セブン-イレブンで買ってよかったお気に入りコスメ・食品を14個紹介します。

皆さんこんにちは、ともに新たです。今日はコンビニで買ってきたシリーズ第2弾をお届けします。前回はファミリーマートで気になるものを購入した動画を出したのですが、今回はセブン-イレブンに行ってまいりました。 セブン-イレブンは、今でも入るたびにドキドキするんです。というのも、私はもともと宮古島出身で、宮古島にはコンビニがなかったので、コンビニ自体が「都会の象徴」という感じで今でも大好きなんです。その中でもセブン-イレブンは沖縄にはなかったんですよ。確か安室奈美恵さんの引退コンサートの際に初めてタイアップしたのがセブン-イレブンで、それが沖縄第1号店のきっかけになったと記憶しています。今では沖縄にもありますが、私が高校卒業まで住んでいた頃はなかったので、「ちょっと特別なコンビニ」というイメージが今でも残っています。 今回は近くにある大きめのセブン-イレブンに行ってきました。セブン-イレブンはセブン&アイ・ホールディングスが母体なので、スーパー的なオリジナル商品も充実していて、皆さんに一つ一つ紹介していきたいと思います。 まず驚いたのが、店内に「ロフトコーナー」があったことです！セブン-イレブンの中にロフト？と思って見てみると、気になるアイテムがあったので3つ購入しました。 【1. レブロン キスシュガースクラブ（リップバーム）】 シュガースクラブが入ったリップバームで、スクラブが徐々に溶けながら角質ケアをしつつ、オイルでリップケアもしてくれます。もともと愛用していたアイテムで、それがロフトコーナーに置いてあったのが嬉しかったです。 【2. DUO ザ クレンジングバーム ブラックリペア（ミニサイズ）】 あの有名なDUOのクレンジングバームのミニバージョンです。エステル系オイルと非イオン性界面活性剤配合で、肌の上でトロッととろける使用感が人気のアイテム。ブラックリペアは炭成分配合で毛穴ケアに特化しています。敏感肌の方には少し刺激があるかもしれませんが、毛穴が気になる方や通常肌の方に使いやすいバームです。フルサイズはお泊まりに持っていくには大きいので、「一度試してみたい」という方にもミニサイズはぴったりだと思います。 【3. 松山油脂 肌を潤す保湿トライアルセット】 松山油脂さんの商品はずっと気になっていました。敏感肌向けの低刺激処方でありながら、価格がそれほど高くなく、アミノ酸やセラミドがしっかり配合されていて保湿効果が高いと評判です。このトライアルセットには、美容液・乳液・保湿クリーム・メイク落とし・洗顔フォーム・化粧水（HMとHB）と、ほぼフルラインが入っているので非常にお得です。大豆由来成分とヒト型セラミド配合で、バリア機能が低下している方やマスクで肌荒れしている方にも安心して使えると思います。わざわざ別のお店に行かなくても、コンビニでこれだけのトライアルセットが買えるのは本当に便利だと感じました。 【4. ボタニカルフォース 美容オイルクレンジング（プロデュース by ファンケル）】 こちらはセブン-イレブンとファンケルが共同開発したクレンジングオイルです。ファンケルのマイルドクレンジングオイルをベースに、アルガンオイル・ローズヒップオイル・マカデミアナッツオイルなどの植物性オイルを配合し、より自然派に仕上げています。エステル系オイルと非イオン界面活性剤のW処方でメイクなじみが良く、洗い流した後もベタつきません。さっぱりよりもしっとり洗い上げたい方や、乾燥が気になる方におすすめです。見た目もとても可愛いです。 【5. パラドゥ 桜ベールリップ PK01 ほんのり桜色】 細めのスティックタイプで、塗るとほんのり自然な桜色になるリップです。マスク生活でしっかりとした口紅を塗るのは抵抗があるけれど、色と保湿が欲しいという方にぴったり。ろう（ワックス）ベースでしっかり保湿してくれます。 ここからは食品のご紹介です。 【6. 冷凍さくらんぼ（アメリカンチェリー）】 【7. 冷凍スタールビーグレープフルーツ】 【8. 冷凍ブルーベリー】 ブルーベリーはもう定番ですが、アメリカンチェリーやスタールビーグレープフルーツは珍しいですよね。アメリカンチェリーにはケルセチンという成分が含まれており、血流改善・動脈硬化予防に役立つと言われています。また、カリウムも豊富でむくみ防止に効果的です。赤い色素はアントシアニンが豊富で、シミ予防にもなります。グレープフルーツはビタミンCたっぷりで、どちらも食物繊維もしっかり含まれています。暑い日に公園で子どもたちに食べさせるのにも良さそうで、思わず購入しました。 【9. 国産もち麦仕様 もち麦ごはん（レンジ対応パック）】 よくあるレンジでチンするご飯パックですが、もち麦入りなのがポイントです。食物繊維が豊富で、白米よりも栄養バランスが良く、玄米より食べやすいのが魅力。150gとちょうどよいサイズで、コンビニランチにも活躍しそうです。コンビニでもち麦ご飯が買えるとは思わず、感動して購入しました。 【10. 卵1個と混ぜて作る バター醤油うどんのもと】 冷凍うどんに卵とこのたれを混ぜるだけで完成する、簡単うどんの素です。温かくても冷たくても美味しく食べられます。夏休みのお昼ご飯に手軽に作れますし、冷凍ほうれん草などを加えれば野菜も摂れます。卵でタンパク質も補えるので、ストックしておくと便利なアイテムです。 【11. 糖質0gぷるんちゃん麺 鶏塩味】 糖質ほぼゼロ（食物繊維4.1g含む）のこんにゃく麺です。一番驚いたのは、袋のまま電子レンジOKなこと！蒸気口がついていてそのままチンできます。もちろん湯煎（沸騰したお湯で5分）も可能。さらに冷蔵庫で冷やして冷たい麺としても食べられます。200gあたりのカロリーはわずか35kcalで、食物繊維は3.6g。食べすぎが気になる日の置き換えにもぴったりです。美味しかったら他の味も試したいと思います。 そのほかにも、蓋を外さずに電子レンジ対応のセブン-イレブン商品や、油・水に強い電子レンジ対応紙皿など、セブン-イレブンの商品開発力に改めて感動しました。大型のコンビニがあればスーパーに行かなくても済むかもしれないですね。 ファミリーマート、セブン-イレブンときたので、次はローソン編をやりたいと思います！楽しかったと思っていただけたら、チャンネル登録とグッドボタンを押していただけると嬉しいです。最後までご視聴ありがとうございました。またお会いしましょう！

