みなさんこんにちは、友利新です。今日はここまで進化したのかとびっくりするくらいすごいドラッグストアコスメが新発売になったので、それをご紹介したいと思います。 どういったコスメかというと、PDRNって聞いたことあると思うんですよ。最近話題ですよね。PDRNというとサーモン注射から着想を得たようなものなんですが、それが主成分になっているんです。どこのドラッグストアかというと、マツキヨオリジナルなんですよ。今日はそちらを深掘りしていきたいと思います。PDRN気になる方はぜひ最後までご覧ください。 では早速、今日ご紹介するのが「M PURE DERMA」というブランドになります。洗顔とかクレンジングとかも出ているんですけれども、一番の推しは美容液だと思います。すみません、私ちょっと使っております。PDRNが2%入っているものと、あともう一つ1%というものがあります。これがメインでアンプルがあるんですよ。これ、わかるかな、粒々が入っているんですよ。1番にはレチノールとナイアシンアミドのカプセルが入っているし、2番にはグルタチオンとガラクトミセス、これも粒々が入っているし、3番がアゼライン酸とビタミンCのこの粒々が入っているし、4番はアルブチンとパンテノール、5番がグリシルグリシンとシカなんですよ。自分の好きな成分をこのPDRNの美容液に2本まで入れられるらしいんですね。なのでアゼライン酸とビタミンCとレチノールとナイアシンアミドを入れる、という感じで使えるということなんですよ。 今の成分推しトレンドにもぴったり合っているなというふうに思うんですね。ドラッグストアで目立つためには、やっぱりいろんな成分入っていますとか、カスタマイズできますっていうだけでも結構話題になるじゃないですか。でもこれを見た時に「あれ、なんだろう」と思ったのが「高浸透型のPDRN」って書いてあったんですよ。カプセル状にしたのかなというふうに思ったんですが、そうじゃなく、本当の意味での高浸透のPDRNだなというふうに思いました。 そもそもまずはPDRNって何かというお話からしたいと思うんですけれども、ポリデオキシリボヌクレオチドという成分になります。DNAとか核酸のかけらみたいなものなんですよ。美容皮膚科などではサーモン注射「リジュラン」というもので有名で、それを私はPN製剤というふうに呼びます。私もリジュランとかプルリアルのデンシファイとか使っていくっていう感じになるんですが、じゃあなんでPDRNをわざわざ注射でまで入れるかというと、圧倒的な組織の再生力なんですよ。 細胞の表面にあるアデノシン受容体、A2A受容体って言うんですけれども、ここの部分に結合して細胞の修復のスイッチを押してくれるのがPDRNなんですね。なのでもともとはやけどの治療とか床ずれの治療とかで、組織の修復っていうところをめちゃくちゃしてくれるんですよ。具体的に言うと何かっていうと、血管新生ですよね。栄養を運ぶ新しい道を作ってくれたりとか、抗炎症作用は組織の再生ですよね。この3つのプロセスをもうしっかりと押し進めてくれるので、肌が瑞々しくなったりとか、赤みが収まったりとか、根本から若返らせるみたいな感じになっています。レーザーなどと同じぐらい、美容医療の中でもポピュラーですごく効果があるっていう治療になっています。 そんなすごい成分ならどんどん化粧品に入れていこうよみたいな感じで、今、化粧品の中に入っているんですが、先ほども言ったようにPDRNって肌に入っていかないんですよ。もちろんゼロとは言わないです。なんでかというと、それはやっぱり分子量というものがある程度大きいからなんですね。PDRNへ塗って、分子量が50から1500キロダルトンというふうに言われていて、角層のバリアを通過することはできないんですね。肌にそのまま塗っても再生に関わるところまでは浸透しなくて、保湿の効果があるので意味がないわけじゃないんですけど、一番の得意技という修復までには至っていなかったんですよ。だから直接肌の奥に届かせるためには注射しなきゃいけないというところだったんですね。なので各メーカーさん、どうやって肌に生かせるかって言って、リポソーム化したりとか、角層のバリアを開けて入れたりとか、いろんなことをやっていたんですけれども、今回は「高浸透型PDRN」と書いてあって、はきっとカプセルかなぁみたいな感じで、全成分見てもカプセルじゃなさそうなんですよね。 いろいろ調べていったところ、北海道大学の先生がPDRNを経皮吸収できないかみたいな研究をしているっていうのを聞いたことがあって、大きかったこのDNAを処理をしてちっちゃくして吸収させるようにできたっていうところを聞いたことがあるので、多分それが入っているんだと思うんですよね。低分子化することに成功しているので浸透できるはずなんですよ。ただ、今までの植物性のものだったら低分子化しかできないんですけど、ポイントなのが、植物性のものだと活性化、つまり傷の修復の力もちっちゃくなるんですけれども、特殊な処理をしたものだったら、小さい低分子化はしているんですけど、活性はそのままっていうようなことだったので、これはすごいなって思ったので、それが入っているんだと思うんですよね。 この仮説をもとに自分で使ってみました。これはちょっとごめんなさい、真っさらな肌で使えばよかったんですが、私の大好きなLDMっていう機械があって、水分量を上げるっていう機械を導入した時に使ったので、LDMの効果もあるとは思うんですけれども、メイクさんに驚くくらい肌の水分量上がりましたっていうふうに言われたので。LDM自体も細胞を震わせて肌の水分量を上げるっていうものを出すし、PDRN自体も傷の修復だったりとか抗炎症で水分保持力を上げる、だからLDMで何かストレッチしているところに栄養を与えているみたいな。リジュランとか打った後にLDMをかけるっていうのが韓国とかでは主流なので、注射はしていないけれども栄養を入れてLDMでそれを活性化させるっていう良いサイクルになったんじゃないかなというふうに思って、肌の調子がめちゃくちゃいいんですよね。多分それが入っているんじゃないかなっていう仮説を立てています。 美容クリニックに勤めているので、できれば注射をしてほしいっていうタイプなんですけれども、どんな感じか知りたいなぁという人には使ってみてもいいんじゃないかなと思うし、もし私の当てが外れていてカプセル状だったとしても、自分で好きな美容液をカスタマイズできるっていうのも面白いんじゃないかなというふうに思うので、そういった意味でもドラッグストアで買えるっていうのはすごいなというふうに思いました。 回し物みたいなんですけど、すごい面白いのがあって。PDRN関係ないんですけど、それがこのクレンジングなんですね。究極の摩擦レスみたいな感じとか、何が摩擦レスなのかなぁって言ったら「泡で落とします」っていうから、よくある炭酸みたいなものかなと思ったら、炭酸が入っていそうにも見えないじゃないですか。こうやって時間を置いておくじゃないですか、塗り広げていくとわかりますかね、これだんだん泡立ってきてるの。ただ塗っただけなんですよ。顔に塗ると真っ白になるんですよ。もともとこう乳白色なんですけれども、真っ白な泡に変化するんですよ。フリーザーみたいな、要は真っ白になるから面白いんですよ。塗って気が付くと1分くらいで真っ白になるので、シャワーでさーっと落とすっていう。めちゃくちゃ面白くないですか、ほら。 「自己発泡オーロラクレンジング」っていう名前で、何が自己発泡なんだろうって思って調べてみたら、物理的な発泡構造なんですよ。このクレンジングには、泡を作るアニオン界面活性剤っていうものと、とろみのあるジェル成分というのがうまく絡み合っているんだと思うんですよね。ポリマーとキサンタンガムっていうのが主成分だと思うんですけれども、それが網目みたいな構造を作るんですよ。クレンジングを出したら空気と触れますよね、その時に高発泡のアニオン界面活性剤っていうのが空気を含んで、喋っている間にこんなに発泡していくっていう。この物理的な網目構造の中に界面活性剤が入って膨張していくっていう。界面活性剤なので汚れも一緒に絡め取りながら発泡していくっていう。めちゃくちゃ面白くないですか。泡が立つとか、つぶつぶでしっかり中に美容液を入れられるとか、こういった見せ方面白いじゃないですか。ドラコスの真髄というか、楽しんでスキンケアができるっていうところは恐れ入りました。画期的だなぁというふうに感動しました。 はい、ということでいかがだったでしょうか。マツキヨのプライベートブランドですよ。それがここまで進化したのかというと、もうちょっと驚異的だなぁと思いました。近くのマツキヨに行って、好きなものと組み合わせたりとかも楽しんで見ていただければかなと思います。今日も最後までご覧いただきありがとうございました。また次の動画でお会いしましょう。さよなら。

