皆さんこんにちは、鳥居新田です。今日は私が買ってよかったものを、コスメから雑貨までざっくり皆さんに紹介したいと思いますので、最後までご覧ください。 なかなかパッと買い物に行けないので、私は何を参考にしているかというと、結構インスタだったり、あと友達の口コミだったりします。今日ご紹介する購入品もそういった口コミで買ったものが多いです。ぜひ皆さんも参考にしてくれたらと思っています。 では早速一つ目なんですが、こちらになります。セザンヌのセラミド化粧水です。以前プチプラ化粧品をご紹介した時に私自身も購入しました。この化粧水はその時にも説明したんですけども、人型セラミドがしっかり入っていて、なのにめちゃくちゃ安いし大容量なんです。これ500ミリリットルで1000円を切っていたので、すごくお得ですよというお話をその動画でもしました。 するとその動画のコメントに、「私もセザンヌ使っています。大容量でいいですよね。ヘッドを変えるとますます使いやすくなりますよ」というコメントがあったんですよ。どういうことだろうと思っていろいろ調べてみると、もともとこのセラミド化粧水は、専用のヘッドがついて販売されているサイトもあるらしいのですが、私は残念ながらそのサイトで買ったわけではなかったので、普通にピンクのキャップがついてパシャパシャという感じだったんですね。さらに調べてみると、無印のヘッドが合うよということだったので、買いに行ってきました。 スプレーヘッドとスプレーヘッドのトリガータイプがあって、私はトリガータイプをつけているんですが、ぴったりはまったんですよ。このトリガーヘッドだと片手でこうやって出るわけです。すごいでしょ。だから顔はもちろんなんですが、最近はお風呂上がりに体全体にパシャパシャと塗っています。大人になるとあっちこっち乾燥があるじゃないですか。ボディクリームを塗るのがちょっと面倒な時も、ヘッドを変えてパシャパシャっと使うととても気持ちいいのでこれは買ってよかったなと思います。ぜひこれを買う時には、無印のスプレーヘッドトリガータイプも一緒にご購入いただいてつけていただけるとよりいいんじゃないかなと思います。このことを教えてくれた視聴者の皆さん、本当にありがとうございます。 続いてはこちら、コスメデコルテのイミュリオリティ インテンシブ デイクリームになります。さっきのセザンヌとはちょっと桁が違って、これデイクリームなのに3万円ほどします。でも私、これが本当に大好きで。私は基本的にちょっとベタつきがちなので、朝はクリームではなく乳液で仕上げたいタイプなんですが、これはクリームとはいっても結構サッと伸びるみずみずしいテクスチャーなんですよ。すごく伸びがいい。実はこれ、朝洗顔してこれだけでいいというくらい、水分も油分も美容成分もしっかり入っているんです。なので高級オールインワンとしても使えます。もちろん化粧水・美容液のあとにクリームとして使ってもいいのですが、忙しい時などは顔を洗ったらこれをパッと塗って、日焼け止めを塗って完成、という使い方もしています。クリームなのに全然ベタつかず、スッと肌になじむ感じです。 私がこれを特に好きな理由は、もともと肌にある還元作用を持つグルタチオンという成分に関係しています。グルタチオンは肌の透明感を出したり、肌を元気に見せたりする働きをする、抗酸化作用の強い成分です。紫外線や外的刺激を受けた時に、グルタチオンが肌の最前線で働いてくれています。ただこのグルタチオンは年齢とともに減っていくので、このクリームにはグルタチオンの活性を高める、つまり肌の中のグルタチオンを増やすための植物成分が配合されています。塗ってすぐ保湿されてふっくら明るくなるだけでなく、使い続けることで肌自身が強くなり、荒れにくくなることも期待できます。これからの季節は紫外線などのダメージが増えてきますので、デイクリームとしてだけでなくオールインワンとしても活躍します。また何といっても香りがとても高級で、使っていると気分が上がります。プチプラも良いですが、気分を上げるために本当に買ってよかったと思えるクリームです。 続いてはこちら、白泉ボタニックサイエンス 薬用美容液クッションコンパクトです。薬用美容液クッションコンパクトと書いているくらいなので、医薬部外品であり、資生堂独自の美白成分4MSKが配合されています。以前この4MSKが入ったファンデーションがあって気になっていたのですが、それをクッションファンデにしたというものです。成分としてはすごく良いなと思っていたのですが、ファンデーションとして実際どうなのかな、と正直少し気になっていました。でも塗ってみると、艶はほどよくありながらも崩れにくいんですよ。真夏に紫外線ダメージも防ぎたい、崩れも防止したいという方にはとても良いクッションファンデだと思います。持ち歩きもできるので、お直しの時にも美白成分入りのものを使えるのが安心です。 最初はオークル10を購入したのですが、私には黄みが少し強かったので、ピンクオークル10を買い直しました。ピンクがかっているので、オークル系よりもピンク寄りの色味になり、肌の透明感が出やすいと感じています。実際に腕に塗ってみると、塗っている方がなんか透明感が出て、白すぎずしっかりと肌を綺麗に見せてくれる感じがします。持ち運びもでき、成分的にも優秀で、夏には特におすすめの一品です。 続いての商品はこちら、急に？と思った方もいらっしゃると思うんですが、タオルサンダルスリッパです。「うちのタオル」というタオルメーカーさんが、東京芸術大学の富永先生と共同開発した「足指が喜ぶタオルサンダルスリッパ」です。 私はもともと「うちのタオル」さんのタオルを愛用しています。実は夫が結婚前に使っていて、夫の実家に遊びに行った時に「このタオルどこの？」と聞いたら「うちのタオル」と言われて、それ以来ずっと愛用しています。このスリッパはインスタで友人が「すっごい気持ちいいスリッパ！」と紹介していて知りました。 私はあまりスリッパが好きではなくて、足が引っかかって転びそうになる感じがするし、子供がいると特に苦手だったので靴下派だったのですが、友人に勧められて購入してみました。さすが「うちのタオル」さんのタオル生地でできているだけあって、すごく気持ちいいんです。しかも指を踏ん張る力があるので、階段を登ってもしっかり足指をホールドしてくれる感じがします。クッションが気持ちよくて、何といっても洗濯機で洗えるのが嬉しいです。乾燥機はNGなので陰干しですが、スリッパって汚れやすいのが気になっていたので、洗えるのは本当に助かります。夏には特におすすめです。 私は白とネイビーの2色を購入しました。白は普段用、ネイビーはお仕事でメイクをする時のガウン用として使い分けています。 続いての商品はこちら、ニコラ ジェイソンのTシャツです。「ただの白いTシャツじゃないですか？」と思ったそこのあなた。大人になるとTシャツが似合わなくなる問題、ご存知ですか？二の腕が気になったり、生地の張り感がどうしても貧相に見えてしまったり。だから高がTシャツかもしれないけれど、似合う白いTシャツをずっと探していて、やっと見つけたのがこちらです。 これも私のママ友が着ていて、「何これ、めっちゃいい！どこの？」と聞いて教えてもらいました。日本人デザイナーさんがオリジナルの糸で作った生地で、動画でわかるかな、光沢がある生地なんですよ。