木ぐすみ対策で、SK-IIのジェノプティマイズアルティメイトパーフェクティングエッセンスとアオラエッセンスを使ってます。そうですね。あの。ウルティメイトエッセンスは寝不足の時の木ぐすみ、みたいな感じなので。同じような木ぐすみビリルビンに対するものをしているんですけれども。ウルティメイトエッセンスはプラスアルファピテラがしっかり入っているので、透明感も出していく。だから美白なんですけれども、なんかこうバリア機能を整えて、透明感もアップしていくっていう感じですね。 エンビロンのレチノールは他の化粧品と併用すると効果は半減しますか、っていうのは。絶対大丈夫ですとは言えないですけれども、そこまであれはないと思います。変顔をしてましたけど。今顔の。よく顔ヨガとか、顔の体操をしていると、ほうれい線とかそういうのがなくなるよ、みたいなものがあるじゃないですか。それって結構前の論文というか、ジャーナルに。そんなことはないよ、みたいなことを書いている先生がいらっしゃって。それを見つつでも。やっぱりこの。顔の表情筋を動かすということのリスクと。メリットとデメリット、みたいなものがあって。それをちょっと動画に。なんかしたいなって思っていて。自分でも変顔したときにできるシワ、ってどういうものなのかな？ 変顔のときに。変顔でもシワができない変顔、というか。あるのかなとかいろいろ考えてたりしていて。変顔の威力で今治ってますね。変顔の威力なのかしら、それは。音が飛んでます。後ろのは先週のバラじゃなくて。今週ケイトローズさんが。12種類のバラを作ってくれました。顔ヨガとかあって。私は100%ダメとは思わないんですよね。ただやり方なんだと思います。やっぱり私たち医者って。例えばこうなんていうのかな、表情を作ったときこうやって。例えばこうしたときに。ここにシワが寄るわけじゃないですか。これが定着するから、バニーラインって言うんですけど。こういうのしないようにボトックスを打って。ここにバニーを作らないようにするとか。あと眉間にシワが寄らないように。ここにボトックスを打つ。 それはやっぱり表情筋を動かすことによって。どうしてもシワができるから。それを抑制するような感じにするんですよね。なので表情を作ることのメリットと。デメリット、ってあると思うんですよね。なので、シワにならないけれども。きちんと表情筋を動かす、っていうのって。まあ難しいんですよね。いろいろ私変顔とか。顔ヨガの動画とかをいろいろ見て。でもこれをやり続けると。シワになるな、っていう動画のやり方の人と。これだったら大丈夫かな、っていう人と。やっぱりいらっしゃって。全部が全部ダメじゃないけど。全部が全部いいとはちょっと限らないので。すごく今私の中で。頭の中ですけど。まとめたりいろんなジャーナルを見たりとか。そういうことをして。なるべくやっぱ私も。昔ね目の下のたるみとか。そういった二重っていうのは。自分でこうやってやって。二重になりませんよ、みたいな動画を撮ったら。まあお叱りのコメントがたくさん来て。先生は美容院でねお仕事してるから。自分のクリニックに人を呼びたいから。ダメって言うかもしれないけれども。そうじゃないこともあります、みたいに。書かれたりとかして。まあぶっちゃけ私は自分で。クリニックを開いているわけではないので。もちろんクリニック来てくれれば。ありがたいですけれども。別にそのなんかお金のために。言ってるわけじゃなくて。無駄なことをして。逆にこう目をグッてやっちゃってね。目のたるみができちゃったら。と思ったんですけど。でもやっぱ何かしら。医療とかそういう手を使わずに。皆さん何とかしたい、という。気持ちがあるのはわかるんですよ。私だってそうなんで。なのでそういったことを考えなく。自分で何とかできることを。やってつつの美容医療だったりかな。とは思うので。そういったことを考えると。何かしらないかとは思うんですけど。もうやみくもに。全部がいいというわけじゃないので。それをねちょっと考えたりはしています。 そうシワができないような顔ヨガって。まあないんですよね。なかなか本当に。全く動かさないっていうことも。やっぱりいけないというか。なので、いい具合にやっぱ動かしていく。っていうことが、やっぱり良くて。ただ笑っても。やっぱ私笑うと。ここのほうれい線ができるんですけど。このほうれい線ってなんかっていうと。これある意味人体というか。筋肉とくっついてる部分なんですね。なので、ここがしっかりと。振り込みがしっかりある人って。たるみも、もちろんあるんですけれども。赤ちゃんでも、やっぱり。しっかり、ほうれい線あるのは。ここには必ず段差ができるようになってる。ところがあるんですよね。なので、そういったところを。どううまく使うか、っていうところは。すごくあるし。あと、お口。口輪筋。こういうふうに動かしてると。やっぱ、ここに筋ができちゃったりとかもするので。そうならない。だけれども、ここの。この唇上げる筋肉を。しっかり使っておかないと。このほうれい線はできやすいけど。でも、だからといって。ムーンとかしてると。ここら辺にシワが寄ったりとか。結構難しいな、っていうふうに思いますよね。 えっとね。オフ会は9月を一応予定してます。7月8月って。夏休みとかの兼ね合いもあるので。なかなか難しいよね、っていうことを。事務所の皆さんともお話ししていて。できれば。9月を目処にしております。 50代女性で。おでこに深いシワが3本あり悩んでいます。ボトックスを打つと。眼瞼下垂に必ずなると言われました。そのボトックスを。みんながみんな打って。眼瞼下垂になるわけじゃなくて。たぶん。このトモペロさんかな。トモペロさんは。たぶん元々眼瞼下垂が。終わりになるんだと思うんですよね。