皆さんこんにちは友利新です。今日はですね2025年日焼け止めの最速レビューをしたいと思います。2024年もですねたくさんの日焼け止めが出たんですけれども、2025年もですね本当にたくさん出ます。肌の老化の7割は紫外線ですからもうそれにね愛してたくさんの日焼け止めが出るっていうことは肌を守ってくれるものを皆さんがね必要としているということですからすごく嬉しいんですね。いろんなトレンドがあるんですが2025年私は2つかなぁと思っていて、一つは2024年から引き続きスキンケア化っていうものがすごく加速してるんですよ。なのでスキンケア効果が入って当たり前、プラスアルファそこに何をしていくかっていうところになってるのが一つ。もう一つがですね当たり前ですけれども改めて焼けないようにする。日焼け止めって心地がいいとかスキンケア効果があるって言ってもぶっちゃけ焼けちゃダメじゃないですか。だからもうより焼けなくするっていうようなところ。この2つが今回の2025年のトレンドになっていくんじゃないかなと思うので今日1月3日に皆さんにお知らせできるだけの日焼け止めを最速でレビューしていきたいと思いますので最後までご覧ください。 では早速もうこれはもう皆さんからもぜひぜひやってくださいと言われているのがこちら。ラロッシュポゼのUVディアXLプロテクショントーンアップローズプラスです。私も大好きなラロッシュのトーンアップローズがリニューアルします。最初聞いた時にちょっと不安だったんですよっていうのは大好きでずっと使ってって、私ほぼほぼこのリニューアル前ではを使わない日はないっていうぐらい自分でメイクする時もそうだし、鈴木さんにメイクしてもらう時にもこのトーンアップローズを使ってたんですよ。だけどリニューアルするって色味が変わったりとかとテクスチャーが変わったりとか、いい風になっていることもあるんですけど前の方が良かったかなって思う時も0じゃないじゃないですか。そんなことを悩んだ私にアホかって言いたいぐらいめちゃくちゃ良くなっております。 まず色も変わってるんですね。少しピンクが抑え目なピンクになっています。実際に色を出してみようと思うんですけれども、前作の方がちょっとピンクがしっかりあったかなというふうに思います。白っぽいかなと思うんですが伸ばしてみるとですね、全然白浮きはしないんですね。見てくださいここまでしっかり塗りましたけれども、そもそもの私の手がすごく白く綺麗に見えてるのわかりますかね。ピンクというよりはもともとの肌に透明感がさらに増してみずみずしさが出てきている。私どちらかちょっと気くすみをするのでそれがポンと飛んでるイメージかなぁと思います。それだけじゃないんですよね。もちろんリニューアルっていうのは色だけじゃない。 まずさっき言ったトレンドの2つをしっかり入っていて、スキンケア効果なんですけれどもビタミンCとビタミンEというものが入って抗酸化力をアップしています。あとはですねLHAというラロッシュポゼっていうのはロレアルグループの酸化なんですね。LHAっていうのはロレアルグループだけが使える角質ケアのピーリング剤になっています。ピーリング剤の中でもちょっとねお肌に優しい感じでアクティブにも取り去りますよという感じじゃないんですね。メラニンが付いたような角質を排除するようなものを後押しするというようなものなので、どちらかというとピーリングというよりは滑らかな肌にしていくっていうようなイメージになっています。なのでまぁビタミンCとビタミンEで日中の酸化することを抑えながら角質ケアも日中していくっていう感じで美容成分が入っているんですが、もう一つのトレンドとしてより焼けないようにするというところがポイントですよね。 UVというのはUVAとUVBというものがあって、特にUVAっていうのが光老化を促進するものでロレアルグループというのはUVAの中でもこのロングUVAと言って肌の奥の方まで行って老化を進めるこのロングUVAを研究してそれをブロックするというのも特にラロッシュポゼは言っていて、ロングUVAをカットするような吸収剤も入っていたんですが今回また2種類プラスになっています。吸収剤が2種類プラスになったことでよりロングUVAをカットできるようになってるんですね。なのでより焼けにくいそしてより光老化を抑える。プラスアルファはトーンアップもして日中の美容効果もあるっていう結構最強の日焼け止めにリニューアルしてるかなというふうに思います。1月28日が先行発売なんですけれども全国発売は2月13日になっています。価格が30ミリ3980円となっていますのでまぁいち早く使いたいと1月28日オンラインとかでは売ると思うのでチェックしてみてください。 続いてはこちれオーラのホワイトショットのセラムUVになります。今年はですねホワイトショットからは日焼け止めが出てるんですよ。今回のホワイトショットのUVは何に注目しているかというと、スピード日焼けっていうものをブロックしたいというところにフォーカスをしてるんですね。これ何かというと通常は紫外線が当たると炎症性のサイトカインが出て、炎症が起こることによってメラノサイトが刺激されてメラニンを作るという、炎症がベースにあるメラニンを作つ酸性のルートというのが当たり前に今まで私たちは持っていて、それに対して美白の有効成分を使ったりとか、炎症を抑えるようにして日焼けをさせないようにするとかいろいろなアプローチがあったんですが、実はどんどん研究が進んでいて炎症を返さないんだけどすぐにメラニンを作ってくれっていう指令だけが出るっていう経路もあるっていうことがわかってるんですね。これが持続型即時固化という名前で要はすぐに黒くなってずーっと黒くなりますよっていうところなんですよ。怖くないですか。紫外線が当たったらすぐメラニン作ってそれがずっと定着するっていう経路なんですよ。これは本当に確か2011年ぐらいだったかなと言われ始めていてポーラさんはしっかりとやってるんですね。この炎症を返さない即時型持続型国家っていうものを研究していったら体が低ナトリウム状態になったらそれが進むというところがわかってるんですね。低ナトリウム状態って何？ってなると夏って汗をかくから体自体が低ナトリウム状態になりやすいんですよ。そうするとなぜか持続型即時固化っていうのが進むっていうところがわかったんですよ。だから夏は特にこのスピード日焼けをなりやすいってことなんですね。 なのでそれを抑えるためにいろんなエキスを見つけたのがデュアルデイリキッドという独自の成分を入れています。汗をかいて低ナトリウム状態でも即時型で持続型の国家っていうものをするメラニンの働きを抑えるっていうところがわかってるんですね。なので今までなんかしっかりと日焼け止め塗ってるんだけど日焼けしちゃうよねっていう人には、そこをまず抑えてあげるということが入っています。