娘の卒園だったりとかいろんなことが重なって ちょっとバタバタしてたのでなかなかYouTubeライブができなかったんですけれども 私は元気で あとなんか喉の調子がいいんですよね なんかやっぱりあんまり大きい声を長時間出してないからか あんまりこう何だろうな かすれたりとかもしていないので なんかいい感じに喉も調子がいいでございます 先生昼編みのアンバターサンド美味しそうでした めちゃくちゃ美味しかったです 見ていただきました? あゆみさんなんかこう横で押してグッとやるっていうのがすごく良かったので 私ああいう100均かなんかでこうねカシャッとやるような なんかアイテム その何でしたっけ ランチパックみたいにこうね そのサンドイッチをできるようなものを 昔息子とか娘たちが本当にまだ 何だろう3歳とか4歳ぐらいの時に お弁当を作らなきゃいけない時に買ってやったので 何だろうあんな風に簡単にできるんだとか思ったら ちょっと早く知っておけばよかったなと思いました 実は今日は長女が学校がちょっとお休みだったので 初めて娘長女だけを連れて 広尾の現場に行ったんですよ だから長女も楽屋にいて 初めてのテレビ局で初めての生放送を体験して 広尾のやつを見てまた美味しそうだったから作ってなんて言ってて ちょっと早く連れて行ってあげればよかった ちょっと子どもたちの学校のお休みの関係 普通は平日なのでお休みじゃないので そういう時に使ってやればいいかなと思いました 絶賛山崎春のパン祭り参加しているので今度やってみます ぜひぜひやった方がいいと思います 本家のランチパックは結構大きくていろんな具材ですけれども ちっちゃい薄いパンを半分にしてできるので 何だろうなパンを食べ過ぎなくても 好きな具材を入れるっていうのもすごくいいかなと思います 初めての参加でドキドキして楽しみということ ありがとうございます もう3月に入って続々と新商品が発売になっているので いろいろオープンにはなっていると思うんですけれども 私の中ではやっぱり今期 洗い物も結構出てるなと思っても 今日YouTube撮影して深掘り撮ったんですけれども ファンケルのマイクレがリニューアルして マイクレってもう何だろうな 寄り添ってくれているものだったので それがリニューアルしたりとか あとは今期も皆さんに寄り添っているといったら カネボウのスキンコンダクターっていう 私がもともとカネボウの もうちょっと無くなりつつあるんですけども このスキンハーモナイザーをすごい大絶賛していて そのプラスそれのクリームバージョンみたいな感じで やっぱりインナードライでプラス赤みがある人っていうのには こういったのもすごくおすすめだなっていうものだったり あと私変えてないんですけれども ビオレの毛穴泡洗顔 だからリリースが最初出たじゃないですか 毛穴泡洗顔の進化版みたいな それはビオレの洗顔に新しく 3月3日に限定発売があったやつで入ってるんですけど 乗り遅れてしまって先行発売を変えてないんで ただ研究者の方にいろいろ話を聞いたので それはYouTubeで撮ってるので ぜひぜひなんか結構巷ではスクラブみたいなものが入って スクラブで書き出すみたいな感じに言ってたんですけど 全然違う感じなので トロメタミン自体毛穴泡洗顔のトロメタミン自体は変わらないんですけど それにプラスアルファをすることによって さらに毛穴をしっかりと洗浄して 奥の方まで行けるという技術なので そこもしっかりと深掘りできるかなというふうに思います 先生首施術してもらってから目立たなくなり タートル着なくなっても気にならなくなって嬉しいです やっぱ嬉しかったですよね もうなんか本当に大変だったからやっと終わり まあ本当はスタートだったんですけど あの時はもう本当に嬉しかったです えー2日前にバンクリのピアスを片方だけ紛失してしまいへこんでます えーそれはへこむな でも考え方によってはそれで何か自分の身を守ってくれてるとか あとなんかバラバラにする ちょっとあれかちょっとあれね あとバンクリの大きさにもよるんですけど ミニだったらちょっとちっちゃく2つ穴を開けて 大小でやるっていうのもかわいいって書いてあったから そういうことで 種口あさみさんビオレ買おうと迷っていたので 友利先生おすすめでしたら購入しようかと思います もちろん毛穴泡洗顔がしっかり進化しているので どちらかというと毛穴が気になる人だから 皮脂が多い人とかっていう向きかなとは思います もちろんビオレさんはトロメタミン自体が タンパク質を溶かすものではなく基本ないので より乾燥が進むという感じじゃないと思うんですけれども そもそも乾燥肌の人ってそんなに毛穴詰まらないと思うので 