あ、そうそう、そう、あのマキアのね、フロックはコジュハルちゃんのハーリップトゥのこのメッシュのやつなんで、いろんなもの結構入ります。これね結構いいなと思ったんだ。中見えるし、丸ってあんまり実はないんですけど、結構ね大容量でたくさんこんな感じでいっぱい入るので、リップも意外となんかこう立ててなんか入れられる。こんな感じで、こんな感じで。だからね、見やすいなと思って、さすが、つくつくなんていうのしっかりと見ていらっしゃるなと思って、ありがとうございます。 あ、ゲランのキスキス、ゲランのキスキス使ってみてください。めちゃめちゃ、あの美保さんと私と久しぶりにかぶったこちらのゲランのキスキス。もゲランは本当に、あの今、あそうだ、インスタにあげようと思ってたんですけれども、新しいルージュジェもすごく素敵だったので、それもちょっと後でインスタに載せておこうと思います。 このブランドはCFCLっていう日本のブランドさんなんですよ。CFCLさんっていうところのブランドで、ちょっとここがピタッとなってスカートがふわっとなった感じのやつで、好きすぎてこの色と黒も持っております。で白もあったんですね。白とこのロイヤルブルーと、めちゃめちゃ迷ったんですけど、白だと本当に真っ白で、それはそれで可愛いかなと今思えば白も買っておけばよかったかなとは思うんですけど、なぜかロイヤルブルーを買ってしまった。という今になって白買っておけばよかったかなって思ってます。 美保さんとのYouTubeのワンピースはシーのシーっていうところのブランドですね。ベストコスメ欲しいのはスクショしたので、今週末デパートに行きます。ありがとうございます。たまたま今日私クリニックで1日勤務してたんですけども、YouTubeベストコスメ見ました。って言って買いたいので、アヴェダの私が使ってるインバティシリーズのスカルプケアのやつがオンラインでは売り切れてたとか言って嘘でしょと思ったんですけど、オンラインで売り切れてたので、今からクリニック終わったら買いに行きますって言われて嘘でしょみたいに思いました。 美保さんとのYouTube見ました。美保さんが選んでいたザッキーのオイルのテクスチャーは緩めですね。あの、ね、私、あの後すぐに買いに行ってめちゃくちゃよかった。インスタのサブスクの方には見てもらったと思うんですけれども、すごくね、今オイルを、そのオイルは、めちゃくちゃ、これシャワーボディ、あ、間違えた。これ開けようとしたけど別のやつだった。めちゃくちゃ、それが良くて、そのシリーズのボディオイルまで、シャワーオイルまで買ってしまった。というこれが、ごめんなさい、ボディオイルは別にあるんだけど、シャワーオイルもあるんですけども、美保さんがボディケアでしていたザッキーのオイル、これはシャワージェル、シャワーオイルの方なんですけど、すごく良かったです。美保さんも、その時に言ってたんですけど、やっぱり、こう血流が良くなるっていうテクノロジー、今度YouTubeで詳しくやろうとは思ってたんですけれども、やっぱり、そのもともと精度さんって血管のケアのことをすごく追求されているので、その追求していることを血管にアプローチするもので、本当に塗るだけで血流をすごく促進させてくれるんですよね。なので、もちろんハリ管だったり、ツヤ管とかもそうなんですけど、やっぱり、巡ることによって肌に栄養って与えられるわけじゃないですか。だからすごく考えられてるなっていうのは思えました。なので、ちょっとシャワーオイルもゲットしてみました。 そのオイルはトワコさんもお勧めされていたっていうことで、あ、やっぱそうなんだ。なんか肩こりっていう本当に肩こりを治すようなスーッとするものではないんですけれども、でもなんかこの辺がスッとなんか首が一個キュッと伸びるようなイメージですね。 先生のプロテイン大好きで毎日飲んでるんですけれども、妊娠したら飲むのやめたほうがいいですか？基本的にプロテインは別に妊娠したからだめっていうわけではないんですけれども、妊娠中って何が起こるかわからないので、そういう健康食品系は主人の先生に聞いてくださいって言われることを書かないといけないというか書くことが大体メーカーさんとしてはあって、ただ私が医者として飲んでいいですかって言われたらだめともいいとも言えないので、それは自己責任かなというふうには思います。