張り感があってツヤっぽい感じになるので、カジュアルすぎない仕上がりになります。 ショートタイプとロングタイプの2種類があり、ロングタイプが通常の丈、ショートタイプはTシャツをアウトにして着たい時にもぴったりです。リブの感じも大人が着ていてもだらしなく見えない、品のあるTシャツです。大人になるとTシャツ選びって本当に大変なんですよ。国産で日本人のデザイナーさんが作るだけあって、日本人の体型に合ったTシャツだと思います。白が気に入ったのでもう1枚と、黒も購入しました。白いTシャツがなかなか似合わなくなってきたとお悩みの方は、ぜひニコラ ジェイソンを検索してみてください。ネットで購入できます。 最後はちょっと変わったこちら、デンシのスキンベーブミストプレミアムです。これ、虫除けです。これからの季節は必須でしょう。公園遊びの時などは本当に虫除けが欠かせません。虫除けというと体に良くないのでは、と天然素材のものを使っている方も多いと思いますが、それでも刺されてしまったら意味がないですよね。蚊は病気を媒介することもあるし、痒くて掻いてしまって、そこから雑菌が入り化膿してしまうことも子供には多いです。 こちらはイカリジンという成分が配合されています。よく虫除けに使われるディートは小さなお子さんにはあまり良くないと言われていて、一時期天然成分のものが流行りましたが、忌避効果に限界があるということもありました。2〜3年前から登場したイカリジンは、赤ちゃんから使っても問題なく、蚊・ブヨ・アブ・マダニなどを効果的に忌避できることがわかっています。 大きいタイプはベビーカーに入れておいて、小さいタイプを3つほど購入していろんなマザーズバッグに入れ、いつでもすぐ使えるようにしています。大人も蚊に刺されますし、匂いも少なく肌にも優しいので安心して使えます。よく「虫除けは何を使っていますか？」と聞かれるのでご紹介しました。 ということで今日は、化粧水・クリーム・クッションファンデ・Tシャツ・スリッパ・虫除けと、結構バラバラでしたが、自分が買ってよかったと思うものはみんなにシェアしたいですよね。これからも「これは良かったよ」「こういう使い方もできるよ」というものがあれば皆さんにシェアしていきたいと思いますので、ぜひご覧ください。では、また次の動画でお会いしましょう。さようなら！

Hello everyone! Today I'd like to share some of my favorite purchases with you, ranging from cosmetics to everyday goods, so please watch until the end! Since I can't always just pop out shopping, I rely quite a bit on Instagram and word-of-mouth from friends for recommendations. Many of the items I'm introducing today came from those kinds of tips, so I hope they'll be helpful for you too. First up is the Cezanne Ceramide Lotion. I actually purchased this myself when I featured it in a budget beauty video. As I mentioned then, it contains human-type ceramide, yet it's incredibly affordable and comes in a large 500ml size — all for under 1,000 yen. Great value! After that video, someone commented: "I use Cezanne too! The big size is great, isn't it? If you swap the head, it becomes even easier to use." I wasn't sure what they meant, but after looking into it, I found that some websites sell this lotion with a dedicated spray head. Since I hadn't bought it from one of those sites, mine came with just a plain pink cap. I then discovered that a MUJI spray head fits perfectly, so I went and bought one. There are two types — a regular spray head and a trigger-type spray head. I went with the trigger type, and it fits perfectly! With the trigger head, you can dispense with just one hand. I now spray it all over my body after a bath, not just on my face. As an adult, you get dry skin all over, and when you don't feel like applying body cream, this is so convenient and refreshing. I highly recommend pairing the Cezanne Ceramide Lotion with the MUJI Trigger Spray Head. A big thank you to the viewer who shared that tip! Next is the Cosme Decorté Immuriority Intensive Day Cream. This is quite a jump from Cezanne — this day cream costs around 30,000 yen. But I absolutely love it. I tend to have slightly oily skin, so I usually prefer finishing with a lotion in the morning rather than a cream. But this one, despite being a cream, has a light, fluid, moisturizing texture that spreads effortlessly. It actually contains enough moisture, oil, and beauty ingredients that you could use it alone after washing your