皆さんこんばんは。新年度4月第1発目のYouTubeライブが始まりました。ちょっとお部屋の模様替えをして、新しいアイコンを置いてみました。ケイトローズさんのお花もすごく素敵なんですけれども、キーアイテムとなるものを置いてみました。ネオンサイン「meant to be」という意味の言葉が書いてあります。 今日もケイトローズさんにお願いして、春らしいお花を持ってきていただきました。グリーンのライトを当てているんですけれども、今日はグリーンと黄色のお花です。ケイトローズさんのインスタをフォローしていただくと、持ってくる前にお花がアップされているので見ることができます。 今日のお花は、トルコキキョウのキフジンというトルコキキョウだそうです。あとはビバーナムスノーボール、染めのカーネーション、グリーンベル、ピンクコデマリなど、すごく素敵な風景になっております。 今日は髪の毛を下ろしてみました。ハーフアップにしてみたんですけど、なかなか慣れない感じです。 meant to beの意味が分かっていらっしゃる方がいますね。運命の出会いだみたいなイメージだそうです。翻訳で調べたら「あるべき姿」という意味もありますけど、そうなる運命だったみたいな意味らしいです。みんなが楽しくあるべき、楽しくなるような運命にあるみたいな感じで、皆さんと出会うのも運命だったみたいなイメージで置いてみました。 meant to be ラブハートということで、恋に落ちる運命だったという意味らしいです。 今日のメイクについてですが、リップはRMKの新作で、4月5日発売です。06番の赤っぽいものを塗って、その上にゲランの新発売「キスキス グロウ オイル」の809番を塗りました。RMKとゲランのダブルで塗って、真ん中にキスキスのグロスをちょっと塗った感じです。 チークはジルスチュアートで、4月5日発売のものです。白っぽい色が発色するというか、ふわっとした質感で、塗ったか塗らないかくらいの色合いです。02番と01番がすごく可愛いです。02番の方がピンク系で、01番の方がオレンジ系な感じです。今日はリップがピンクなので02番にしました。 質問にお答えします。 ラロッシュポゼのエファクラピールケアセラムとアクセンノスのリセットウォッシュを同時に使ったら取りすぎですか？という質問ですが、その方の元々の肌質によります。乾燥肌の人だったらちょっとやりすぎかなと思うので、脂性肌の人だったら全然大丈夫です。私はどちらも使っているんですけれども、アクセンノスのリセットウォッシュの泡洗顔は泡立てるのが面倒くさくないし、本当に乾燥もしないです。ただ、乾燥肌の人は一つでいいと思います。 カウント転産のサプリは皮脂に効きますか？という質問ですが、そこまで強力に皮脂を抑制するような感じではないと思いますね。 ニキビ痕を消すためには、痕が赤みなのか凹みなのかで全然違うんですけど、凹みは正直化粧品では何ともならないと思います。医療でも凹みを消すってすごく大変なことなので、正直ちょっと凹みに関しては難しいです。赤みだったり色素沈着だったら、美白系のもの、例えばビタミンCとかトラネキサム酸とかそういったものがいいかなと思うんですけれども、それもやはりニキビ痕自体がすぐになくなるというのは年単位でかかると思います。凹んでいるところって結構色がついていることが多いんですよね。その色がなくなるとぐっと立体的に見えます。 ていると深く見えてるんですね。それが取れるだけでもあのかなりフラットに見えるって言うんですかね。もっとフラットにはなってないんだけど見えるということがあるので、美白系のものを使っていただくといいかもしれない。 男なんですが、日焼け止めのSPFやPAは日常使いだとぐらいの数値なものが、SPFというのはあれは強さじゃなくて時間なんですね。ただそのSPFを出すためには1平方センチメートルあたり2ミリグラムの日焼け止めを塗った時のSPFなんですよ。だから正直、SPFの50とか30でも1日持つような計算にはなっているんですけれども、そんなにたくさん皆さん塗ってないと思うんですね。だから自分が使ってるSPFの半分とまではいかなくても7掛け、6掛けぐらいだと思っていただいたらいいと思うんですね。 ですると高い方がやっぱりよりもつじゃないですか。なので私は、肌にそのSPFが高いからといって、もう負担になるという時代はもう終わっていると思うので、どちらかというと塗り直しとかができないとかめんどくさいと思っている人はもう、そもそもSPF高いものを使っておいたほうがいいと思います。 小学校6年生の鼻の黒ずみとニキビ。