皮膚科医がドラッグストアで買えるエイジングケアのプチプラ化粧水を熱く解説します。

皆さんこんにちは、友利新です。またまた肌ラボさんやってくれましたよ。すごいものを出してきました。それがじゃん、こちらです。もう早速いきます。今日は肌ラボ極潤薬用ハリ化粧水です。これね、ちょっと買ってきても使ってるんですけど、これあの、ちょっととっとこうと思っても開けたんですけど、これあえて開けてるんですが、ここに見て書いてあるでしょ。シワ改善、シミ対策って堂々と書いてある。この肌ラボさんのすごさ、感動しました。年齢を重ねたお肌に、シワ改善、シミ対策の化粧水です。まあ肌ラボといえばヒアルロン酸を入れてたりとか、あと夏に出たのがこの白潤プレミアムですね。これ私の動画でもあの話したんですけれども、肌ラボのシリーズに美白成分ですね、こちらの場合はトラネキサム酸とあとはビタミンC誘導体を入れた美白バージョンも夏に出ていました。今回はこれは美白に特化したものだったじゃないですか。でも今回出したこの極潤薬用ハリ化粧水は、そうたるみ、シワ改善の成分プラス美白の有効成分も入っているということになります。肌ラボでシワ改善ですよ、いよいよ。いや素晴らしいなぁと。早速キー成分は何かっていうと、ナイアシンアミドです。ナイアシンアミドって皆さん聞いたことあると思うんですが、シワ改善というふうに謳える成分は3つあります。まず一つがニールワンという成分、もう一つがレチノール、そして3つ目がナイアシンアミドなんですね。でこのナイアシンアミドっていうのは、あのどちらかというとニールワンは表情を作ったりをするような場所、シワができる部分は実は傷と肌は勘違いしちゃって、好中球というものが集まって、好中球エラスターゼというものを出してしまうことによって、シワがどんどん深くなってくるというものを抑えるのがニールワンで、もう一つのレチノールっていうのは皮膚のターンオーバーを促すプラス表皮の水分をアップすることによって、表面もふっくらするし内側からもハリを持たせるという意味でシワ改善というものになるんです。じゃあナイアシンアミドっていうのはどういう成分かというとですね、コラーゲンの産生を促すということがわかっています。なのでコラーゲンが年齢とともに低下したりとか、紫外線が当たることによって低下していく、壊されてしまうというものですね。産生を促してシワを改善させるということで、シワ改善の有効成分として認められているんですね。なんですけれどもこのナイアシンアミドっていうのはすごくお利口さんというか、もう一つ言われている機能が実は美白効果になります。この美白効果というのはどういったものかというと、紫外線が当たって色素細胞、メラノサイトっていうのがメラニンを作るじゃないですか。その時にメラニンを作って何をするかというと、皮膚の細胞が傷つくのを守るためにメラニン色素を出すんですね。それを受け渡すという行為があるんですが、メラニン色素を作ったメラノサイトから表皮の細胞にメラニン色素を受け渡すものをブロックするという働きがあるのがこのナイアシンアミドになります。なのでこれはダブルで効いていって、ヒアルロン酸の産生でシワ改善、そしてメラノサイトが皮膚の細胞にメラニンを受け渡すものをブロックするので美白効果が期待できるという、ダブルの働きがあるんです。それだけでもすごくいいなぁと思うんですが、やっぱりそこは肌ラボさんのすごいところの一つが、肌ラボといえばヒアルロン酸ですよね。ヒアルロン酸というものは分子量の大きい小さいですごく変わってくるんですが、ちょっとここにね、本当はすごい肌ラボの真実っていう動画をちょっと前に出しているので、それで詳しく見ていただきたいんですが、エイジングケアの極潤シリーズに入っているヒアルロン酸は、高分子のヒアルロン酸、そしてスーパーヒアルロン酸、これはアセチル化ヒアルロン酸ナトリウムというものになります。そしてもう一つ低分子ヒアルロン酸、いわゆるナノ化ヒアルロン酸というものが入っているんですね。この高分子のヒアルロン酸というのは分子量が大きいので、要は角層に膜を貼るような感じで保湿をします。もう一つスーパーヒアルロン酸というのも分子量が中間ぐらいなので、どちらかというと保湿になるんですけれども、もう一つ入っているナノ化ヒアルロン酸というのは実は保湿だけじゃなくてですね、抗炎症効果も期待できるものになります。これがどういったものかというと、ナノ化ヒアルロン酸というのは面白いことに、例えばUVが当たるじゃないですか。皮膚に日焼けとかがおこるとですね、肌に炎症が起こります。この肌に炎症が起こったとき細胞に傷がつくわけですよ。細胞に傷がついた細胞っていうのは、そこからDAMPsと呼ばれる物質が出るんですよ。自分が傷ついているだけじゃなくて、お隣さんとかそのそばにある細胞にも、ちょっと自分傷ついちゃったからあなたも傷つけてみたいな感じでダメージを伝播していく、伝えていくような働きをしてしまうんですね。なので自分だけじゃなくて周りも炎症ダメージを起こしてしまうということがあるんです。なんですがこのナノ化ヒアルロン酸というのはですね、実はさっき言ったDAMPsというものが、傷ついた細胞が出るときにそれをキャッチする受容体って言うんですけど、そこに自分がナノ化ヒアルロン酸が先にくっつくことによって、そのDAMPsが来てもそれがくっつかないようにするんですよ。そうすると傷ついてくれっていう指令がいかなくなるから、炎症がその傷ついた細胞から次の細胞に行くことを抑えてくれるという働きをする。めちゃめちゃお利口さんの成分なんですね。詳しくはさっき言った肌ラボの真実というものを見ていただきたいんですけど、そのナノ化ヒアルロン酸というのもしっかり入っているので、私いつも言うじゃないですか、老化っていうのはもう炎症が起こること、慢性の炎症が起こることによって起こってきますよ。だからナイアシンアミドを入れるだけじゃなくて、しっかりといろんなヒアルロン酸がある中で、通常の保湿のものだったら5種類入れてるんですけど、今回はヒアルロン酸3種類入れてるんですけど、この炎症を抑えていくっていうナノ化ヒアルロン酸もしっかり入れているので、肌ラボさんの研究も生かしつつ、プラスやっぱり注目のナイアシンアミドを入れていくっていう、これはもうすごいなと思う化粧水になります。それもこれドラッグストアで買えますもんね。いやーこんなもの出されたらちょっと歯が立たないなと正直思いました。なのでもちろんね、エイジングケアそろそろ始めたいな、でもどうにか始めたらいいかわかんないなっていう人、お試しから始めるのもいいんじゃないかなと思います。まとめるとこちらの肌ラボ極潤薬用ハリ化粧水には、シワ改善と美白効果を期待できるナイアシンアミドというものが入っています。それだけではなくてですね、やはり老化の原因は慢性炎症です。炎症を抑えていくっていう成分にはいろいろあるんですが、その中でも肌ラボならではのナノ化ヒアルロン酸というものをしっかり入れているということ。このナノ化ヒアルロン酸というものは、肌が傷ついた時に出す成分をブロックして、肌が傷ついた時に周りの細胞もダメージが通常は伝わってしまうものを抑える。それだけじゃなくてちゃんとヒアルロン酸ですから保湿もするっていう。それもダブルで働いていくものなんですね。なのでダブルで働く成分を2つ入れることによって、総合的にエイジングケアをしていこうという。実はこれだけ見るとナイアシンアミドだけが注目されるんですけれども、やっぱりこのロート製薬さんがずっと研究しているナノ化ヒアルロン酸もしっかり入れてきている。なのでダブルで働くものをダブルで入れているっていう。私はこれがすごい一番感動して皆さんに伝えたいなと思いました。いかがでしたか？今日も最後までご覧いただきありがとうございました。またすごいなこの化粧品っていうものが出てきましたら、皆さんにシェアしていきたいと思いますので、よかったらチャンネル登録、そしてこれも実はやってほしいよというようなアイテムがあれば、コメント欄に書いていただけるととても嬉しいです。それではまた皆さん次の動画でお会いしましょう。さようなら。字幕視聴ありがとうございました。