face — making it a luxurious all-in-one product. Of course, you can layer it after toner and serum, but on busy mornings, I sometimes just wash my face, apply this, add sunscreen, and I'm done. It doesn't feel heavy or sticky at all — it just melts into the skin beautifully. What I love most about this cream is its connection to glutathione — a naturally occurring antioxidant in our skin that helps create radiance and keeps skin healthy. Glutathione fights oxidative damage from UV rays and environmental stressors, working on the front lines to protect your skin. However, glutathione decreases with age, so this cream contains plant-based ingredients that help boost glutathione activity — essentially helping your skin produce more of it naturally. So not only does it moisturize immediately for a plump, luminous look, but with continued use, it may help strengthen your skin and make it less prone to irritation. With UV exposure increasing in the coming months, this works great as both a day cream and an all-in-one. And the scent is incredibly luxurious — it just makes you feel like you're treating yourself. If you want to elevate your skincare routine, this is absolutely worth it. Next is the Haku Botanic Science Medicated Beauty Essence Cushion Compact. Because it's classified as a quasi-drug, it contains Shiseido's proprietary whitening ingredient, 4MSK. There was a previous foundation with 4MSK that I'd had my eye on, and this is its cushion foundation version. I was a little skeptical at first, wondering how it would perform as a foundation, but it actually gives a beautiful, healthy glow while staying remarkably long-wearing. For summer when you're dealing with UV exposure and don't want your makeup to melt, this is an excellent cushion foundation. It's also portable, so you can retouch on the go — and knowing your touch-up product contains whitening and skin-protective ingredients is really reassuring. I initially bought Ochre 10, but it was a little too yellow for me, so I switched to Pink Ochre 10. The slight pink tone gives my skin more translucency. When I swatch it on my arm, you can clearly see the difference — the side with the foundation looks more luminous and clear without looking too white. It's really impressive both as a foundation and as a skin-brightening treatment. I highly recommend this especially for summer. Next up — and this might surprise you — is the Towel Sandal Slipper from Uchinotaoru. It was co-developed with Professor Tominaga from Tokyo University of the Arts, and it's described as a slipper that makes your toes happy. We've actually been using Uchinotaoru towels at home for years — my husband was already using them before we got married, and I fell in love with them. I spotted these slippers when a friend posted about them on Instagram, raving about how comfortable they were. I've never been a big fan of slippers — I always felt like I'd trip or lose my footing, especially with kids around. But she was so enthusiastic that I decided to try them, and I'm so glad I did. The Uchinotaoru terry cloth material is incredibly soft and