まずニキビはあの病院に行ってちゃんと治療した方がいいと思いますし、小学校6年生だったら、整理、その第二次成長期に二次成長が始まっているかどうかにもよるんですけども、やっぱりニキビができているということは皮脂が多いということなので、あのやっぱりノンコメドジェニック、例えばノブだったりとか、アクセーヌのイプノスシリーズだったりとか、その辺のやつを使うのがいいんじゃないかなと思います。あとはイオーっていうあのブランドがあって、イオーが入っている、あれもノンコメドなので、その辺がいいかなと思います。 美容系ユーチューバーの情報は信じていいんですかね。美容系のユーチューバーさんがいっぱいいるので、あの信じていい人と思う人といらっしゃるので、全員が全員というわけではないかなと思います。 あ、森先生こんばんは。本日も美しいですありがとうございます。ピアスが可愛い。ありがとうございます。質問なんですが、鼻を噛みすぎて鼻舌が赤くなりヒリヒリしていたんですが、先日ライスフォースのリップバームを興味本位で塗ってみたところ、炎症が収まってきているのです。このまま塗り続けてみても問題ないでしょうか。 そうですね。あのライスフォースのリップバームにはあの、ライスパワーナンバー11が入っているんですよ。バーム状じゃないですか。あのリップバームだから、油分もありながらライスパワーナンバー11もしっかり入っているので、それで収まったんだと思うんですよね。別に悪いものが入っているわけじゃないので、ただベタベタしません。私はあのリップとして使っているので、ベタベタするのが嫌じゃなければ塗っていても、あの問題ないと思います。 ダブル洗顔不要で泡で出てくるクレンジングは、泡で出てくるクレンジング、私美容理ぐらいしかわかんないなあ。あとは美保さんのあの、が出しているクレンジングぐらいかなあ。えっと大小性悪の洗いの深掘りしてます。あの多分1週間以内2週間以内にしているので、見てあの上から見ていただけると出てくると思います。 日焼け止めを塗る時SPFの低いものを先に塗ってから高いものを塗った方が効果が高い。いやそんなことはないと思います。 アルビオンのサンプロテクターについて。えっとサンプロテクター、サンプロテクター、サンプロテクター、サンプロテクターか。サンプロテクターはやってないね。あっわかりました。ありがとうございます。 春夏暑くなってからのスキンケアの注意点を教えてください。昨年の夏は正直、お風呂上がり化粧水だけで終わりにしたくなります。暑すぎて、えっとね、もうこれ情報回帰になったかな。ディオールさんからあの、体の汗、その汗を引かせるようなちょっとボディミスト、ボディローションとかが出るので、それをつけてから、汗を引かせてから、あのちょっと涼しくなってからスキンケアするのアリなんじゃないかなと思うんですが、いかがでしょう。 オバジのC25は全顔に使わない方がいいですか。いや、全然あの問題ないと思います。ただやっぱりあのオバジ25っていうのは結構刺激があるという方もいらっしゃるので、ビギナーの人は少し、少量から少し毛穴が気になるところから塗り始めて、そこから全顔に広げていくという方がいいかなと思いますけれども、全顔に塗るからといって、何かが別に敏感肌じゃない方はいいかなと思います。 あの敏感肌って定義がないんですよ。こういう肌を敏感肌ということはなくて、揺らぎやすいとか何かに対してアレルギーが出やすい人を多分そうして敏感肌と呼んでいると思うんですけれども、特に敏感肌の人っていうのが絶対何を避けなきゃいけないということはなくて、私自身が思うのは別にアレルギーと敏感って全然違うんですよね。アレルギーがある人は絶対使わない方がいいです。だけれども敏感肌の人は別にそれに対してアレルギーがなくて、それに対して何かあれなければ別にいいんですよ。使っても。なんかそこを勘違いしている方が結構いて、なんかもうこれもダメ、あれもダメ、こういう成分、例えばアルコールもダメとか、なんか、なんだろう、最近で参加エタノールとかもダメとか、あとなんだっけ、いろんなものをダメダメって言うんですけれども、あの、そう、それにアレルギーがある人はダメだけれども、アレルギーがない人が別に敢えて避ける必要性は私はないと思っています。そういうスタンスなので、ごめんなさい。なんかそうなんですよ。敏感肌って言ってもどれどこまでの敏感肌にもレイヤーがあるっていうか、もう本当に何使ってももう駄目です、アレルギーバリバリありますっていう人から、なんかちょっと最近不調なんだよねっていう人って、すごい幅があるじゃないですか。そういう人たちが全員使っちゃダメっていう成分ってないので、そこはちょっと安心してもらった方がいいかなと思います。 揺らぎっていうのはなんか昨日まで調子良かったんで、今日はなんか調子悪いみたいな、調子が悪いのが赤いとかヒリヒリするとか痛いとかじゃなくて、なんか今日潤い足りないなとか、そういう感じは揺らぎかなあと思います。 