夏はもともと熱によって膜がしっかりするような技術だったりとか、汗をかいたらより膜が強固になるものを入れてたりとか、UVとしてもすごくしっかりと紫外線をブロックしてくれますし、今までの歴代のホワイトショットの美白成分もたくさん入ってるんですよ。美白の秘伝のタレもしっかり入っていながらUVとしても成り立っていくっていう、だから半分美容液半分日焼け止めみたいな感じの日焼け止めかなというふうに思います。 有効成分としてはトラネキサム酸とグリチルレチン酸も入っているので、炎症っていう意味でも抑えてますし、炎症を返さない持続型即時国家も抑えるしっていうところをダブルでやってるんで、本当に美容液っぽいUVだなというふうに思っています。トーンアップっていう感じはそこまでないかなと思うんですけど、白っぽいんですけど塗ってすごくねサラッとしてます。ベタベタ感はなくてツヤ感という風な感じにはしっかりと出るかなと思うので、美白の美容液を日常塗りたい、プラスアルファ日焼け止めもしたいっていう方には結構いいかなというふうに思います。こちらはですね3月1日発売で45g税込み7150円になっています。 続いてはこちら2本あるんですけれども、アスタリフトのDUVシールドトーンアップです。これローズとホワイト2種類出てきます。こちらはですねラロッシュさんがロングUVAと言っているUVAをディープUVAと言って、これは同じですね波長がすごく長いUVAというものをしっかりブロックしていきましょうねっていうところでは考え方は似てるかなと思います。プラスアルファディープUVAが当たるとですね、メラニンの酸性を促すような肌の中での仕組みが働いてしまうと、それが何かっていうと通常紫外線が当たるとメラノサイトというメラニンを作る細胞に刺激が入ってメラニン作られるじゃないですか。でもディープUVAを当たると真皮にある線維芽細胞にディープUVAが当たることによって、線維芽細胞がGDF15というタンパク質を作って、なぜかそれがメラノサイトに入ってメラニンを作るような信号を出すらしいんですね。恐ろしくないですか。確かにディープUVAというのは肌の奥の方に行くので線維芽細胞がいるような真皮まで行くんですね。 メラノサイトだけのケアをしていたらGDF15というものがメラノサイトに刺激を与えるってすごい嫌じゃないですか。だからもちろんUVAをブロックするところも大なんですけど、線維芽細胞から出るこのGDF15ということを抑えるっていうものをしているのが、今回のこのアスタリフトのDUVシールドになります。プラスアルファは笑ったりとか表情を作ってもこの日焼け止めの膜がですね破れないような処方っていうところをとっているので、特に肌の奥まで行くディープUVAを抑えつつ、プラスアルファそれが線維芽細胞を刺激して線維芽細胞からメラノサイトを刺激するような物質をブロックするっていうようなところになっています。こちらはですね2月28日発売の30g 4290円になっています。 続いてはこの2つを一緒にご紹介したいと思います。まず一つがリサージのブライトニングセラムUV、もう一つがルナソルのグローデイセラムUVになります。リサージもルナソルも実はカネボウグループなんですね。カネボウグループの中にはカネボウがあります。2023年の上半期に出た黒カネボウのレールオブデイって覚えてますか。肌に水分を蓄えながらUVもしっかりカットしていこうっていうもので、カネボウが持っているラメラ技術っていうものを搭載して、その当時はもうすごく話題を呼んだのがレールオブデイなんですね。そのラメラ技術がどちらにも入っています。 もう一度おさらいなんですがカネボウが持っているラメラ技術っていうのは、水と油、水と油っていうその層を作ることができるんですね。肌の上にしっかりと水分を蓄えておくっていうところができますし、厚膜の膜が貼れるんですよ。でも厚膜って言ってもベタっと塗れるっていうよりは角層がもう一枚ついてるようなイメージなんですね。もともと角層というのは天然の日焼け止め効果もありますから、それがもう一つあって水分がたっぷりなもう一つの角層があるっていうような感じなので、乾燥しにくいし美容成分をいっぱい入れやすいということなんですね。日焼け止め効果も今回また高くなった。プラスアルファはメイク効果の高いピグメントをしっかり入れて、かつラメラ構造もしっかりとりながら高いUV効果も出しているっていうことなので、化粧した時兼日焼け止め兼美容液効果もあるっていうものがこちらのルナソルのグローデイセラムになります。 一方リサージはじゃあ何かっていうと美容成分を入れています。カネボウグループの美白有効成分であるカモミラETと抗炎症成分のグリチルレチン酸ステアリル。この2つが入ってるんですね。美白の美容液効果もありながら、ラメラ構造で心地もいいし、肌の水分量も維持しながらUVも出せるっていうものになっています。紫外線カットも高いしメイクの効果をしっかり出したい人はルナソル。こちらはですねSPF40 PA++++でちょっとだけやっぱりルナソルに比べるとUV効果は落ちるんですが、その代わりカモミラETとグリチルレチン酸が入っているので美白効果を考えるんだったらリサージがいいかなと思います。ちなみにルナソルはですね3月7日発売で30g 5280円。 最後に皆さんこちら覚えてますか。ビオレUVアクアリッチウォータリーホールドクリーム。去年本当にノンケミカルなんだけれども、SPF50っていうものですごくバズったUVなんですけど、私もあの深掘りをしているので前の動画を見ていただきたいんですが、限定発売だったんですね。去年は紫外線吸収剤を入れていないのにSPF50っていうものだしノンコメドだし本当にみずみずしくって、石鹸落ちもできるというもので敏感肌だったり肌が弱い方には画期的なアイテムだったと思うんですね。ただまぁ紫外線吸収剤が入ってないんでSPF50でPA+++になるんですけれども、一般的に行くと十分かなと思うような紫外線カット率。プラスほんと心地がいい肌に優しいということでバズったんですが、今回は2月8日から全国的に限定じゃなくてどこでも買えるようになっています。限定で買えなかったよという方はですねこちらも試していただくのもいいかなというふうに思います。 