【NMN・PDRNドラコス化】47歳皮膚科医大注目！マツキヨ技術で安くて安全な化粧品がでました

みなさんこんにちは！友利新です！ 今日はですね、またマツキヨさんからすごく良い商品が出てたんですよ！いやー、なんか全然、ちょっとテンション高いっすね。 最近のドラッグストアブランドって攻めてるものが多い中、めちゃくちゃ攻めてるものが出てきました！正直、なんか日本のものじゃなくて韓国コスメなのかなと思うくらい、一見ちょっと何か分かんない感じなんです。 ディスクっていうブランドさんで、マツキヨ・ココカラファインさん限定のアイテムらしいんですけれども、純粋のNMN濃度1%って書いてあるじゃない？これもグルタチオンが1%とか、PDRNが3%とか。NMNもグルタチオンも、そしてPDRNも韓国コスメに結構入ってるようなものだし、パーセンテージまで書いてあるっていうのがすごく面白いなと思ったの。 そもそもやっぱりこのパーセンテージを示すっていうのって日本ではあんまりやらないじゃない？まずそこに切り込んでるっていうところも素晴らしいなと思ったの。でもNMNとかグルタチオンとかPDRNって入れてるところがあんまりなかったのは、パーセンテージをいっぱい入れてても浸透が微妙だったら結局は意味がないじゃない？この3つは。そういう技術が難しいアイテムなのね。パーセンテージを示してるプラスアルファ、浸透技術を入れてるっていうところがすごいなと思ったんですよ。なので今日は詳しく解説していこうと思います。 「なるほど、お願いします」 まずじゃあどれからいきたい？ 「グルタチオンじゃないですか？」 そうよね。昔私が「白玉点滴の真実」みたいな、白玉点滴っていうのは真っ白になるわけじゃないですよっていう動画を出したことがあるんだけれども、グルタチオンっていうのは抗酸化作用がすごいものだったり、あと肝機能を良くしたりっていうところがあって、お薬としてはすごくいいものなんだけれども、肌に乗せた時にはどうかっていうと。 ビタミンCって自分が酸化することによって肌が酸化するのを抑えてくれる、還元作用っていうものが強いから、それをまた復活させてくれるのがグルタチオン。だけではあんまり意味がないんだけど、ビタミンCとかと一緒に入れることによって効果を上げたりとか、そもそもグルタチオンの還元作用で炎症を抑えていきましょうみたいな感じなのね。だからあんまりグルタチオンが高濃度だけ入ってる化粧品っていうのはちょっと懐疑的なところはあるんですけども、ビタミンCとかと一緒に入れていくのはいいアイテムかなと思ってます。 ただグルタチオンには一つ、化粧品にするには問題点があるんですよ。なんだと思いますか？ 「問題点？そう問題点。溶けにくい？水に」 そんなに溶けにくいわけじゃない。 「あーなるほど、ベタベタする？」 残念、匂いでした。 「あー結構きついっすね」 そうなの。イオンっぽい匂いっていうか、温泉っぽい匂いがするんだよ。高濃度のグルタチオンが入っていて、ビタミンCとかと一緒になってて酸化還元作用があるとしても、顔にぱっぱって塗ると匂いから我慢して使ってますっていう人も見たことがあるので、楽しく使えるっていうところがすごく大切なんじゃないかなと思うので、だからこそ他のものもいっぱい入れて、高濃度じゃなくてもサポートし合う方がいいんじゃないかみたいに考えてたんだけど。 これは1%と即効性のビタミンCが入ってるんですよ。どういう風になってるかっていうと、グルタチオンの粉が入ってます。もう一つが美容液タイプのものが入ってます。水溶性のね。グルタチオンの粉末の中にセラムを溶かすことによって美容液が出来上がるっていうことになるんですよ。じゃあちょっと作ってみましょうか。 まずキャップを開けます。嗅いでみてください。 「ちょっとうーん、あーっていう感じの匂いはするよね」 でもさ、ちょっとぐらいでしょ。普通は1%とこんな匂いはしないの。 「薄いってことですね」 そう。入れるね。すぐ溶けましたね。ゆっくりと振っていけば、これで美容液ができたっていう感じなんですけれども、どう？ 「匂いします」 匂いするよね。でも多分1%のグルタチオンにしてみればめちゃくちゃ匂いが少ないの。他のものを嗅いでみればもっとびっくりするの。粉でも匂いんだけれども、水を入れることによってさらに匂いが増すのよ。だから作りたてはそんなに匂わない。新鮮な状態を保つため、混ぜた後は1ヶ月を目安に使い切るようにしてくださいっていう風に書いてあるので、1ヶ月以上置いておくとどんどん出てくるんだと思うの。 無臭ではないんだけれども、グルタチオンのやっぱり唯一と言っていいほどのネガティブな要素っていうものを抑えつつ、高濃度入れてこれるっていうの、プラスビタミンCも一緒に入れてくれるっていうのがすごいなと思ったの。9月になったとはいえ紫外線は強いじゃないですか。紫外線当たった時に肌が酸化しちゃって、シミとかシワとかの原因になっちゃうから、錆びつきを抑えたいと思ってビタミンC使ってたとしても、グルタチオン入れた方がより効果が高くなってくるので。 パーセンテージが分からないようなものだったり、パーセンテージ書いてあったとしても本当に匂いがあんまないようなものを使うよりは、これはもうパーセンテージも入ってる上に、その場で作ってるから匂いも抑えられてるってところがめちゃくちゃすごいなと思った。よくない？ 「いや、すごいっすね」 テクスチャーもお水みたいにサラッとしてるし、これぐらいだったら許容範囲かなって思うアイテムになっています。ビタミンC使ってるよっていう人はプラスアルファしてもいいんじゃないかなっていう風に思っております。 もう一つがNMN。これも同じように2層式になってる。NMNの粉と水溶液が入っていることによって、また同じようにこれに入れて蓋をするっていうものになってるのね。 NMNっていうのは聞いたことある？野森くん。 「NMN聞いたことあります」 若返りのサプリみたいな感じですごく有名になったと思うんだけど、どういうものか分かる？ 「分からないです」 分からない？ 「分からないです」 そうよね。何かっていうとまず、NMNっていうものは体の中にあるNADプラス、ナットプラスとも読むんだけど、それの元って言われてるのね。NADナットプラスっていうのがポイントなんだけど、これ何かっていうと、私たちの体っていうのは37兆個とも言われてるんだけど、細胞でできてるだけ、細胞のエネルギーの元みたいなものがNADナットプラスなのね。だからナットプラスがあると細胞がちゃんとコミュニケーション取ったりとか動けることができるっていうところ。だけど残念ながら歳を取っていくと下がっていくから、細胞自体が酸化して炎症が起こって良くない方向に進んじゃう。だからこのNADプラスを増やすためには何が必要かってした時に、NMNだっていう風に見つかったの。 一時期ほらサプリメントってすごかったじゃない？NMNは別に怪しいものじゃなくて、取る分には全然いいんだけれども、生成過程だったりとかクオリティだったりとかはピンキリで、何千円台もあれば何万円台もあるから、どれがいいか正直私も分かんない。どのサプリメーカーを信じるか信じないかはあなた次第みたいなところがあるんだけれども、NMNアルファ型とベータ型っていうのがあるんだけれども、ベータ型のNMNだったらサプリとして飲むには良いよと。なぜかっていうとNMNを吸収する吸収体っていうものが見つかってるの。小腸のトランスポーターっていうのがそこでちゃんと小腸で吸収されてるっていうデータはちゃんと取れてるのね。だからこそサプリっていうのが良いんじゃないかって言われていて。 ただアメリカではもうサプリ禁止になったの。 「飲んでるんですか？」 薬になりそうだから。 「そうそう」 薬として研究をしたいからって言って、アメリカではサプリはもう禁止になってるんだけど、日本はサプリとしてOKだから。そんな中、皮膚にはどうですかっていうと、ゼリーの素だったり、あと細胞の錆びつきを抑えるから肌の炎症を抑えていって、コラーゲンが増えたりとか、メラニンの酸素が抑制するんじゃないかとか、いろんな効能が指摘されているんだけれども。 NMNを取り込むトランスポーターは皮膚にもあるんだけれども、何かに溶かした時に入れることっていうのが難しいらしいんですよ。だからNMNを誘導体にしたりとか浸透の技術をある程度して入れ込むっていうことが必要なんですけど。