スプレータイプの日焼け止めが、あのダメなわけじゃないんですよ。ただスプレータイプってムラになりやすいので、ベースに日焼け止めを塗っておいて、その、なんか塗り直し的な感じでやるのはいいと思います。あの効力が弱いとかじゃなくて、ムラになりやすいってことです。綺麗に塗るのがすごい大変っていう感じですかね。 妊娠三中腫に入り、明日百貨店に半年ぶりに行こうと思います。夏に使うなら日焼け止めはポーラーかコスメデコルテどちらがおすすめですか。妊娠中と森先生の方もありがとうございます。どっちもテクスチャーがどっちが好きかだと思いますね。そこまであの値段出せるんだったら、ポーラーもコスメデコルテも、より保湿感が強いというか、クリームっぽいのはコスメデコルテ。少しさっぱりじゃないんですけれども、なんかクリームっぽくなく、ちゃんと、なんていうのかな、ベタつくではない。まあ、そこまでしっとりしなくていいよってなったら、ポーラーでもいいかなと思います。 これですね。加算化ベンゾイルについての発がん性物質報道ですね。私はやっぱりこう、んー、どうも、あるやっぱり濃度。そのやっぱり何でも濃度だと思うんですよね。やっぱりその高濃度になればそういった危険性がゼロじゃないのかなあと思うので、どのぐらいの濃度だとそういう発がん性があるのかっていうのは、今後の研究データを見たいなと思います。結局何でも、やっぱり濃度だと思うんですよ。なので、ちょっとでも入ってたらだって、お塩とかだって、高濃度になれば、体に毒だけれども、私たちはそれを日々、全くお塩を食べないということはないわけじゃないですか。でもだからといって、じゃあ、すごくがんになるかと言われたら、あのね、そこまで毎日ちょっとずつ塩を食べたら、がんにはならないけれど、高濃度のものが、塩辛いものを食べていると、例えば胃がんのリスクが増えたりとか、そういったものが増えたりということはあるんですよね。なので、ずっぱ濃度だと思うので、その辺はもう少しあのデータを知りたいなあと思います。 宮古島の津波警報ね、もう朝から私も心配でびっくりして、親友と家族に連絡したら「なんか大丈夫かなぁ」みたいな感じだったんですけど、一応高台なので家の実家と、あとは姉が住んでいるところ。一番上の姉が住んでいるところと、一応家の親友のところに連絡したら、もちろんお仕事に向かっている途中で、市内にいたらその海辺よりも市内中心部にあるので、まぁ大丈夫だと思うみたいな話だったんですけど、結局ね、ほんと何事もなく良かったなぁと。だからなんだよあの警報っていう人はやっぱり全然いなくて、やっぱりこうちゃんとね、ちゃんと避難してそれで何事もなかったから良かったみたいな感じでした。 で、うちの姉が産婦人科をやってるんですけど、やっぱり入院患者さんを屋上に避難させたって言ってました。警報が解除されるまでは、もちろん高台というかにはあるんですけれども、万が一なんかあった時にやっぱり患者さんの命を守らなきゃいけないっていうのもあって、だから姉はすごく怖かったとは言ってました。 そう、BHA、BHT、AHA なども濃度次第ですね。やっぱり濃度次第なんですよね。ハイドロキシ機能入りの化粧品は毎年というか何ヶ月も使うっていうのはやっぱりちょっとですかな。高濃度のものだと逆にハイドロキシ機能ってシミが濃くなったりすることもあるんですよね。なので、ハイドロキシ機能を長期間ずっと使うのは私はあまりおすすめではないです。 友利先生の動画を見て水溶性パウダーを買ったんですよ。うまく発泡しないんですけど、ほら、ここあるじゃないですか。水溶性パウダー、ここ切ってこの上にお水を入れてちょっと入れるんですよ。そしたらモコモコモコってなるので、それをちょっとだけ泡立てて、私はもう鼻のこの辺にしかやってないです。正直つけてそしたら自分で何かすごい泡立つっていうよりも、ちょっと発泡してくるので、それをくるくるくるくるってしてますね。 私は首はあの普通にラロッシュポゼ塗る時もあるし、今回は何になったかなと。エスティローダーと塗る時もあります。エスティローダー結構ベタつかなかったりするので、あとはちょっとやっぱりあの色味が違ったりするとあれなので、エリクシール塗っている時もありますね。 エピドオゾール等ニキビ薬の成分ベンゾイルとかは全然大丈夫だ。全然というか、私は大丈夫だと思いますね。 小森先生こんばんは。最近肌のハリがなくなってきたのですが、小森先生は3万円まで美容医療を利用するとすると何を選ばれますか？ ハリ、ジェネシスかな。1064のあの、うちで言うとトーニングのジェネシスモードっていうのがあるので、それをやりますかね。も好きでも、あの白のでも、やっぱり1064のジェネシスが3万円以内だったら一番いいかもしれないだけれども、本当だったらその、まあいくつか重ねたいなとは思うんですけど。 