2023年上半期のベストコスメ プチプラ編を発表します

皆さん、こんにちは。ともに新田です。今日は2023年上半期、ともに新田的ベストコスメ・プチプラ編をご紹介したいと思います。少し遅くなってしまったのですが、2023年上半期は雑誌やいろいろなユーチューバーさんもベストコスメを発表していて、「遅いよ先生」という声も聞こえてきそうですが、まずはプチプラ編からご紹介して、それからデパコス編やメイク編もできたらいいなと思っています。 2023年上半期もたくさんのコスメをご紹介して、成分やテクノロジーについてもお話ししてきたのですが、自分のチャンネルでは自分自身が使ってみて良かったと思うものをご紹介したいので、まずは私の肌質についてお話ししておこうと思います。このチャンネルを見ている方には「しつこいよ」と言われるくらいですが、私はめちゃめちゃ皮脂・テカりタイプでございます。45歳になってもやっぱりニキビができたりして、乾燥よりも皮脂が気になるタイプなので、そういったことを考慮して見ていただければと思います。 そしてプチプラの定義ですが、皆さんは1000円以下など、プチプラは安ければ安いほどいいと思うかもしれません。ですが、いろいろなものをご紹介したいので、今回は3000円以下のものにしたいと思います。「それは私のプチプラじゃないよ」と言われたら申し訳ないのですが、今回は3000円以下ということでやらせていただきます。とはいっても、実際には2000円台や1000円台のものが多いので、ギリギリかなとは思いますが、そこも考慮していただければと思います。 では早速、2023年上半期ベストコスメ・プチプラ編、洗顔部門はこちらです。なめらか本舗 豆乳の濃密ミクロ泡洗顔です。なめらか本舗さんが3月頃にリニューアルして出したこの泡洗顔なんですが、ベースは石鹸系なので、敏感肌というよりは普通肌の方でしっかりさっぱり洗いたい方向けかと思いきや、実はとてもいい洗浄剤が入っていて、それがデシルグルコシドというものです。これはポリマーや皮脂は落としつつも、肌に大切な保湿成分――細胞間脂質やセラミドなど――は落としにくい洗浄剤なんですよね。なのでバランスがとても良く、洗浄効果はしっかりありながらも潤いは残してくれるというところがいいなと思いました。そして何といっても泡の密度がすごいんです。ゴシゴシ洗ってしまいがちですが、これはへたれない泡がしっかり出てきてくれるので、それだけでも正義だなと思います。摩擦はあまりしたくないけれど、Tゾーンはしっかり洗いたいというときに、泡でしっかり出てきてくれて、頬などの気になるところはポンポンと優しく洗えて、Tゾーンはくるくる洗っても皮脂をしっかり落としてくれる。プチプラですが、かなり使えるアイテムでした。洗顔部門はこちらです。 続いてクレンジング部門はこちら。ワンバイコーセーのポアクリアオイルです。こちらはダブル洗顔不要、まつエクもOK、濡れた手でもOKと、日常生活でとても使いやすいアイテムです。プラスして私の最大の敵である皮脂——毛穴に詰まってニキビになるというのが一番嫌なところなのですが——こちらには角栓溶解水というものが入っています。これがオイルと混ざっているのが特許成分だったと思うのですが、それによってメイクはもちろん、角栓や皮脂もしっかり落としてくれます。プラス、価格が本当にお安いこと。私はどちらかというとまつエク派で、お風呂の中でクレンジングをしたい派なので、そういう意味でも日常生活に使いやすく、皮脂の悩みにもしっかり応えてくれるクレンジングだと思います。実はこれ、もう2本目くらいで、そろそろなくなりそうです。ただ、前回の動画でも言ったのですが、香りだけがちょっと独特なんです。それがあったとしても、私的にはベストコスメ・プチプラ、ナンバーワンかなと思います。 続いて化粧水はこちら。カルテHD バランスケアローションです。これは本当に必見です。年齢とともに乾燥も少し始まりそうな私にはかなり使える一本になりました。というのも、カルテHD自体はもともとヘパリン類似物質が入っているので保湿がメインなんですよね。この青いキャップのものは皆さんもご存知の保湿タイプだと思うのですが、今回、春夏に出たこのグリーンのキャップのものは、乾燥もするけれどテカりも気になるあなたへ、というコンセプトなんです。引き続きヘパリン類似物質は入っていますし、炎症を抑えるグリチルリチン酸も入っています。それに加えて、皮脂の酸化を抑制してくれるビタミンB6や、ニキビ菌を抑制するN-オクタノイルグリシンといった成分、そして皮脂が酸化して炎症が起こるのを抑えてくれる「ヒビ青いエキス」など、皮脂が気になる方に嬉しい成分も入っています。皮脂が気になる方向けの化粧水はアルコールが多く配合されていてスーッとするテクスチャーのものが多いのですが、これはアルコールが入っていません。カルテHDさん自体が敏感肌向けに作っているからこそ、アミノ酸系の保湿成分にプラスして、ソルビトール発酵多糖液というものが入っています。これがベタつかずスーッと浸透しながらも、内側からもっちりさせてくれるんです。ベタつきはないけれど、しっかり潤いを持続させてくれるような処方になっていて、皮脂が気になる方にも安心ですし、敏感になっている方にも優しく、それでいて乾燥するのも嫌だという方にも安心。夏にはいろいろな方に使えると思いますし、私自身もかなり愛用しているものになるので、化粧水はこちらを選びました。 続いて乳液はこちら。ファンケル ブライトニング乳液さっぱりです。ファンケルさんは今年、シートマスクや美容液、乳液、化粧水などいろいろ出してきていて、どれもすごく良かったのですが、その中でも私が結構使ったのがこの乳液です。そもそもファンケルさんのブライトニングの肝は、活性酸素誘導体が入っていることなんですが、実はメラニンが過剰になったとき、縦に移動するのではなく横に移動してしまい、それによってメラニンが渋滞してシミが濃く見えてしまうということが分かっているそうです。なので、横ではなく縦のターンオーバーを促す成分として、アルテミアエキスというものを配合しています。ビタミンCとこのアルテミアエキスの両方が入ることで美白をしていきましょう、というコンセプトなのですが、乳液にはそれがどちらも入っています。それだけでもすごいなと思うのですが、この乳液にはさっぱりタイプとしっとりタイプがあるんです。乳液はそんなにたくさんつけるものではないですが、しっとりタイプが多いとニキビになったりベタつきが気になったりすることもあります。これは成分も良く、さっぱりタイプなので、夏に使ってもベタベタしません。乳液で美白ケアもできて、テクスチャーも私好みということで、かなり愛用しています。 続いて美容液はこちら。クオリティファースト ダーマエル ウルセラRです。こちらは深掘り動画も出したので、見ていただいた方もいらっしゃると思うのですが、本当に価格破壊だと思います。こんなものを出されたら、いろいろなところがざわつくだろうなと思うくらいです。ベースはアラクトミセス培養液にナイアシンアミドが入っていて、そこにレチノール誘導体も配合されています。