Hello everyone, this is Arata Tomori. Today I found an amazing drugstore cosmetic that has evolved so much it surprised me, so I wanted to introduce it to you. What kind of cosmetic is it? You've probably heard of PDRN—it's been a hot topic lately. PDRN is inspired by salmon injections, and it's the main ingredient in this product. Which drugstore is it from? It's a Matsukiyo original! Today I want to dive deep into this. If you're curious about PDRN, please watch until the end. So right away, today I'm introducing a brand called "M PURE DERMA." They have cleansers and cleansing products too, but I think the star item is the serum. Sorry, I'm actually using it. There's one with 2% PDRN and another with 1%. These are the main ampoules. Can you see this—there are little granules in it. Number 1 contains retinol and niacinamide capsules, number 2 has glutathione and galactomyces (also with granules), number 3 has azelaic acid and vitamin C granules, number 4 has arbutin and panthenol, and number 5 has glycylglycine and centella asiatica (cica). Apparently you can add up to 2 of your favorite ingredient capsules into this PDRN serum. So you could combine azelaic acid and vitamin C with retinol and niacinamide, for example. This really fits the current trend of highlighting specific ingredients. To stand out at drugstores, having lots of ingredients or being customizable is enough to create buzz. But what caught my attention was that it said "high-penetration PDRN." I thought maybe they made it into capsules, but that's not it—I think this is genuinely high-penetration PDRN in the true sense. First, let me explain what PDRN actually is. It stands for Polydeoxyribonucleotide. It's basically fragments of DNA or nucleic acids. In cosmetic dermatology, it's famous from the salmon injection called "Rejuran," which I refer to as PN formulations. I also use things like Rejuran and Pluryal Densifier. So why go through the trouble of injecting PDRN? Because of its overwhelming tissue regeneration power. PDRN binds to adenosine receptors on the cell surface, specifically A2A receptors, and flips the switch for cell repair. Originally, it was used for treating burns and bedsores because it dramatically promotes tissue repair. Specifically, it promotes angiogenesis—creating new pathways to deliver nutrients—and has anti-inflammatory effects that support tissue regeneration. By strongly advancing these three processes, skin becomes more hydrated, redness calms down, and it rejuvenates from the root. It's as popular and effective as treatments like lasers in the field of aesthetic medicine. With such an amazing ingredient, you'd think "let's just put it into cosmetics," and indeed it's now being used in skincare products. But as I mentioned, PDRN doesn't easily penetrate the skin—not zero, but limited. That's because its molecular weight is relatively large. PDRN has a molecular weight of 50 to 1500 kilodaltons, which means it can't pass through the stratum corneum barrier. Even when applied topically, it doesn't penetrate deep enough to reach the regeneration process—it still has moisturizing benefits, so it's not meaningless, but it doesn't reach the level of repair that's its real specialty. So to deliver it deep into the skin, injections were necessary. That's why manufacturers have tried various methods like liposome encapsulation or opening up the stratum corneum barrier to get it in. This time, it said "high-penetration PDRN," and I thought maybe it was encapsulated, but looking at the full ingredient list, it doesn't seem