このブランドは浸透の技術をしっかりとしていて肌に入れ込んでいく技術を持ってらっしゃって、NMNを入れることができる。NMNを入れるだけじゃなくて、相性がいいナイアシンアミドも一緒に入れてる。NMN自体を肌に入れることがすごいなと思ったんです。吸収を良くするってなかなかできないから、それを良くしているっていうことと、1%っていうところを明記しているのは素晴らしいなと思った。 ターンオーバーをアップすることによって表皮の張り感だったりとか、ハリを増やしたりとか、さっき言ったみたいにメラノサイトの活性を抑えて、ナイアシンアミドも入っているから美白の作用だったりとか、表皮のハリを増やしたりというのもあると思うんだけど、さらにサポートしてくれるところもすごく面白いなと思って。マツキヨ限定っていうのも本当に面白いなと思いました。 「1%はどうなんですか？」 1%の方がある程度いいみたい。1%もあれば浸透していくっていうふうなことだったので、パーセンテージを表しているというのもすごく面白いなと思いました。 最後にPDRN。3%の超微細化PDRNなのね。PDRNって、鮭系のDNAの破片を注射で入れてたの。もともとは火傷の治療とかで使っていた、創傷治癒を上げるっていうものなんだけど、それをなぜ注射で入れてたかっていうと、分子量が大きいから肌には浸透していかなかったわけ。だからこそ私たちは注射で入れてたんだけど、植物性のものにして分子量を小さくするっていうことで入れてるっていうのはあったんだけど、もともとのPDRNっていうのは動物由来のものが効くってことが分かっているから、じゃあそれを分子量を小さくして入れられないかって考えて超微細化にしているのね。 肌に浸透しちゃえばさ、注射しなくてもいいわけじゃない？PDRNを小さく微細化しているっていうところはいいんじゃないかなと思います。ペプチドを一緒に入れることによって、より張り感とかを出しているのでいいんじゃないかなと思うんですよね。パルミトイルペンタペプチドっていう肌の張り感を持たせるものと、加水分解DNAナトリウム、皮膚コンディショニング成分って書いてあるんだけど、普通のPDRNだけじゃない、小さくしてますよ、プラスアルファちゃんとペプチドと一緒に入れてますよっていう、皮膚のことを考えている人が作ってるんだなっていうのが分かるので。 「これなんか韓国コスメっぽいね」 結構濃厚系ね。全体的に塗るのもいいし、部分的に塗るのもいいし。韓国コスメとかでPDRN使ってたっていう人も、やっぱりこれジャパンビューティーですから、浸透にもこだわってるっていうものを使ってるので、マツキヨさんで買えるってすごくないですか？ Hello everyone! This is Arata Tomori! Today, Matsukiyo has released another amazing product! I'm feeling pretty excited about this one. Among the many bold drugstore brand products lately, this one is incredibly bold! Honestly, at first glance it looks like it could be Korean cosmetics rather than something Japanese - it's hard to tell what it is. It's from a brand called Disc, and it seems to be an exclusive item for Matsukiyo Cocokara Fine. It says pure NMN concentration is 1%! Also glutathione at 1%, and PDRN at 3%. NMN, glutathione, and PDRN are all ingredients commonly found in Korean cosmetics, and the fact that they list the percentages is really interesting. Showing percentages like this isn't really common in Japan, is it? The fact that they're breaking into that territory is wonderful. But the reason NMN, glutathione, and PDRN aren't usually included is that even with high percentages, if penetration is poor, it's meaningless in the end. These three ingredients require difficult technology. The fact that they show the percentage AND include penetration technology is amazing. So today I'll explain this in detail. "I see, please go ahead." So which one should we start with? "Glutathione, right?" That's right. I once made a video about "the truth about glutathione IV drips" - explaining that glutathione IV drips don't actually make you completely white. Glutathione has strong antioxidant properties and improves liver function, making it excellent as medicine, but what about when applied to skin? Vitamin C has a strong reducing action that suppresses skin oxidation by oxidizing itself, and glutathione revives that reducing power. Glutathione alone doesn't do much, but combined with vitamin C, it boosts effectiveness - the idea being that glutathione's reducing action suppresses inflammation. So cosmetics containing only high-concentration glutathione make me somewhat skeptical, but combining it with vitamin C seems like a good approach. However, there's one problem with turning glutathione into cosmetics. What do you think it is? "A problem? Hmm... hard to dissolve in water?" It's not that hard to dissolve. "Oh, I see - does it feel sticky?" Nope, it's the smell. "Ah, that's pretty tough." Right. It smells kind of like iodine or hot spring water. Even with antioxidant/reducing properties from combining high-concentration glutathione with vitamin C, I've seen people who put up with the smell when applying it to their face. Being able