"IHADA"の敏感肌向けのプチプラ美白化粧水を徹底分析・解説しました。

皆さん、こんにちは。トモリ新田です。今日はですね、コメント欄に「イハダが新しくなりました、先生それを深掘りしてください」というコメントがあったので、それを深掘りしようと思うんですが、このイハダ、深掘りしていったらすごいことが分かっちゃったよ、という動画になります。 そもそもこのイハダって、資生堂さんから出ている敏感肌用の化粧品で、高精製ワセリンが入っていたりとかで、花粉だったりとか、あと最近はマスクね、肌に炎症が起こっているような、肌がなんとなく敏感になっているような方のために、しっかりと抗炎症成分が入りつつ、プラスアルファさっき言った高精製ワセリンが入って、きちんとバリア機能を強化して、敏感肌を正常に戻していくような感じのもので、結構人気のアイテムだったんですけど、今回このイハダから、敏感肌用なんだけれども美白できるよ、というものが出てきました。 今回何がリニューアルしたかというのは、先ほども言ったように、敏感肌用の美白ラインになっています。そもそも敏感肌の人っていうのは、やはりお肌がくすみやすいんですね。肌の炎症がベースにあると、その炎症っていうのは日焼けと同じで、メラノサイトを刺激しやすくなるんですね。本当は外的刺激からの炎症なんですけれども、サイトカインっていう「炎症がきましたよ」という伝達物質は結構同じだったりするので、紫外線が当たったのと一緒だ、みたいな感じで思ってしまって、メラノサイトが活性化してしまうということもあるんですね。 なのでどうしても敏感肌の人だったりとか、バリア機能が低下しているような人っていうのは、肌が痒みがあったり赤みがあるだけじゃなくて、なんとなく肌がくすんでしまうということも大きな問題でした。ただやはり外的刺激から敏感になっていますから、刺激があるような美白成分を入れてしまうと、それも刺激になってしまう。例えばビタミンCだったりとか、ハイドロキノンみたいなものを使っちゃうと、なんとなく肌が染みてしまうという方も多かったと思うんですね。 なので「敏感肌だから美白はちょっと諦めよう」とか「美白したいんだけどちょっと怖いな」って思っている人には、すごく良い化粧水だなとは思います。 有効成分としてはトラネキサム酸ですね。資生堂ってトラネキサム酸を結構研究しているので、トラネキサム酸っていうのは抗炎症もありますけど、美白ということも歌われています。トラネキサム酸っていうのはそんなに肌に刺激にならないんですね。プラスアルファ肌荒れを抑えてくれるグリチルリチン酸も入っています。肌の炎症が起こりやすいという炎症を抑えながら、美白効果もあるようなトラネキサム酸を入れて、敏感肌の人でも炎症を抑えながら美白ができますよ、ということになっています。 もう一つはやっぱり高精製ワセリンですね。それも入っているのですごくいいなと思っているんですが、それだけじゃないのがこのイハダの薬用クリアローションのすごいところだなと思います。 バリア機能が低下しているってどういうことかというと、バリア機能の最大の要である角質層っていうのを、レンガとセメントで例えたりすると思うんですよ。角質細胞がレンガで、その間に細胞間脂質っていうセメントがあって、それがきっちりとくっつくことによって、外的刺激からも守るし、内側の水分も出ていかなくなるよ、という。レンガとセメントがしっかりくっつく、角質の細胞と角質の細胞が天然保湿因子だったりとかでしっかりとくっついている。これこそがバリア機能がしっかりとしていることになるんですね。 さっき言った敏感肌の人っていうのは、やっぱりそこに隙間が空いていたりとか、角質の細胞がランダムにちょっと乱れていたりするということがあります。もちろんそこのバリア機能を強固にするという意味では、水溶性の成分を入れて、高精製ワセリンとかで膜を張るということもそうなんですが、こちらにはですね、角質細胞とセメントをもっともっと強固にするものが入っているんですね。 皆さんも想像していただければと思うんですが、レンガとセメントがしっかりとくっついていることもそうなんですが、このレンガ自体がボロっとしてたりとか、柔らかくて壊れやすいレンガだったとしたら、しっかりとセメントがあったとしても、くっつけている間に壊れてしまうというイメージつきます? つきますよね。 なので今回イハダで考えているのは、このレンガ自体、角質の細胞自体をきちっと強固にするということを考えているんですね。どういうことかというと、肌の細胞っていうのは基底膜っていう肌細胞が生まれるところからいって、どんどんどんどん細胞がターンオーバーで核がなくなっていったりして、どんどんどんどん成長して、最後角層の細胞になって剥がれ落ちてくるんですが、その間に細胞間脂質を作ったりとか成長していくうちに、角質の細胞自体の硬さを作るというのがあります。これがコーニファイドエンベロープという風に言われているんですね。 このコーニファイドエンベロープというのは、角質の細胞の一番外側の外壁みたいに思っていただければいいと思います。この外壁がしっかりと強固っていうことは、さっき言ったレンガがしっかりとしているということなんですね。角質細胞の一番外側がしっかりと硬い殻に覆われているという風に想像していただければと思うんですが、そのしっかりとした殻がある角質細胞が生まれてくるということが、さっき言った硬いブロックとセメントの役割になるんですね。 なのでこのコーニファイドエンベロープがしっかりとある角層の細胞を作るということが、バリア機能をしっかりと強固にするということになります。 今回こちらのイハダには、このコーニファイドエンベロープの生成を促すような成分が入っているんですね。それが何かというと、エリスリトールとポリオキシエチレン(14)ポリオキシプロピレン(7)ジメチルエーテルという風に言われているものになります。あとグリセリンと。 エリスリトールとかグリセリンは保湿の成分なんですが、そのもう一つのポリオキシエチレン(14)ポリオキシプロピレン(7)ジメチルエーテル、この長いやつ、あれどっかで聞いたことあるなって思った方いらっしゃいません? そうなんですよ、これ資生堂さんのアクアインプルーヴと呼ばれる成分になるんですね。それだけ言うとピンとこないかもしれないんですが、イプサとかクレ・ド・ポーとかにも入っている成分で、資生堂独自の成分といっても過言ではないと思います。肌の水分量をしっかりと強固にして、肌の水分を循環していくというようなものになるんですね。 それをしながら、さっき言ったみたいに角層の外壁を強くする水分もしっかりと循環させながら、かつ角層の細胞の一番外側の殻をしっかりと強固にする。なのでお水も蓄えながらバリア機能もしっかりと強固にしていくっていう、本当にすごいなと思いました。 さっき言ったアクアインプルーヴっていうのは、イプサだったりとかクレ・ド・ポーだったりとか、資生堂の中でも上位のちょっとお高めのものに入っていること多いんですね。もちろんそこにはさっき言ったエリスリトールとかグリセリンだけじゃなくて他のものもいっぱい入ってできているので、そこはそれでもっと保湿はできていると思うんですけれども、その資生堂独自の成分が入って、これ自体はドラッグストアでも買えるようなお手頃の値段っていうのは本当に素晴らしいなと思いました。 もちろん敏感肌の人っていうのは、さっき言ったバリア機能を強化させたい。強化させるためには表面に膜を張るワセリンとかも必要なんだけれども、角質の細胞自体が強くなって、その角質の細胞が強くなるだけじゃなくて、水分をしっかりとその中で回していくような成分っていうのを入れているっていうのは、やっぱり資生堂すごいところだなと思いました。 そこにまた今回はトラネキサム酸だったりグリチルリチン酸を入れて美白も強化できるということで、美白もしたいけれども肌荒れとかニキビとかを作りたくないよ、というような人にはすごくいい化粧水なんじゃないかなと思います。 イハダがまたねすごい進化しているなと思うので、これからの時期まだまだマスク手放せそうにもないので、マスク荒れだったりとかでお困りの方、プラス美白もしたいよっていう方は、ぜひぜひ手に取っていただけるといいんじゃないかなと思います。 いかがでしたか?やっぱり資生堂さんのドラコスは本当に素晴らしい技術も入りながら、かつお手頃にできるっていうのは本当に素晴らしいなと改めて感動しました。今回もイハダを掘り下げてくださいというコメントから深掘りしていったら、こんなすごいことがわかったので、よかったら皆さんもこの化粧品深掘りしてほしいよっていうものがあったら、ぜひぜひコメント欄に書いていただけると嬉しいです。 ではまた皆さん、次の動画でお会いしましょう。さようなら。

