4月に使って良かったアイテムを6つご紹介します。

皆さん、こんにちは！桃森アラタです。今日は4月に「買ってよかった」「使ってよかった」と思ったものをご紹介したいと思います。 今年の4月って急に暑くなりませんでしたか？いつもこの時期は寒暖差があって、スプリングコートを着ることが多かった気がするんですが、今年はめちゃくちゃ暑かったですよね。そのせいで、皮脂テカが気になる私は、この4月から皮脂ケアをしっかりしなきゃという意識が強くなりました。 なのでスキンケアは皮脂対策を中心に。私自身、皮脂が多いとくすみやすいタイプなので、皮脂ぐすみを抑えてくれるアイテムと、4月特有の気候の変化で肌が揺らいでしまった時に助けてくれたオールインワン、そしてこの時期に多く発売されたプチプラのメイクアイテムもご紹介します。最後までご覧いただけると嬉しいです。 まずはスキンケアから。 一つ目は「ディオール スノー エッセンス オブ ライト マイクロローション」です。今年発売されたスノーシリーズのローションで、皮脂テカが気になる私には欠かせないアイテムになっています。このシリーズにはエーデルワイスエキスが配合されていて、皮脂が過剰に分泌されると肌の上で過酸化脂質に変化し、それが炎症やくすみの原因になるのですが、このエキスがその変化を抑えてくれます。皮脂を完全に抑え込むのではなく、うるおいを保ちながら過酸化脂質になるのを防いでくれるので、うるおいも皮脂もキープしつつ、くすみにくい肌をキープできます。さらに配合されているマイクロカプセルにはビタミンEが含まれていて、これも皮脂の酸化を抑えてくれます。本来なら夏に使おうと思っていたのですが、4月からすでにヘビロテしています。皮脂によるくすみが気になる方には本当におすすめです。 続いても、皮脂に悩む私に嬉しかったアイテム。「カルテHD バランスケアジェル」です。こちらはオールインワンで、ヘパリン類似物質配合でしっかり保湿してくれます。私の乾燥は表面はベタつくのに内側は乾いている、という少し特殊なタイプなのですが、このオールインワンは保湿しながらもさっぱりとした使用感で、皮脂によるベタつきも軽減してくれます。肌が揺らいでベタつきも乾燥も気になる、でもあれこれ塗りたくない、という忙しい時にこれ一本でケアできるので、まさにお守りアイテムです。これからの季節にも活躍しそうです。 続いては「スリー バランシング ステム ジェリー ウォッシュ」。泡立たないタイプの洗顔料で、寒天ベースのソフトなスクラブが配合されています。粒はとても柔らかく、優しくなじませると気持ちよく、さっぱりとした洗い上がりになります。大人の肌には固いスクラブは摩擦になりやすいですが、これは寒天なので安心して使えます。天然精油をベースにした香りも素晴らしく、洗顔中にリラックスできる幸福感があります。これはなくなったら絶対にリピートしたいと思うほど気に入っています。 続いては「エスト クラリファイング ファンデーション プライマー」。皮脂テカが気になる私にとって救世主的な下地です。オレンジみのあるベージュで、しっかりとした色付きというよりは血色感を出しながらトーンアップしてくれるタイプ。血管の透け感も抑えつつ、ベタつかず自然な仕上がりになります。皮脂による酸化、いわゆる「皮脂ぐすみ」を予防してくれる成分が入っているので、夕方になっても黄ぐすみしにくいのが魅力です。以前紹介したエストの「クラリファイング ウォッシュ」と同じ考え方の美容成分が配合されていて、皮脂によるくすみを防ぎながらトーンアップもしてくれる、まさに皮脂が気になる方への救世主的アイテムです。 続いては「NARS ソフトマット アドバンスト パーフェクティング パウダー」（03122）。NARSといえば人気の「ライト リフレクティング セッティング パウダー（通称リフコ）」が有名ですが、こちらはそれよりもややカバー力が高めのタイプ。肌になじませるとそこまで白浮きせず、テカリや毛穴をしっかりカバーしながらも素肌感を残してくれます。さらにナイアシンアミド配合で、メイクしながらスキンケア効果も期待できます。紫外線が強くなり毛穴が気になるこれからの季節にぴったりです。 最後は「エクセル リアルクローズ アイシャドウ CX01」。この4月にエクセルのアイシャドウ全体がリニューアルされ、その中でも特に気に入ったのがこのCX01番です。定番のベージュにほんのりピンクみが入っていて、透け感がありながらも発色はしっかり。プチプラとは思えないクオリティで、ラメも細かく上品な仕上がりです。薄くて持ち運びにも便利なので、これからも活躍しそうです。 今日は4月に使ってよかったアイテムをご紹介しました。4月がここまで暑くなるとは予想外でしたが、また5月、6月に使ってよかったものをご紹介できればと思います。楽しみにしていてくださいね。それではまた次の動画でお会いしましょう。さようなら。

Hello everyone! This is Momomori Arata. Today I want to share the items I bought and loved using in April. Didn't it suddenly get really hot this April? Usually around this time there's a big temperature swing, and I often end up wearing a spring coat, but this year it was surprisingly hot. Because of that, as someone who struggles with oiliness and shine, I really felt the need to focus on oil-control skincare starting this April. So my skincare focus was mainly on managing excess oil. Since I tend to get dull skin from oiliness, I looked for items that help prevent oil-related dullness, as well as an all-in-one product that helped when my skin became unstable due to the changing weather in April. I'll also introduce some affordable makeup items that were released around this time. I hope you'll watch until the end! Let's start with skincare. First up is the Dior Snow Essence of Light Micro Lotion. This is a lotion from the Snow series released this year, and it has become essential for me as someone who deals with oily, shiny skin. This series contains edelweiss extract, which helps prevent the transformation of excess sebum into lipid peroxides on the skin's