皆さんこんばんはタモリです。すいません、ちょっと遅くなりました。よろしくお願いします。もう10月31日、明日か10月30日、明日からハロウィンですね皆さん。ハロウィンという感じで今日はハロウィンバージョンのお花になっておりますがみなさん見えてるかな。まだまだあるかな。クラリスさん始まりました。皆さんすいませんちょっと遅くなってしまって。えっと一番最初のあの、えっと、マッサーさんかな。以前8月に皮膚科の先生も驚くほどの美白美容器が発売されるって言ったのはあのラロシュポゼのメラビー3のことです。えっとこちらですねメラビー3。皆まあ何回かもご紹介したと思うんですけども、ここでエスメラジルの話をですね。ああごめんなさいこれ私の携帯が。先生も驚くほどの美白美容器が発売されるって言ったのはあのラロシュポゼのメラビー3のことです。はいこれメラビー3。これこれのことですで、これの話はもうYouTubeで結構あの話したので見ていただけると嬉しいかなと思います。はい。今日はね、これかぼちゃだと思うじゃないですか。私もかぼちゃだと思ったんですけれども、なすからしいです。びっくりですよね。なんか明日あのハロウィンなんでそういう感じのあの物をやりたいあの、やっていただくっていう感じで。見た目だけかぼちゃのなんですけど、ナスの仲間の空ナムっていうやつらしいです。私もあの実は先週はあのYouTubeライブはお休みだったんですけども、私は毎週あのケイトローズさんにお花お願いしているので先週はお家に飾るように買ったんですね。そしたら先週はあのシークはさんは、あのケイトローズさんのインスタをフォローしていただいたらわかると思うんですが、ケイトローズさんてなんかこう、お花をいつもアップしてくれるんですけれども、ケイトローズさんがそのシーク朝を入れてくれてたんですよってうちの娘がシーク朝がハーモンシーク朝だよとか言ってなんかよなよなじゃないですけど朝とっていつもシーク朝をあの入れて飲ませてくれたりとかしているぐらいシーク朝だったんですけど今回はかぼちゃなんですよってはおっしゃっていてで、これがかぼちゃなんですねと思ったらこれはソラナムっていうあのパンプキンなんですが観賞用のナスの仲間らしいです。だからあの先週はシーク朝食べれたけどこれを食べられないですよって店長の高田さんに言われました。でこっちがトルコ貴郷シンビジウム。これシンビジウム、アンスリウム。アンスリウム、手回しもつけこのこれですね。これで手回しもつけ。この後ろ後ろでちょっと見えないんですけど後ろからヒョイヒョイヒョイってきてるこの葉っぱみたいのが根心根で、この大きい子これですね。これこちらがフィロデンドロンブラックコンゴっていうやつです。今日のお花はハロウィンカラーでまとめまして、かぼちゃの形をしたナスは食べられませんっていうね。私もこれもちろん食べようと思ってないですけれども、ナスかなとはちょっとなのでよかったらケイトローズさんのインスタフォローしていただけるとなんかこういうちょこちょこあの出てきたりします。 私はハロウィンぽい上着と思ったら黄色。オレンジはさすがになくて黄色にしましたがどうでしょうか。あと大阪のオフ会当選しました先生はじめ当選された方よろしくお願いしますということで。あの大阪のオフ会ねあの皆さん応募ありがとうございました。結構あの店員がたくさん来ていただく店員をね、私たちが予想していた以上にたくさん来ていただいてで、もあの抽選しても当たった方には当選をもって発表をしております。当選の発表をもって発表に変えさせていただきましたので残念ながらちょっとお手紙青手紙でメールだとか来ていらっしゃらなかった方は申し訳ありません。ただあの、まあオフ会もこれが最初で最後とかっていうわけではなく、これで何回かまあ大阪東京大阪東京みたいな感じで、もしくは他でもできるんだったらなんか大名古屋とかその辺も考えていきたいなと思うんですけど、前の東京の時にもお話しした通りやっぱりもうて弁当というか、自分たちのスタッフだけでやっているところになるのでなかなかあの、どういうこれで当たりなのかっていうのをなかなかわからない状態ではあるので、それを考えたらまあ少しずつね自分たちできる範囲でやっていきたいなというふうに思います。