【使って欲しい】皮膚科医が肌のお悩み別にプチプラ化粧水を紹介します

皆さんこんにちは、友利新です。今日はですね、みんな大好きプチプラのお化粧水をご紹介したいと思います。プチプラシリーズは私の動画の中でもすごく再生回数がありますし、皆さんのいいねも結構多いので、人気の企画なんですけれども、今季もたくさんプチプラのもので良いものが出てるなと思うんですけれども、今回はタイプ別、お悩み別でおすすめのプチプラ化粧水をご紹介したいと思いますので、気になる方はぜひ最後までチェックしてみてください。 まず一つ目のアイテムは、乾燥が気になる方向けです。この時期は皆さん結構乾燥すると思うんですけれども、その中でもやっぱり油分を入れるとニキビができちゃったりとか、化粧水をしっかり入れて膜も張りたいんだけども、ベタベタ感は嫌だという方にぴったりなのがこちらです。 サナ ワセリズム保湿化粧水です。こちらの化粧水、なんとワセリンが入っている化粧水なんです。ワセリンというと油分が多くてベトベトのものでしょうと思う方もいらっしゃると思うんですけれども、そのワセリンをしっかりとナノ化して配合しているんですね。 実はワセリンにもランクがありまして、精製が不十分なものから医療で使うようなワセリンまであるんですが、その中でもすごく精製度が高い「サンホワイト」というワセリンがあるんですよ。このサンホワイトは見た目も名前の通りクリアで、精製度・純度が高いワセリンなんですが、そのサンホワイトをナノ化しているというのがポイントになります。 ワセリンは結構ベタベタしたりニキビの元になったりするので、お水を入れたいタイプの人には私はあまりおすすめしていないんですけれども、でもワセリンというのはやっぱり最強のフタをつくるものなんですよね。なので、ワセリンを使った方がいい人、お水をしっかり入れてワセリンで膜を張った方が水分が逃げていかないので、そういう意味ではワセリンはいいんですけれども、お水をしっかり入れないとニキビになったりするということなんです。 この化粧水はそのサンホワイトをナノ化しているので、ベタベタもしていないし、しっかりとお水も入りますが、ワセリンの油分もちゃんと感じられます。なので入れる時はサラッとしているんですけど、終わったらなんとなくしっとりしている、不思議な化粧水なんですよね。でもちゃんとノンコメドジェニックテスト済みで、ニキビの元にもなりづらいというところも出ているんですよ。 なので、めちゃめちゃ乾燥するけどベタつきは嫌だという人はもちろんなんですけれども、ニキビ肌なんだけれども乾燥している、高保湿のものをするとニキビもできちゃうから油分と水分のバランスの取り方がわからないという方にはすごくいいんじゃないかなというふうに思います。 続いては、毛穴がとにかく気になるという方にチェックしていただきたい一本です。それがこちら、ダーマレーザー スペクターVCマックスローション さっぱりタイプです。 ダーマレーザーシリーズはしっとりとさっぱりがあるんですが、もちろんしっとりもおすすめですが、私は毛穴という意味ではさっぱりのタイプが結構いいなと思っています。どういうことかというと、しっとりもさっぱりも共通して4種類のビタミンCが入っているんですね。一つがアスコルビン酸で普通のピュアビタミンC、あとはビタミンCの誘導体が3種類入っています。 ビタミンCが入っているということでそれだけでも毛穴にぴったりなんですけれども、それ以外にも共通してナイアシンアミドが10%、ちゃんと10%と明記してあります。毛穴になんで関係あるのと思うかもしれませんが、ナイアシンアミドというのは皮脂が多い人には少し抑えてくれるんですね。でも多くなければ、ナイアシンアミドは保湿だったり肌荒れを抑えてくれたりというふうに働くので、そういう意味では毛穴に対してもいいんじゃないかなと思います。 そしてもう一つ共通して入っているのが、ナノ化しているセラミドのカプセルなんですね。セラミドを小さくして入れているので保湿もしながら、乾燥してキメが荒くなってしまうと毛穴も目立つので、そういう意味ではしっかりとセラミドで保湿をして、ナイアシンアミドで余計な皮脂をコントロールしながら、4種類のビタミンCで毛穴にアプローチしていくということなんですね。 しっとりタイプにはさらにグリチルリチン酸ジカリウムという抗炎症成分が入っているんですが、さっぱりタイプにはアゼライン酸が入っているんです。アゼライン酸というとやっぱりニキビだったり皮脂が多い方にとってもぴったりで、ナイアシンアミドとちょっとは似てはいるんですけれども、皮脂が多めの人はやっぱり皮脂を抑えてくれるんですね。プラス、色素沈着で毛穴の黒ずみとか、そういったものも期待できる成分になります。 結構アゼライン酸入りのものってなかなか化粧水にはないんですが、この商品はビタミンCもナイアシンアミドもセラミドも、そしてアゼライン酸も入っているという意味では、毛穴の悩みを抱えている方にはぜひチェックしてみてほしい一本かなというふうに思います。 続いては、乾燥と敏感、両方気になる方にチェックしてもらいたい一本になります。それがこちら、乾燥さん薬用しっとり化粧液です。 こちらはナイアシンアミドとグリチルリチン酸ジカリウムで、どちらも薬用効果を持つ有効成分として配合されています。ナイアシンアミドはシワ改善・美白効果、グリチルリチン酸ジカリウムは肌荒れ防止ということになっているんですが、それプラス、こちらにも人型セラミドがしっかり入っていて保湿力もしっかりあります。 ただそれだけじゃなくて、やっぱりどうして私が敏感肌の人にいいと思うかというと、こちらに入っているバクモンドウエキスの中にアデノシンという成分が入っています。アデノシンというのが炎症を抑えたりバリア機能を改善するということもそうなんですが、敏感な人ってちょっと触っただけでもなんか痒みが増すみたいなことってありませんか？ これは痒みの神経が敏感になっているからなんですね。その神経が敏感になって、痒みがちょっとした刺激でも出てしまい、またかいてしまってそれが炎症につながってという感じで、やっぱりそういう意味では敏感な肌の人は神経を少し抑えてあげるということが必要になってくるんですが、まさにこのアデノシンというものが過敏になった神経を抑えてくれるという働きをしてくれます。 なので、ちょっと触っただけでもなんかムズムズしてくるような敏感肌の人には、保湿もしっかりするし、抗炎症という意味でグリチルリチン酸も入っているし、アデノシンも入っているので、チェックしていただきたいアイテムかなというふうに思います。 ということで、今回は肌タイプ別・お悩みタイプ別に3つのプチプラアイテムをご紹介しました。皆さんどれが気になりましたか？よかったらコメント欄に書いていただけると嬉しいです。そして、こういったものを使ってほしいというコメントがあればぜひぜひコメント欄に書いていただけると嬉しいです。あと、いいねボタンも押してくれるとすごくすごく喜びます。 ということで、皆さん今日も最後まで見ていただいてありがとうございました。また次の動画でお会いしましょう。さようなら。