私自身は別に普通に私が妊婦さんだったら飲みますけど、でも患者さんに飲んでいいですかって言われたら別に悪くはないけど、なんか心配だったらやめてくださいって言うと思います。 美保さんが教えたプラダのファンデーションはめちゃくちゃいいですよ。あれは本当にあの時美保さんも言ってたんですけれども、デジタルにもOKなような感じ、艶がすごい綺麗に出るファンデーションです。 最近馬油が合います。夏でも大丈夫でしょうか？私みたいな脂性肌が今馬油を塗るとたぶんニキビがぶわって出ると思うんですけど、今それを塗ってて調子がいいんだったら全然いいと思います。 昨日たまたま会社を休んだら昼帯で先生をやっと拝見できる。ありがとうございます。見ていただいてね、私もケラスターゼのプルミエールも気になってちょっと買ってみようかなと思いました。 クレドのアイクリーム、あの棒はあのね使ってないです。ぶっちゃけ。あ、桃子さんだ。桃子さん元気？私ちょっと久しぶりにお茶したいなと思ってます。 夕飯にうなぎ食べてない。今日大野先生はあのうなぎを食べに行くって言ってたから、ちょっと羨ましいなと思ってます。 ルセラムのサンプル、9月リニューアルのルセラム、めっちゃいいですよ。あ、これもう情報開示になってるからいいんだよね。あのもう資生堂ってどこまで進化するんでしょうね。これはあの9月1日に、あのルセラムがリニューアルされるんですけれども、それはYouTubeで深掘りを絶対にしますというか、今週末撮ろうかなと思っています。 すごいいい感じなんて言うんだろうな。もう今資生堂が分かっている全て、というわけじゃないけど、ざっくりというと、今までは肌にあると思っていなかった、そのセンサーが肌にもあるということが分かって、そのセンサーは、いい刺激と悪い刺激をちゃんと選別するセンサーなんですね。その役割はバリア機能がやってると思っていたら、実はそのセンサーだったっていうそのセンサーは、残念ながら、やっぱり大人になると減っていくので、そのセンサーを減らさないようにしていくということ、とあとは幹細胞って、今までは減らないって思ってたんですけれども、老化しないって言われてたんですけど、実は幹細胞が老化するっていうことを見つけて、その老化をいかに抑えていくかっていうことの、二つの研究からのテクノロジーが入っているのが新しいルセラムですね。 なので、なんだろう、保湿とかそういったものもそうですけども、肌全体良くしていくっていうようなイメージかな。 クレドのファンデにするかプラダのファンデにするか悩みます。クレドのファンデはなんだろう、普通のファンデってことかな。ツヤでいくんだったらまあでもどっちもどっちかな。もう本当好きだ。それは一回色がどっちが合うかを見たほうがいいと思います。 シャネルの赤のナンバーワンの目元美容液。俺は使う。いや全然、あのシャネルのものに関して言うと、あれちょっとボコボコ、デコボコっていうふうな感じにしているから、当たるときには点で当たると思うんですよ。だからシャネルのやつは全然いいと思います。 40代後半だとマットよりツヤのファンデがいいでしょうか？それはもうマットな肌にしたいか、ツヤの肌にしたいかの違いなので、それはどっちでもいいと思います。 ともあり先生、今日のアイシャドウの発色素敵すぎます。私、今日ちょっと自分の中では冒険をしてみたんですけど、これ、これです。9月、これ9月だよね。ルナソルのルナソルさんの、これはいつ発売だ？ごめんなさい、8月9日発売のルナソルのアイカラーレーションの03番。 私、これ発表会で見たときになんかちょっと、どういうふうな感じかなと思ったんですよ。塗ったらめっちゃ可愛い。このグリーンがなんて言うんだろうな。グリーンに発色するというより、グレーっぽく発色するんですよね。 なので私は全体的にこっちのこの色を全体に塗って、でこのこっちのスモーキーなあの、なんて言うんだろう、茶色、スモーキーなブラウン、って言えばだったよね、茶色ってブラウンと、ここのなんかグレーッシュに見えるグリーンを混ぜて、こういう本当にグレーっぽい色ですね。