも言えないですね。 （イソトレチノインの副作用について） イソトレチノインは本当に重度のニキビの方に出すもので、副作用としては乾燥（換気の障害）、ちょっと鬱っぽくなるというところ、あとは妊娠中はやっぱり飲めない、妊活している人は飲めません。飲んで2回生理が来てから妊娠を考えてくださいというところになるので、それを気をつけて飲んでいただくということが一番かなと思います。 （コラーゲンがたっぷり入ったクリームについて） コラーゲンがたっぷり入ったクリームを塗ったとて、コラーゲンにはならないです。なぜならコラーゲンというのは吸収されないので。コラーゲンを作るような効果のあるクリームというものだったらありますけど。 （ローシュポゼについて、頬の赤みがある場合の化粧水） 頬の赤みがあるんだったら、まずディープログラムを使って赤みを抑えてから、乾燥にはエストザローションに移行するのがいいんじゃないかなと思います。 ただ今日のお顔は私はディオールで、ベースメイクはディオールです。ディオールのプレステージのルミエロージーグロウをつけて、ディオールフォーエバーのグロウを塗っております。プレステージのUVプロテクターも、今までホワイトだったんですけど、ロージーが出たんです。日本人の肌に向けて作っていて、すごくみずみずしい感じになります。これはグランビルローズという、ムッシュディオールが見つけた崖の絶壁にあるようなグランビルローズから出来ているローズペプチドが入っているので、香りもめっちゃいいんですよ。SPF50、PA++++もあるので、下地兼UVにもなって、めちゃくちゃいいと思います。 ディオールさんは今年、ファンデーションが激戦なんですよ。いっぱいいいものが出ているんですけど、下地とファンデーションを合わせるとそのブランドの肌になりますよね。デコルテを塗るとデコルテの人になるし、ディオールを塗るとディオールっぽい顔になる。ファンデーションってそのブランドの雰囲気を出しますよね。 My kids, along with my niece and older sister who are visiting, all celebrated together at home yesterday, ate cake and everything. Today I had work, and since the kids are on spring break, we went to Joypolis and enjoyed time with my niece and nephews. Tomorrow I have the clinic, and since my niece and nephew are going home the day after tomorrow, we'll go out to eat again tomorrow—celebrating multiple times, I suppose! Actually, last Tuesday I took a break from YouTube Live because I had a work trip to Singapore—a one-night, three-day trip. I left Haneda in the middle of the night on Monday, arrived in Singapore around 6 AM Tuesday, had meetings with various people that day, stayed over Tuesday night, had more meetings and tours on Wednesday, had dinner Wednesday evening, then went straight to the airport and flew back on an 11 PM flight. It was a really tough schedule. I arrived back at Haneda at 5:55 AM Thursday, but had a shareholders' meeting at 10 AM for Innovacell, the regenerative medicine company where I serve as an outside director, so I changed clothes, did my makeup, and went straight to the meeting in Toranomon. I had more meetings after that too. I was exhausted Thursday, and even on Friday when I read everyone's happy birthday messages, my body still felt kind of floaty. (Viewer comment: With that schedule, did you have time to buy Hermès there?) Well, there are duty-free shops at the airport, and I happened to find one, so I bought a stole as a souvenir from the trip. You really can never have too many stoles. (What did you do on your actual birthday?) Yesterday I just worked as usual. I had a Vogue magazine interview and photoshoot in the morning, then did 2-3 meetings. From around 6 PM we had a birthday party with the family at home. (Does Healite help with breakouts?) Healite isn't really something that clears up breakouts instantly with one treatment. I haven't opened the scarf yet. The one I wore in the reel was a different scarf—until now I only had Hermès scarves with patterns, but this time I got one that doesn't really look patterned unless you look closely. (What effects does Alexandrite laser facial have?) Alexandrite laser facial is more effective for pores and dullness rather than spots or freckles. I don't personally think it removes spots or freckles. (Getting Botox in the chin next month for the first time) The chin doesn't tend to look unnatural, so I think you'll be fine. (Discussion about a skincare product for rough, acne-prone skin, searching together with viewers) It seems to be the Acne Care Perfect Essence. It's not yet available on Amazon, only on Yahoo Shopping. It says it launched in drugstores nationwide from February 20th. As for the stickiness, it might be because of the glycyrrhizic acid. I'll look into it. Going to Singapore takes 7 hours, coming back takes 6. I left around noon, and since you can't fall asleep right after takeoff, and you get woken up about an hour before landing, in total I only got about 4 hours of sleep for the round trip. Sleeping in fits and starts. Despite that, they were showing the movie 'Tokyo Taxi', and I watched it going there and fell asleep partway through, so on the way back I got curious about the ending and ended up watching it again. In the end, I only slept about 3 hours total. (About the Equol supplement) I can't really speak to the hormonal aspects, but I take it for menopause management. I personally don't really get hot flashes or joint pain, but I sometimes feel a bit restless mentally, so I think it helps with that. (About deep-diving into the Shin-bi Method) I need to research various things based on what people ask me, otherwise I wouldn't know either. I've been doing beauty cosmetics work for 15-16 years, so when new products are released, press releases are sent to me explaining the products, and I try them while reading those. In the past only press people did this, but now influencers do too, so the line has become blurry. I know about most things because I've been doing this for so long, but I don't know absolutely everything, so I really appreciate when you all teach me about things. (About Abeille Royale Oil Serum) Guerlain has a bit of an upscale image, but Abeille isn't like that—the oil