2021年上半期 友利新的ベストコスメ プチプラ編をご紹介します。

皆さんこんにちは、友利新です。今日は2021年上半期ベストコスメ・プチプラ編になります。デパコス、そしてメイクときたら、やっぱりプチプラですよね。プチプラが大好きな方も多いと思いますし、もちろん私も大好きです。なので今年も、2021年上半期にたくさんのプチプラコスメが出ました。それを考えて、メイク編とスキンケア編を分けようかなと思ったんですけれども、やっぱりプチプラはまとめて大丈夫かなと思ったので、プチプラのスキンケアとメイクという感じで選んでみました。では早速、プチプラのスキンケア編から行ってみようと思います。 今年のプチプラのベストコスメで注目はこちらではないでしょうか。「肌ラボ 白潤プレミアム 薬用浸透美白化粧水と乳液」です。肌ラボさんといえば、もともとヒアルロン酸ですよね。以前も肌ラボさんの動画を撮ったと思うんですが、ロート製薬さんが作っていて、ロート製薬さんはもともと目薬の会社なので、ヒアルロン酸というのは目にはすごく必要なものです。そういった意味では、ヒアルロン酸の研究をずっとし続けているのがロート製薬さんです。その技術が入っているのがこの肌ラボなんですね。もともと肌ラボは保湿をメインにしたものが多かったんですが、今回出たものは美白と抗炎症作用を一緒にしたものになります。元々のヒアルロン酸に加え、浸透型のヒアルロン酸をしっかりと入れているプラス、トラネキサム酸、グリチルリチン酸ジカリウム、ビタミンC誘導体、そしてビタミンEとてんこ盛りです。紫外線が当たって炎症が起こってしまったものを抑えて、炎症が起こると乾燥するから、それを肌ラボのヒアルロン酸の技術で保湿していく、すごい商品だなぁと思いました。化粧水も乳液もあるので、化粧水だけでも、乳液だけでも、ダブルで使っても大丈夫です。お値段は1,000円台でした。今年のプチプラのベストコスメランキングを見ていても、白潤プレミアムが選ばれているものがすごく多かったので、私もこれが今年のプチプラ大注目アイテムだと思います。 続いてはこちら、「メラノCC 集中対策プレミアム美容液」です。くしくもこれもロート製薬さんなんですよ。プチプラはロート製薬さんが強いですね。これは私の大好きなビタミンCが入っています。ビタミンC誘導体も好きなんですが、ピュアビタミンCがすごく好きで、ピュアビタミンCは効果がとても高いんですけれども、空気に触れるとすぐ酸化してしまうので、独自の技術がないと肌に浸透させることがなかなか難しいんですね。それをロート製薬さんは独自の技術でしっかりと浸透させています。プラス、ビタミンB6が入っていて、皮脂の抑制をしてくれます。どちらかというと、テカりやすくてニキビができやすいけれど美白もしたいという若い方向けではありますが、3種のビタミンCが入っているので、「プレミアム」という名前がふさわしい美容液だと思います。今まで「メラノCC」を使っていて物足りなかった方にも、このプレミアムバージョンは効果が期待できるんじゃないかなと思います。こちらも今年かなり注目されたプチプラアイテムです。 続いてはこちら、「ミノン アミノモイスト すべすべしっとり肌マスク」です。これも私が大好きなもので、よく使っています。敏感肌・混合肌の方向けで、乾燥も気になるけれど皮脂のテカリも気になるという方向けのマスクになります。今はマスクをしていますよね。マスクをしていると、内側は乾燥しているのに外側はテカテカしているという、いわゆるインナードライになりやすいんです。そういった時にクリーム系や油分系のものを使うとニキビの元になってしまうんですが、こちらはもともとミノンがこだわるアミノ酸に注目しています。皮膚のもとになっているアミノ酸のバランスを整えることで乾燥を対策し、皮膚のバリア機能を上げていきましょう、というコンセプトです。さらにしっかり保湿することで皮脂のコントロールもしていきましょう、ということです。皮脂を取り去るのではなく、水分をたっぷり入れてあげることで皮脂分泌を抑える、まさにマスク時代にぴったりなシートマスクだと思います。私自身もインナードライになりがちで、擦れると敏感になってしまうので、そういう方が集中的に水分を入れたい時におすすめです。 続いてはちょっと変わり種です。「UZU アイラッシュセラム」です。アイラッシュセラムというのでまつ毛美容液かと思うじゃないですか。もちろんまつ毛美容液の効果もあるんですが、だいたいのまつ毛美容液はマスカラのようなブラシタイプですよね。でもこれは先端がスポットタイプになっているんです。まつ毛にもつけられるし、まぶたなど目周りにも使える美容液で、一本で目元の美容液とまつ毛の美容液の両方の役割を果たします。以前まつ毛美容液についての動画でお話したと思うんですが、まつ毛を伸ばすというよりはまつ毛をしっかりさせ栄養を与える成分として、ペプチド系のものが入っています。例えばオリゴペプチドや、オリゴペプチド-20、オリゴペプチド-24など、ペプチド系は毛をしっかりさせる意味でとても必要な成分です。目周りにもペプチドは効果が期待できるので、目元を集中的にケアしながらまつ毛もケアできる、さすがUZUという感じのアイテムです。UZUといえばモテマスカラやアイライナーなどメイクアイテムが多いイメージですが、目周りに特化したブランドならではの成分をしっかり入れ、一つで二役というプチプラらしい商品だなと思います。 続いてはこちら、「豆乳イソフラボン 薬用純白泡洗顔」です。洗顔を泡立てるって面倒くさいですよね。でもこの泡洗顔はしっかりと潰れない泡が出てきます。アミノ酸系の洗浄剤なので、お顔の皮脂を取りすぎることもあまりありません。さらにグリチルリチン酸ジカリウムが入っているので、マスクなどで敏感になっている肌を優しく洗浄しながら炎症も抑えてくれます。泡タイプなので摩擦レスで洗えるのも、今の時代に合っているなと思いました。 スキンケアの最後はこちら、「無印良品 エイジングケア 薬用リンクルケア美容液」です。以前の動画でもご紹介したんですが、ナイアシンアミドが入っているんですよ。1,490円という価格がすごいですよね。ナイアシンアミドは美白の有効成分でもあり、シワ改善の有効成分でもあります。エイジングケアをスタートさせるなら、こちらを使っていただくといいんじゃないかと思います。詳しくは以前の動画をご覧いただければと思いますが、本当にプチプラの中でもめちゃめちゃ優秀だなと思いました。 スキンケアも素晴らしいものがたくさんありましたが、メイクもさらっと紹介したいと思います。私はもともとベースメイクが好きなので、ベースを綺麗に見せるという意味でこちら、「COKO クッションファンデーション」です。ファミリーマートで売っているブランドですが、こんな感じのクッションファンデです。デパコスに比べれば若干ツヤなどは劣るところはありますが、一番良いのは崩れにくいことです。マスクをしていてもドロドロになりにくいので、コンビニコスメとしては最優秀なんじゃないかなと思います。COKOさんはアイシャドウもあって、フォーカスタイプとペンシルタイプの2WAYタイプのものがあります。私が気に入っているのは黄色系で、黄色って使うの怖いかなと思うかもしれませんが、プチプラアイテムなら遊び心で試せるのでおすすめです。正式名称はパウダー&ライナー 02番「アイスレモネード」といいます。名前も可愛いですよね。 そしてベースメイクに欠かせないのがこちら、「セザンヌ ストレッチカバーコンシーラー」です。私はよく目元にコンシーラーを塗るんですが、目元は皮膚が薄くてしゃべるとシワができるので、コンシーラーをつけると絶対シワっぽく見えてしまいます。でもこれはシワになりにくいのがすごいと思います。色展開も豊富で、お化粧直しの時にも使ってもよれにくいので、優秀なコンシーラーだと思います。 最後にリップを紹介したいと思います。今年のプチプラリップといえば、ケイトの「リップモンスター」がすごくバズっていて、もちろん私も大好きです。一番好きかと言われればリップモンスターなんですが、正直どこにも売っていないですよね。昨日も近くのマツキヨに行ってきたんですが全部売り切れでした。