皮膚科医の友利新が愛用しているヘアケアアイテムを10個紹介します

皆さんこんにちは、友利新です。 今日は私が愛用しているヘアケア製品をご紹介したいと思います。というのも、皆さんから「先生、髪が綺麗だから愛用しているシャンプーやヘアアイロン、スタイリング剤を教えてください」というコメントをよくいただきます。最初は「そんなに特別なものは使っていないのに」と思っていたのですが、リクエストが多いので、今日はご紹介したいと思います。 【シャンプー】 まず、なぜ今まで愛用のヘアケア製品をあまり紹介してこなかったかというと、私が勤めている表参道スキンクリニックでシャンプーを監修しているからなんです。自分で監修したシャンプーを10年ほど使い続けているので、紹介すると宣伝っぽくなってしまうかなと思っていました。でも、実際に愛用しているものなので、今回ご紹介しようと思います。 1つ目は「バイタリズム オーガニックスカルプコンディショナー」と「シャンプー」です。頭皮環境にフォーカスした製品で、もともとはメンズ向けとして開発されました。表参道クリニックではAGA治療をメインに行っているのですが、「毎日使うシャンプーも開発してほしい」というご要望が多くあり、誕生したのがバイタリズムです。私が第一子を妊娠する少し前から使い始めているので、発売してから7、8年ほどになります。 地肌をしっかり潤して発毛を促す環境を作ることを目指しており、独自成分「ピロミジロール」を配合しています。これは発毛剤ミノキシジルと分子構造が非常に似た成分で、ミノキシジルの分子の一部を置き換えたものです。もちろん医薬品ではありませんが、ミノキシジルに似た効果が期待できるとされています。 女性用としては、髪の広がりやパサつきを抑えつつ頭皮に優しい設計になっていて、保湿成分によって髪がまとまりやすくなります。泡立ちも良いので、髪の絡まりを防ぎ、パサつきの予防にもつながっています。 もう一つ最近気に入っているのが「リサージ 母乳ヘアメンテナンス」シリーズの「シャンプー」「トリートメント」「エッセンスリード」です。リサージはもともとコラーゲン研究をしているブランドで、化粧水や美容液もこれまでご紹介したことがあります。洗顔料でも肌質別（脂性肌・乾燥肌・普通肌）にラインナップを展開している考え方が特徴です。 このヘアケアシリーズも同様に、頭皮タイプ（脂性・ノーマルなど）と髪質（柔らかい・硬い・普通）の組み合わせで選べるようになっています。年齢とともに気になる「うねり」や「パサつき」に着目している点も魅力です。 シャンプーは、髪質を左右すると言われる水道水中のカルシウムに着目し、それをしっかり洗い流す洗浄成分を配合しています。そしてシャンプーとトリートメントの間に使う「エッセンスリード」には琥珀酸が配合されており、髪の芯（コルテックス）に浸透してほぐすことで、後のトリートメントがより浸透しやすくなる仕組みです。この2ステップで、年齢とともに出てくるうねりやパサつきの改善を目指しています。私はバイタリズムとこちらを交互に使っています。 【お風呂用トリートメントデバイス】 続いてご紹介するのは、お風呂の中で使うトリートメント用アイロンです。見た目はストレートアイロンのようですが、熱くはなりません。充電式で、いつも使っているトリートメントをつけながら使用します。挟むと赤く光り、微細な振動が伝わってきます。これは「ヤーマン シャインプロ」という製品で、超音波によってトリートメントの浸透を高めてくれるものです。サロンで行う超音波トリートメントが自宅で手軽にできる、というアイテムです。専用のトリートメント剤もありますが、私はいつも使っているものを使用しています。使用頻度は週2〜3回程度、撮影前などに取り入れています。お風呂場に吊るしておけるので、使い忘れることもありません。サロン帰りのようなサラサラ感が得られるので、かなり気に入っています。 【頭皮ケア】 お風呂から上がった後は、頭皮ケアを行います。使用しているのは「アンベリワード 炭酸セラム」です。振って開けると、頭皮に直接使えるノズルになっていて、濡れた髪・頭皮に使用します。耳の横や、薄くなりやすい部分、首の後ろなど、片側6カ所ほどに吹きかけてからマッサージします。これは私が通っているサロン「ザック」で購入しているものです。 美容成分としては、血流促進が期待できるアデノシン、白髪予防に良いとされるホップエキス、血管新生促進遺伝子（VGF）を活性化するとされるアシタバエキスなどが配合されています。さらに、炭酸によって一時的に筋肉が刺激され、キュッと引き締まったような感触が得られます。あくまで一時的な反射的な効果ですが、心地よく、頭皮ケアと同時に引き上げ効果も感じられる製品です。サロン専売品のため、気になる方は表参道の「ザック」に問い合わせてみてください。 【スタイリング剤】 スタイリング剤は3つ愛用しています。 1つ目は「シスレー ヘアリチュアル ザ・クリーム230」です。シスレーはロングセラーの乳液やフィトテラピー（植物療法）に基づいたコスメで知られるブランドですが、このヘアケア製品も長年愛用しています。ヘアアイロンをかける前につけるクリームで、特殊な2種類のポリマーが熱による髪のダメージを抑えてくれます。さらに、サトウキビ由来の保湿成分やツバキオイル、モリンガエキスなどの植物オイルが髪をコーティングし、紫外線による変色も防いでくれます。ストレートアイロンを使うことが多い私にとって、欠かせないアイテムです。 2つ目は「it's all natural(イットオールナチュラル) ライブリーオイル」です。オイルとはいえサラッとした質感で、カカイナッツオイル100%の植物性オイルです。しっかり浸透する一方でベタつきが少なく、髪を結んだ下の部分から上部にかけてなじませています。ビタミンEやポリフェノールが含まれており、肌につけても安心な処方です。メイクアップアーティストの鈴木さんからいただいたものですが、香りも良く気に入っています。 3つ目は「アムリターラ ベジガーデン ヘアワックス」です。見た目は普通のワックスですが、ミツロウやヒマシ油、ツバキ油など100%天然由来の成分で作られています。撮影のときはハードなスプレーを使うこともありますが、普段は固すぎるワックスだと洗い流しきれず頭皮のかゆみの原因になることもあるため、こちらを愛用しています。手の温度で少し溶かしながら前髪などに軽くつけることで、自然な仕上がりになります。シャンプーでもさっと落とせる点も気に入っています。 【まとめ】 今日は私が愛用しているヘアケア製品とスタイリング剤をご紹介しました。振り返ってみると、長く使い続けているものが多いなと感じます。お肌と同じように、髪も人の印象を大きく左右するパーツだと思うので、気になるものがあればぜひチェックしてみてください。 そして、皆さんが愛用しているヘアケア製品があれば、ぜひコメント欄で教えてください。 それでは、また次の動画でお会いしましょう。ご視聴ありがとうございました。