すっごい綺麗な色だと思います。 でちょっとキラッとさせたかったので、このゴールドを足しました。これ、めちゃくちゃいいですね。最初見たときえー、ここはこの。えーと、こっちか、このグリーンは、多分使わないかなと思ったんですけど、グリーン乗せた方がなんか奥行きがすごく綺麗になるなと思いました。 なんか、もちろん他の色、なんかピンク系だったりとか、オレンジ系とかあったんですけど、なんか久しぶりに、なんかこういう色も素敵かなと思って、でPRさんもこれがイチオシなんですよ、っておっしゃってたので、いや、ちょっと自分にはかと思ったけど、これにして大正解だなと思いました。 皆さんもちょっとまだちょっと夏にはあれかもしれないけど、秋っぽくするにはすごくいいかな。でも夏でも涼しげな目元にするには、ごめんなさいね、私二重の幅がなんか奥二重みたいな感じになるから、こうしないとちょっと見えないと思うんで、グラデーションがこうしてるんですけど、でもこうして、なんかちょっとくし目にしたりとか、目をパチパチっとしたときに結構出るかなというふうに思います。 はい。 クレドの新しいパウダリーファンデーション。もめちゃくちゃ良かったっていうのも、私は今日あの白のクリニックの日なので、1日ずっとマスクしてるんですよ。絶対こう剥げちゃうの。だから今日は剥げないようにというふうな感じの、鉄壁のものにするんですけど、でも、やっぱりなんか剥げちゃうじゃないですか。だからさっき塗り直ししました。 私、これオークレ10を使ってるんですけども、この筆がめちゃくちゃ気持ちよくて、これをもう本当にこう、これで毛穴のなんか荒を隠しちゃうような感じ。このね、あ、ごめんなさい、ここに私の水暴走の跡が今消えてないんですけど、すごく良いですよ。 そう、ルナソルのアイカラーレーション素敵でしょ？これ8月の9日で、私がアイカラーレーションのこれは03番です。アイカラーレーション N-03になります。ぜひチェックしていただければと思います。 35歳からでも先生のような美しい肌になれば全然なれると思います。私ぐらいになったら全然なれます。 エレガンスのプードルのパウダーも、もう本当パウダーとして、プードルはこちらで大丈夫ですか？これ、これ、これ。私は8番が好きなんですけど、透明感を出したいという時には、ですね。 なので、さっきのパウダーファンデーションは本当にファンデーションというっていう感じで、これはもうお粉なので、仕上げのお粉で。ただこれ持ち運びにはちょっとあれなので、私はここに置いておりますが。 ルナソルはおいくらでしょうか？ルナソルは、これは7700円ですね。 連日の朝で顔汗がたき汗状態です。汗かきはファンデーション、リキッドかパウダーか？私は汗はあまりかかないんですけど、皮脂が結構出るタイプなので、それだったら、やっぱり崩れにくいっていう方がいいのかなと思って、そういう人には、私結構この、私今日実はこれを塗ってるんですけど、マキアージュの新しく出る、ドラマティックエッセンスグロウっていう、クッションファンデがあるんですね。これが結構崩れにくくて、今日だから私はこれを朝仕込んで、でマスクずっとしてても、ちょっとお直しはしましたけれども、いい感じです。 なので、そういう人はこちらのファンデーションはかなりおすすめ。これ8月21日発売です。マキアージュ、ドラマティック エッセンスグロウの、ミディアムオークルを今使ってます。 ランコムのジェネフィックのリニューアル、とっても、昨日発表会があったんですけども、もともとジェネフィックっていうのは、肌の美肌菌を活性化するというか、治安を良くするっていうことだったんですけども、そこに肌の治癒力を、傷を修復するような能力ですね、肌の回復力が良くなっていくっていうようなものになっています。ベータグルカンっていうものが新しく入ってきて、ベータグルカン自体も傷の修復にも。 