Hello everyone, this is Arata Tomori. Today I would like to do a fastest review of sunscreens for 2025. While many sunscreens were released in 2024, many more will be released in 2025 as well. Since 70% of skin aging is caused by UV rays, I'm very happy that so many sunscreens are being developed as products to protect our skin. There are various trends, and for 2025, I think there are two main ones. First, the skincare-fication trend that started in 2024 is accelerating significantly. So it's becoming standard to have skincare effects, and the question is what else we can add on top of that. The second one is, of course, preventing sunburn. Even if a sunscreen feels good or has skincare effects, frankly, if you get burned, that's no good. So the focus is really on preventing sun damage. I think these two will be the 2025 sunscreen trends, so today on January 3rd, I'd like to do the fastest reviews of sunscreens I can share with you, so please watch until the end. Let's start with something many of you have asked me to feature. This is La Roche-Posay's UV D-Clear XL Protection Toning Up Rose Plus. The La Roche-Posay Toning Up Rose that I love is being renewed. I was a bit anxious when I first heard about it because I love it so much and use it almost every day. Whether I'm doing my own makeup or having someone do my makeup, I use this Toning Up Rose. But when a product is renewed, the color and texture can change. Sometimes the new version is better, and sometimes I think the previous version was better. But this renewal is seriously much better, so I'm quite pleased. First, the color has changed. The pink is now more subdued. If I show you the actual color, the previous version had more pronounced pink. It looks white, but when I blend it, there's no white cast at all. Look, even though I've applied it quite thickly, my hand looks incredibly white and clean, right? Rather than pink, the original skin tone gets more transparent and dewy. Since I tend to have a dusky complexion, it's like that dullness just disappears. But that's not all. Of course, a renewal isn't just about color changes. First, it definitely incorporates the two trends I mentioned. In terms of skincare effects, it contains vitamin C and vitamin E, which boost antioxidant power. Then there's LHA from La Roche-Posay, which is part of the L'Oréal Group. LHA is an exfoliating agent that only the L'Oréal Group can use. It's a gentler type of exfoliant. Instead of aggressively removing dead skin, it supports the removal of keratin with melanin attached. So it's more about creating smooth skin than actual exfoliation. So with vitamin C and vitamin E reducing oxidation during the day while also doing gentle exfoliation, there are lots of skincare ingredients. But the key to another trend is preventing sun damage more effectively. UV protection consists of UVA and UVB. UVA especially promotes photoaging. L'Oréal Group has researched and blocks long UVA, which penetrates deep into the skin and causes aging. La Roche-Posay especially emphasizes this. They already had UV absorbers