皆さんこんにちは、友利新です。 大変です。今年の春夏は異常事態が起きています。春夏っていうのは美白の美容液とか化粧水とか、パシャパシャしたものが新商品で出てくるんですが、例年にはないような乳液とかクリームが大豊作なんですよ。最新の技術を搭載してきているブランドがたくさん出ているんですね。 「これから暑くなるのにクリームとか乳液とかやだー」みたいに思っているそこのあなた、今日は最後まで見ていただかないと損するかもしれないです。今のクリームとか乳液っていうのは、油分で蓋をするだけっていうようなものではなくて、美容成分を送るデリバリーだったりとか、肌の見た目を変えることへと進化しているんです。 今日は2026年春夏の最新の乳液2つ、クリーム2つをご紹介するので最後までご覧ください。 クリームがこの2つです。1つがドクターKのプレミアムTAクリーム、もう一つドクター365のディープリペアクリームC。どちらも毛穴とかニキビとかそういったところに特化したブランドなんですよ。 まず最初にドクターKから深掘りしていきたいと思うんですが、青山皮膚科の亀山先生という皮膚科のドクターが開発したのがドクターKになります。今回は7,000円ぶりにリニューアルしたクリームになっています。もともと価格が1万7,000円って高額だったんですよ。でも今回は半額になっているんですよね。値段だけでもびっくりしたんですが、値段落としたから中身がちょっと微妙になったのかなと思いきや、考え方を踏襲してバージョンアップしているので、バグってるようなクリームになってます。 今回のポイントは高炎症とミトコンドリアです。皮脂が多いとかそういう人っていうのは、そもそも肌に炎症が起きやすいんですよ。過剰な皮脂っていうのは炎症を起こしやすいですし、皮脂の中に不飽和脂肪酸というものが増えるから毛穴が目立ったりとか炎症があるんですね。それが慢性化していくと正常な細胞まで巻き添えになってしまって、炎症がどんどんどんどん大きくなってくるという感じです。それが炎症老化と呼ばれるものになっています。 今回は炎症老化を抑えるために有効成分を3つ配合しています。1つ目がトラネキサム酸です。美容皮膚科の先生の中で「好きな成分何ですか」って言ったら、ビタミンC、レチノールその次ぐらいにくるぐらいトラネキサム酸って人気なんですよね。美白とか抗炎症っていうイメージなんですが、臨床の場で使うと赤みとかが良くなるような成分になるんですよ。レーザーとかを当てた後に導入するってなった時には私はトラネキサム酸を選んだりとか、なんか肌が揺らいでるなっていう時にはやっぱりトラネキサム酸を入れると赤みっていうのが効いてきてくれる感じになります。紫外線が当たった時の炎症を抑えてくれるし、元々肌にある炎症も抑えてくれる、メラニンを作るのも抑えてくれるっていうところになるので、赤みにもそして黒にもアプローチしてくれるというものになります。 そしてトラネキサム酸と相性の良いナイアシンアミド。もう一つは抗炎症といえばグリチルリチン酸ジカリウム。グリチルリチン酸で抗炎症をしながらトラネキサム酸で美白をする、ナイアシンアミドっていうのがDNAの修復を助けてくれるというところになります。 これだけじゃないんですよね。ドクターKっていうのはいろんな成分を組み合わせることによって肌の細胞が最適に動くことを考えているブランドでもあります。正式な製品名が薬用ABCGプレミアムクリームTAなんですよ。TAはトラネキサム酸じゃないですか。Gって何かっていうとグルタチオンのGになります。細胞内の強力な抗酸化物質なんですね。ビタミンCって活性酸素と戦う成分なんですけれども、活性酸素と一緒にくっついちゃってモエカスみたいなものができちゃうんですね。でもグルタチオンが入っていることによってこのモエカスがもう一度蘇るというのがグルタチオンになります。つまりクリームの中ではビタミンCがグルタチオンと一緒になるように活性酸素を取り除いてくれるようなシステムが構築されているというイメージです。 もう一つ面白い成分がカフェインという成分が入っているんですね。さっき私がポイントですよって言ったミトコンドリアにアプローチしてくれます。細胞のエネルギーを作る工場なので、そのスイッチを押すっていうのがカフェインの働きなんです。炎症が起こるとやっぱりミトコンドリアが疲弊してしまって、ATPを作れなくなってくるんですね。逆のスパイラルになってしまうので、カフェインとナイアシンアミドを入れることによって工場を稼働させてあげるっていうことができるので、抗炎症作用があるグリチルリチン酸だったりとかトラネキサム酸で抑えた後に、細胞のエネルギーを作るミトコンドリアを活性化させることでエイジングケアもしていくっていうようなものになります。 エイジングケアがしたいっていう方、肌の赤みとか色ムラが気になる人にはものすごく良いクリームなんですよね。テクスチャーもスッと入っていくような感じです。全く脂っぽくないっていうわけではないんですけれども、うるおいの膜で守ってますっていう感じで、メイクとの相性もすごくいいなというクリームになっています。 続いてはドクター365のディープリペアクリームCです。ずばり毛穴に悩んでいる方のためのクリームです。毛穴に悩んでいる方っていうのは老化細胞が多いよっていうところに注目をしています。老化細胞って何かっていうと、ストレスだとか年齢が進むことで分裂を止めた細胞なんですよね。普通は分裂が止まっちゃうってことは死んじゃった細胞ということなので、だんだんいなくなるんですが、それが肌の中に居座り続けて元気な細胞にも老化細胞にしてしまうことになります。SASPという毒素みたいなものを出して老化細胞にするんですね。 毛穴の周りに老化細胞がいっぱいあるとやっぱりハリが失われたりとか、毛穴が涙型になるよっていうのがドクター365が見つけているところになります。毛穴の周りに老化細胞を必要以上に作らせないっていうところがタルミ毛穴とかを抑える秘訣なんじゃないかっていうところで入れているのがエテルベルユースという成分になります。この成分のすごいところは老化細胞だけを選別して作用するんですよね。すごくお利口さんの成分になっています。毛穴の周りのゾンビ細胞を掃除してくれる、なので毛穴がタルむっていうのを予防してくれるっていうところになります。 あとドクター365といったらビタミンCですよね。今回も3種類のビタミンC誘導体を入れています。まずAPPSですよね、これは浸透力がすごく高い油溶性のビタミンC。あとは毛穴に特化したビタミンC、そしてもう一つが3-O-エチルアスコルビン酸というセラミド酸性するものになっています。なので老化細胞をやっつけることによって毛穴がタルまないようにもするし、あとはビタミンCで毛穴を引き締めながらコラーゲンをアップさせて毛穴を目立たないようにするっていうようなアイテムなんですよね。 続いては乳液になります、Nオーガニックのバランシングエッセンスミルクとリュウのブライトバウンスミルクです。 Nオーガニックはこれも赤みなんですよね。炎症を抑えるだけじゃなくて炎症が起こりそうなところから色ムラをなくしていこうっていうのがこちらのNオーガニック。そして塗るだけでレフ板効果、そもそもリュウっていうのはヒアルロン酸を作るっていうところで有名な成分が入っているんですけど、これを塗るだけでツヤが本当に増すような乳液になっています。 皆さん朝起きた時とかなんか調子悪いなぁとか、なんかくすんでるなって思ったことありませんか。これっていうのは炎症が起こる前のサインなので微弱炎症というものになります。日々起こってるんですよ体では。老化の原因が慢性炎症なので、日々勃発したものを消していくっていうところがポイントになってきます。放置しておくとやっぱりシミ・シワ・タルミになってくるんですよね。特に真皮でいうとコラーゲンが慢性炎症によって低下してしまうとか、表皮でいくと慢性炎症があることによってメラニンが作られてしまって色ムラになってしまう。本当にあらゆるところからエイジングが始まってくるんですよね。 どうやって炎症を抑えていこうかっていうところで日本の植物から色々探すんですよね。日本で唯一の砂漠である伊豆大島で育ったアカツボクサっていうところにフォーカスを置きます。