種口さんが毛穴が気になるブラックヘッドが気になるっていうんだったら ぜひぜひおすすめですし 私みたいに皮脂の人はよりいいかなと思います ポーラの美容液は 市販とは入っている美白の有効成分が違います モイスチュアマイルドホワイトの深掘り 高保湿モイスチュアやってないでしたっけ 私これちょっと深掘り 前やった気がするんだけどちょっと探してみます 冬の終わり乾燥が止まりません だったらソフィーナIPのクリームを 使ってみるのはどうでしょう かなり保湿の製品としては優秀かなと思います あと妊婦は美容家でのEMSモードはやめた方がいいですか 正直ここだけなので全く問題はないと思うんですけど でもやっぱり妊婦さんって 何かあった時にこれのせいだったら どうしようとか思うじゃないですか 私はやめといた方がいいと思います ポーラのクレンジング洗顔気になると思いつつ 目代わりでパーフェクトワンフォーカス買いました ドラッグストアコスメは惜しみなく使えていいですよね もちろんポーラの洗顔は 気くすみがめっちゃ綺麗になるような 洗顔なんですけれども やっぱりある程度お高いので 自分のご褒美みたいな感じで使うのはすごくいいですけれども 全く対比するものじゃないんですけど パーフェクトワンフォーカスは あの値段であのクレンジングっていうのは めちゃくちゃコスパがいいなと思うので 全く対極だと思います 神秘メソッドの深堀り 神秘メソッド 神秘って私やらなかったでしたっけ 松木オリジナルのやつですよね 神秘メソッド やってないねこれ神秘メソッド なんだどこのだ えー 今年はそんなにツヤはという感じではないんですけど 自分が 去年から少しずつあると思うんですけど 一昨年とか去年ほど ツヤっていうツヤが変わってきて 昔は本当にツヤのツヤだったじゃないですか 今はある程度ちょっとマットだけど ツヤがあるみたいな感じのものが 今年の流行りかなと思っていて 例えば ナーズの4月に発売になる あれ4月そうです4月に発売になる ナーズの毛穴が消えるファンデっていうのは そのツヤセミツヤマット肌みたいな感じなんですけど 成分も毛穴が グリシルグリシンとかが入ってたりとか 実はナーズって生動の酸化なので そういった美容成分が入っているナーズか あとは意外かもしれないですけれども ダブルウェア ツヤっていうツヤ感ではないんだけど 今っぽいマットなセミツヤ肌を作ってくれるので エスティのダブルウェアとか でもやっぱり絶対ツヤが欲しいっていうんだったら ルナソルのクッションファンデとかは 結構いいんじゃないかなと思います 松木オのやつってこれ アンプル入れるやつってこれですよね このモレキュラーの これめっちゃ面白いですよ こういうなんていうんだろう こういうやつでしょアンプル入れるやつ これも今日 これがPDRNの中に自分で 例えばこれだったら これ何番だ?3番だから 毛穴のアゼライン酸とビタミンCの誘導体を アンプルで入れるとか あとはレチノールとナイアシンアミドの アンプルがあってそれを入れるとか これが全部で5種類あるんですよ レチノール&ナイアシンアミドと グルタチオン&ガラクトミセス あとアゼライン酸ビタミンC アルブチンパンテノール グリシルグリシン シカエクソソームっていうのが 2つずつになっているのが5種類あって それをこのアンプルを2つまでは入れられるんですって だから例えば レチノールナイアシンアミドプラス くすみケアでアルブチンとパンテノール入れようとか っていう風に入れられるんですよ これが 松木用オリジナルなんですよ すごくない? でこれ今日ちょっとYouTubeの深掘りでやったんですけど 多分これ通常のPDRNじゃないと思うんですよ なんか私低分子化って書いてあったから もうこれもうYouTubeさっき撮ったばっかりだから あれなんですけど 低分子化って書いてあるから リポソーム型とかそういう感じにしたのかなと思ったら リポソームが入っているわけじゃなくて じゃあこれ何なんだろうなと思ったら 多分これ北海道大学の先生が研究した その本当に普通のPDRNを 低分子化したものだと思うんですよね なんかいろいろな構成をくっつけて 低分子化するって今まではできていなくて だから普通の動物性のPDRNは分子量が大きいから 植物性のPDRNで小さくして それだとそもそもの分子量が小さいからみたいな感じだったんですけど やっぱり動物よりはサケ由来のPDRNで ここまで小さくする技術を持っているのは 多分そこしかないと思うので 結構すごいなぁと思いましたね なんでちょっとこれは そうMQはダーマバイっていうやつ これめちゃくちゃすごいなぁと思ってます ただのなんかあれじゃない 発表会があって行けてなかったんですけども 