to block long UVA, but this time two additional types have been added. By adding two more absorption agents, they can block long UVA even more effectively. So it's harder to burn and better suppresses photoaging. Plus it offers toning up and skincare benefits during the day, so it's quite a powerhouse sunscreen with this renewal. The advance release is January 28th, with nationwide release on February 13th. The price is 3,980 yen for 30ml, so if you want to try it early, it should be available online starting January 28th, so please check it out. Next is Aura's White Shot Serum UV. White Shot is releasing a sunscreen this year. What this White Shot UV focuses on is blocking speed sunburn. What is that exactly? Normally, when UV hits the skin, inflammatory cytokines are released, causing inflammation that stimulates melanocytes to produce melanin. So inflammation is the base of the route that creates melanin. We've used whitening ingredients and anti-inflammatory approaches to prevent tanning. But research has shown there's another pathway where the signal to produce melanin is sent immediately without inflammation. This is called persistent type immediate pigmentation—basically you get dark quickly and stay dark. Terrifying, right? When UV hits, melanin is immediately produced and then becomes permanently fixed. This started being discussed around 2011, and Pola has been seriously researching this inflammation-free, immediate persistent pigmentation. When they researched this, they found it progresses when the body is in a low sodium state. What's a low sodium state? Well, in summer you sweat a lot, so your body easily becomes low in sodium. And when that happens, this persistent immediate pigmentation progresses. So summer especially promotes this speed sunburn. To prevent this, they found various extracts and incorporated a proprietary ingredient called Dual Daily Liquid. Even when you sweat and are in a low sodium state, it suppresses melanin's ability to undergo the persistent immediate type pigmentation response. So for people who properly apply sunscreen but still get tanned, this addresses that issue. In summer, there's already technology where heat properly sets the film, and when you sweat, the film becomes even more durable. It also blocks UV very effectively, and it contains many of the heritage whitening ingredients from previous White Shot products. It has the secret whitening sauce built in while still functioning as a UV product. So it's kind of half beauty serum, half sunscreen. As active ingredients, it contains tranexamic acid and glycyrrhetinic acid, so it suppresses inflammation and also prevents the non-inflammatory persistent immediate pigmentation response, doing both. It's really a sunscreen that feels like a beauty serum. It doesn't have much of a toning up effect, but while it looks white when applied, it