アゼライン酸は塗り薬じゃなくて化粧品にはなるんですが、シミはある程度薄くなると思います。 お風呂に入る前までの洗顔でおすすめ？乾燥肌だったら、あの敏感肌のクレンジングとかの方だと、そこまで乾燥しないかな。あとは、お手頃で言うと キュレルとか。 レチノールが入っている化粧水を、多分レチノールが入っている化粧水というのは、ピュアのレチノールじゃなくてレチノールの誘導体だと思うので、それだったら全然大丈夫だと思います。 エンビロンと他のメーカーの化粧品併用してもいい？私はしてます。メーカーさんはあんまりって言うかもしれない、私はしちゃってます。 最近地震多いですよね。なんかもうちょっと怖いなと思って。なんかいつか来るじゃないですか。だから一応なんか簡易トイレとか、お水とか、うち子供が3人いるので、やっぱり子供たちがお腹空かせないようにというのと、あと電気が止まったら私自身寒さに耐えられない。これからねちょっと暖かくなるんですけども、寒かったらだなぁと思うので、なんか余分な毛布とかはちょっと置いてあります。 は12時ですか？お昼ご飯中に聞いたら、サイトに載ってないかな。 オーラの肌診断をしたら皮脂がとても少ないという結果になりました。男です。最近朝洗顔を始めたのですが、朝は...ジェル洗顔。夜は...ジェル洗顔を使ってました。ジェル、洗浄力強いのでしょうか？また皮脂が少ない場合は、皮脂が少なくても朝の洗顔はやった方がいいです。 ジェルじゃなく例えば普通に敏感肌用とかの洗顔とかを使った方がいいんじゃないですかね。皮脂をあんま落とさない系の。それこそでも角栓とかが気になるとかって言うんだったら、朝をアルビオン、アクセーヌの泡洗顔とかにして、皮脂が少ない。本当にご自身も皮脂が少ない、油分が少ないと思っているんだったら、した方がいいと思うんですが、そこまで自分が皮脂がそんなに足りてないとは思ってないんだったら、部分的にあの、まあ乳液とかそういったものを足してあげる方がいいかなと思います。 はい、そう、外さあれの話ですね。はい。 ね、ディオールさんは本当どれを出しても当たってますもんね。私はでも、あの全部も好きなんですけど、今回のディオールのグロウマキシマイザー。このグロウマキシマイザー、このロージーっていうのがネット限定なんですよ。 これが私の中ではすごく好きで、今日はチークに仕込んではないんですけど、これをちょっとどういうお色かっていうと、こんな感じのお色で、こうなじませるとちょっとジュワッとチークっぽくなるので、全然こうベタベタしないんですよ。だから仕込みチークみたいで、ここに入れておく。そうするとちょっとキラッとするし、すごい、私はこの色が、このあの、グロウマキシマイザーの中ではめちゃくちゃ好きです。 帯状の毛穴を改善する化粧品は？私だったらこれかな。私、この2つが毛穴にはいろんなビタミンC結構使うけど、私、この2つ。ドクターKのコントロールエッセンスローションとABCGリペアセラム。これが私の中では結構いいかなと思います。 はい。私は朝、朝晩これで、朝はこっちで、夜はエンビロンも使うんですけれども、これは結構エンビロンで結構ベタベタするので、好き嫌いはあると思うんですけど、このリペアセラムはそんなベタベタしないんで、朝も使えるから、いいかなと思ってこの2つは結構おすすめです。 私は特にこっちなんか、これでビタミンCなんですよ。だから、ビタミンCのあの、なんていうのかな、化粧水美容液結構いっぱいあると思うんですけど、これ実はちょっとママ友さんが使ってたビタミンCのやつをあのいただいたんですよ。すっごい、その子が肌がツヤって良かったんで、これから買いたいって言っていただいた、買わせてもらったんですけど、なんかどうもニキビができちゃって、よく見ると、やっぱり、まあベースの基材とかが私には、ちょっと合わないなーって思ってその子はよく考えたら、確かにあの、ベースの肌が全然違う。どちらかと乾燥肌の子だったら、そのビタミンCは良かったんだろうけど、私にはちょっとダメだったなぁと思ったので、やっぱり、こっちに戻したら治安が良くなったので。やっぱり、同じビタミンCって言っても全然ね。なんか基材だったり、あとは一緒にあの、なんて言えばいいのかな。ビタミンCを助ける、サポートするものが、やっぱり、これは亀山先生が本当に長年クリニックで考えた、毛穴にどうアプローチしていくかっていうのの組み合わせが素晴らしいんですよね。だから、同じビタミンCが入っているからといって、なんか違うんだなと改めて今回思ったので、ほんと、この2つはぜひぜひ、毛穴が悩んでいる方はお使いになると、いいんじゃないかなと思います。はい。 乾燥肌で肌荒れがひどくなってからミルククレンジングに変えたんですが、洗顔もしてくださいと書いてあります。