送られてきてたんで ちょっと面白いなと思って使ってみたんですよ だから結構 このPDRNの良さを知りたかったから 私はこれ入れなくて使ってます 入れるとどっちの成分で良かったかが 分かんないのかなと思って とりあえず本当にこれが私が思っている 低分子化したPDRNだったとしたら 肌にガツンとくるはずだなと思って使って 私YouTubeでも話したんですけども 尾元三郎にLDMの機械を ちょっと導入しようと思って LDMって韓国では 水玉リフティングみたいな感じで言われていて 導入の機械だと日本では思われているんですけど 違くて超音波の波長で 細胞を震わせるんですよ それでヒートショックプロテインを出したりとか コラーゲンを分解する酵素を 抑制する酵素を出したりとか 要はその細胞自体を元気にする 普通レーザーとか当てると ちょっとクラッシュアンドビルドじゃないですけど 細胞というか組織が1回壊れて それで作られていく傷を修復する みたいな感じで修復をすることなんですけども LDMっていうのはどちらかというと 肌自体を超音波で 細胞を震わせて 細胞自体を活性化するっていう感じです 熱で壊すとかじゃなくて なので韓国ではPDR 要はサーモン注射とかいう 肌へ注射をやった後に LDMをかけるんですね だからそうだと思って 注射の代わりにこれを使って LDMを使ったら 肌がどう変わるのかなみたいになって これを使ってLDMを 毎日これを家で使って クリニックでLDMをやってたら めちゃくちゃ肌の調子がいいんですよね これもしかしたらLDMの効果なのか もしかしたらこれなのか わかんないですけど でも多分私の仮説が正しければ 普通だったら注射で入れるPDRNと LDMをっていう機械は めちゃくちゃ相性がいいから この低分子化のPDRNとLDMの機械は 相性がいいはずだっていう 仮定のもとでやってると めちゃくちゃいいので ものすごくいいと思います PDRNってアンチエイジに効くんですよ。なぜかというと、もともとサーモン注射のリジュランとかっていうのが一番皆さん聞きなじみがあると思うんですけれども、もともとは傷の再生みたいな感じなんですね。なので、やけどだったりとか、床ずれだったりとかっていうのも、そもそもそういった治療として使われていて、要は傷を修復させるときにコラーゲンの産生とか、ヒアルロン酸の産生とかをしていくっていうところになるので、あと抗炎症だったりとかっていうところもあるので、やっぱり肌の水分量が上がったりとか、その、なんていうのかな、本当に何か補って、ムチというか、内側からなんか水分が、わくわくわくわくって出てくるような感じのものがPDRNの良さなので、結構これ良かったですね。 あ、そうそうそう、発表会で竹岡さんが登壇してたんですよ。でも私発表会行けてなくて、竹岡さんに「これめっちゃいいですね」って言って、そしたら事務所に送ってきていただいたので、すごいいいなと思ってます。 ジョージさんのブランド「ジョリエン」って何？ジョージさんのブランド「ジョリエン」を知ってますか？ごめんなさい、ちょっと知ってないですね。ごめんなさい。 33歳女です。健康診断で前のコレステロールが30しかありませんでした。運動、食事気をつけているのですが、原因がわからないです。健康診断のほかの項目は問題ないです。3年51年ですが、関係はありますか？ そもそもコレステロール自体が少ないと、トータルコレステロールはどれぐらいなんですかね。どれぐらいなんだろう。あと悪玉はどうですか？前玉が少ないっていうよりも、もちろんすごい少なくて、悪玉が高いっていうのが問題なんですけれども、バランスなんですよね。どっちも低ければ、基本的にはHDLって40以上が正常値なので、30は確かに低いんですが、自身のコレステロール値がそもそもどれぐらいなのか、悪玉とのバランスもそうなので、それだけじゃないかなと思うんですよね。 だからもちろん少ないと、ネガティブなことではあるので、でもトータルのバランス、あとはもともとコレステロール値って、家族性、遺伝みたいなところが多くて、食事もしっかりしていて、体重も増えてないのになぜか悪玉が多くて前玉が低いっていう家系の人もいるんですよ。そういう人はやっぱりお薬でコントロールしなきゃいけなかったりもするので、トータルのバランスなので、健康診断で言われたんであれば、一度内科の先生に相談するのが一番いいかなと思います。 ファスのクレンジングジェルについて教えてほしいです。ごめんなさい、2月に発売されるファスのクレンジングジェル、まだちょっと遠すぎて、まだ見てなかった。ちょっと確認しますね。 50代に入り、頬のたるみ、毛穴が目立つようになりました。お化粧するたびに気になっております。