Hello everyone, this is Tomori Ara. Hadalabo has done it again! They've come out with something amazing. And here it is. Let's dive right in. Today's product is Hadalabo Gokujun Medicated Firming Lotion. I actually bought this and have been using it, and I wanted to keep it sealed, but I opened it anyway. Look what's written here - it boldly states "Wrinkle Improvement, Spot Prevention." I was so impressed by how amazing Hadalabo is. This is a wrinkle-improving, spot-preventing lotion for mature skin. Speaking of Hadalabo, they're known for hyaluronic acid, and this summer they released the Shirojun Premium. I talked about this in my videos before - the Hadalabo series added a whitening version this summer containing whitening ingredients, in this case tranexamic acid and vitamin C derivatives. That previous one was specifically focused on whitening, right? But this new Gokujun Medicated Firming Lotion contains sagging and wrinkle-improving ingredients PLUS whitening active ingredients as well. Hadalabo doing wrinkle improvement - finally! Wow, that's wonderful. So right away, what's the key ingredient? It's Niacinamide. I think many of you have heard of Niacinamide. There are three ingredients that can be labeled as "wrinkle improving": first is Nile-one (Palmitoyl Pentapeptide), second is Retinol, and third is Niacinamide. Now, Nile-one works on areas where facial expressions form - the skin misunderstands these wrinkle-forming areas as wounds, causing neutrophils to gather and release neutrophil elastase, which deepens wrinkles over time. Nile-one suppresses this process. Retinol, on the other hand, promotes skin turnover and increases moisture in the epidermis, plumping the surface while providing firmness from within, which is how it improves wrinkles. So what kind of ingredient is Niacinamide? It's known to promote collagen production. Since collagen decreases with age and also gets broken down by UV exposure, promoting its production helps improve wrinkles - which is why it's recognized as an effective wrinkle-improvement ingredient. But here's the clever thing about Niacinamide - it has another function: whitening effects. How does this whitening effect work? When UV rays hit the skin, pigment cells called melanocytes produce melanin. They create melanin to protect skin cells from damage, and then this melanin gets transferred to skin cells. Niacinamide works by blocking this transfer of melanin pigment from melanocytes to epidermal cells. So it works in two ways: promoting hyaluronic acid... I mean collagen production for wrinkle improvement, and blocking melanin transfer for