ームの両方使用した方がいいですか？もともとクリームのみ使用していましたがニュース乳液も大切と聞いて使っています。うーんあの乳液とクリームを重ねる理由はやっぱり乳液だけじゃあどうしても乾燥が続くっていうことなんですね。あの乳液とクリームどっちも使わないといけないじゃなくてどっちを使ったほうが乾燥感がより良くなるかということなので、まあ例えば朝乳液だけにしてみてやっぱり日中乾燥するなというのとやっぱ乳液クリームの方がいいし、じゃあ乳液抜いてクリームだけにしてみたときはどうだろうとか、ちょっと自分で試してみてもいいかなぁと思います。先生のおすすめしてくださったキュレルの色付きリップを使いました。保育園の迎えの時などちょっとした時に使えて最高です。そうですよね。なんかこう目視でというかビューって塗れるし、あと唇もほぼ荒れないしまあほんのりあのねピンクとかほんのりなんか赤みたいオレンジはなんかちょっとなんか私はちょっとなんか私のね香りにあんま合わないかなと思ったんですがピンクと赤はどっちも可愛いなぁと思いました。とあれいかないとかすごいいっぱいはてなってた。あなぱぱさん先生のプロテインのほうじ茶ラテ注文しました届くのを楽しみ。ありがとうございます嬉しいです。エカトが気になります。調べるとネットでしか購入できないんですが買うか迷っています。そうなんですよね。エカトのポップアップとかをたまにやるんですけれども基本あの、ネットでしかご購入できないと思うのでまぁサイトを見てね、あのぜひご購入したいなと思ったらあのご購入いただければかなと思います。石見穂さんとの別コスが見ました。ランコムのパウダーめちゃめちゃ欲しくなりました。崩れにくさはどうですか？パウダーだけで崩れにくさっていう感じはないあのアレかなぁと思うんですけど。例えばチープミストのパウダーとかみたいに皮脂をがっつり吸着しますとかっていう感じではないですけども、やっぱりこう保湿成分がしっかり入っているからなのか日中のこの乾燥崩れみたいなものはないかなぁと思います。2への切開をして1ヶ月経ちました。 腰痛はないんですけど肩こりはめちゃめちゃあるので、家では肩をすごく温めます。小豆の力というのをいつも肩にかけているんですけど、最近友人からマイトレックスの温かいマフラーみたいなのがあるらしいと聞きました。USBで温かくするらしいので、それと首と肩甲骨を温める機器の2つで今すごく悩んでます。どちらを買おうかで。用途がちょっと違いますね。温かいマフラーは普通のマフラーみたいで、USBで充電して温かくずっとなるという感じです。もう一つのやつは家でベッドの上とかで伸びながらやるというやつです。 アイクリームで皮粒子ができるということはあんまりないと思います。皮粒子って本当に体質なんですよね。私とか全然毎日アイクリームを塗ってますけど、皮粒子は今のところ特にないですね。 【老化対策について】 老化が怖いのですが何か良い対策はないですか、ということですね。あんまり怖いと思わない方がいいかなと思うんですけれども、もし老化が怖いんだったら、老化よりも光老化の方が怖いので、日焼け止めをしっかり塗ることじゃないですかね。肌の老化の7割は紫外線から来る光老化です。だから普通の老いよりも肌の紫外線の方が最近読んだ論文では、やっぱり普通に年を取っていくだけじゃなくて紫外線が当たった方がより肌の基底膜に損傷が起こって、それによって肌の水分量が低下したりとか、表皮の潤いがどんどんなくなっていったりというような論文があるんですよ。それはどういう感じかというと、例えば同じ人の顔とまぶたとお腹で、年を取っている人と年は若い人を見ていくと、同じ体だからさ、皮膚は変わらないはずじゃないですか。でもやっぱり紫外線を受けている顔やまぶたは、やっぱり基底膜の損傷がすごくあったみたいな感じで。なのでその人の年齢的なものだけじゃなくて、やっぱり紫外線がその基底膜を破壊して、それによって表皮の水分量が減るんじゃないかというような論文を最近読んだんですよ。だからなるほどなぁって思ったので、光老化が怖ければ、紫外線をしっかりケアするのがいいと思います。