それを紹介しても皆さんが買えないかなと思ったので、私がリップモンスターと同じくらい使っているのが、今日も塗っているこちら、「キャンメイク ジューシーリップティント」です。ティントなので落ちづらく、マスクを取った時に色がないと顔色が悪く見えてしまうことがありますが、これをつけているとマスクを取った後も色が残ってくれます。マスクへの色移りも比較的少ないですし、いい色だと思います。今日はアイメイクをしていないので唇だけ浮いているように見えるかもしれませんが、ヌードカラーのアイメイクをしてこのリップを合わせると夏っぽくてすごくいいと思います。乾いたらあまり落ちづらくて、しっかり色がついている割に落ちにくいのもおすすめのポイントです。 もう一つ、キャンメイクのジューシーリップティントがマットっぽく仕上がるので、ツヤを出したい時に使っているのがこちら、「FUJIKO ニュアンスラップティント」です。01番「3.5ピンク」と02番「3.5ローズ」があって、私はどちらかというと02番の3.5ピンクをよく使っています。キャンメイクをベースで塗った後にこれを重ねるとツヤっぽくなり、ベージュピンクっぽい見た目ですが、キャンメイクの色が残っているので、ツヤのあるピンクがかったオレンジっぽい絶妙な色が出てきてとてもおすすめです。リップモンスターが手に入らなかった方は、キャンメイクのジューシーリップティントもしくはFUJIKOのニュアンスラップティント、この2つがおすすめです。 最後に、アイブロウについてよく聞かれるので、おすすめを紹介したいと思います。「デジャヴュ アイブロウカラー」です。いわゆるアイブロウマスカラですが、ブラシがめちゃめちゃ細いんですよ。アイブロウマスカラって塗った後にべたっとしてしまうと、いかにも眉マスカラを塗りましたという感じになると思いますが、これはべたっとならずに、眉一本一本にしっかりと色がついてパウダーっぽい仕上がりになります。本来の眉の色が自然に変わったように見えて、塗りましたという感じがなくて自然に仕上がるので、デジャヴュのアイブロウカラーはおすすめです。 もう一つ、「ヴィセ ブロウズ クリーミーペンシル」も紹介したいと思います。ヴィセは今年ブラウン系のアイライナーをたくさん出しましたが、その中でも私はツヤのあるピンクブラウンの色がめちゃめちゃ気に入っています。番号はSP001「パールベージュ」です。アイラインというよりは、下まぶたにちょっとこれを入れておくと、どんなアイシャドウにも合わせやすく、下まぶたがキラッと光ります。40代でも恥ずかしくない下まぶたメイクが完成します。いかにもやりましたという感じではなく、白目が綺麗に見えて、パッと動いた時に下まぶたのメイクが綺麗だなという印象を与えられます。下まぶたメイク初心者の方にもかなりおすすめで、私もヘビーユーズしているアイテムです。 ということで、スキンケアとメイクをざっとご紹介しましたが、やっぱりプチプラも今年素晴らしいものがたくさんありました。デパコスにはデパコスの、プチプラにはプチプラの本当に良いところがありますので、皆さん自分に合ったものを探していただければなと思います。今日も最後まで見てくださってありがとうございました。また次の動画でお会いしましょう。さようなら。

Hello everyone, I'm Arata Tomori. Today I'll be sharing my Best Cosmetics of the First Half of 2021 — Budget Edition. After covering department store cosmetics and makeup, it's time for budget-friendly picks! I know many of you love affordable cosmetics, and so do I. There were so many great budget cosmetics released in the first half of 2021, and while I considered separating skincare and makeup into different videos, I decided to cover both together. So let's start with budget skincare! The most noteworthy budget skincare product of the year has to be the "Hada Labo Shirojyun Premium Medicated Penetrating Whitening Lotion and Milk." Hada Labo is known for hyaluronic acid. As I've mentioned in previous videos, it's made by Rohto Pharmaceutical, which originally started as an eye drop company. Since hyaluronic acid is essential for eye health, Rohto has been researching it extensively for years, and that expertise is incorporated into the Hada Labo line. Originally focused on moisturizing, this new product combines whitening and anti-inflammatory benefits. It's packed with hyaluronic acid (including penetrating types), tranexamic acid, dipotassium glycyrrhizate, vitamin C derivatives, and vitamin E. It works to suppress inflammation caused by UV exposure and replenish moisture using Hada Labo's hyaluronic acid technology — a truly impressive product. Both the lotion and milk are available, and each can be used separately or together, all for around 1,000 yen. This product was frequently chosen as the top budget pick across many best cosmetics rankings this year, and I wholeheartedly agree. Next is the "Melano CC Intensive Countermeasure Premium Serum," which is also — coincidentally — made by Rohto Pharmaceutical. Rohto is clearly dominant in the budget cosmetics space! This product contains pure vitamin C, which I love. While vitamin C derivatives are great, pure vitamin C is highly effective but oxidizes quickly when exposed to air, making it difficult to deliver into the skin without specialized technology. Rohto uses its own proprietary