化粧水を塗ってもどっちでもいいんです けれどもやっぱりなんだろ化粧水塗る前に 薬塗っちゃうと化粧水塗れなくなっちゃう と思うので化粧水塗ってからの方がいいと 思います 今日のメイクはねちょっとね限定の アイテムを使いました スックのクリスマス限定 これもちょっとピンク系で可愛いやつ スックのシグネチャーカラーアイズ120番 ですね冬 冬装備 ふーゆーそう 冬装備っていうのかな こっちを使ってます720番を取れちゃった かな 使ってますで 今日ねなんか肌がね乾燥しててあの珍しく あのひしてかの私もさすがにずっとマスク してエアコンの下で診察をずっとしてたん でさすがに私の肌も乾燥してたので乾燥 しているときに美容液ファンだといえば これでしょうって言って今日は でこれクレドポーボーテの リキッドファンデーション私はオークル10番 ですね クレドポーボーテフォンデュターン の10番をつけてますやっぱりどんなに 乾燥しててもやっぱすごいよね クレド様は全然なんかちょっとこの辺がね なんかちょっと皮がむけそうだなというところも いいですね全然大丈夫だった ん えっとね成分の組み合わせのなんか動画を 出したんですけどそんなに対して回再生回数は ないんだけどやっぱなんかマニアに刺さった らしく何と何はいいですかみたいなものが すっごく来たんですよ えっと SK-II の美容液がすごくあの ジェノプティマムエッセンスっていうのがすごく良くって逆に寝てなくって かリムがいいしをしててだったら BA のザ ローションがいいし 逆に酸化しててなんか皮脂が結構出ててっていうようだったらあのポーラの ローションいますかあとはそれそれだったらなんか皮脂を抑えたりビタミン C K が いいのでそれだったらあのちょっとお安いところで言うとあのメガの CC だったりとかあとはこの前インスタライブでもご紹介したんですけれどもドクター 系のあのローションがいいんじゃないかなと思いますドクター系のものはビタミン C てすぐ酸化しちゃうんですけれどもその酸化したビタミン C を助けてくれる グルタチオンだったりそれを助けてくれる カフェインだったりとかビタミンあの B 族だったりナイアシンみたいだったりが入っ ているのでそれがいいんじゃないかなぁと思ったりしますだからその 何くすみかによってちょっと変わってくるで角質のくすみだったりターンオーバーを 流すようなものが必要なので例えば ピーリング系もちろん高周波ピールでもいいし あとはちょっと乾燥肌だったら パッと今出てくるのだったらこのラロッシュポゼのエフェクラのピール セラムでもいいし あとみほさんが大絶賛してた私も結構使った A ドラメールのオイルあのピーリングの美容液でもいいかなと思います さくらさんスーパーチャット ありがとうございます友利新先生こんばんは今日は少し遅れて しまいましたが質問がありますそばかすでフォトRFを4回したんですがほぼ変わらず 看護師さんに相談をしたら最近ピコレーザーというもので導入されたそうで先生に カウンセリングを受けてみてはどうですかと言われました あと薄いシミそばかすようなものを消すのはちょっと難しさもあると言われました そんなのでしょうか またピコレーザーについて教えてほしいです えっとまずフォトRFを4回したっていうので まあだいたい今6回5回か6回ぐらい目安にするんですねで徐々に徐々に上げていく ので効果がないって言われたらあとまあもうちょっと頑張ってみるっていう手もあるんですが ピコレーザーに変えてもいいと思います でフォトRFっていうのは光の波長をまああの なのでマイルドにしていくものなんですね なので回数を重ねてダウンタイムは少なくしてやるっていうのがフォトRFです ピコレーザーというのはもレーザーなんですねで今まではヤグレーザーとかピコレーザー とかいろいろあるんですがこれは1秒間にどれぐらい出るかっていうものなんですよねだから ピコでもまあなんてですかねヤグでもなんか なんていうのかな 皆さんはわかんないと思いますやっぱりそれはレーザーの種類で ピコレーザーは今一番新しいんですけれども私たちは給水値のヤグレーザーを私のクリニックは 入れていて給水値が出た給水値っていうのもすごくあの 素晴らしい機械でそのよりも1秒間に出るものがちょっとなんていうのかな 焼くのってじゅーって焼いてるよりはピッて短い時間で強い力を与える方が組織ってあんまり焼けないんですよね 短い時間でどれぐらい出力を出せるかっていうのでピコだったり給水値だったりとかがいろいろ変わってくるんですよ 本当に短い時間で入れるのがピコなんですね だから給水値の次はピコが出たっていう感じなんですけども結局設定なので給水値でもピコでもどっちでも私はいいと思います設定次第なので じゃあピコレーザーっていうものがいいかって言われるとやっぱりそばかすで消えづらかったものを一個一個ポツポツポツポツって当てるのはいいと思います ただフォトRFと違って必ずかさぶたになったりダウンタイムがあるのでダウンタイムが良いよっていうようだったら ピコレーザーに変えてもいいんじゃないかなというふうに思います 今度斉藤香織さんとコラボねえ私会ってみた 8ヶ月の赤ちゃんを育てているのですがアトピー肌です。何か日頃から気をつけることおすすめのベビーミルクなどがあれば教えてください。 よかったら私がプロデュースしているメディスキンのベビーローションなどいかがでしょうか？アトピー肌だった保湿をメインにすることがすごく大事なので、保湿を1日2回しっかりやっていただいて洗うときもゴシゴシ洗わないように泡のもので洗うということ。本当に保湿が一番です。