もといいっていうことが分かっているので、ただベータグルカンっていうのはすごく純度が高いものじゃないと実はあんまり良くなくて、であとは何由来のベータグルカンかっていうのもすごく大事で、今回やっぱりランコムが入れているものは純度もそして酵母由来っていうものもかなり肌の修復力には高まるっていうことのデータを見せていただいて、あと面白かったのは日本仕様のテクスチャーと海外仕様のテクスチャーが全く違うんですよ。やっぱり日本人ってスッと浸透していて、あんまり後肌に膜を貼らないものが好きらしくて、スッと入っていくんですけど、海外仕様のやつを使わせてもらったら、いい意味でずっと残っていて膜を貼るんですよ。だからこれがテクスチャーの好き嫌いだったりとか、あと気候の問題もあるんだろうなと思って、すごく良かったな、そういうのを知れて良かったなと思いました。 先生と同じサンローラン122番買いました。ね可愛いですよね。今も私今日持っていると思う、やっぱりこのラブシャインは122番が私一番好きです。脇汗の制汗剤でお勧めはギャッツビー。なぜかはYouTubeで深掘り用、多分もうすぐ出ると思うんですけど、男性用だと思っていたと思うんですけど、めちゃくちゃこれも汗の研究、最新の汗研究で、菌を眠らせるっていうようなテクノロジーが入っています。ギャッツビーってすごいなって思いました。ギャッツビーこれお勧めです。デオドラントスプレー史上最強密着細菌力、制汗力アップって書いてあるから、これロールオンもあるから、ロールオンの方が多分もっと最強だと思うけど、このスプレータイプも全然ありだと思います。 宮古島11月に行きますが、海には入れますか。日によりますね。晴れてたら全然入れると思う。 まさかのギャッツビー、めっちゃギャッツビーよ。ギャッツビーめっちゃすごいんだよ。ギャッツビーさん、ギャッツビーというかマンダムさんって汗の研究をめちゃくちゃしてるんですよ。だからもちろん他のメーカーさんも素晴らしいんですけど、ギャッツビーさんの汗研究足らないっていうぐらいすごい。でもYouTubeでも言うんですけど、ギャッツビーさんというかマンダムさんが出している汗研究のリリースと、このあれは全くひも付いてないんですよ。でもその汗研究で見つけた成分がこの中に入ってるから、多分それがここに入ってる。そのテクノロジーが入ってるんだと思うんですけど、でもギャッツビーさん、それを一言もどこにも書いてないっていう。 首にも日焼け止め塗ります。ウェスコスの時にも教授にこれいいよって言われたやつをつけてるって言ったと思うんですけど、首にもしてます。 感染の技術の話テレビで見ました。あそうなんだ。 まず、車、すっごいいい匂いする。えっとねこっちのクルクマっていうちょっとこれですね、ちょっと小さいユリっぽい、このクルクマさんとマトリカリア、これです。マトリカリア、ちょっと可愛くない、なんかデイジーみたいな感じ。マトリカリアとバラの、そうバラ専門店だから本当に色んなバラがあるの、このちっちゃいなんか、本当になんか、なんていうの、すごく可憐なバラ、スウィートオールドっていう、本当に素敵な可憐なバラですね。この辺もそうですね。スウィートオールド。で白のデルフィニウムとアガパンサス。アガパンサスはこの人ですね。この人アガパンサスとデルフィニウムはこれかな。デルフィニウムはこちらでございますね。デルフィニウム。はい。であとはレースフラワー。でなんか本当に見てるだけで清涼感が溢れるような素敵なお花になっております。とっても素敵ですよね。なんかやっぱり見てて元気が出るお花。なんか四角でこう量を得るっていうんですかね。そういうのもすごく素敵だなと思って、ちょっとなので白で、白いお洋服にしようかなと思ったんですけど、清涼感っていう意味ではなんかブルーがいいかなと思って、お洋服もブルーにしてみました。 髪の毛はいつもね、髪の毛を私はライブ用にいつもセットだけしてくれる美容師さんっていうのがいて、そこに本当15分ぐらいでパパッとやってくれる美容室に行ってお願いしてます。 若いうちから首のシワケアはしといた方がいいと思います。シャネルやディオールのアイクリームやのコロコロするアプリケーターは刺激になって、シミ肝斑濃くなりませんか。普通に優しくトントントンってするくらいだと全然いいと思います。 毎回ケイトローズさんセンスいいですよね。私カラコンしてないんですよ。目いいんです。