【ドラコスベスコス🏅】毛穴・たるみのエイジングに今年最強なアイテム大集合させました✨

みなさんこんにちは！友利新です。今日は2026年、友利新が選ぶベストコスメ、ドラコス編になります！今年も素晴らしいコスメがたくさん出てきていて、いつも言うんですけれども48歳、もともとしては毛穴が気になっていて、最近はエイジングのたるみも気になっているという私個人的なベストコスメになっております。 今回ドラッグストア編という風にしたかったんですが、ドラッグストア編だけでやるとプチプラと被っちゃうんですよね。ドラッグストアにプチプラが販売されていることが多いので、なのでドラッグストアプラスミドルクラスみたいなものを選ばさせてもらっています。ただ本当にいいなと思うものだけをピックアップしたので、全種類あるわけじゃないのと、季節柄だったりとか私の肌質というところもあるので、1パート1のみで載っていることにはなっていないので、ご了承ください。 ドラコスベストコスメ洗顔編はこちらの3つです。ごめんなさい、今回クレンジングでミドルクラスはなかったんですよね。デパコスでもいっぱいあったんですよ。だけど私の中でピンとくるものが正直なかったので、その代わりに洗顔がめちゃくちゃ良かったんですよね。なので3つ選ばせていただきました。全部泡で出るタイプですね。どんだけ私がめんどくさがりなのか、バレちゃうと思うんですけど。 まず1つがエトボスのトリートメントリッチフォームになります。バイタルローズなんですね。もともとエトボスさんってブランド立ち上げた方がアトピーに悩んでみたいな感じで敏感肌とか乾燥肌寄りのブランドなんですが、しっかり洗いたいという時になります。私、上半期結構いろんなところに国内外問わず行ったんですよね。飛行機乗ると乾燥するんですよ。だからだいたい洗顔ってさっぱりタイプを持っていくことが多いんですけれども、そればっかり持っていくと取りすぎちゃうなっていうところがあったりとか、海外だと泡立ちが悪かったりとかするんですよ。水が違うので。その前もあって愛用していたので、そういう意味では本当に安心。香りもめっちゃいいんですよね。なので泡で優しく洗いたくて、あんま持って行かれたくない時っていうイメージでこちらは選ばせてもらいました。 そしてもう一つがドクター365モイストファーミングウォッシュなんですよ。ドクター365って毛穴ケアをしているブランドなんですけど、しっかり取るんですけれども育みながら毛穴をケアしていくっていう考え方のものなんですよね。最初これが出た時に取り去る系かなと思ったんですけど、毛穴にはしっかりフォーカスしているし、そのドクター365独自のビタミンCとかも入っていて、肌育系の洗顔。だけどやっぱり皮脂テカリに寄り添っているっていうものなので、育んで水分もアップさせるようなイメージの取り去る系でございます。 この2つとは全く方向性が違うのがソフィーナIPのマイクロアワセラム洗顔料です。美容液じゃないかなと思うような洗顔なんですね。もともとソフィーナIPっていうのは顔のループなんですよね。角栓崩壊するっていうところもそうなんですが、もう一つのお家芸としたら、高濃度の炭酸なんですよ。高濃度の炭酸を入れるっていうのは私は顔だけだと思ってます。高濃度の炭酸を入れることによってミトコンドリアを活性化してくれたりとか、コラーゲンとかエラスチンを作ってくれる繊維芽細胞を刺激したりとかっていう炭酸の研究をすごいしているんですよね。私は毛穴だけじゃなくてやっぱりたるみとかも気にして暮らしているので、ミトコンドリアが元気になるっていうことは細胞自体が元気になるし、繊維芽細胞が元気になったらコラーゲンとかを生み出してくれる技術っていうものがやっぱり顔にはあるので、恩恵を受けられるんじゃないかなというところがあるので、今までもソフィーナIPの炭酸泡洗顔ってあったんですが、泡がへたりやすかったんですよね。でもリニューアルしてから泡がへたりにくくなったというところも推しポイントかなと。あともう一つ、血流が良くなるじゃないですか。そうするとくすみがパッと消えるような気がするので、朝起きて今日淀んでますね、顔色悪いですねみたいな時に使うと晴れるイメージがあるので、この3つは甲乙つけがたいというか、独自のテクノロジーだったりとか成分にこだわって、夜もダブル洗顔したりもしますけれども、朝忙しい時に使うじゃないですか。そういう時にね、泡洗顔神だなぁと思いました。 続いては化粧水はエリクシールです。もう何回言いましたっけ？私エリクシールは資生堂のボランティア。最先端の技術をこのお値段でエリクシールに入れてくれてるっていうのは本当にありがたいなというふうに毎回思うんですが、フォーカスされているのは資生堂さんの美白の有効成分である4MSK、あと私も大好きな抗炎症もできるし美白もできるトラネキサム酸がダブルで入ったっていうところももちろん素晴らしいんですよ。もう一つはやっぱりコラジェニストですよね。コラーゲンの質っていうものに対してのテクノロジーっていうものがもともとあって、それが前回のエリクシールにもあるんですが、それをそのまんま踏襲してってなると、大人だと枯れ感もじゃないですか。枯れ感の化粧水も使いながら美白もってちょっとトゥーマッチになっちゃうので、1本で叶えてくれて、このお値段でしょ？テクスチャーもさっぱりとしっとりっていうものがあって、最初はさっぱりを使い切ってしっとり使ってみようと思ったら、意外としっとりも私の年では結構いいなと思っていて、今しっとりに変わってるんですけど、テクスチャーが違うだけで保湿力だったりとかは同じなんですって。だから、自分の好みに合わせて選べる上に、テクノロジーもすごい上に、価格も手ごろってなったら怖くないですか？本当にボランティアだなっていうふうに思っているので、誰も超えられないんじゃないかなって思うぐらいのエリクシールでございます。 続いて乳液編はNオーガニックのバランシングエッセンスミルクです。一番やりたいと思っている抗炎症をいっぱいやってくれる乳液で、美容液乳液なんですよね。疲れてる時とかは洗顔してこれだけっていう時もいいぐらい本当に素晴らしいミルクなんですが、ツボクサエキスの中でも赤ツボクサっていう日本独自のツボクサがあるんですよ。ツボクサっていうのは韓国っていうイメージなんですけど、日本にもあって伊豆大島で獲れる赤ツボクサっていうのは炎症を抑えてくれる成分で、アシアチン酸というものとマデカシン酸という2つがすごく有効性が高いんですけど、その含有量がめちゃくちゃ高いということで配合されているんですね。それだけじゃなくてグリチルリチン酸もしっかり入っているし、あと大豆エキスっていうのも入っていて、イメージとしては大豆エキスで最初のスイッチを止めて赤ツボクサエキスでまた止めてグリチルリチン酸で止めていろんなところでストップをしてくれるっていうイメージで、炎症っていうものが起こると私みたいな肌質の人っていうのはまず何が起きるかっていうとインナードライになるんですよ。炎症が起きてバリア機能が低下しちゃうと水分を維持する能力が低下しちゃうんですよ。水がどんどん出ていっちゃう。だけれども比較的油分はしっかり出ているので、その油分が出ちゃう。ベタベタしちゃう。その油分の中にやっぱり年がいくと脂肪酸が多くなってくるので、またバリア機能低下するとまた炎症起こっちゃう。で、負のスパイラルになってベタベタはするんだけれども水を引き込めない。じゃあその時にお水ばっかり入れてても油を取りすぎても意味がないんですよ。