So today I'm introducing three products that are outstanding in terms of ingredients and yet very budget-friendly. Please watch until the end! I'll be honest — I used to underestimate drugstore cosmetics, but there are truly impressive products out there. The first one that amazed me for being under 1,000 yen is: **① CEZANNE Eye Cream** CEZANNE is well known for its affordable color cosmetics like eyeshadows and lip products, but this eye cream is remarkable. It contains retinol, an ingredient known for its anti-wrinkle effects. There are two types of retinol: "active" and "gentle." The active type is highly effective but can cause redness and irritation. The retinol in this product is retinyl palmitate, which falls into the gentler category. It helps firm the skin and boost moisture levels, making it excellent for improving the appearance of the delicate under-eye area. In addition, it contains palmitoyl tetrapeptide-7, a peptide well known for boosting collagen synthesis. The combination of retinyl palmitate and this peptide works to improve firmness and increase collagen in the thin skin around the eyes, making it highly effective for reducing wrinkles. It also contains chitosan succinamide, a crustacean-derived ingredient that enhances the skin's ability to retain moisture. This makes it effective against both fine lines caused by dryness and those caused by aging — and all of this for under 1,000 yen. You can apply it generously every day without worrying about the cost. **② Mocchari Hari Eyes Soy Milk Wrinkle Eye Cream** Like the CEZANNE cream, this product contains retinyl palmitate. But it also includes pure retinol — the direct form of the ingredient. Having both the "active" and "gentle" forms of vitamin A means you can expect faster, more visible results compared to the CEZANNE cream. It also contains a polymer agent that instantly tightens and firms the skin, so you may notice a difference right after application. What's more, this cream contains human-identical ceramide. Most drugstore products use pseudo-ceramide (a synthetic alternative), but this one uses the real thing — a rather premium ingredient.