whitening effects. That alone would be great, but here's where Hadalabo really shines - speaking of Hadalabo, it's all about hyaluronic acid. Hyaluronic acid varies greatly depending on molecular weight, and I actually made a detailed video called "The Truth About Hadalabo" a while back, so please check that out for more details. The hyaluronic acid in the Gokujun aging care series includes: high molecular weight hyaluronic acid, Super Hyaluronic Acid (which is Sodium Acetylated Hyaluronate), and low molecular weight hyaluronic acid, also known as Nano Hyaluronic Acid. The high molecular weight hyaluronic acid, due to its large molecular size, forms a film-like layer on the stratum corneum for moisturizing. Super Hyaluronic Acid has medium molecular weight and also primarily moisturizes. But the Nano Hyaluronic Acid isn't just for moisturizing - it also offers anti-inflammatory effects. Here's how it works: when your skin is exposed to UV rays and gets sunburned, inflammation occurs. When this inflammation happens, cells get damaged. Damaged cells release a substance called DAMPs. It's not just that the cell itself is damaged - it sends signals to neighboring cells saying "I'm damaged, so you should get damaged too," propagating and spreading the damage. So inflammation damage spreads not just to the original cell but to surrounding cells as well. However, Nano Hyaluronic Acid works by binding first to the receptors that would normally catch DAMPs when they're released from damaged cells. By binding to these receptors first, it prevents DAMPs from attaching, which means the "get damaged" signal doesn't get transmitted, suppressing the spread of inflammation from damaged cells to neighboring cells. Since this Nano Hyaluronic Acid is properly included, as I always say, aging is caused by inflammation - chronic inflammation is what drives the aging process. So it's not just about adding Niacinamide - among various hyaluronic acids, while their regular moisturizing products contain 5 types, this one contains 3 types of hyaluronic acid, including this anti-inflammatory Nano Hyaluronic Acid. So they're leveraging Hadalabo's own research while also incorporating the currently trending Niacinamide - this really is an amazing lotion. And you can buy this at a drugstore too! Honestly, when they release something like this, I feel like I can't compete. So of course, for those of you thinking "I should start anti-aging care soon, but I don't know how to begin," this could be a great starting point to try. To summarize: this Hadalabo Gokujun Medicated Firming Lotion contains Niacinamide, which offers both wrinkle-improvement and whitening effects. But that's not all - the root cause of aging is chronic inflammation. There are various ingredients that suppress inflammation, but this product properly includes Hadalabo's signature Nano Hyaluronic Acid. This Nano Hyaluronic Acid blocks the substances released when skin cells are damaged, preventing the damage from spreading to surrounding cells as it normally would.