レチノールは正直そこまで多く入っていないと思いますが、ナイアシンアミドが2%入っています。そこまで高濃度でなくてもいいとは思うのですが、ナイアシンアミドは美白効果もありますし、肌荒れも防止してくれますし、シワも改善してくれます。何といっても、皮脂が気になる方に嬉しいのは、過剰な皮脂も抑えてくれるという点です。美白や肌をフォーカスして作られている「ウルセラR」という名前にも、そういった意味合いが込められていると思うのですが、私にとっては美白やたるみもケアしてくれつつ、皮脂も抑えてくれるところがポイントです。ベタつかず、不快な皮脂も抑えつつ美容効果も高い、プラス価格が安い。これに勝てるものはプチプラではなかなかないと思って、こちらをピックアップしました。 最後はクリームです。クリームはこちら。ミシャ ビタCプラスクリームです。このクリームは、美容液と言ってもいいくらい、濃厚なビタミンCとナイアシンアミドが入っていて、しかもベタつかないクリームなんです。全顔に塗るというよりは、シミが気になる部分にピンポイントで塗っていくものなので、シミが気になる方にはおすすめですし、皮脂も多いけれど、油分を完全になくすとキメが荒くなってしまう、でも油分を乗せると酸化して黄色くなってしまう——そんな悩みに寄り添ってくれるクリームだと思います。ビタミンCもしっかりカプセル化されていて、早く効くものと長く効くものが段階的に配合されているので、成分的にもテクスチャー的にも、私が悩んでいる頬の毛穴にもフォーカスしてくれて、かなりニッチではありますが、私にとってはかなり使えた一本だと思います。 はい、ということで2023年上半期のプチプラベストコスメをご紹介してみました。春夏なので美白も気になるところですが、私自身は大きなシミが気になるというよりは、日々の皮脂コントロールや皮脂の酸化、そして日焼け対策としてベースにビタミンCが入っているかどうかを常に考えながら選んでいるので、それに合ったプチプラの商品になったかなと思います。私と同じような悩みや肌質の方には参考になれば嬉しいです。今日も最後まで見ていただいてありがとうございます。この後、デパコス編やメイク編もアップできたらと思いますので、楽しみにしていてください。それではまた次の動画でお会いしましょう。さようなら。

Hello everyone, this is Tomoni Nitta. Today I'd like to introduce my Best Cosmetics of the First Half of 2023 – Drugstore Edition. It's a bit late, since magazines and various YouTubers have already published their best cosmetics lists, and I can almost hear people saying "You're late, sensei!" But I'll start with the drugstore (budget-friendly) edition, and hopefully follow up with department store cosmetics and makeup editions as well. In the first half of 2023, I introduced a lot of cosmetics and talked about their ingredients and technology, but on my channel I want to share products that I personally tried and genuinely liked. So first, let me talk about my skin type. Those who watch this channel regularly might be tired of hearing this, but I have extremely oily, shiny skin. Even at 45, I still get pimples, and oiliness bothers me more than dryness. Please keep that in mind as you watch. As for my definition of "drugstore/budget" products: some of you might think cheaper is always better, like under 1000 yen. But since I want to introduce a variety of products, I'll set the limit at 3000 yen or less this time. I apologize if that doesn't match your definition of "budget-friendly," but that's the criteria I'll use today. That said, many of the items are actually in the 1000–2000 yen range, so it should still feel appropriately budget-friendly. Now, let's get right into it. First up, the Best Cosmetics of the First Half of 2023 – Drugstore Edition, Cleanser category: Nameraka Honpo Soy Milk Rich Micro Foam Face Wash. Nameraka Honpo renewed this foaming cleanser around March. Its base is soap-based, so you might think it's more suited for normal skin types looking for a firm, refreshing cleanse rather than sensitive skin. However, it actually contains a great cleansing agent called decyl glucoside. This ingredient removes polymers and sebum while being gentle on important moisturizing components like intercellular lipids and ceramides. So it strikes a nice