Hello everyone, this is Tomori Ara. Today I'd like to introduce some affordable (プチプラ) toners that everyone loves. The affordable skincare series gets a lot of views and likes on my channel, so it's a popular feature. This season there are many great affordable products coming out, so today I'd like to introduce toners by type—by specific skin concerns. If you're interested, please watch until the end. The first item is for those concerned about dryness. Many of you probably experience dryness during this season, but among you there are people who get breakouts when they add oils, or who want to properly apply toner and create a protective film but hate the sticky feeling. This product is perfect for you. It's Sana Vaselinism Moisturizing Toner. This toner actually contains Vaseline (petroleum jelly). Some of you might think Vaseline means it's oily and sticky, but they've properly nano-sized the Vaseline for this formulation. Actually, Vaseline comes in different grades, ranging from insufficiently purified to medical-grade Vaseline. Among these, there's a highly purified type called 'Sun White.' Just as its name suggests, Sun White is clear in appearance and has a very high purity level. The key point is that this Sun White Vaseline has been nano-sized. Vaseline tends to be sticky and can cause breakouts, so I usually don't recommend it to people who want to apply water-based products. However, Vaseline is truly the strongest sealant. So for people who should use Vaseline, applying water first and then sealing it with Vaseline prevents moisture loss—in that sense Vaseline is beneficial, but you need to apply enough water first, otherwise it can cause breakouts. Since this toner has nano-sized Sun White Vaseline, it's not sticky and delivers plenty of water, yet you can still feel the oil benefits of Vaseline. When you apply it, it feels light, but afterward your skin somehow feels moisturized—it's a mysterious toner. It's also non-comedogenic tested, meaning it's less likely to cause breakouts. So this is great not only for people who experience severe dryness but hate stickiness, but also for those with acne-prone skin who are also dry, and who struggle with balancing oil and water because highly moisturizing products cause breakouts. Next is a product for those who are concerned about pores. This is Dr. Ceuracle (Derma Laser) Spectra VC Max Lotion, Light Type. The Derma Laser series comes in both moisturizing and light types. While I do recommend the moisturizing type, for pore concerns specifically, I think the light type is quite good. Both types contain 4 types of Vitamin C in common: one is