Hello everyone, I'm Tomoni Arata! This is the second installment of my convenience store haul series. Last time I visited FamilyMart, and today I went to 7-Eleven! I still get a little excited every time I walk into a 7-Eleven. I'm originally from Miyako Island in Okinawa, where there were no convenience stores at all growing up, so they've always felt like a symbol of city life to me. On top of that, 7-Eleven didn't exist in Okinawa until around the time of Namie Amuro's retirement concert, when they partnered together and opened the first Okinawa location. Since I left Okinawa after high school, 7-Eleven always feels a little special to me. I visited a large 7-Eleven near my home, and I was amazed by how many original and exclusive products they carried. Let me walk you through everything I bought! First, I was surprised to find a "LOFT Corner" inside the store — a mini section stocked with LOFT beauty products. I picked up three items there. **1. Revlon Kiss Sugar Scrub Lip Balm** This is a lip balm infused with sugar scrub that gently dissolves as you apply it, exfoliating while conditioning your lips with nourishing oils. It's actually a product I've loved for a while, so I was happy to find it at the LOFT Corner. **2. DUO The Cleansing Balm Black Repair (Mini Size)** This is the mini version of the incredibly popular DUO cleansing balm. It contains ester-based oils and nonionic surfactants that melt smoothly on contact with skin, making it a joy to use. The Black Repair variant contains charcoal for pore care. It may be slightly too stimulating for very sensitive skin, but it's great for normal skin or those concerned about pores. The mini size is perfect for trying it out for the first time, or for travel. **3. Matsuyama Yushi Moisturizing Skincare Trial Set** I've had my eye on Matsuyama Yushi products for a long time. They're formulated for sensitive skin with low-irritation ingredients, yet they're very reasonably priced. The line features amino acids and ceramides for deep hydration. This trial set is incredible value — it includes almost the full lineup: serum, emulsion, moisturizing cream, makeup remover, facial wash, and two types of lotion (HM and HB). It contains soy-derived ingredients and human-type ceramide to support the skin barrier, making it suitable even for those with mask-related skin irritation. Finding this in a convenience store was a real treat. **4. Botanical Force Beauty Oil Cleansing (Produced by FANCL) — 7-Eleven Exclusive** This is a co-developed product from 7-Eleven and FANCL, based on FANCL's popular Mild Cleansing Oil but enhanced with plant-based oils such as argan oil, rosehip oil, and macadamia nut oil for a more natural, nourishing formula. The combination of ester-based oil and nonionic surfactants ensures