炎症を抑えていかなきゃいけないんですね。肌が赤茶色いみたいな時には必要で、それを抑えてくれるっていうのは素晴らしいなと思っていて、この年になると炎症を抑えるっていうことがめちゃくちゃ大事なんだなっていうことをすごく実感するんですよ。独自の成分で炎症を抑えつつ、油分と水分をしっかりと混ぜてくれるので、いろんなもの重ねるのも嫌だなっていう時にはオールインワンみたいにも使えるし、素晴らしい乳液だなと思って選ばせていただきました。 続いて美容液部門は3つになります。これもめっちゃ考えたんですよね。でも全部役割が違うというか、まず王道のワンバイコーセメラノショットPですね。多分どこの美容雑誌も美白の美容液といったらコスメデコルテさんがノミネートされていると思うんですね。影が薄くなっているんですが、同じ構成グループでワンバイコーセにも麹酸がしっかり入っています。ただやっぱりコスメデコルテは麹酸1.8倍だけじゃなくて全層に渡ってシミを研究しているっていうイメージなんですけど、ワンバイコーセの場合はシミっていうものをどうなくしていくか予防していくかっていうことにすっごく尽力していて、メラノサイトがシミを作るものはブロックするけれども、メラノサイトが刺激を受けていくみたいなところも全部切ってくれるような感じなんですよ。だから本当シミっていうものだけを、色ムラっていうものだけを考えたらワンバイコーセも素晴らしいテクノロジーを持っているので、ドラコスだったりミドルクラスで本気美白でいったらって言われたら私はやっぱりワンバイコーセかなと思うので、そういった意味でこちらを選びました。 もう一つは米肌のリペアコンセントレートDなんですが、動画も出したんですけど、今までは私はライスパワーナンバー11とナンバー23っていう透明感と水分量アップっていうものを使ってたんですけど、今回はライスパワーナンバー11プラスと7が配合されてるんですよね。11プラスっていうのは角質膜に働きかけてターンオーバーを正常化することが期待できるもので、ターンオーバーをしながら細胞間脂質だったりとかヒアルロン酸だったりとか作られていくので、正常化するっていうことを押し進めていくことが水分量を上げていくっていうところになるんですよね。あとライスパワーナンバー7っていうのが皮脂の調節なんですよね。私自身皮脂の分泌もTゾーンとかは多いんですけど、鼻の際のところだったり口周りとかだったら少ないところもあるので、取りすぎても持っていかれる。だからといって油分がっつり加えちゃうと毛穴にニキビができちゃうっていうところもあるので、皮脂を調整できるような成分ってもうすごく私にとってはプラスなんですよね。私がやってるメディスキンっていうブランドにも入れたぐらいなくてはならない成分だなと思っていて、それも使っているので、通販でしか買えないんですけれども、やっぱりミドルクラスということでこちらも入れさせてもらいました。 そしてもう一つ、エムキアダーマのPDRN美容液になります。深掘り動画を撮っているのでそこで見ていただきたいんですが、PDRNっていう流行りの成分あるじゃないですか。鮭の精巣からできている修復をしてくれるような、で私たちはそれを注射で入れるんですよ。私もプルディアルとかリジュランというものを入れたりとかするんですけど、注射って痛いじゃないですか。ダウンタイムもあるし。でもPDRN入れたい。じゃあ浸透型のPDRNって言って、北海道大学の先生だと思うんですけど、先生が開発したPDRNを入れてるんですよね。注射には負けるんですけれども、やっぱりハリ感とかよかったし、あと面白いのは好きな成分をショットで入れられるんですよ。例えばアルブチン入れられるとか、シカ成分入れられるとか、ビタミンC入れられるとか、好きなものを入れつつ、PDRNがベースみたいなところがあって、私は最初はPDRNだけを1個使い切ったんですけども、次はビタミンCを入れたりとか、カスタマイズもすごい楽しいなと思っていて、ドラッグストアで買えるっていうのもいいなと思ったので、エイジングケアの中ではとてもいいんじゃないかなと思って選ばさせていただきました。 続いては、クリーム編はDr.Kの薬用ABCGプレミアクリームTAになります。Dr.Kといえば、カクテルビタミン、ビタミンABCGって全部入れてあるので、グルタチオンも入ってるしっていう感じなんですけど、そこにすごいしつこく言うんですけども、トラネキサム酸が入ってるんですよ。美白でもあるんですけども、抗炎症でもあるんですね。なので、炎症を抑えながらも毛穴にもアプローチして、ハリ感も美白もっていう、美味しいとこどりが過ぎるクリーム。前もクリーム出してたんですけれども、お値段がちょっと安くなってるんですよ。大人には入れてほしい、レチノールの誘導体、ナイアシン、ビタミンCの誘導体、グルタチオン、そしてトラネキサム酸。素晴らしいクリームだなと思っているし、毛穴とかニキビに対してのアプローチが素晴らしいブランドさんなので、クリームなんですけれども、全然ベトベトしないし、クリーム塗るとニキビになるかも、みたいな人にも安心して使えるクリームなので、私の肌質にはピッタリかなっていう感じで選ばせてもらいました。 Hello everyone! This is Arata Tomori. Today I'm sharing my personal best cosmetics for 2026 — the drugstore cosmetics edition! Once again, so many amazing cosmetics have come out this year, and as I always mention, I'm 48 years old, originally concerned about pores, and recently also concerned about aging-related sagging. So these are my personal best cosmetics based on that. I originally wanted to make this purely a "drugstore edition," but if I only did drugstore items, it would overlap too much with my "prestige drugstore/budget" edition, since a lot of budget-friendly items are sold at drugstores. So I've chosen items that are more like "drugstore plus mid-range." I only picked items I genuinely think are great, so not every category is covered, and depending on the season or my skin type, some categories only have one item listed—please understand that. Here are the three best cleansers in the drugstore cosmetics category. Sorry, this time there