ただ保湿もですね油とお水っていうのがあって、例えばアトピー肌だったら大丈夫だと思うんですけれども、結構油っぽい赤ちゃんに油のミルクなんていうのかな油分が入っているようなものをべたべた塗るっていうのはあんまりお勧めしてないので、まずはローション的なものを塗ってそれでも乾燥するんだったら、ミルクとかバームっていう風に重ねてあげるといいかなと思います。 先生はニキビできた時に何を使いますか？何を薬を塗りますクリニックの？みんないいな私もご褒美買っちゃおうかなぜひぜひ。 アートメイクを検討していませんさあどう思われますか？私もすごくやりたいです本当に楽だなあと思うんですけれども私の場合なんかメイクさんにメイクをしてもらうことも多いので、なんかベースにアートメイクがあると邪魔かなあと思って今のところやってないんです。けれども、あのやっぱりやっている方を見るとすごく自然だしあの思って表参道ではやってないんですけれども、恵比寿のクリニックでは専用専門のナースさんがいてやっててすごく上手なので、ちょっとやりたいなあとは思っています。 マスクでシミが増えることもありますやっぱりこうなんていうのかな、擦れちゃったりとかっていうのはあると思いますあとは甲板が悪化することあります。 肝斑が顔にできてしまいました妊娠中なので炭酸ガスレーザーができないんですが、他にできる治療はありますか？ 正直ないですね。まああの漢方薬とか飲むこともあるんですがやっぱり妊娠中なのであんまり薬剤も飲みたくないっていうのが本当なので、ちょっと治療を今はちょっとしない方がいいかなと思います。 先生はアイクリーム何使ってますか？今はB.Aを使ってます。 グリーンの下地で乾燥しにくくておすすめありますか？エレガンス アディクション。 ニキビ肌はミルククレンジングがこれさっき読んだね。先生の言う通りキュレルのミスト化粧水めっちゃ良かったニキビで芯が出てきてて可能しててもつけても大丈夫ですか？また可能してるニキビにも日焼け止めのほうがいいですか？ キュレルのミストは、あの化粧水はニキビにつけても大丈夫ですけど治るわけではないと思います。はい。日焼け止めは塗ったほうがいいんです。このコメント、ジェニックの日焼け止めを塗ってください。 こんばんは唇がどれだけ保湿しても皮むけしてしまい硬くなってしまいます何か対処方法ありますか？ 私も結構唇がずっとそうして硬くなりがちなんですけれども、あの、ライスパワーっていうところのあの、リップバームをつけるようにしてるんですね。あのでそれが、ライスパワーナンバー11が入っているのでそれがすごくいいなと思っています。あと寝る前に私はあの絹漢の、リップ美容液を塗ってでマスクの下にはライスのリップバームを塗るようにしています。 緑のクリームイブさんローラーにありましたということで確かにです。あと今そうだサンローランにも緑あるし次来春、来春というか春に出るジバンシーで結構そういう色を飛ばすみたいなものが出るのでそれでもいいかもしれない。 今日友利新先生が糸リフトについて動画アップされてましたね施術はしないけど勉強になりました。結構ね糸リフトネガティブな感じで言う方多いんですけれども確かに昔の糸リフトってなんか頭が痛くなるとかなんか釣り目になるみたいな感じでしたけれども今は糸の種類も多くなったし、ダウンタイムは1週間か10日ぐらいかなと思うので私入れている患者さんを見てもそんなに違和感ある感じはないので私も、できればあの1週間ぐらいお休みがあったらやりたいなって実は思っているぐらいです。ただ私のお休みがなくて撮影が結構毎週が2回入るのでちょっと今のスケジュールではなかなか入れられないなあと思うんですけど、もし2週間撮影がない時があったら入れたいと実は思っています。 全然別で大丈夫です。私もあのフルラインで使うことはほぼないので全然大丈夫ですよ。 最近流行りのポテンツァは毛穴の引き締めに効くとかよく聞きますがつまり黒ずみの解消には効きますか？つまりは1回取ってあげたほうがいいのでどちらかというとポテンツァ開き毛穴の方が効くイメージですね。 先生頭皮が何年も赤くてニキビができて困っております。病院に行きましょう。これは多分も頭皮の脂漏性皮膚炎だと思うので、多分あの市販のものでは難しいと思うので病院に行きましょう。 先生おすすめのスックのチーク可憐咲きが気になっているのですがどこも品切れで買えません。多分あのベストコスメとかでも結構選ばれているのでもうちょっとしたら多分入ると、あの買えると思います。 私はハイブランド、洋服とかバッグだとルイヴィトンが大好きです先生の好きなブランドはありますか？ 肝斑とADMが併発している場合どちらから治療するのがベストでしょうか？ 同時にする方がいいかなと思いますしADMも肝斑も必ずなんか1回では終わらないというか、再発を繰り返すので両方一緒に行った方がいいんじゃないかなと思います。 桜さんスーパーチャートありがとうございます2度目の質問で教室空ですがおでこに3本ぐらい横に深めのシワがありますヒアルロン酸注射は金額的においくらぐらいするものでしょうか？ クリニックによって違うと思う。クリニックによって全然違うのでちょっとあとしヒアルロン酸の種類によっても全然違うんですよだからちょっといくらとは言えないですね。ただおでこだったらヒアルロン酸じゃなくてまずボトックスをやってそれでも消えなかったらヒアルロン酸という手順なのでボトックスの方がいいと思います。 今日コスデコでこのクレンジングクリームを買いました先生は使ったことありますか？ もちろんありますあのもう本当になんていうんだろうな名品中の名品かなと思います。ただ私自身はすごく乾燥肌ではないのでクレンジングクリームとかをあんまりあの好きじゃないというか使わないんですけど、そんな私でもすごいいいなと思うので乾燥肌の人はすごくいいと思います。 先生は長財布ですかコンパクトな小さい財布ですか？普段はカード決済でお金は使わないですか？