quick makeup removal and a non-greasy rinse-off. It's ideal for those who prefer a moisturizing rather than a squeaky-clean finish. The packaging is adorable too! **5. Parado Sakura Veil Lip PK01 — Soft Sakura Pink** A slim lip stick that gives a naturally soft cherry blossom tint. Perfect for those who find full lipstick too much during mask-wearing days but still want a hint of color and moisture. The wax-based formula provides solid hydration. Now for the food section! **6. Frozen American Cherries** **7. Frozen Star Ruby Grapefruit** **8. Frozen Blueberries** Blueberries are a staple, but American cherries and star ruby grapefruit are a fun twist! Cherries contain quercetin, which is said to improve blood circulation and help prevent arteriosclerosis. They're also rich in potassium for reducing water retention — great during summer when salty foods can cause bloating. The deep red pigment means they're packed with anthocyanins (just like blueberries), which may help prevent UV-related dark spots. Grapefruit provides plenty of Vitamin C, and both fruits are high in dietary fiber. These are perfect for snacking at the park on a hot day! **9. Japanese Mochi Barley Rice (Microwaveable Pack)** This is a microwaveable rice pack made with mochi barley (mochiumugi), which is rich in dietary fiber. It's easier to eat than brown rice and much more nutritious than plain white rice. At 150g, it's the perfect serving size for a convenience store lunch. I was genuinely impressed to find a mochi barley rice pack at a convenience store! **10. Butter Soy Sauce Udon Seasoning Mix (Just Add One Egg)** This is a simple seasoning kit — just mix it with one egg and pour it over udon noodles. It works with both warm and cold udon. It's a great quick lunch option during summer vacation, and you can easily boost the nutrition by adding frozen spinach or other vegetables. It's a handy item to keep stocked at home. **11. Purun-chan Men Zero Sugar Noodles — Chicken Salt Flavor** This is a konjac-based noodle with virtually zero sugar (dietary fiber: 4.1g). What really amazed me is that you can microwave it directly in the bag — no need to open it, thanks to a built-in steam vent. You can also boil it in the bag for 5 minutes, or chill it in the fridge and eat it cold. Only 35 kcal per 200g serving with 3.6g of dietary fiber — ideal for days when you've overindulged. I'd love to try the other flavors if this one tastes good! Beyond these items, I also noticed microwave-safe containers that don't require lid removal, and oil- and water-resistant microwave-safe paper plates — 7-Eleven's product development is truly impressive. A large 7-Eleven might honestly replace a supermarket trip! I've now covered FamilyMart and 7-Eleven, so next up is Lawson!