surface—something that can cause inflammation and dullness. Rather than completely suppressing oil production, it helps maintain moisture while preventing this oxidation process, keeping the skin hydrated and less prone to dullness. It also contains microcapsules with vitamin E, which further helps suppress oil oxidation. I originally planned to save this for summer, but I've already been using it constantly since April. Highly recommended for anyone bothered by oil-related dullness. Next is another item that helped with my oily skin concerns: Carte HD Balance Care Gel. This all-in-one product contains heparin-like substance for deep hydration. My skin tends to be oily on the surface but dry underneath, which is a bit unusual, but this gel provides moisture while still feeling refreshing and reducing oily shine. When my skin feels unstable—both oily and dry at the same time—but I don't want to layer too many products, this one gel is perfect for quick care. It's become a reliable go-to item, and I expect to keep using it as the weather gets warmer. Next is THREE Balancing Stem Jelly Wash. This is a non-foaming cleanser with a gentle agar-based scrub. The texture is very soft, and gently massaging it in feels pleasant while leaving skin refreshed. Unlike harsh scrubs that can cause friction on mature skin, this agar-based formula feels safe and gentle. The scent, based on natural essential oils, is wonderful and makes washing your face a genuinely relaxing, happy experience. I love this so much that I'll definitely repurchase it once it's gone. Next is Est Clarifying Foundation Primer. This has been a lifesaver for those of us with oily, shiny skin. It has a slightly orange-tinted beige color that doesn't provide heavy coverage but instead brightens the skin while adding a natural, healthy flush. It reduces the visibility of blood vessels without looking cakey or greasy. It contains ingredients that help prevent oil-related dullness, so your skin stays fresh-looking even by evening instead of turning sallow. It shares similar beneficial ingredients with Est's Clarifying Wash, which I've reviewed before—both help prevent oil oxidation while brightening the complexion. This is truly a lifesaver for anyone dealing with oily skin. Next is NARS Soft Matte Advanced Perfecting Powder (shade 03122). NARS is famous for its Light Reflecting Setting Powder (often nicknamed "Rifuko"), but this one offers slightly more coverage. Despite that, it doesn't look chalky once blended into the skin—it effectively controls shine and minimizes the appearance of pores while still maintaining a natural, skin-like finish. It also contains niacinamide, so you get some skincare benefits while wearing makeup. It's perfect for this time of year when pores become more noticeable due to stronger UV exposure. Lastly, Excel Real Close Eyeshadow in shade CX01. Excel's entire eyeshadow lineup was renewed this April, and this shade has become my favorite. It's a classic beige with a hint of pink, offering a sheer look with surprisingly rich pigmentation for a drugstore product. The glitter particles are fine and elegant rather than chunky. Being thin and easy to carry, it's a great option for on-the-go touch-ups. That wraps up my favorite items from April!