wasn't a mid-range cleansing product I loved—there were plenty at department store cosmetics brands, but honestly none of them really clicked for me. Instead, the facial washes were amazing, so I picked three. They're all foaming types—I guess this shows how lazy I am! First is ETVOS Treatment Rich Foam, the Vital Rose version. ETVOS was originally founded by someone who struggled with atopic dermatitis, so it's a brand geared toward sensitive and dry skin, but this is for when you want to wash thoroughly. In the first half of this year, I traveled a lot, both domestically and internationally. Flying dries out your skin. So I usually bring a refreshing-type cleanser when traveling, but if that's all I use, it can strip too much oil, and overseas the water quality is different, so lathering can be poor. Because of that, I've relied on this one and really trust it. The scent is also amazing. So this is the one I choose when I want to wash gently with foam and don't want to overdo it. The second one is Dr.365 Moist Firming Wash. Dr.365 is a brand focused on pore care, and while it cleanses thoroughly, the philosophy is to nurture the skin while caring for pores. At first, I thought it might be a "strip-away" type cleanser, but it really focuses on pores, and it contains Dr.365's original vitamin C too—it's a skin-nurturing cleanser. But it's also gentle toward oily shine, so it's more like a "nurturing while cleansing" type. Completely different in direction from these two is SOFINA iP's Micro Foam Serum Wash. It feels more like a serum than a cleanser. SOFINA iP is essentially a pioneer in facial care—known for breaking down keratin plugs, but their other specialty is high-concentration carbonation. I think using high-concentration carbonic acid on the face is something only they do. By adding high-concentration carbonation, it's said to activate mitochondria and stimulate fibroblasts that produce collagen and elastin—they've done a lot of research on carbonation. Since I care not just about pores but also sagging, having energized mitochondria means energized cells overall, and energized fibroblasts mean more collagen production—technology that really benefits the face. SOFINA iP has had carbonated foam washes before, but the foam used to collapse quickly. After the renewal, though, the foam holds up much better—that's one of the things I love about it. Also, since it improves blood circulation, dullness seems to disappear instantly. So when you wake up and think "my skin looks dull today," using this really brightens things up. These three are hard to rank because they each excel with unique technology and ingredients. I do double cleansing at night, but for busy mornings, foam cleansers are truly a godsend. Next, for toners, it's ELIXIR. I feel like I've said this so many times—I really think ELIXIR is Shiseido's act of charity. The fact that they pack such cutting-edge technology into this affordable toner always amazes me. The focus is on Shiseido's whitening active ingredient 4MSK, plus my favorite anti-inflammatory and whitening ingredient, tranexamic acid—both included together, which is already amazing. Another key point