質問なんですが、私は子どもが小さく幼稚園から帰って、すぐお風呂に入るので、16時頃お風呂に入ります。自宅のリビングは窓がたくさんあるため、強い西日が入ってきます。家の中でも紫外線が気になるんですが、日焼け止めを塗って、夜またスキンケアをやり直すのは大変なのです。そこでお風呂上がり、紫外線カット効果の入った乳液を、使用したいと思うんですが、寝ている間にそれをつけているのは、ちょっと残念なお知らせかもしれないんですが、日焼け止め効果がある乳液っていうのは、表示されているSPFは、ほとんど出ないと思ってください。というのは何度も、ここでもお話ししてるんですけど、日焼け止めっていうのは、1平方センチメートルあたり2ミリグラムの日焼け止めがあった時に、どれぐらい日焼け止めをカットするかというのが、SPF値を算出する方法です。それは乳液だろうが下地だろうが、日焼け止めクリームだろうが、全て一緒なんですね。なので乳液をそんなにたっぷり、置いておくこと自体が、ちょっと難しいと思うので、ちょっと乳液をつけて、それで日焼け止めをカットしているというのは、ちょっとないかなと思います。そういう観点からいけば、日焼け止めを塗って、日焼けを止めているかって言われたら、止めてないと思います。まず一つ。じゃあそういう観点から言うと、それぐらい薄く塗っている、日焼け止めの入っている、日焼け止め効果のものを、塗って寝ても、特に肌には何も、ネガティブなことはないということですね。 今日のリップは、明日今日11日でしょ。明後日販売になるシャネルのトランティアンルージュの、インスタのディールというかにも載せて、発表会の時の素敵な映像を撮ってるので、よかったら皆さんディールも見ていただきたいんですけど、その時につけてたものと一緒で、その時もすっごい可愛いなと思ったんですけども、やっぱり可愛かった。トランティアンルージュこれね。箱も可愛くない？入ってる箱。こういう箱に入ってるんです。こういう箱にこんな感じで入っております。トランティアンルージュの私は22番ですね。ルージュのブルードシャネルっていうもので、見たら少しなんかボルドーっぽく、こういう感じでボルドーっぽいんですけど、塗るとこんな感じで、なんか真っ赤でもなく、ちょっとピンク？ピンクでもなく、ラズベリー色？ちょうど私の中でこの子と同じリンクしてるなと思って、今日はこれを塗りました。そこで発表会の時もこの色がすごく綺麗だなと思って、気にはなっていたので、やっぱりこういうちょっと秋っぽいところに塗れるっていうのは、さすがおシャネル様。もちろんちょっとお高いルージュではあるんですけど、これ取ってこれリフィルで、このガラスのところは再利用できるので、そういう意味ではサスティナブルなところもあるし、このガラスは日本で作られてる。気持ちいいのこのパチって、分かる？この感じ。なんか良くない？私なんだろう。リップもちろんいっぱい持っているのもいいけれども、こういうちょっとお高めのものを、お気に入りのもの一本っていうのも、すごく素敵だなと思って、ぜひぜひ。ごめんなさい最初私が400円でやっちゃったから、途中で150円にしてしまったから、最初に入ってくれた方には大変申し訳ない。そういう仕様になっているとは知らず、申し訳なかったです。どうなんだろう。 秋はやっぱり夏に受けたダメージが残りながら乾燥というものがくるんですよ。やっぱりどうしても寒い時と暑い時とのバランスで自律神経が乱れちゃうじゃないですか。だから乾燥肌の人はより乾燥しやすくなるし、脂性肌の人はより脂が出やすくなってしまうので、まずはあんまりこの寒暖差だったりとか、この乱れだったりに左右されないように、やっぱりしっかり保湿はすることなんですけれども、やっぱり回復力を上げるような、それこそランコムだったりとか、あと炎症を抑えるようなコスメを使っていくというのがいいんじゃないかなと思います。 安いものって一見いいかなと思うじゃないですか。でも安いって多分意味があるというか、安いものっていうのは、別に悪くはないんですけれども、安い意味があるわけじゃないですか。例えば本当に頑張って原料を安く仕入れたとかってあるけれども、安く売られてしまったものっていうのは誰かがちょっと損をしてたりもするわけじゃないですか。だから安いものだけが私は何か正義みたいになっているのはちょっと違うのかなって思っていて、でもなんか高いものだけがいいわけではないけれども、いいものっていうのは高くて当たり前。なんか日本ってどうしても高いものは何か悪みたいな、よくデパコスと似たプチプラみたいなものも私もそれがバズるからやっちゃうんですけれども、でも別にプチプラがダメとかねそういうわけじゃなくて、デパコスは意味があるわけです。その値段である意味がある。別に誰か化粧品会社が騙そうとか搾取しようとかではないから、意味があることってあるじゃないですか。だからそういうのをきちんと何か具現化しているというのがその本だなと思ったので、本当素晴らしいです。 その本は昨日アマゾンで買ったんですけど、「小ロット商売」という菅原さんという方のご本なのかな。たくさん作って安く売るという慣例から脱却して、少なく作って高く売るという福利小ロット商売に切り替えるためにはっていう内容です。この20年間、日本の一人当たりのGDPはG7の中で唯一増加していません。さらに年収は過去30年横ばいにも関わらず、物価や社会保険料の値上げが予想されています。このような逆風の時代を生き残るための答えが小ロット商売。不要なものを作るのをやめて、本当に必要とされるものを必要なだけ作るというビジネスの必要性が高まる。今、個人にとっても企業にとっても、少なく作って高く売る技術が不可欠ですっていうそういう本です。 先生こんばんは。最近日焼け止めを塗ることを始めた男性です。素晴らしい。日焼け止めを塗った後、てかりが気になるので、フェイスパウダーをつけようと考えていますが、注意点とありますか？フェイスパウダーまあ、多分、てかりが嫌だって思っているってことは、結構脂性肌の方なのかなと思うので、こう皮脂を吸着する系のものがいいと思うんですけど、それを目の周りとかにいっぱいつけちゃうと、逆に乾燥とかも起こっちゃうので、なんか、パウダーをつけるときは本当にTゾーンとかで、まずはつけていただくっていうところがいいと思います。あのそんなに成分的にはそこまで何が大きくダメとかではないですね。でも実はインナードライですとかいうようだったら、やっぱり乾燥対策もできるような、例えばあの、ラネージュであるじゃないですか。私今あのラジオでラネージュのプレゼンツのラジオもやってるんですけれども、そのだからというわけじゃなくて、ラネージュのパウダーがあるんですよ。普通パウダーでどちらかというと皮脂吸着とかテカリをなくすという感じなんですけども、ちょっとそれもするんですけども、乾燥もさせないっていうパウダーがあって、それが結構いいなあと思っているので、そういうものを使っていただけるといいかなと思います。 スキンケアだったら、やっぱり国家試験で頑張っていて、やっぱり夜寝なかったりするじゃないですか。だからやっぱり睡眠美容というか、なんかちょっと気持ち上がるような感じがいいと思うので、なんか終わった後に何か塗って寝るとか、なので、例えばラネージュのスリーピングマスクみたいなものを塗って寝るとか、あとはやっぱりやりながらでもいいと思うんで、エノーガニックの炭酸パックで塗って1時間放置していいんですね。あれはその炭酸が1時間かけてゆっくりゆっくり出てくるから。