sets very smoothly. There's no stickiness and it definitely creates a dewy finish, so if you want to apply whitening beauty serum daily while also protecting against sun damage, this could work well. This launches March 1st at 45g for 7,150 yen including tax. Next, I want to introduce these two together. One is Lisage's Brightening Serum UV, and the other is Lunasol's Glow Day Serum UV. Both Lisage and Lunasol are actually part of the Kao Group. Within the Kao Group is Kanebo. Remember Kanebo's Rail of Day released in the first half of 2023? It maintained skin hydration while effectively blocking UV, featuring Kao's proprietary Lamellar technology. It was a huge topic at the time. That Lamellar technology is in both of these. To recap, Kao's Lamellar technology can create layers of water and oil, water and oil. It can maintain water on the skin while applying a thick film. Though when I say thick, it's more like an extra layer of stratum corneum rather than a thick coating. Since the natural stratum corneum already has sun protection, having an extra layer that's fully hydrated means it doesn't dry out as easily and accommodates more beauty ingredients. Sun protection is also higher this time. Plus they've included high-performance pigments for makeup effects while maintaining the Lamellar structure and strong UV protection. So when worn as makeup, it functions as both sunscreen and beauty serum—that's Lunasol's Glow Day Serum. On the other hand, Lisage incorporates beauty ingredients. Kao Group's whitening active ingredient Camelia ET and anti-inflammatory ingredient Glycyrrhetinic Acid Stearyl. These two are included. It has whitening beauty serum effects while the Lamellar structure provides comfort, maintains skin hydration, and provides UV protection. It has strong UV blocking and if you want strong makeup effects, Lunasol is good. This one is SPF40 PA++++ so compared to Lunasol the UV protection is slightly lower, but it has Camelia ET and Glycyrrhetinic Acid for whitening effects, so if you're thinking about whitening, Lisage might be better. By the way, Lunasol launches March 7th at 30g for 5,280 yen. Lastly, do you remember this? Biore UV Aqua Rich Watery Hold Cream. Last year it became a huge buzz as a non-chemical sunscreen with SPF50. I did a deep dive on it, so please check my previous video. It was a limited release. Even without UV absorbers, it achieved SPF50, was non-comedogenic, incredibly hydrating, and removed with soap. It was revolutionary for sensitive or weak skin types. But without UV absorbers, it becomes SPF50 and PA+++, which is generally considered sufficient UV protection. Plus the feel is nice and gentle, which is why it went viral. But starting February 8th, it's becoming available nationwide, not just as a limited release. If you couldn't get it because it was limited, you might want to try this one.