だから裸眼です。裸眼です。そうお鼻で寮ってね良くない。私顔ほっそりしたでしょ。でしょとかよく言って、今前も言ったかもしれないんですけど、あのインスタの、インスタのあの会員って、さんて何て言うんだっけ。インスタのサブスクの皆さんのところには打った直後に乗せたんですけれども、でおりぽっていう脂肪溶解注射を打った後に、打った後にそこにRFの機械ダンボートチップをやるっていうのを3回やるっていうのが、うちの思ったサンドスキンクリニックの小顔治療のプロトコールなんですけど、この前私が最近出した韓国のそういうの先生に。先生は顔に脂肪溶解というか、そこではキャット注射っていうのをそういうの先生は開発しているので、キャット注射を打ってやっぱりそのRFの機械を打ったらいいよみたいなことを言ってて、本当は私そういうの先生のところでやってほしいなと思ったんですけど、その日はクリニックお休みで、本当に私たちクリニックの視察の旅行で行ったから、お休みの時に行ったんですよ。だから見せてもらったからできなかったんですけど、そうだオモスキでもプロトコールはやっていて、もちろんキャット注射とデオリポは全然中身は違うと思うんですけど、多分同じ陽気脂肪溶解さんなんじゃないかなと思ってやってみて、確かに1回だけしか1回？2回目？次2回目やるかをやったんですけど、かなりなんかちょっと、ちょっとこの辺すっきりした。ただここにまだ入れてないんですよ。だからここに入れるの忘れて、ここだけやっちゃったから、次2回目はここやってここにもちゃんとRF打たなきゃなと思っていて、なので結構いいなと思いました。 マトリカリア可愛くて大好きです。マトリカリアさん可愛いですね。ほんと素敵ねお花が。 パウダーを購入しようと思ってますが、スックとコスメデコルテどちらが先生おすすめですか。なんか王道はなんかコスメデコルテかな。スックはなんか私はどちらかというとあ、でもスックのあのちょっと、なんて言えばいいんだろう。あの色色紫っぽい、ラベンダーっぽいスックはすごい良かったなと思うんですけれども、上級者というか、一般受けするのはコスメデコルテだと思います。 今日はマキアージュの今度8月21日に出るマキアージュドラマティックエッセンスグロウのリキッドファンデを使ってます。 髪の毛明るくしないんですか。しないと思いますね。やっぱ私白衣をだいたい着てるので、私の中でいろいろな決まり事があって、白衣を着てる時に、なんかこう装飾品をしないとか、白衣を着てる時に、なんかネイルをしないとか、白衣を着てるのに髪が明るくしないと、私の中での勝手な決め事ですよ。勝手な決め事があるので、白衣をもう着ないっていう風にしない限りは、髪の毛を明るくすることはないと思います。 毛穴レスの一番の処置は何ですか。その人の肌質によると思うんですけど、私はめちゃくちゃ皮脂出かなんですね。元々ニキビがすごくあったので、皮脂のコントロールをすごくしてます。だからクリームとかも、もちろん今クリームに目覚めているんですけども、必要以上に塗るんではなくって、やっぱり毛穴に毛穴に詰まらないようなクリームを塗ったりとか、あとはやっぱり皮脂のコントロールをするようなものを使う。なので私みたいな人は皮脂コントロールだと思います。高校生でニキビ肌だったら、NオーガニックのACモイストシーコンディショナーがいいと思います。 ユナ先生の肌はめっちゃ綺麗でした。私よりも上だっておっしゃってたんですけど、私は逆に私より年下だと思ったぐらいでした。だから行きたいなって、一回ユナ先生に治療してもらいたいな、真剣に思ってる。だけどもしかしたらちょっと韓国行けるかもしれないので、その時にスケジュールが合えば行きたいなとは思ってます。一回はやっぱり自分のクリニックでしか手術ってなかなかできないじゃないですか。他のクリニックに行ってどうもお泊まりですとか言うと、みんなビビっちゃうから、だから韓国だとやってくれそうなんで、ちょっとそういう先生のとこに、もしスケジュールがあって行けるんだったら、手術してほしいなって思ってます。その時は必ず動画回します。 おばじのCCはそれ1本だけで日焼け止めとして買っても使っていいですか。全然いいですよこれでしょ。