balance—cleansing thoroughly while still leaving moisture behind. And above all, the foam density is amazing. We tend to scrub too hard, but this produces a foam that holds its shape well, which alone is a huge plus. Since I don't want to cause too much friction but still want to clean my T-zone thoroughly, this foam lets me gently pat the cheeks while I can still scrub the T-zone to remove sebum properly. It's a budget item, but it performed really well. That's my pick for the cleanser category. Next, the makeup remover/cleansing oil category: One by Kosé Pore Clear Oil. This doesn't require double cleansing, is safe for eyelash extensions, and can even be used with wet hands—incredibly convenient for daily life. On top of that, my biggest enemy is sebum—clogged pores turning into acne is what I hate most—and this contains a "keratin plug dissolving solution." I believe the patented technology is how this is blended with the oil, and it thoroughly removes makeup as well as keratin plugs and sebum. Plus, the price is very reasonable. Since I'm someone who gets eyelash extensions and likes to cleanse in the bath, this fits perfectly into my routine and really addresses my sebum concerns. I'm actually on my second bottle and it's almost empty. As I mentioned in a previous video, the scent is a bit unique, but even so, I'd rank this as my number one budget cosmetic pick. Next, the toner category: Kartè HD Balance Care Lotion. This is a must-try. As I age, dryness is starting to become a concern too, so this has been very useful for me. Kartè HD's toners originally contain heparin-like substances for hydration. The blue cap version is the well-known moisturizing type, but this new green cap version, released for spring/summer, is designed for those who experience both dryness and oiliness. It still contains the heparin-like substance and glycyrrhizic acid to calm inflammation, but it also includes vitamin B6 to help suppress sebum oxidation, N-octanoyl glycine to suppress acne-causing bacteria, and an extract to prevent inflammation caused by oxidized sebum—ingredients that are great for oily skin types. Toners for oily skin often contain alcohol for that refreshing feel, but this one doesn't contain any alcohol at all. Because Kartè HD is originally designed with sensitive skin in mind, it uses amino acid-based moisturizing ingredients plus a sorbitol fermented polysaccharide solution. This absorbs smoothly without stickiness while providing a plump, moisturized feel from within. It keeps hydration without stickiness—perfect for oily skin, sensitive skin, and even those who dislike dryness. It's versatile enough for many people to use in summer, and I personally use it a lot too. That's my pick for toner. Next, the milky lotion category: Fancl Brightening Milky Lotion (Light type). Fancl released several products this year—sheet masks, serums, milky lotions, toners—all of which were great, but this milky lotion is one I used a lot. The key to Fancl's Brightening