やっぱりした方がいいですか？ダブル洗顔必要って書いてあったらした方がいいと思うんですけれども、そうすると正直また肌荒れというか乾燥しちゃうと思うので、カバーマークとかってダブル洗顔必要だったっけ？カバーマークのクレンジングミルクとか、あとイグニスとかだったらダブル洗顔必要だったっけ？ダブル洗顔必要じゃないクレンジングクリームとかを探していただいた方がいいかなぁ。 For dry skin, it might be too much, but for oily skin it's fine. I use both myself. The Acne Os Reset Wash foam cleanser isn't tedious to lather and doesn't dry out the skin. However, people with dry skin should use just one. Regarding whether Count Transand supplements help with sebum - I don't think they're particularly strong at sebum suppression. For acne scars, it depends on whether they're red marks or indentations. Honestly, indentations can't be fixed with cosmetics alone - even medical treatments have difficulty with this. For red marks or pigmentation, whitening products like vitamin C or tranexamic acid would be good, but these take years to show results. Often indented areas have discoloration, and when that fades, they appear more three-dimensional. When looking at dark spots under the eyes, they appear darker. Just by removing them, things look quite flat, or rather appear to look quite flat. It's not actually completely flat, but it appears that way. So using brightening products might be good. I'm male, and regarding SPF and PA values for daily sun protection, SPF isn't about strength but about time duration. When testing SPF, it's measured with 2 milligrams of sunscreen applied per square centimeter. So honestly, even SPF 50 or 30 should theoretically last all day. However, I don't think most people apply that much. So realistically, you're probably getting about 60-70% of the stated SPF value. Higher SPF is better since it lasts longer. I don't think the era of high SPF products being burdensome to skin has ended. If you can't reapply during the day or find it bothersome, I'd recommend using higher SPF products. For a 6th grader with blackheads and acne, acne should definitely be properly treated at a hospital. At that age, depending on whether secondary growth has begun, acne indicates excess sebum.