ascorbic acid (pure Vitamin C), and the other three are Vitamin C derivatives. Just having Vitamin C makes it great for pores, but in addition, both types contain 10% niacinamide—they clearly state 10%. You might wonder what this has to do with pores. Niacinamide helps suppress excess sebum for people with oily skin. But if you don't have excess oil, niacinamide works to moisturize and soothe skin irritation, so in that sense it's also good for pores. Another common ingredient is nano-sized ceramide capsules. By making ceramide particles smaller, it moisturizes the skin. When skin becomes dry and rough-textured, pores become more noticeable, so in that sense, this product properly moisturizes with ceramide, controls excess oil with niacinamide, and addresses pores with 4 types of Vitamin C. The moisturizing type additionally contains dipotassium glycyrrhizate, an anti-inflammatory ingredient, while the light type contains azelaic acid. Azelaic acid is great for acne and oily skin—it's somewhat similar to niacinamide, but for people with excess sebum, it really helps suppress oil production. Additionally, it can help with pigmentation and pore darkening. Products containing azelaic acid are quite rare among toners, but this product contains Vitamin C, niacinamide, ceramide, and azelaic acid all together—so it's definitely worth checking out if you're struggling with pore concerns. Next is a product for those concerned about both dryness and sensitivity. This is Kansousan Medicated Moisturizing Lotion. This contains niacinamide and dipotassium glycyrrhizate, both registered as active pharmaceutical ingredients. Niacinamide provides wrinkle improvement and whitening effects, while dipotassium glycyrrhizate prevents skin irritation. In addition, this product also contains humanized ceramides, providing solid moisturizing power. But beyond that, the reason I think this is great for sensitive skin is that the Job's tears (Coix seed) extract in this product contains an ingredient called adenosine. Adenosine helps suppress inflammation and improve barrier function, but there's another important point—don't you find that sensitive skin sometimes gets itchy even from the slightest touch? This happens because the nerves responsible for itching become hypersensitive. When these nerves become overly sensitive, even minor stimulation triggers itching, leading to scratching, which then causes inflammation. In this sense, for sensitive skin, it's necessary to calm down these hypersensitive nerves, and adenosine works precisely to suppress these overactive nerves. So for those with sensitive skin who feel itchy or irritated from just a light touch, this product is worth checking out since it provides thorough moisturizing, contains glycyrrhizate for anti-inflammatory effects, and also contains adenosine.