is Collagenist technology, focused on collagen quality, which carried over from the previous ELIXIR line. As adults, we also start to feel a kind of "dried-out" texture in our skin, so if we have to use a hydrating toner separately from a whitening one, that's too much. Having both in one bottle, at this price—incredible. The texture comes in refreshing and moisturizing versions; I used up the refreshing one first and thought I'd try the moisturizing one, and surprisingly, at my age, the moisturizing type suits me really well too. I've switched to it now, but apparently the moisturizing power is the same regardless of texture—only the feel differs. So you can choose based on your preference, get amazing technology, and pay an affordable price—isn't that incredible? I really think of it as an act of charity from Shiseido; I don't think anything can surpass ELIXIR. Next, for milky lotions/emulsions, it's N Organic's Balancing Essence Milk. This is the most anti-inflammatory-focused emulsion I wanted to highlight—it's practically a serum-in-emulsion. It's so good that on tired days, just cleansing and applying this alone feels sufficient. Among Centella asiatica extracts, there's a Japan-specific red Centella variety. Centella usually brings to mind Korean skincare, but there's also a Japanese version harvested on Izu Oshima island—this red Centella calms inflammation, containing high concentrations of two effective compounds: asiatic acid and madecassic acid. Beyond that, it also contains glycyrrhizic acid and soybean extract. The image is like soybean extract stopping the initial trigger, red Centella extract stopping it again, and glycyrrhizic acid stopping it once more—multiple layers of inflammation control. When inflammation occurs, for someone with my skin type, the first thing that happens is inner dryness. Once inflammation weakens the barrier function, the skin's ability to retain moisture drops, and water keeps escaping. But oil production remains relatively active, so oil comes out and causes stickiness. As we age, that oil contains more fatty acids, which further weakens the barrier and triggers more inflammation—a vicious cycle where skin feels oily yet can't retain water. In that case, just adding more water or removing more oil doesn't help—you need to calm the inflammation. This is especially needed when skin looks reddish-brown, and being able to calm that down is wonderful. At this age, I really feel how crucial it is to control inflammation. This emulsion calms inflammation with its unique ingredients while properly blending oil and water, so on days when layering multiple products feels like a hassle, it can even work as an all-in-one. That's why I chose this wonderful emulsion. Next, the serum category has three picks—I really agonized over this one too, but each serves a different role. First, the classic ONE BY KOSÉ Melano Shot P. I think in most beauty magazines, when it comes to whitening serums, COSME DECORTE tends to get nominated, and ONE BY KOSÉ doesn't get as much spotlight, but it belongs to the same corporate group and contains a solid amount of kojic acid too. COSME DECORTE researches spot prevention