to enjoy using a product is really important, so I was thinking it might be better to include lots of other ingredients to support each other rather than relying on high concentration alone. This product has 1% glutathione plus fast-acting vitamin C. Here's how it works: there's glutathione powder, and separately there's a serum-type liquid - the water-soluble part. By dissolving the serum into the glutathione powder, you create the finished essence. Let's try making it. First, open the cap. Try smelling it. "Hmm, there's kind of a smell, right?" But it's pretty mild, right? Normally 1% wouldn't smell this mild. "So it's diluted?" Right. Now pour it in. It dissolved quickly. If you shake it gently, this becomes the finished essence. How is it? "It does smell." It does smell, right? But for 1% glutathione, this is probably extremely mild compared to others - if you smelled other products, you'd be more surprised. Even the powder alone smells, but adding water increases the smell further. So it doesn't smell as strong right after mixing. To maintain freshness, it says to use it up within about a month after mixing, so if you leave it for over a month, the smell probably gets stronger and stronger. It's not completely odorless, but the fact that they can include high concentration while suppressing what is basically glutathione's only negative point, plus adding vitamin C together - that's amazing. Even though it's September, UV rays are still strong. When UV hits your skin, it oxidizes and causes spots and wrinkles, so even if you're using vitamin C to prevent this oxidative damage, adding glutathione makes it even more effective. Compared to products where you don't know the percentage, or even if the percentage is listed but there's basically no smell (suggesting low effective concentration), this product has the percentage listed AND you make it fresh on the spot so the smell is suppressed - that's incredibly impressive. Isn't that great? "Wow, that's amazing." The texture is also light like water, and I think this level of smell is within acceptable range. If you're already using vitamin C, this could be a great addition. The other one is NMN. This also comes in a two-layer format - NMN powder and an aqueous solution, which you combine and cap in the same way. Have you heard of NMN, Nomori-kun? "I've heard of NMN." It became famous as an anti-aging supplement, but do you know what it actually is? "I don't know." You don't know? "I don't know." Right. So, NMN is said to be the precursor of NAD+ (also read as "nad plus") in our bodies. NAD+ is the key point here - what is it? Our bodies are made up of about 37 trillion cells, and NAD+ is like the source of energy for cells. When NAD+ is present, cells can properly communicate and function. Unfortunately, as we age, NAD+ levels decrease, causing cells themselves to become oxidized and inflamed, leading in a bad direction. So when researchers looked at what's needed to increase NAD+, they found NMN. Supplements became a huge trend at one point, right? NMN itself isn't suspicious - taking it is generally fine - but the manufacturing process and quality vary widely, from products costing a few thousand yen to tens of thousands of yen, so honestly I don't know which is best. Whether you trust a particular supplement maker is up to you. There's alpha-type and beta-type NMN, and beta-type NMN is good for taking as a supplement. Why? Because a transporter that absorbs NMN has been found - there's data showing it's properly absorbed by intestinal transporters. That's why supplements are