お願いします。はい、よろしくお願いします。皆さんこんばんは、友利新です。今日も始まりました。先週はYouTubeライブをお休みしてしまったので、申し訳ありません。1週飛ばして、今週はYouTubeライブを始めていきますので、よろしくお願いします。今日もアンケートをよろしくお願いしますということなので、ちょっと中盤にやっていこうかなと思いますが、皆様こんばんはということで。なんか今日東京、暑かったんですよね昼間、すごい暑かったんですけど、なんかムシムシしてて、そしたら夕方、雷がピカピカピカーってなって、ガラガラガッシャーみたいな感じになってましたけど、やっぱりちょっと不安定な秋の陽気になってきましたね。皆様の住んでる地域はどうですか？まだ暑いですよね。でもね美容業界もすっかり秋冬もクリスマスコフレも到着して、ベストコスメも選ぶし、何だったら年末のベストコスメをやらなくちゃいけないんじゃないかっていう、私の中でも2023年は終わろうとしております。はい、そんな感じでございます。あ、お洋服とお花が合っている、ありがとうございます。肩はどんな風になっているか、これねちょっとねこんな感じのお洋服になっています。これね上下で下はロングスカート、別々なんで、別々っていうかシャツとロングスカートっていう感じで、同じです。今日は暑い、なんか避難訓練？今日は避難訓練だったんですね、あらま。これね結構透けてる感じなのでね。先生のお洋服と後ろのスピーカーの色がリンクしている、確かにリンクしてますね。加齢になったら目が小さくなりました。確かにあのやっぱりまぶたが結構なんかなんていうんですかね。まああの垂れるというかやっぱり何でも重力に負けてきちゃうので、それは二重の幅が小さくなるっていうのはありますね。今日のリップ可愛いです。今日のリップはなんかリップに迷って迷って挙句、何塗ったんだっけ迷った挙句、どれ塗ったかもう全然覚えられない。迷った挙句、私ピンク系塗ったのかな。ピンク系の、ベースはアムリタラの、これすごい前に買ったやつだから、13番のやつを塗ってます。はい。シャネルの洗顔とスキンケアはね、出しました。出しましたってもうすぐ動画上がると思います。そう私ね、肩、顔が少し大きいんですけど、肩幅があんまりないので、なんかこういうボリュームのある袖のやつの方が、多分いいんだと思います。あっ。夫の単身赴任先の仙台に来ています。こちらも暑くてびっくり。仙台も暑いんだ。あっ。友利先生金曜日にドクターKのインスタライブも楽しみにしてます。ありがとうございます。金曜日にはインスタライブをさせていただきます。美容鍼はどのくらいのペースで通ったら理想ですか？ごめんなさい。美容鍼は医療的にはちょっとよくわからないので、美容鍼の方に聞いた方がいいと思います。どういう感じなのかがちょっと、どういう効果でどういう鍼をさしているのかがちょっとわからないので、医療とはちょっと違うのでね。その美容鍼で何か疾患が治癒するっていう感じではないと思うので。今日のファンデーションはですね、今日はちょっと朝パタパタしてて、パタパタとしてたのでクッションファンデにしました。新しいバレンチノのクッションファンデにしました。結構ねあんまり何て言うんですか、ちょいマットぐらいなんですよね。でも私ベースが何て言うんだろう、いつも言ってるんですけどベースがちょっと脂性肌じゃないですか。だからちょうどいい感じ。マットなんだけどちょっと艶は、艶ではないんだけど、マットだからこそ私にはちょうどいい感じ。もしかしたら乾燥肌の人にはあれかもしれないけど、ちょうど今の。今日クリニックだったのでマスクしなきゃいけないんですよ。クリニックにいる時って、なのでマスクでなんか濡れるじゃないですか。でもそれでもちょっとマットだから、いい感じになっているかなと思って、さっきちょっとまた付け足しました。ワンバイコーセンセラムシールド使い始めたらすごくいいです。ポテンツァの施術したらしげにきびが大量にできた。あると思う。そのポテンツァの深さによると思うんですけど、私も実はポテンツァ当てた後にちょっとニキビできたって、多分ポテンツァ当てた動画でも言ったと思うんですが、多分皮脂腺に熱を加えるじゃないですか。だからダメージが当たる皮脂腺と活発になる皮脂腺が、どっちもあると思うんですよね。なので大量に出る人いると思う絶対。多分それはただ熱を与える場所の問題でもあったりするので、2回目以降はそこが出ましたってことは、必ず施術の時におっしゃった方がいいと思います。はい。先生は美容液をたくさん使わなくてもいいとおっしゃっていますが、スキンケアルーティーンではいつも3つほど使っていますよね。乳液やクリームを使わないのであれば3種類使ってもいいんでしょうか？そうですね。私は乳液とかクリームほぼ使わないので、通常に美容液、化粧水、乳液、クリームって使うんだったら、1つか2つがいいと思うんですが、私の場合は特殊なやり方っていう感じですかね。