余談なんですが「日本で唯一の砂漠」って言われて「えっ鳥取は」って言ったら「あれは砂丘です」って言われて。砂丘と砂漠って違うんですよね。 アカツボクサって言ってピンときた方はあると思うんですが、ツボクサっていうのはシカ成分です。シカって言ったら「もう今までいろんなものに入っているから今更ですか」、それが赤くなったからと言って「何なんですか」って思うじゃないですか。正直私も思いました。でもデータを見るとちょっとびっくりしたんですよね。 ツボクサにはどんな成分が入っているから抗炎症かっていうと、アシアチコシドっていうものとマデカソシド、その他にもアシアチン酸だったりとかあとはマデカシン酸っていうものがあります。これ何が違うかっていうと、アシアチン酸に糖が結合しているものがアシアチコシドというもので、マデカシン酸にこれでまた糖がくっついているものがマデカソシドというものになります。どっちも炎症を抑えるんですが、ダイレクトに効いていくのはアシアチン酸だったりマデカシン酸なんですよね。ただ通常のシカ成分っていうのは残念ながら糖がくっついていないこの2つの酸っていうのがなかなか配合されていなくて、糖が結合されている成分の方が多いんですよ。アカツボクサは糖がくっついていない2つの酸の含有量が圧倒的に多いんですよね。なので炎症を促すときに出るインターロイキンだったりとかTNF-αの生成を抑制したりとか、本当にこのアカツボクサっていうのは素晴らしい成分だなと思います。 そこに抗炎症作用があるグリチルリチン酸ジカリウムとオウバクエキスというものを入れています。オウバクエキスっていうのは炎症が起きる前のスイッチを抑えるというものになりますし、それでも起きてしまったらアカツボクサで抑えるし、本格的に炎症が起こったらグリチルリチン酸で抑えるという、いくつも炎症を抑えるようなシステムがあるので、日常的に炎症が起こらないようにする。そうすると肌のバリア機能が整っていくことによって色ムラがない、揺るがない肌にしていくっていうようなアイテムがNオーガニックの乳液になってきます。 香りもいいんですよね。油分で膜を貼るっていうことは本当にしてないんだと思います。とにかく肌が柔らかく気持ちよくなるようなものになっています。いつも赤みがあるなぁとか、なんか揺らいでるんだよなぁみたいな人にはぴったりなアイテムかなというふうに思います。 続いてはリュウになるんですけど、全然方向性が違う乳液なんですよね。リュウといったらヒアルロン酸研究ですよね、私毎回言うんですけれども。リュウはカネボウなんですよ。でカネボウのヒアルロン酸研究っていうのは、私も研究員さんなんですけど吉田さんという人がいて、ヒアルロン酸がどうやって生成されるか壊されるかっていうのを見つけたチームの一員でもありますし、生成を促したり分解を抑えたりという成分を見つけているのがカネボウのチームなんですよね。 2つすごいところがあるんですよ。1つが花王グループでは使える美白の有効成分がカモミラETというものがあります。カモミラETで何がすごいかというと、紫外線が当たった時に「シミ作ってください」という指令をブロックしてくれるんですよね。夏にはやっぱり使いたいのはカモミラETなんですよね。 それが入っているだけかっていうと、またそうじゃないんですよね。レフ板効果というものが入っています。内側の角層で光を反射させればいいんじゃないかって、角層の細胞を潤いでパンパンにして、そうすると角層の細胞同士の隙間がなくなる、そうするとフラットに見えるから光が反射できるよねっていうふうに考えたんですよ。どうやって角層の細胞自体をふっくらさせるかっていうのをいろいろ探索したところ、花王グループのコハク酸ジグリコールグアニジンという成分なんです。角層深くまで浸透して水を抱えるんですよね。萎んだ細胞をふっくらさせるような感じになっています。光がしっかり入るので角層自体がレフ板になってくれる感じになります。使っていくうちにヒアルロン酸も生成されるようになって、ふっくらしていくっていう、まさに“ぬるレフ板”っていう感じになっています。 艶感を出したいとか潤い感を出したいっていう方にはピッタリ、カモミラETも入っているので美白もしたいっていう方にもピッタリな乳液になっています。こっくりしてるかなと思うんですけれども、広げていくと艶が出るんですよ。時間が経っても艶が残るんですよね。今日は化粧をしっかり決めたいし乾燥もしたくないけれども艶感を出したいという時には、仕込みの乳液としてもピッタリだなというふうに思います。 In spring and summer, new product releases usually focus on whitening serums, lotions, and other light, watery items—but this season, we're seeing an unusual bumper crop of new emulsions and creams. Many brands are incorporating the latest technology into these products. If you're the type who thinks "ugh, creams and emulsions in the hot weather that's coming? No thanks"—you might regret not watching this video to the end. Today's emulsions and creams aren't just about sealing in moisture with oil anymore. They've evolved into delivery systems for beauty ingredients and tools that can actually change the appearance of your skin. Today I'll introduce two of the latest emulsions and two creams for spring/summer 2026, so please watch until the end. Here are the two creams: Dr.K's Premium TA Cream, and Dr.365's Deep Repair Cream C. Both are brands specializing in pores and acne concerns. Let's start with Dr.K. This brand was developed by Dr. Kameyama, a dermatologist at Aoyama Dermatology Clinic. This is a renewal after 7,000 yen... actually, the original price was a hefty 17,000 yen, but this time it's been cut in half. I was surprised just by the price alone. I thought maybe they'd lowered the price by compromising on quality, but no—they kept the same philosophy while upgrading the formula, so it's become an almost "broken" (in a good way) level of cream. The key points this time are inflammation-related aging and mitochondria. People with excess sebum tend to have skin that's prone to inflammation in the first place. Excess sebum leads to inflammation more easily, and