Hello everyone, this is Tomori Nitta. Today, there was a comment in the comment section saying, "IHADA has been renewed, please dive deeper into it, teacher," so I decided to do just that. And when I dug into IHADA, I found out something amazing, so this video is about that. To begin with, IHADA is a skincare brand from Shiseido made for sensitive skin, containing highly purified petrolatum among other things. It's designed for people whose skin is inflamed due to pollen or, more recently, mask-wearing, or whose skin has become somewhat sensitive. It contains solid anti-inflammatory ingredients, plus the highly purified petrolatum I mentioned, to properly strengthen the skin's barrier function and restore sensitive skin to normal. It's been quite a popular item, but this time, IHADA has released a product that, despite being for sensitive skin, also offers whitening effects. What's been renewed this time, as I mentioned, is that it's now a whitening line for sensitive skin. To begin with, people with sensitive skin tend to have skin that dulls easily. When inflammation is at the base of the skin, that inflammation—just like sunburn—tends to stimulate melanocytes. Even though the inflammation originally comes from external stimuli, the signaling substances called cytokines that announce "inflammation has occurred" are often quite similar to those triggered by UV exposure, so the skin mistakenly reacts as if it had been exposed to UV rays, activating the melanocytes. So, for people with sensitive skin or weakened barrier function, it's not just about itchiness or redness—skin dullness has also been a major issue. However, since the skin is already sensitive due to external stimuli, adding irritating whitening ingredients can cause further irritation. For example, many people who used things like vitamin C or hydroquinone found that their skin would sting a bit. So for people who think "I have sensitive skin, so I should give up on whitening" or "I want to whiten my skin, but it's a bit scary," I think this is a really great lotion. As for the active ingredient, it's tranexamic acid. Shiseido has done quite a bit of research on tranexamic acid—it has anti-inflammatory properties, and it's also known for whitening effects. Tranexamic acid isn't very irritating to the skin. In addition, it also contains glycyrrhizinic acid, which helps suppress skin roughness. So it suppresses the inflammation that's prone to occurring while also providing a whitening effect through tranexamic acid, allowing people with sensitive skin to whiten their skin while calming inflammation. Another key ingredient is, of course, highly purified petrolatum. That's included too, which I think is great, but that's not all—that's what makes this IHADA Medicated Clear Lotion so amazing. What does it mean for barrier function to be weakened? If we compare the stratum corneum, which is the key to barrier function, to bricks and cement, the keratinocytes are like bricks, and between them there's a "cement" made of intercellular lipids that binds them tightly together. This allows the skin to protect itself from external stimuli while preventing moisture from escaping from within. When the bricks and cement stick together firmly—when keratinocyte to keratinocyte bonding is reinforced by things like natural moisturizing factors—that's what having strong barrier function really means. As I mentioned, people with sensitive skin often have gaps in this structure, or their keratinocytes are somewhat randomly disordered. Of course, to strengthen barrier