メラードの新しい美容液がライスパワーとは関係ないです。メラードのやつはビタミンE誘導体で、表皮の水分量を上げてシワ改善っていうやつだったと思います。ライスパワーは表皮、基底膜、真皮って、どちらにも効いていくっていうものなのでちょっと違いますね。私はクレンジングタオルは使ったことないです。資生堂のアルビオンは黄色が良かった。あれですね、アクアレーベルですよね、アクアレーベル。これですね、アクアレーベル。結構アクアレーベルの4種類のアクアレーベルは、もちろんアミノ酸も入っているんですけれども、これにはパルミチン酸レチノールも入っているので、ただやっぱりパルミチン酸レチノール入っていて、オールインワンタイプなので早めに使ったほうがいいとは思いますね。宮古島さんの生姜が若返りに良いと本間錦花先生が言ってますよ。宮古島さんの生姜というか生姜はいいと思うんですけど、あそうなんですね。それはありがとうございます。私は青汁は飲んでないですね。私はプラセンタ、メルスモンの接種はどう思われてますか？私ね、一回も打ったことないんですよ。献血できなくなっちゃうというのもあるし、今のところ私はプラセンタが必要だと感じたことがないので打ってはないです。ただ、なぜプラセンタがいいかって実はあまりよく分かっていなくて、プラセンタって一応効能としては肝機能の改善なんですよね。ただやっぱり打つ方って肝機能というよりは、その更年期障害で更年期障害の症状を抑えたりとか、あと疲れを良くしたりとかっていう感じなんです。今のところ私は必要とはしてないので打ってはないです。ただ打っている人の中にはやっぱり一定数すごく症状が良くなったという方はいらっしゃるので、絶対否定ではないですけど今のところ私は打ってはないですね。ごめんなさい私ねプチプラのファンデはあんまり使わなくて、やっぱりファンデーションって私は結構デパコスを使っちゃうんですよごめんなさい。【質問】子育てでバタバタしてて常に膀胱炎っぽいです。先日健康診断で尿タンパク、プラス2肝機能ありますか？なくはないんですけども、尿タンパク、プラス2だったら、別のことも考えなくちゃいけないので、必ず精密検査というか詳しい検査を受けてあげた方がいいと思います。【質問】バストサロンに行くのはどういう目的でしょうか？大きくしたいとかだったら意味はないと思います。ただケアをしたいというだけだったらいいと思うんですが、バストとかって別に何かをしたから大きくなるとかではなくて、これはもう成長期が終わってから大きくしたい場合はオペしかないんですね。なのでサロンに行って大きくしようと思う目的だったら意味がないと思います。【質問】食事は一番先に食べるものは何ですか？食事で気をつけていることはありますか？食事で気をつけていることはなるべくタンパク質を多く摂ることと、お野菜なので、うちは必ず生野菜、サラダと何か別の野菜というのをやるようにしてますね。【質問】背中のニキビがひどくなってきたのと痒いのどうしたらいいですか？病院に行きましょう。これはもう痒いイコール何か炎症が起こっていることなんですね。ニキビで痒いのか別の炎症が起こっているのか分からないので、市販の薬を塗るというよりは絶対病院に行ったほうがいいと思います。【質問】先生いつも楽しみに拝見しております。肝斑と診断され飲み薬とエレクトロポレーションを1回しました。ヒト幹細胞培養液を導入しましたがプラセンタの方がいいでしょうか？肝斑だったら私は人間細胞培養液もプラセンタもどちらもしないですね。どちらかというとトラネキサム酸を導入します。【質問】お顔を擦らないのが鉄則だと思いますが、顔のスクラブや小顔マッサージについて、友利先生はどう思いますか？スクラブは種類だと思います。例えば春夏で出たスリーの洗顔みたいに、寒天でできたみたいなナタデココみたいな、ぷにゅぷにゅのやつが最近の主流なんですね、スクラブは。なのでそういうのだと擦るというよりは絡めとるみたいなものなので、そういうものだったらいいと思います。小顔マッサージはマッサージをしても小顔にはならないので、私はしないですね。今日はファンデーションはバレンチノの新しい、ゴークッションググロウっていうやつです。グロウだからこれツヤなのかな？私なんかマットなような気がするんですけど、朝ごはんはね食べてないですね。朝ごはんは食べてないですけど、オーツミルクに自分の作ったプロテインを入れて、オーツミルクで溶かしてそれが私の朝ごはんです。多分Tゾーンとかは皮脂がすごく多かったと思うんですけど、他のところは水分が不足してて、部分的にインナードライになってたんだと思うんですよね。全体的に保湿をしたから油分を出さずに済んで、Tゾーンが落ち着いたんじゃないかなと思います。そしたら膜を貼る系はやってるんですけども、水分を肌と一緒で角質はほぼないんですけれども、唇自体もやっぱりターンオーバーしてるんですよね。