free fatty acids increase within the sebum, causing pores to become more noticeable and inflammation to occur. When this becomes chronic, even normal cells get caught up in the process, and the inflammation keeps growing bigger and bigger. This is what's called "inflammaging" (inflammation-driven aging). This time, three active ingredients have been formulated to suppress inflammaging. The first is tranexamic acid. If you ask dermatologists what their favorite ingredients are, tranexamic acid ranks right up there after vitamin C and retinol in popularity. It has an image of being for whitening and anti-inflammation, but when used clinically, it actually helps improve redness. When I want to introduce something after laser treatments, I often choose tranexamic acid, and when the skin seems unsettled or reactive, adding tranexamic acid really helps calm the redness. It suppresses inflammation caused by UV exposure, calms existing inflammation in the skin, and also suppresses melanin production—so it addresses both redness and dark spots. Next is niacinamide, which pairs well with tranexamic acid. Another key ingredient for anti-inflammation is dipotassium glycyrrhizinate. So glycyrrhizinate handles anti-inflammation, tranexamic acid handles whitening, and niacinamide helps support DNA repair. But that's not all. Dr.K is a brand that thinks about how to make skin cells function optimally by combining various ingredients. The official product name is Medicated ABCG Premium Cream TA. TA stands for tranexamic acid, right? And what about G? That's for glutathione—a powerful antioxidant within cells. Vitamin C is an ingredient that fights free radicals, but when it binds with free radicals, it can form a kind of depleted byproduct. However, thanks to glutathione, this depleted vitamin C can be regenerated. In other words, the cream is designed so that vitamin C works together with glutathione to build a system that removes free radicals. Another interesting ingredient is caffeine. This targets the mitochondria I mentioned as a key point earlier. Since mitochondria are the "factories" that produce cellular energy, caffeine works by flipping that switch. When inflammation occurs, mitochondria become exhausted and can't produce ATP properly, creating a negative spiral. By adding caffeine and niacinamide, you can get the factory running again. So after suppressing inflammation with anti-inflammatory glycyrrhizinate and tranexamic acid, you activate the mitochondria that produce cellular energy—leading to anti-aging care as well. For those wanting anti-aging care, or who are concerned about redness and uneven skin tone, this is an incredibly good cream. The texture glides in smoothly. It's not completely oil-free, but it feels like it protects with a moisture film, and it pairs really well with makeup. Next is Dr.365's Deep Repair Cream C. This is specifically a cream for those concerned about pores. The focus here is on the fact that people with pore concerns tend to have more senescent cells. What are senescent cells? They're cells that have stopped dividing due to stress or aging. Normally, when division stops, the cell dies and gradually disappears—but these senescent cells linger in the skin and turn even healthy cells into senescent ones by releasing toxin-like substances called SASP. Dr.365 has found that having lots of senescent cells around the pores leads to loss of firmness and teardrop-shaped pores. The secret to preventing sagging pores lies in not