across all skin layers, with 1.8x kojic acid content, but ONE BY KOSÉ focuses intensely on how to eliminate and prevent spots altogether—blocking melanocyte spot production while also cutting off the stimulation that activates melanocytes. So if we're purely talking about eliminating spots and uneven tone, ONE BY KOSÉ has amazing technology too. If someone asked me which serum to choose for serious whitening in the drugstore/mid-range category, I'd say ONE BY KOSÉ—that's why I picked this one. The second is Komehada's Repair Concentrate D. I made a dedicated video about this too. Until now, I used Rice Power No. 11 and No. 23 for clarity and hydration, but this time it contains Rice Power No. 11 Plus and No. 7. No. 11 Plus works on the stratum corneum to help normalize turnover, and as turnover normalizes, intercellular lipids and hyaluronic acid get produced properly, which boosts hydration. Rice Power No. 7 regulates sebum. Personally, I have more sebum in my T-zone but less around my nose and mouth, so overly stripping products leave me too dry, while adding too much oil can cause acne in pores. An ingredient that regulates sebum is a huge plus for me—it's such an essential ingredient that I even included it in my own brand, Medi Skin. It's only available via mail order, but since it fits the mid-range category, I included it here too. And one more—M.C.derma's PDRN serum. I've made an in-depth video about this, so please check that out too. PDRN is a trending ingredient these days—it's derived from salmon milt and has repairing properties, and typically we get it via injections. I've had Prollenium and Rejuran injections myself, but injections hurt and involve downtime. Still, I wanted to try PDRN, so I looked for a penetration-type PDRN—developed, I believe, by a professor from Hokkaido University. Of course it can't beat injections, but it did improve firmness nicely. What's fun is you can customize it with different active ingredients as a "shot"—like arbutin, centella (cica) ingredients, or vitamin C, layered on top of the PDRN base. I first used up a bottle of pure PDRN, then next tried adding vitamin C—customizing it is really fun. Being available at drugstores is another plus, and I think it's excellent for anti-aging care, so I picked it. Next, for the cream category, it's Dr.K's Medicated ABCG Premier Cream TA. Dr.K is known for its "cocktail vitamins"—vitamins A, B, C, G all included, plus glutathione. But what I keep emphasizing is that it also contains tranexamic acid—both a whitening ingredient and anti-inflammatory. So it calms inflammation while addressing pores, boosting both firmness and whitening—this cream really has it all. They released a cream before too, but this one is priced a bit lower now. It contains everything adults want: retinol derivatives, niacinamide, vitamin C derivatives, glutathione, and tranexamic acid. I think it's a wonderful cream, and this brand really excels at addressing pores and acne. Despite being a cream, it's not sticky at all, so even people worried that creams might cause breakouts can use it with confidence. It really suits my skin type, so I chose it. So, how was that?