Hello everyone, this is Arata Tomori. Today I'd like to introduce the hair care products I personally use. Many of you have left comments asking, "Doctor, your hair looks so beautiful — what shampoo, hair iron, or styling products do you use?" At first I thought, "I'm not really using anything special," but since so many of you requested this, I decided to share them today. 【Shampoo】 First, let me explain why I haven't shared my favorite hair care products much before. At Omotesando Skin Clinic, where I work, I actually supervise the development of a shampoo line. Since I've been using the shampoo I helped create for about 10 years, introducing it always felt a bit like advertising. But since I genuinely use it, I wanted to share it today. The first product is Vitalism Organic Scalp Conditioner and Shampoo. It focuses on scalp health and was originally developed for men. Our clinic mainly treats male pattern hair loss (AGA), but many patients requested a daily-use shampoo, which led to the creation of Vitalism. I started using it just before my first pregnancy, so it's been about 7-8 years since its launch. The goal is to thoroughly moisturize the scalp to create an environment that supports hair growth. It contains a proprietary ingredient called Pyromidirol, which has a molecular structure very similar to minoxidil, a hair growth medication. One of minoxidil's molecular components has been replaced — of course, it's not a drug, but it's expected to offer similar effects to minoxidil. For women, this line is designed to reduce frizz and dryness while being gentle on the scalp. Moisturizing ingredients help keep hair manageable, and the rich lather helps prevent tangling, which in turn helps prevent dryness. Another product I've recently been enjoying is the Lisage Breast Milk Hair Maintenance line — the Shampoo, Treatment, and Essence Read. Lisage is a brand originally focused on collagen research, and I've previously introduced their lotions and serums. They're known for offering products tailored to different skin types — oily, dry, or normal — even in their cleansers. This hair care line follows the same philosophy, letting you choose based on both scalp type (oily, normal, etc.) and hair type (soft, coarse, normal). It also specifically targets the frizz and dryness that tend to increase with age, which I really appreciate. The shampoo focuses on removing calcium from tap water, which is said to affect hair texture, using a cleansing formula designed to wash it away thoroughly. Meanwhile, the Essence Read — used between the shampoo and treatment — contains succinic acid, which penetrates into the hair's cortex (the core structure) to loosen it up, allowing the following treatment to absorb more effectively. This two-step approach is designed to address age-related frizz and dryness. I alternate between this and the Vitalism line. 【Bath-Time Treatment Device】 Next is a treatment tool I use in the bath. It looks like a straightening iron, but it doesn't heat up. It's rechargeable, and you use it along with your regular hair treatment. When you clamp your hair, it lights up red and emits a subtle vibration. This is the YA-MAN Shine Pro, which uses ultrasonic waves to enhance the penetration of hair treatments — essentially bringing the salon ultrasonic treatment experience home. While there are dedicated treatment products for this device, I just use my regular treatment. I use it about 2-3 times a week, especially before filming days. Since it can hang in the bathroom, I never forget to use it, and it really gives that salon-fresh, silky feeling. It's definitely a favorite of mine. 