technology to ensure proper penetration. The serum also contains vitamin B6 to regulate sebum production, making it particularly well-suited for younger people who struggle with oiliness and breakouts while also wanting brightening benefits. With three types of vitamin C — including pure vitamin C and vitamin C derivatives — plus vitamin B6, it truly lives up to the "Premium" name. If you've been using the original Melano CC but found it lacking, this premium version should deliver even better results. Next is the "MINON Amino Moist Smooth & Moist Skin Mask." This is one of my favorites, and I use it regularly. Designed for sensitive and combination skin, it's ideal for people who are concerned about both dryness and oiliness. Since we're all wearing masks these days, many people are experiencing inner-dry skin — where the skin is dry underneath but oily on the surface. Using oil-based products in this situation can clog pores, but MINON's approach focuses on amino acids, which are the building blocks of skin. By balancing amino acids, the mask helps strengthen the skin barrier and control sebum through deep hydration, rather than stripping oil. It's the perfect sheet mask for the mask-wearing era. Since I tend to develop inner-dry skin and become sensitive from friction, I'd especially recommend this to anyone who wants to intensively replenish moisture. Next is a unique pick: the "UZU Eye Lash Serum." You might assume it's just a lash serum since it's called an eyelash serum, but while it does work for lashes, unlike typical lash serums with mascara-like brushes, this one has a spot applicator tip. It can be applied both to lashes and around the eye area, functioning as both an eye serum and a lash serum in one product. As I've mentioned in a previous video about lash serums, rather than lengthening lashes, effective formulas strengthen and nourish them. This product contains peptides such as oligopeptide, oligopeptide-20, and oligopeptide-24, which are excellent for strengthening hair fibers. Peptides are also beneficial for the delicate eye area, making this a two-in-one treatment. Given that UZU is a brand known for eye products like mascaras and eyeliners, it's fitting that they've created something that delivers key eye-area ingredients in one affordable product. Next is the "Tounyu Isoflavone Medicated Pure White Foam Face Wash." Lathering up a face wash can be a hassle, but this foam wash produces a firm, non-collapsing lather. It uses amino acid-based cleansing agents, so it doesn't over-strip the skin. It also contains dipotassium glycyrrhizate to calm inflammation — ideal for skin sensitized by mask-wearing. The foam format also means less friction during cleansing, which I think is very well-suited to the current times. The last skincare pick is the "MUJI Aging Care Medicated Wrinkle Care Serum." I introduced this in a previous video, but it contains niacinamide — for just 1,490 yen! Niacinamide is both an approved whitening ingredient and a wrinkle-improving ingredient. It's an excellent starting point for anyone beginning their anti-aging skincare journey. Please check my previous video for more details, but this is truly one of the most impressive budget skincare items I've come across. Now let's move on to makeup. Since I love base makeup, I want to highlight the "COKO Cushion Foundation," sold at FamilyMart. While it may not quite match the glow of high-end cushion foundations, its biggest strength is