エンビロンを使っている友人の肌がとても綺麗なので、エンビロンに変えようと思いますが、効果はどれほどで現れますでしょうか？ たぶんエンビロンは段階があるんですよ。あれはレチノールが入っているので、急にお友達と同じものは使えないというか、段階を踏んだほうがいいので、徐々にステップアップして、2ヶ月同じものを使ったら、また2ヶ月ステップアップしてってなるので、やっぱり1年ぐらいは使ってみたほうがいいと思います。 ピアスを開けるのは病院のほうがいいでしょうか？もちろんです。トラブルは少ないというか、病院じゃないと実は開けちゃいけないので、医療行為になっちゃいますから。 トラネキサム酸の日焼け止め2つ買いました。効果を期待しています。それは何の効果だろう。何の効果を期待してるって感じだろう。 アルビオンの専攻乳液どうですか？1倍アルコール性の専攻乳液がアルコール配合なので迷っています。 アルビオンの専攻乳液は、油分も水分も足りない人っていうイメージですね。1倍はどちらかというと、ちょっとインナードライの人でもいけるかなっていうと、なので乾燥の具合、油分が多いか少ないかにもよると思います。 ライスパワーのリペアコンセントレートダブル、私的にはライスパワーナンバー11とアドテックス使えるのは画期的だったので、あまり話題になってないですか？ 私は愛用の美容液がリニューアルしたっていうので、2週間くらい前にYouTube出したんですよね。私あれめちゃくちゃ画期的だと思います。やっぱりライスパワーナンバー11って、クリーム状のものが多かったんです。全顔で塗れるってやっぱり、あのテクスチャーでみずみずしくて、すごく素晴らしいなと思うので、もっと話題になってほしいと思うんですよね。 やっぱりライスパワーって、水溶性の成分ではあるので、ほんとはパシャパシャしたものと相性がいいとは思うんですけれども、やっぱりクリームの方が、しわにしっかりと入るというところもあるんですが、やっぱり全体的にケアしたいじゃないですか。あと水分量を増やしたいということであれば、やっぱりライスパワーナンバー11は、すごくいい成分なので、老若男女使ってほしい成分かなと思ってます。 皮膚科でシミを消したくて、病院で薬を処方してもらったんだけど、3ヶ月で肌のシミはなくなりますか？ 薬を塗っただけでシミはなくならないし、3ヶ月ではなくならないと思う。多分ハイドロキノンだと思うんですけれども、レーザーの方が早いですね。 脂性肌20代男性です。皮膚科でヘパリン類似物質を処方されて、それだけをスキンケアに使っていますが、なんならヘパリン類似物質もしなくてもいいんでしょうか？石鹸で落ちる日焼け止めを使って、無印のマイルドアワセンガを使っています。脂性肌だったら皮膚科のヘパリン類似物質、ベタベタしません？ 逆に脂性肌の20代男性だったら、石鹸で洗った後に、メラノCCの化粧水だけでいいんじゃないかなと思います。 目の下の色素沈着っぽい黒ずみの対策を教えてください。 やっぱり炎症があると思うので、炎症が入っているものがいいんじゃないかなと思うので、グリチルリチンとかが入っているアイクリームとかが、いいのかなと思います。 イニュリーのライスパワーナンバー23が入っているクリームを見つけたので。イニュリーはユーシンシュゾウさんのものになります。やっぱりそうですよね。 ライスパワーのリペアコンセントレートD、これがライスパワーナンバー11とナンバー7。ナンバー7が皮脂が多い人はそこまで出さないんですけども、少ない人は皮脂の分泌も促してくれるっていうのが入っているもので、こっちがライスパワーナンバー11とライスパワーナンバー23。 私は勝手にライスパワー23は透明感アップ。ちょっとユーシンさんはフワッとさせてますけど、私はこれを見ると絶対透明感上げるやつだなと思って、今までずっとこっちを使ってたんですけれども、リニューアル前のね。最近はこっちを使ってるよっていう動画を出して、見ての通りちょっとねシャバシャバなんですよ。 クリーム、今までライスパワーナンバー11は結構クリームタイプのものが多かったと思うんですけど、こういう感じでスッと入るタイプなので、例えば首とかのしわ予防とかには結構よかったりする。全顔ね、結構脂性肌の人だったりとかっていう人にも結構おすすめで、ライスパワーを使いたい人はこれが多分一番好ノーズだと思う。 なぜならばユーシンさんが自分で出してるから。なのでこれはかなりおすすめですね。 ファッションのクッションファンデかセザンヌのクッションファンデ、普通肌50歳だったら、私は乾燥さんの水分、水分力シリーズから出てるクッションの方がなんかいいかなと思う。 