エムキュアダーマの美容液02になります。これ01もあるんですけど、それは02を使い切っております。実はちょっと前に解説をしたんですが、詳しく話すと浸透型のPDRNっていうものが入っています。通常はPDRNっていうのは分子量がすごく大きくて浸透しにくいんですね。なので私たち医者っていうのは注射で入れていくんですけれども、浸透型っていうPDRNを開発して、注射とまではいかないんですが、通常のものよりは塗ってもちゃんと肌に浸透していくっていう技術を入れているものがあるんですけど、それが配合されているっていうもので。これにいろんな成分を入れるんですよ。例えばビタミンCとかパンテノールだったり、あとはシカだったりとかナイアシアミドとか、好きなショットを入れて使うんですね。でも私はそのショットは今回入れなかったです。なぜかというと、本当にこの浸透型のPDRNっていうものが肌にどれぐらい体感できるのかを知りたくって。本当だったらパンテノールとかナイアシアミドとか入れたいなと思ったんですが、あえて入れずに、本当に一番濃度が高いっていうふうに思われるこの浸透型のPDRNが入っている美容液を1本使い切りました。

This is M Cure Derma's serum, number 02. There's also a number 01, but I've used up number 02. Actually, I explained this a little while ago, but to go into detail, it contains something called penetrating-type PDRN. Normally, PDRN has a very large molecular weight, making it hard to penetrate the skin. That's why we doctors administer it via injection. However, they developed a penetrating-type PDRN, and while it's not quite as effective as an injection, it uses technology that allows it to properly penetrate the skin better than regular products when applied topically, and that's what's blended into this serum. You can add various ingredients to this—for example, vitamin C, panthenol, or cica, niacinamide, and other 'shots' you like to mix in and use. But this time, I didn't add any shots. The reason is that I really wanted to know how much I could actually feel the effects of this penetrating-type PDRN on my skin. I really wanted to add panthenol or niacinamide, but I deliberately left them out and used up one whole bottle of this serum containing what I believe to be the highest concentration of penetrating-type PDRN.