【Scalp Care】 After bathing, I do scalp care using the Amberi Word Carbonated Serum. When you shake and open it, it has a nozzle designed for direct scalp application, used while hair and scalp are still wet. I apply it to about six points per side — near the ears, areas prone to thinning, and the back of the neck — then massage it in. I purchase this from my regular salon, Zac. As for the active ingredients, it contains adenosine (known to promote blood circulation), hop extract (said to help prevent graying), and angelica keiskei extract (said to activate the VGF gene involved in blood vessel formation). Additionally, the carbonation temporarily stimulates the muscles, giving a firm, lifted sensation — similar to the temporary lifting effect from facial devices. It's a reflexive, short-term effect, but it feels great and provides both scalp care and a temporary lifting sensation. Since it's a salon-exclusive product, if you're interested, please inquire at Zac in Omotesando. 【Styling Products】 I use three styling products regularly. The first is Sisley Hair Ritual The Cream 230. Sisley is known for its long-selling emulsions and phytotherapy-based cosmetics using plant-derived ingredients, and this hair care product has been a long-time favorite of mine as well. It's a cream applied before using a heated hair iron. It contains two special polymers that help protect hair from heat damage. It's also formulated with moisturizing ingredients derived from sugarcane, camellia oil, and moringa extract, which coat the hair and help prevent UV-induced discoloration. Since I use a straightening iron often, this is an essential part of my routine. The second is it's all natural Lively Oil. Despite being called an oil, it has a very light, smooth texture. It's made from 100% kukui nut oil, a plant-based ingredient. It absorbs well without feeling greasy. I take about a third of a dropper, rub it between my hands, and apply it starting from the tied section of my hair upward. It contains vitamin E and polyphenols, giving both hair and skin more resilience, and since it's plant-based, it's gentle enough to use on skin too. This was actually a gift from Suzuki-san, the makeup artist I always work with, and I love the scent as well. The third is Amritara Vege Garden Hair Wax. It looks like a typical wax, but it's made entirely from natural ingredients — beeswax, castor oil, and camellia oil. While I sometimes use strong-hold hairsprays for filming, I prefer this wax for everyday styling since heavier waxes can be hard to wash out completely and may cause scalp itchiness. I warm a small amount in my hands and apply it lightly to areas like my bangs, giving a natural finish while still holding the style. It's also easy to rinse out with regular shampoo, which I really appreciate. 【Conclusion】 Today I introduced the hair care and styling products I personally use. Looking back, I realize I've been using many of these for a long time.