said to be effective. However, in America, supplements have already been banned. "Are people taking it?" Because it's likely to become a drug. "Right, right." They want to research it as medicine, so supplements have been banned in America, but in Japan it's still okay as a supplement. So what about for skin? There are things like jelly-based products, and since it suppresses cellular oxidation, it can suppress skin inflammation, potentially increase collagen, and possibly suppress melanin production - various effects have been pointed out. There are transporters for taking in NMN in the skin too, but apparently it's difficult to incorporate NMN when dissolved in something. So it's necessary to turn NMN into a derivative or use some level of penetration technology. This brand has solid penetration technology and the ability to deliver it into the skin, making it possible to include NMN. Not only that, they've also included niacinamide, which pairs well with it. The fact that they're able to get NMN itself into the skin is amazing. Improving absorption is quite difficult, so the fact that they've achieved this, plus clearly stating the 1% concentration, is wonderful. By boosting turnover, it can improve epidermal firmness and increase elasticity. As mentioned, it also suppresses melanocyte activity, and since niacinamide is included, there's likely a whitening effect too, plus increased epidermal firmness - the way these ingredients support each other is really interesting. The fact that it's Matsukiyo-exclusive is genuinely fascinating too. "How is the 1% concentration?" Apparently 1% is good to a certain extent - even 1% is enough for penetration, they say. So showing the percentage is really interesting. Finally, PDRN - this is 3% ultra-micronized PDRN. PDRN refers to salmon-derived DNA fragments that used to be administered by injection. It was originally used for treating burns, to promote wound healing. Why was it given by injection? Because the molecular weight is large, so it couldn't penetrate the skin. That's why we used to inject it, but by using plant-based versions with smaller molecular weight, it became possible to include it topically. However, it's known that animal-derived PDRN is more effective, so they thought about how to reduce its molecular weight to allow topical application - hence the ultra-micronization. If it can penetrate the skin, you wouldn't need to inject it, right? Making PDRN ultra-fine seems like a great approach. They've also included peptides together, which enhances the firming effect even more. There's palmitoyl pentapeptide, which provides skin firmness, and hydrolyzed sodium DNA, listed as a skin conditioning ingredient. It's not just regular PDRN - they've made it smaller AND properly combined it with peptides. You can tell this was made by someone who really thinks about skin health. "This looks kind of like Korean cosmetics." It's quite a rich, concentrated formula. Good for applying all over or just to specific areas. Even people who've used PDRN in Korean cosmetics before - since this is Japanese beauty technology with strong emphasis on penetration, being able to buy it at Matsukiyo is amazing, isn't it? Even though the visuals lean toward Korean cosmetics style, proper Japanese technology is being used. Being able to safely purchase this at a drugstore is wonderful - Matsukiyo is truly formidable. Of course, it's not cheap for drugstore cosmetics, but the quality is properly guaranteed, with penetration technology and clearly stated percentages - that gives a sense of reassurance.