どっちかっていうとファッションもセザンヌも、なんかちょっと何だろう、水分力、なんか潤い感がちょっとないのかなと思う。多分プチプラを持ってらっしゃると思うんで、それだったら乾燥さんの水分力系のものがいいかなと思います。 脂性肌の男性ならメラノCC化粧水プラスキュレルスプレー。キュレルのスプレーは、キュレル自体は乾燥性の敏感肌の人に向けてるんですよ。だから脂性肌の人はキュレルはそこまで私は推してない。 逆にキュレル使うんだったら、キュレルの何色だったっけ、緑だったと思うんです。キュレルはもともと緑か、キュレルは水色だよね。緑の水分は乾燥もするけど油分も出るみたいなシリーズはあるんですよ。だけど別に乾燥しないわけですよね脂性肌の人は。だからそれはいらないんじゃないかなと思います。 4年前ぐらいに美白の動画を上げていまして、とても参考になりました。約1ヶ月で効果を実感したのでリニューアルしたバージョンを見たいです。ちなみにアスタリフト、ハク、エスト、ラロシュなど使用していました。ありがとうございます。 最近両親が熟年離婚するために、調停が開始されて少々メンタル的にしんどい時が多いです。先生のメンタル回復術。 あともうすぐメンバーシップだけに移動しようと思うので、今日の。まずお花ですね。今日はミモザでございます。見た感じでミモザだとは思うんですが、ケイト・ローズさんがまた今日もやってくれました。ミモザはミモザなんですけど、何回も言うんですけど、ケイト・ローズさんって薔薇専門店なので、ごめんなさい薔薇専門店なのでって言ったけど、今日は薔薇入れてなかった。トルコキキョウと、チューリップ「ラ・ベル・エポック」っていうチューリップを選んでくれています。茶色のトルコキキョウと、ちょっと茶色っぽいチューリップを合わせて、染めのお花じゃないんです。 ケイト・ローズさんの店長の高田さんって、もちろん薔薇のセレクトもすごいんですけど、お花を染色するのも上手いんですよ。だけど今回はちょっとこの黄色に合わせて、自然な色ですっておっしゃってました。すごい綺麗ですよね。 私黄色いお花を見ると、さっきメンタル的にちょっと落ち込んでるっておっしゃってた方の話をしようと思ってたんだ。やっぱり自然の中でゆっくりするっていうことは、すごくいいことだと思うので、もしお休みとかができるんだったら、あと別にお金をかける必要ないので、公園とかでゆっくりちょっと散歩してみたりとか、あとはやっぱりこういう素敵なお花を見て、ちょっと心癒やされたりとか。 ご両親のことってなかなかね、どうしようもできないとは思うんですけれども、でもやっぱりもうしょうがないというか、ご両親が決めたことなので、そこに関して何か言うというよりは、別の気持ちを反らしてあげるっていうところが、いいんじゃないかなとは思います。 クルール」の855番です。こっちメインに塗って、これとここを使ってるって感じ。ちょっとここの、なんかこれは使いづらいんですけど、こことここで仕上げて、アイラインはこっちで引いてるっていう感じになってます。 チークがまたこれもまたすごく、今バズってる、資生堂のこれ。私はこちらの色になってます。これって06番ですね。これ美容液をパウダーにしてるので、チークなんですけれども、保湿の美容液が、粉体の中に仕込まれてるっていうところなので、なんか粉浮きしない、すごくチークとしても素晴らしいなというふうに思っております。 なんかちょっと一瞬くすむかなと思ったんですけど、そんなことはやっぱりないんですよね。すごく大人な感じでできるかなと思っていて、これもすごい素敵だなと思って、ちょっと今日はグレーの少しダークなお洋服だったので、これで合わせてちょっと血色を出しました。 リップはこれもまた、こんなこと言ったらあれですけど、BAなんですよ。BAさんのリップで、この色がめちゃくちゃ可愛くて、BAは本当にスキンケアも上手ですから、なかなかメイクが注目されてないというか、そんなことで怒られるかもしれないですけど、かなとは思ったんですが、この04番「ホライズン ブラウン」っていう色が、めちゃくちゃとっても素敵だなと思って、こちらにしました。 