function, adding water-soluble ingredients and forming a protective film with highly purified petrolatum helps, but this product also contains ingredients that further strengthen both the keratinocytes and the "cement" between them. Imagine this: even if the bricks and cement are firmly bonded together, if the bricks themselves are crumbly or soft and easily broken, they'll fall apart even while being held together by the cement. Can you picture that? I'm sure you can. So this time, what IHADA focused on is strengthening the bricks themselves—the keratinocytes. What does this mean? Skin cells are born at the basal membrane, and as they undergo turnover, they gradually lose their nuclei, continue to develop, and eventually become cells of the stratum corneum before flaking off. During this process, as the cells create intercellular lipids and continue to mature, they also develop the hardness of the keratinocyte itself. This is called the "cornified envelope." Think of the cornified envelope as the outermost wall of the keratinocyte. Having a strong, solid outer wall is exactly what it means for the "brick" to be sturdy. Picture the outermost layer of the keratinocyte being covered by a hard shell—the formation of keratinocytes with such a solid shell is what serves the role of a strong brick and cement. So, creating stratum corneum cells with a well-formed cornified envelope is what truly strengthens barrier function. This new IHADA product contains ingredients that promote the formation of this cornified envelope. These are erythritol and PEG-14/PPG-7 dimethyl ether (Poloxamer-type dimethyl ether), along with glycerin. Erythritol and glycerin are moisturizing ingredients, but that other one—PEG-14/PPG-7 dimethyl ether, that long name—doesn't it sound familiar to some of you? That's right, this is the ingredient known as "Aqua Improve," developed by Shiseido. That alone might not mean much, but it's an ingredient found in brands like IPSA and Clé de Peau, and it's practically a signature ingredient unique to Shiseido. It works to firmly stabilize the skin's moisture levels and keep moisture circulating within the skin. While doing this, as I mentioned, it strengthens the moisture that reinforces the outer wall of the stratum corneum while also solidifying the outermost shell of the corneum cells. So it retains water while also strengthening barrier function—I thought that was truly amazing. As I mentioned, Aqua Improve is often found in Shiseido's higher-end, more premium products like IPSA and Clé de Peau. Of course, those products contain not just erythritol and glycerin but many other ingredients as well, providing even more moisturizing benefits. But the fact that this same signature Shiseido ingredient is included in a product available at drugstores for such an affordable price is truly wonderful. Of course, people with sensitive skin want to strengthen their barrier function. While things like petrolatum, which forms a protective film on the surface, are necessary for that, I think it's amazing that Shiseido has included ingredients that not only strengthen the keratinocytes themselves but also help circulate moisture within them. On top of that, this product also contains tranexamic acid and glycyrrhizinic acid to boost whitening effects, making it a great lotion for people who want to whiten their skin without causing skin roughness or acne. I feel like IHADA has evolved tremendously once again. Since we still can't seem to let go of masks for a while, I highly recommend this to anyone struggling with mask-related skin irritation who also wants to whiten their skin—please give it a try.