letting excess senescent cells form around the pores—and that's where the ingredient called "Eterbelluse" (as transcribed) comes in. What's amazing about this ingredient is that it selectively targets only senescent cells—it's a very "smart" ingredient. It cleans up the "zombie cells" around the pores, thereby preventing pore sagging. And of course, when it comes to Dr.365, vitamin C is key. This time, three types of vitamin C derivatives are included. First is APPS, a highly penetrating oil-soluble vitamin C. Then there's a vitamin C specialized for pores, and finally 3-O-ethyl ascorbic acid, which promotes ceramide production. So by eliminating senescent cells, it prevents pore sagging, while vitamin C tightens pores and boosts collagen to make pores less noticeable. Until now, making pores less noticeable wasn't really something creams could achieve, but I think this really shows what's possible specifically because it's a cream. It reminds me of Dr.K, but it doesn't have that oily film feeling. If it felt occlusive, people worried about pores probably wouldn't want to apply it—but once you let it sit, that oily feeling completely disappears. It's such a pleasant cream, so I think it's great for those struggling with pores. As for which one is better: if you want to address redness, aging, or uneven tone, go with Dr.K; if you want to prevent sagging pores, Dr.365 would be the choice. Both have wonderful textures. Next are the emulsions: N Organic's Balancing Essence Milk and Ryu's Bright Bounce Milk. N Organic is also about redness. It's not just about suppressing inflammation, but eliminating uneven tone from areas where inflammation is about to occur—that's what this N Organic product focuses on. As for Ryu, it's famous for ingredients that promote hyaluronic acid production, and applying it alone gives a reflector-board-like glow effect, really boosting radiance. Have you ever woken up in the morning feeling like something's off, or like your skin looks dull? This is actually a sign that occurs before inflammation—called micro-inflammation. It happens every day in the body. Since chronic inflammation is a cause of aging, the key point is to eliminate these daily flare-ups. If left unchecked, this leads to spots, wrinkles, and sagging. Specifically, in the dermis, collagen decreases due to chronic inflammation, and in the epidermis, chronic inflammation causes melanin production leading to uneven tone. Aging truly begins from every direction. In thinking about how to suppress inflammation, they searched through various Japanese plants and focused on "Aka Tsubokusa" (red Centella asiatica) grown in Izu Oshima, Japan's only desert. As a side note, when I heard "Japan's only desert," I thought "wait, isn't Tottori a desert?"—but apparently that's a sand dune, not a desert. Deserts and dunes are actually different things. You may have caught on when I said "Aka Tsubokusa"—Tsubokusa is the Centella asiatica (Cica) ingredient. When you hear "Cica," you might think "isn't that already in everything by now?" And just because it's "red," what difference does that make? Honestly, I thought the same thing. But when I looked at the data, I was quite surprised. What ingredients does Centella asiatica contain for anti-inflammation? There's asiaticoside and madecassoside, as well as asiatic acid and madecassic acid. What's the difference? Asiaticoside is asiatic acid with a sugar molecule attached, and madecassoside is madecassic acid with a sugar molecule attached. Both