comfortable. What's more, they have a grip design that lets you hold the floor with your toes, so you feel stable even on stairs. The cushioning is amazing. And best of all — they're machine washable! (Air dry only, no tumble dryer.) Slippers can get dirty and sweaty quickly, and I'd always found that off-putting. These being washable makes them perfect for summer use. I bought mine in white for everyday use and navy for when I'm doing makeup work in my dressing gown. Both are wonderful. Next is the Nicola Jason T-shirt. Just a plain white T-shirt, you say? Well, here's the thing — as we get older, finding a white T-shirt that actually looks good becomes a real challenge. The arms, the fabric quality, the drape — it all matters more than it used to. I'd been searching for the perfect white T-shirt for a long time, and I finally found it in this one, thanks to a mama friend who was wearing it. Nicola Jason is designed by a Japanese designer who uses an original custom yarn to create the fabric. Even on camera you can see the subtle sheen — it has a structure and a slight luster that makes it look polished without being casual. It comes in two lengths: a regular length and a short crop version, so you can choose based on how you like to style it — tucked or untucked. The ribbing is refined and neat, keeping it from looking sloppy even on adults. As a Japanese designer creating for the Japanese market, the fit is tailored to Japanese body types, and it really shows. I liked it so much in white that I bought a second white one, plus a black one. If you've been feeling like white T-shirts just don't look right on you anymore, I really encourage you to look up Nicola Jason online — that's where I ordered mine. Finally, and a little different from the rest, is the Denshi Skin Babe Mist Premium — an insect repellent. Absolutely essential for this time of year! When you're taking kids to the park, bug spray is a must. I know some people prefer natural ingredients because they're worried about chemicals, but if they don't work and your child still gets bitten, that defeats the purpose. Mosquito bites can spread disease, and kids tend to scratch until the skin breaks, which can lead to infection. This product contains icaridin (also known as picaridin), which is different from DEET — the traditional repellent ingredient that's not recommended for young children. While natural repellents became popular for a while, their effectiveness has limitations. Icaridin, which has become more widely available in the past few years, is proven safe from infancy and effectively repels mosquitoes, blackflies, horseflies, and even ticks. I keep a large bottle in the stroller and have bought three of the small bottles to distribute among my various diaper bags, so I always have one on hand. It works for adults too, has minimal scent, is gentle on skin, and gives real peace of mind. I get asked about insect repellent so often that I wanted to share this one with you. So today's round-up included: a toner, a cream, a cushion foundation, a T-shirt, slippers, and insect repellent — quite a range!