だからこそ一生懸命こうやって。やってると思うので。そういう人はここにボトックス打っちゃうと。目が開かない、開かない、ってなっちゃうので。そういう人は、たぶん。眼瞼下垂のオペをした方が。いいとは思いますが。私が見たわけじゃないので。本当かどうかは、ちょっと、わからないので。眼瞼下垂があるかどうかを。しっかりと。見てもらった方がいいと思います。眼瞼下垂のオペしたら。たぶん自分でこう。おでこの筋肉で。あげようという風にしないので。いいと思いますよ。 新作やロングセラー商品を含めて、おすすめの乳液はやっぱりシスレのエコロジカルパウンド。やっぱり乳液の中でベストオブザベストの乳液はシスレだと思います。 私ね、ユンスの美容液は使ったことないというか、私が解説しないということで察していただければいいかなという風に思います。 今日の普段のYouTubeの際のリップ。普段だと多分これかな、クリニークのベリーホップリップの02番。普段は多分これかな。最近はやっぱり王道のベージュリップ、ベージュピンク。今日は違います。今日はピンクっぽくしたかったので、ルナソルのフュージングカラーリップEX-01番、この色にキスキスビーグロウの309番をつけてます。 お察ししました。ムッチさんお察ししていただけました。ありがとうございます。はい、入り直したらよく聞こえるようになったそうです。 色素沈着は日焼けでは濃くなるとかはあざなので、真皮の方にメラニンがあるので、日焼けをしてその部分がシミっぽくなることはあると思うんですけど、色素沈着自体がどうという感じではないとは思いますね。 友人が主査で悩んでいて、レーザーか光で良い治療はないかと。レーザーというよりも主査は今、塗り薬がありますので、まずは保険診療で塗り薬を塗ってみた方がいいんじゃないかなと思います。 途切れてる方は一回出て戻ってきていただけると途切れないみたいです。 リンパマッサージもやっぱりシワになりますか。しっかり油分つけて筋肉まで圧を受けてもシワになっちゃう顔ってことですね。リンパマッサージは私は別にお勧めしないですね。顔はあまりなるべく触れない方がいいと思います。体は全然いいとは思うんですけど。 いつもアーカイブ残してくれてありがとう。とんでもございません。 クレドとイレガンスのパウダー、悩むよね。わかる。クレドのパウダーはどちらかというと、崩れ防止というか、乾燥しても水分を出す、乾燥もさせない。でも油分があったりもする。肌の調子を良くするパウダーというのがクレドのイメージなんですね。私の中で。 イレガンスは透明感を出す。特に今回の配色はすごく透明感をアップさせてくれるようなものなので、どっちを求めているか。透明感を出したいんだったらイレガンスだと思います。ただ肌の調子を良くする、肌の調子を良くするっていう風にするんだったら、私はクレドかなとかも思ったりもします。 大丈夫です。後で私のカバンの中に入ってる。大丈夫です。かなという風に思うので、どちらも本当に素晴らしいアイテムなんですけれども、用途がちょっと違うかな。同じパウダーでも用途が違う気がします。 箱だけあるね。箱だけあるけど、ここに私が今ね。お家を片付けたんですよ。片付けたらなんか色んなものが不明なところに行っちゃいました。きっとどっかにあるんで大丈夫です。あそこじゃないと思うんで大丈夫です。 よいしょ。私のここかな。あカードのねところじゃないんですよね。たぶん私が持ってるほら、あった。と思ったら違った。これでもなかった。 よいしょ。36歳目元で悩みはないんですけれども、悩みがなかったとしても保湿系はちゃんと塗っておいた方がいいと思うので。なんでも36歳。でも私は結構アイクリーム。本当はクレドのやつがすごい良かったんですよ。でもそれはやっぱりもう本当にしっかりと悩みがある人はクレドだと思うんですけれども。36歳でそこまで悩みがもしなかったとしたら、別に本当にアイクラボンとかそういうお安い系でもいいし。あとはやっぱり乾燥化を防ぐためには、あのNオーガニックのNオーガニックのアイクリームがあるんですよ。 私ここでなかった。えっとNオーガニックのあのこのシリーズじゃなくてこれはリンクルエッセンスで、エッセンスが入っているシワの改善のやつなんですけど、乾燥化を良くする。えっとちょっと赤っぽい色のものがあるんですけれども、イメージだったらいいと思います。Nオーガニックの、Nオーガニック プレナムっていうものであるんですけれども、その中では悩みがそんなになくても乾燥化をするっていうので。また止まってる。うん。かなと思います。 鼻筋が綺麗なのはこれです。キャンメイクです。また画像が不安定か。ここにこれを入れることで鼻筋がシュッとします。ほらね、これですキャンメイクを。また、なのでこのキャンメイクのシェーディングパウダーの04番なんですよ。03番も持ってるんですけど、03じゃダメなんですよ。02番じゃダメですかみたいな。03じゃダメですか。ダメなんですよ。04じゃないと、っていうぐらいこの04がめちゃめちゃいいので、04をぜひ皆さん使っていただけるといいかなと思います。 主査の塗り薬はステロイドじゃないんですよ。主査にステロイドは危険だと思うので、ステロイドは塗らない方がいいと思います。主査には。それは。 ニキビにおすすめのファンデーションはノンコメドジェニックって書いてあるやつがいいと思うんですけれども、例えばアクセーヌのこのアクセーヌのシリーズのコンシーラーがあるんですけれども、これってシーバムクリアリペアクリームっていうんですけれども、これだとニキビがあってもそこの部分のコンシーラーとして塗れるので、それはいいんじゃないかなと思います。 いきます。声だけは聞こえてる？