っています やっぱり艶感 やっぱりBAなので 艶感とかっていうのはすごくありますし あとはこのハリを出すような モイストベール処方みたいな感じになってるんですよね なのでオイルがしっかりと 肌を守ってくれるだけじゃなくて ラッピング方式みたいになってるので やっぱり皮向けとかがあっても大丈夫っていう 美容成分を抱えたままぴったりと 密着してハリ感を演出する モイストフィットベールっていうものが入っているので I think it's probably low molecular weight PDRN that a professor from Hokkaido University researched. Normal PDRN made small. They were attaching various structures and doing low molecular weight conversion, which couldn't be done before. Regular animal-based PDRN has a large molecular weight, so they tried using plant-based PDRN to make it smaller. But since plant-based has a naturally small molecular weight anyway... Still, I think the only place with the technology to make salmon-derived PDRN this small is probably one place. So I thought it was pretty amazing. So this MQ is called Dermavy. In Korea, LDM is called water-light lifting, and in Japan it's thought of as an introduction machine. But that's not right—it vibrates cells with ultrasound waves. This causes them to release heat shock proteins or enzymes that suppress collagen-degrading enzymes. Basically it energizes the cells themselves. Usually when you use a laser, you kind of crash and build—the tissue breaks down and then rebuilds as the wound heals. But LDM is different—it uses ultrasound to vibrate the cells and activate them. It doesn't heat and destroy. So in Korea, they do PDRN, like salmon injections for skin, and then apply LDM. I thought that's the case, so instead of injections, I used this and LDM together to see how the skin would change. Using this every day at home and LDM at the clinic, my skin condition has been amazing. I don't know if it's the LDM effect or this product. But if my hypothesis is correct, since regular PDRN injections and LDM machines are very compatible, then this low molecular weight PDRN and LDM machine should also be compatible. Based on that hypothesis, it's working amazingly well. I think it's really excellent. PDRN works for anti-aging. The reason is that salmon injections like Rejuran, which you're probably most familiar with, are originally used for wound healing and regeneration. When I looked at 06 for the first time, I thought it might be a bit dark, but I think the most recommended was 01 or something like that, wasn't it? But I quite liked 06.