its staying power. It holds up well even under a mask, making it arguably the best product in the convenience store cosmetics category. COKO also makes eyeshadow, including a two-in-one powder and liner. My personal favorite is the yellow shade — No. 02, "Ice Lemonade." Yellow might seem intimidating, but with a budget product, it's a fun way to experiment with color. The name is adorable and very summery! For base makeup, the "CEZANNE Stretch Cover Concealer" is a must-have. I often apply concealer under my eyes to cover dark circles, but the under-eye area is thin and prone to creasing, which usually makes concealers look cakey. This one is impressively resistant to creasing. It comes in a great range of shades and holds up well during touch-ups, making it a truly excellent concealer. For lips, the "KATE Lip Monster" has been a huge hit this year and I love it too — but honestly, it's sold out everywhere. I went to my local Matsukiyo just yesterday and every shade was gone. Since I can't recommend something you can't buy, let me share what I've been using just as much: the "CANMAKE Juicy Lip Tint," which I'm actually wearing today. The color in the tube might look a bit intense, but it blends out beautifully and the tint formula means it's long-lasting. When you take off your mask, having some color on your lips makes a big difference — and this tint stays put reasonably well. The formula is also relatively transfer-resistant. Today I'm not wearing eye makeup so my lips might look a bit prominent on their own, but paired with a nude eye look, this makes for a beautiful summer-inspired makeup. Since the Juicy Lip Tint has a matte finish, when I want extra shine I layer it with the "FUJIKO Nuance Wrap Tint." There are two shades: No. 01 "3.5 Pink" and No. 02 "3.5 Rose." I usually reach for No. 02. Layered over the CANMAKE tint, it adds a glossy finish and creates a beautifully nuanced pinkish-orange color. If you can't get your hands on a Lip Monster, I'd recommend either the CANMAKE Juicy Lip Tint or the FUJIKO Nuance Wrap Tint — or even both layered together! Finally, since I get a lot of questions about eyebrows, let me share two recommendations. First is the "Dejavu Eyebrow Color," an eyebrow mascara with an extremely fine brush. The biggest concern with eyebrow mascaras is that they can look heavy or obviously applied. This one, however, dries down with a powdery finish that colors each eyebrow hair individually without any stiffness or stickiness. It looks like your natural brow color has simply changed — very natural and effortless. The second is the "VISÉE Brows Creamy Pencil" in SP001 "Pearl Beige," a pearlescent pink-brown shade that I absolutely love. Rather than using it as a traditional eyeliner, I apply it along the lower lash line. It adds a subtle shimmer that works beautifully with any eye look, and creates a polished lower lash line look that's elegant even for women in their 40s. It enhances the appearance of the whites of your eyes and makes your under-eye area look beautifully finished when you move your eyes. It's great for beginners at lower lash line makeup, and it's definitely one of my most-used items. So there you have it — my budget skincare and makeup best picks for the first half of 2021! There were so many great affordable products this year. Department store cosmetics and budget cosmetics each have their own unique strengths, so I hope you find the products that work best for you.