line is an active oxygen-related derivative. Apparently, when melanin becomes excessive, instead of moving vertically it moves horizontally, causing melanin to accumulate and spots to appear darker. So they use Artemia extract to promote vertical skin turnover instead. Combined with vitamin C, this is meant to support brightening, and both ingredients are included in this milky lotion. That alone is impressive, but this lotion also comes in both a light and rich version. Since milky lotions aren't usually applied in large amounts, a rich texture can sometimes cause breakouts or stickiness. This one has great ingredients and a light texture, so it doesn't feel sticky even in summer. Being able to brighten skin with a milky lotion while enjoying a texture I love makes this one of my favorites. Next, the serum category: Quality First Derma Ferl Ursera R. I actually did a deep-dive video on this one, so some of you may have seen it, but it's truly a price-breaker. If more products like this come out, it'll shake up the industry. Its base is Aureobasidium/Galactomyces ferment filtrate combined with niacinamide, plus a retinol derivative. The retinol content is probably not that high, but niacinamide is included at 2%. It doesn't need to be super high concentration, but niacinamide offers brightening, helps prevent skin troubles, and improves wrinkles. Most importantly for oily skin types, it also helps control excess sebum. Given the name "Ursera R" and its focus on brightening and skin texture, I think that meaning is intentional. For me, it addresses brightening and sagging while also controlling sebum—non-sticky, controls unwanted oil, and offers strong beauty benefits, all at an affordable price. It's hard to beat this in the budget category, so I picked this one. Lastly, the cream category: Missha Vita C Plus Cream. This cream is so concentrated with vitamin C and niacinamide that it could almost pass as a serum, yet it's not sticky at all. Rather than applying it all over the face, it's meant to be applied to specific areas where spots are a concern, so it's great for anyone worried about pigmentation. It also caters to those with oily skin who worry that removing all oil makes their texture rough, but adding oil causes oxidation and yellowing—this cream strikes that balance well. The vitamin C is properly encapsulated, delivering both fast-acting and long-lasting effects in stages, so both the ingredients and texture are well thought out. It even addresses my personal concern with pore visibility on my cheeks. It's quite a niche pick, but for me, it's been a product I've used a lot. And that wraps up my Best Cosmetics of the First Half of 2023 – Drugstore Edition. Since it's spring/summer, brightening is a common concern, but personally I don't have major spots I'm worried about. Instead, I always think about daily sebum control, sebum oxidation, and making sure my base contains vitamin C for sun protection—so these choices reflect that mindset.