to be in capsule form. After researching, I recalled hearing that a professor at Hokkaido University was studying whether PDRN could be absorbed transdermally—breaking down the large DNA molecules to make them small enough to be absorbed. I think that's probably what's used here. They've succeeded in making it low molecular weight, so it should be able to penetrate. However, with conventional plant-derived versions, you can only achieve low molecular weight, but the key point is that with plant-derived ingredients, the activity—meaning the wound-healing power—also diminishes. But with this specially processed version, it seems they achieved low molecular weight while keeping the activity intact, which I thought was amazing, so I believe that's what's used here. Based on this hypothesis, I tried using it myself. I should have used it on completely bare skin for a fair test, but I used it when I introduced my favorite device called LDM, which increases moisture levels. So the LDM effect is probably also a factor, but my makeup artist told me my skin's moisture level had increased noticeably. LDM itself vibrates cells to boost skin moisture, and PDRN itself supports wound repair and boosts moisture retention through anti-inflammatory action—so it's like providing nutrients to skin that's being "stretched" by LDM. In Korea, it's common to use LDM after injections like Rejuran, so even without injections, feeding the skin nutrients and then activating them with LDM might create a great synergy cycle—my skin condition has been fantastic. That's the hypothesis I've formed about why it's working so well. Since I work at a cosmetic clinic, I'm the type who'd prefer actual injections if possible. But for those curious about what it might feel like, this could be worth trying. And even if my guess is wrong and it turns out to be encapsulated, being able to customize your own favorite serum is still fun. In that sense too, I think it's amazing that this is available at a drugstore. This might sound like an ad, but there's another really interesting item—unrelated to PDRN—and that's this cleanser. It has this ultimate "friction-less" feel. What makes it friction-less? It says it removes makeup with foam, so I thought it might be like a typical carbonated cleanser, but it doesn't look like it contains carbonation. If you let it sit for a bit like this and spread it around, you can see it gradually foaming up. I just applied it, and it turns completely white on the face. It starts off milky white, but transforms into pure white foam. It's like a freezer effect—it's fascinating because it turns completely white. After about a minute of application, it's completely white, and then you just rinse it off in the shower. Isn't that incredibly interesting? It's called "Self-Foaming Aurora Cleansing," and I wondered what makes it self-foaming, so I looked into it—it's a physical foaming structure. I believe this cleanser combines a foam-generating anionic surfactant with a thick gel component that intertwine well together. The main ingredients are likely a polymer and xanthan gum, which create a mesh-like structure. When you dispense the cleanser, it comes into contact with air, and the highly foaming anionic surfactant absorbs that air, causing it to foam up this much while you're just talking. Within this physical mesh structure, the surfactant expands, and since it's a surfactant, it foams while also trapping dirt and grime. Isn't that amazing? Creating foam, having granules that can properly hold serum inside—this kind of presentation is fascinating. This is the essence of drugstore cosmetics—being able to enjoy skincare.