私はおばじとこのCCクリーム、CC？BBじゃなくて、おばじのBBでしょ。BBじゃない。おばじのCC。これBBだって書いてる。ごめんこれじゃなかったわ。私はこれかなと思ってるんだけど、これ私の中でちょっと色が、私にはね色がちょっと濃いめなので、私はちょっとだけ混ぜてます。でこれを下地というか日焼け止めの代わりに最近使ってる。 脂肪溶解注射は昔はあんまり効かなかったんですよ。でも今のデオリポとかはやっぱりデオキシコール酸っていうのがちょっと増えてるというか、なので私には効きましたね。デオキシコール酸っていうのがやっぱり濃度が濃くなっていってるので、今のやつは効く確率の方が高いかなと思います。うちの表参道の患者さん見てると、結構効いてる方多いなと思いますね。ただ脂肪溶解だけやるとどうしてもやっぱり皮が余っちゃうので、そのRFの機械引き締めの機械は必須です。 何年かぶりに皮で行うバーベキューに誘われました。先生ならどのような服装で行きますか。どれぐらい本気のバーベキューなのかな。皮でしょ。でも私だったら皮、皮か難しいね。濡れてもいいような格好だから、撥水のワンピースを着ていくかな。で何着るかな。皮って私行ったことあるっけ。皮って行ったことないかもしれない。海は得意なんだけど、皮を皮べりに行ったことないな。皮。皮らってこと。私が人生において皮で何かをしたこと。違う多摩川でバーベキューしたことあるな。その時には別に皮っていう意識はなかったから、皮でシャワーシャワーとはしなかった。皮べりってことだったら別に普通に、なんかワイドパンツみたいなものになんかロングのなんかタンクトップに、もう可愛いとかじゃなくて、なんかちょっとダボっとしたパーカー。それは日焼けを止めるようなパーカーで、起きて焼けんのじゃないですか。完全に紫外線カットして。 I happened to be working at the clinic all day today, and someone said they saw the YouTube Best Cosmetics and wanted to buy the Aveda InvatiSeries scalp care I use. They mentioned it was sold out online, which I thought was a lie, but it really was sold out online, so they said they'd buy it after the clinic closes, and I thought, "Really?" I watched the YouTube with Miho-san. The oil texture from Zakkii that Miho-san recommended is loose. Um, after watching it I immediately went out and bought it, and it was amazing. This one was so good that I ended up buying the body oil in that series as well as the shower oil. If you apply sunscreen thoroughly, I think that's fine, but if you also apply foundation on top, that creates thickness, which is also good. After removing moles with CO2 laser and volume - since it's a wound, with CO2 laser removal, I'd recommend leaving at least a month gap. I reserved the Cle de Peau eye cream that Miho recommended separately. I'm almost out myself.