serum feels a bit sticky at first, but for those who want glow and have dry skin, it's amazing. Calming skin inflammation is absolutely essential, and it's rich in black bee honey extract, known as Guerlain's secret sauce, which has strong anti-inflammatory properties, so the glow and stability it gives the skin is really great. (About light therapy at beauty salons) Beauty salons can't perform medical treatments—that would be illegal. Think of salons as relaxation spaces. Only medical institutions can perform treatments. If you want to improve spots or wrinkles, you should go to a medical clinic. (About Shibuya-kun) Since it's a personal matter, I'm not sure how much I should say, but rather than abandoning his medical license, I think he moved into a position where he uses his medical license to contribute to society. (Do you recommend skincare after using it continuously and feeling the effects yourself, or based on research?) Sometimes I use it myself, and sometimes I recommend based on research results. I personally have oily-turned-dry inner-dry skin as I age, so rather than testing what's good or bad on my own skin, I think my role is to speak based on research data. (Does wearing blush and getting UV exposure cause spots?) No relation there. Blush doesn't cause spots. What causes spots is not wearing sunscreen. By the way, on X, someone wrote wondering why Anessa's sunscreen doesn't contain surfactants, so since I know the reason, I posted about it, and it went really viral with lots of reposts. Please check it out if you're interested. (Not knowing your own skin type, is acne a sign of oily skin?) If you don't know your skin type, you probably have normal skin. Because people with dry skin definitely notice the dryness, and people with oily skin definitely notice how oily they get. If you get both dryness and acne, you probably have normal skin. (About long-UVA sunscreens) Long UVA refers to wavelengths slightly longer than 400nm within the UVA range. L'Oréal was probably the company that researched this most deeply. L'Oréal products have a UVA mark, and they have their own proprietary filters. This concept of long UVA has been around for about 10 years, and recently Japanese brands have started focusing on it too. Astalift (Fujifilm) does a fairly detailed job with this. This time, Shiseido and Anessa are also focusing on long UVA, dealing with it by layering filters rather than having their own proprietary filter. I've been working with L'Oréal as a UVA ambassador for a long time, so I'm really glad that sunscreen has become more widespread and that long UVA is now something people know about, in addition to UVA/UVB. (About Saishun Seiyaku's Demorne Wrinkle) Saishun Seiyaku might seem like a daytime TV commercial brand, but as the name suggests (rejuvenation pharmaceutical), they've actually been researching collagen and such for a long time, so their lotions and serums are really excellent. (About your own cosmetics touching a baby) If it's just your cheek touching the baby, I don't think you need to worry too much, as long as there's no glitter or anything like that. (About milia treatment) Milia is somewhat constitutional, so there isn't much you can do to prevent it. If you can remove it, that's probably best. (About isotretinoin) Isotretinoin works by suppressing sebum. The Eyezen Booster treatment, which uses a technology where oily skin components make hyaluronic acid molecules smaller, seems good for this. (About sunscreen after removing milia with a needle) I'm not sure if that's currently a wound or not, so I can't really say for certain. (About isotretinoin side effects) Isotretinoin is prescribed for genuinely severe acne cases. Side effects include dryness (mucous membrane issues), potential mood effects like depression, and it can't be taken during pregnancy—people trying to conceive can't take it either. You need to wait for two menstrual cycles after stopping before considering pregnancy, so being mindful of that is the most important thing when taking it. (About creams loaded with collagen) Even if a cream is loaded with collagen, applying it doesn't turn into collagen in your skin, because collagen isn't absorbed as-is. There are creams that have effects that promote collagen production, but simply being "loaded with collagen" doesn't work that way. (About La Roche-Posay, and skincare for cheek redness) If you have redness on your cheeks, I think it's better to first use Deep Program to calm the redness, then move on to Effaclar Lotion for the dryness. It's made with Japanese skin in mind, and gives a really dewy feel. It contains rose peptides from Granville Rose, which Monsieur Dior discovered growing on cliff faces, so the fragrance is amazing too. It has SPF50, PA++++, so it works as both a base and UV protection—really excellent. Dior is having fierce competition in foundations this year. Lots of great products are coming out, but the combination of base and foundation really determines the final look—wearing Decorté gives you that Decorté look, wearing Dior gives you that Dior look.