なのでライスパワーNo.11が入っている、私もともとそのラインイースを知ったきっかけが、リップだったので、友利新さんのラインイースのリップを見ていただけると、そこにNo.11入っていると思うので、そちらの方がいいかなと思います。オイリー肌のスキンケアとベースメイクのやり方を教えてほしい。結構YouTubeで私のメイク動画、昨日のスキンケアルーティーンとかもなと思うので、よかったら見ていただけるといいかなと思います。目の下のクマ、たるみを取りたいです。でも怖いです。クリニックはどう選んだらいいですか？そうですね。難しいですよね。なんかこの前も、2人やりたいんだけどこの先生どう？って、友達から来た先生が正直微妙だなと思ったんですけど、同業者をディスるのもなと思って、やんわりと違う先生がいいんじゃないっていう風に言ったんですね。それはお友達だからね。でもSNSの広告見てると、めちゃめちゃ名医みたいに書かれてあって、あーなんかすごいなーって思っちゃって。だからな口コミ見ましょうとか、ちょっと怖いじゃないですか今ってどういう風になってるか。だからやっぱりやったお友達に聞くか、あとやっぱり直接先生を見て、症例見せてもらって、あとその先生を信頼できるかお話をする。だから絶対にその日に施術を決めない。だからいろんなところに行くがいいかなと思います。色素沈着なのですが目の下のクマをどうにかしたいです。擦るのをまずやめるっていうのが一番かな。色素沈着だったら、シンピルテって昔私インスタライブとか、YouTubeでも紹介した、ヒマワリエキスが入っている、レチノールと同じような効果を示してくれる、ナチュラル成分のヒマワリエキスが入っている。シンピルテさんからシートマスクが発売になるんですよね。それをちょっとお試しさせてもらったら、めちゃめちゃ良かったので、それが今ちょっとお気に入りです。インスタライブで紹介されていたアムリタラ届きました。箱開封楽しみです。いいですね。しっかりスッと入っていくような化粧水。確か明日とかまでなので、クーポンが使えるの。もし良かったら、気になっている方は明日までに、ぜひ使ってみてください。インナードライに合う化粧水を教えてください。どちらかというと、油分が入っていない化粧水だったら、何でもいいんですけど、私はエストのザローションだったりとか、あとはSK-IIのローションだったりとか、あとはさっき言った、アムリタラの、シラカバエキスからできている化粧水も、かなり保湿力高くて、そういっても油分ほとんど、全く入っていないので、それもいいかなと思いますね。美容医療に関わらず、セカンドオピニオンや別のお店に行くって、大事ですよね。本当そうなんですよ。例えばみんながいいって言っている先生も、自分にとってあんまりいいかどうかは、会ってみないとわからないじゃないですか。だから会ってお話しして、クリニックの雰囲気だったりとか、あとは先生だったり看護師さんの雰囲気だったり、見るの絶対大切だと思います。今期一番のカバー力があるんだったら、SUQQUかな。SUQQUだと思います。肝斑があるとジェネシスは、受けないほうがいいですか？いや全然受けて大丈夫だと思います。日焼け止めに皮脂コントロール下地と、パウダーだけだと、どのクレンジングがおすすめですか？クレンジングは、クレンジングってしっかりメイクのときには、オイルの方がいいと思うんですけれども、やっぱり皮脂コントロールなんだと思うんですよね。皮脂コントロールパウダーをつけているということは、だから結構皮脂が多いんだったら、クレンジングオイルを使って、保湿をたっぷりしてあげる。ただ皮脂コントロールを、別に皮脂コントロールじゃないんだけど、塗ってるよとかだったら、もう全然ミルクとか、クリームとかで全然いいと思います。インナードライと混合肌は一緒です。今日のアイシャドウは、エレガンスですね。これが私最近ちょっといいなと思っておりまして、エレガンスの、ヌーベルアイズの37番の、あんまり最初はね、ピンときてなかったんですけど、このここの色、このね、右上のこの色がめちゃくちゃよくって、これを今全体的に塗って、こここの下、あとグラデーションで。 してます 結構ね ぱっと見たときには なんかあんまりいつものかなっていう感じだったんですけど この塗ってみると めちゃめちゃこの上とこの下 右の上下がすっごく良かったので これちょっと今季お気に入りだなっていう感じですね こっちいこうか かなり良かったですね アイラインが これもうすぐ出ると思うんですけど ウズの限定の シェードライナーのシマーモーブが めちゃくちゃかわいいです これわかるかな 全然わからないと思うんですけど ここを塗っても なんかね目のこの下の この今涙袋を描いてるんですけど これがめちゃめちゃいい これは絶対ね もう一個これいただきものなので 出たら買いたい 本当にこれはいい これの この色がめちゃめちゃ私の中で推しでしたね 確か10月に発売ですねこれは シェードライナーシマーモーブです これピンクとかブルーとかもあってピンクとかブルーが結構押されてたんですけど