suppress inflammation, but the ones that work more directly are asiatic acid and madecassic acid. Unfortunately, most regular Cica ingredients don't contain much of these two sugar-free acids—they mostly contain the sugar-bound versions. Aka Tsubokusa, however, has an overwhelmingly higher content of these two sugar-free acids. This means it suppresses the production of interleukins and TNF-alpha that are released when inflammation is triggered—truly a wonderful ingredient. On top of that, they've added anti-inflammatory dipotassium glycyrrhizinate and Phellodendron bark extract (Oubaku extract). The Oubaku extract works to suppress the "switch" before inflammation even starts. If inflammation does occur anyway, Aka Tsubokusa suppresses it, and if full-blown inflammation occurs, glycyrrhizinate suppresses it. With multiple layers of a system to control inflammation, daily inflammation is prevented from occurring in the first place. This strengthens the skin's barrier function, resulting in skin with no uneven tone and unshakeable stability—that's what N Organic's emulsion delivers. The scent is lovely too. I don't think this product relies on forming an oil film at all—it just makes the skin soft and comfortable. For those who always have redness or feel like their skin is unsettled, this would be the perfect item. Next is Ryu, which is an emulsion with a completely different direction. When it comes to Ryu, it's all about hyaluronic acid research—I say this every time. Ryu is made by Kanebo. Kanebo's hyaluronic acid research includes a researcher named Yoshida, who was part of the team that discovered how hyaluronic acid is synthesized and broken down, and it's this Kanebo team that has found ingredients to promote synthesis and suppress breakdown. There are two amazing points here. First, within the Kao Group, there's an approved whitening active ingredient called Chamomile ET. What's amazing about Chamomile ET is that it blocks the "signal" telling skin to "make spots" when exposed to UV rays. This is definitely something you want to use in summer. But that's not all it contains. It also has a reflector-board-like glow effect. The idea was: what if we could reflect light within the inner stratum corneum? By plumping up the stratum corneum cells with moisture, the gaps between cells disappear, making the surface flatter and better able to reflect light. In exploring how to plump up the stratum corneum cells themselves, they found the Kao Group's ingredient called succinic acid diglycol guanidine. It penetrates deep into the stratum corneum and holds onto water, plumping up shriveled cells. Since light can properly enter, the stratum corneum itself acts like a reflector board. As you continue using it, hyaluronic acid production is also promoted, making the skin plumper over time—it's truly like a "moisturizing reflector board." This is perfect for those wanting radiance or a moisturized glow, and since Chamomile ET is included, it's also great for those wanting whitening care. It might feel a bit rich, but once you spread it out, it gives off a glow, and that glow lasts even after time passes. When you want your makeup to look perfect and don't want dryness, but still want that radiant glow, this is perfect as a pre-makeup emulsion. So, what did you think? I wondered whether emulsions and creams made sense for spring/summer, but precisely because this is a season prone to aging, it's important to protect the skin properly with emulsions and creams.