はい。なので大阪もあの前の日に私収録が入ってましてたまたま本当にたまたま収録が入っていてその次の日にすごく良い会場の空きが出ましたっていう空きが出てなのでなんか本当はもう来年にしよう来年になるよねと思ってたらだってもう年末なんでどこも会場いい感じの会場というのすべても結構土日埋まってたんですよね。だから私たちの中でももう来年ですよねなんて話をしていたらなんとその当たった方はご存知だと思うんですけどこんなところがあっていう会場がたまたまその日に17日に開いて、私はその前日にテレビの番組で久しぶりに大阪に行くことがもともと決まっていて16日ですね。だから15日に収録がもう決まってたら16日にその会場が開きましたよっていうところがあの連絡があってあったらもうね前日入りもできるしっていうことになって、そこからトントン拍子で話が進んでいって今に至るみたいな感じになるので、本当に私としてアムチュさんが神がかってるって書いてくれてますけれども、私もなんか今回の大阪に関してはものすごく私たちが想定していたことよりもかなりスムーズに進んで、だって私がテレビの収録を自分で入れることはもう不可能というか、出たいですとか言って出れるもんじゃなくてね。その日に行ってピンポイントでその日に言われたのですごくなんかありがたいなぁというふうに思いました。なので皆さんも私もなんか大阪行きたいなぁと思ってたのでそういう感じでした。神様が本当にしてくれたのかなというふうに思っております。 はいあと今回のトップの大切なお知らせがありますというのはもう皆さんねご存知だとは思うんですけれども、毎週水曜日にYouTubeライブをしてもはや3年？4年近くになりますよね。本当にお休みすることはあっても毎週水曜日っていうのは固定でやらせてもらっていたんですけれども、ちょっと家族の諸事情等ありましてちょっと水曜日が子どもたちの帰りがちょっと遅くなることになったのでちょっと水曜日にライブがオンタイムで始めることがなかなか難しくなりそうだったんですね。もちろん時間をずらすっていうところも考えたんですけれども、そうするとやっぱり今フリーの時間あってその後にメンバーシップの話ってなると次の日にまた自分自身が仕事に行くって言った考えたりとか、やっぱりそれを毎週やるってなると遅ければ遅いほど自分に対しても大変だし皆さんも見るのも大変かなと思ったので、毎週大変申し訳ないんですが水曜日楽しみにしていてね火曜日水曜日は必ず開けていただいてたんですけれども、11月をも10月をもって毎週水曜日っていうのは終わりで、2020年11月からは毎週火曜日にやらせていただくことになります。 ただ11月5日一番最初の来週ですね5日はですねすいませんまたこれも家族のちょっと予定で東京不在にしておりますので、11月5日はですねお休みをいただいて11月12日からあのメンバーシップおよびYouTubeライブをさせていただこうと思っております。その中で実は12月、11月12日のですねメンバーシップはとあるところからあのスタジオを離れてスタジオを離れてっていうのもあれなんですけども、離れてあのやりたいなぁと思っていますので11月12日にぜひメンバーシップの方はですね楽しみにしておいていただけるとあこんなところからあの開催ですかっていうそれもメンバーシップのあの方にだけお話ししようかなと思っていますのでその兼ね合いもあってちょっとあの通常の会はお休みになる可能性が高くてメンバーシップの方限定のことそののだけ12日はあのになりますなので実質あの火曜日をそのメンバーシップじゃなくてフリーの方たちでやるのは11月の19日からに通常通り1時間フリーであってその後ねあのメンバーシップっていう流れは11時19日からなんですが、11月12日はですねメンバーシップの方限定にはなるんですけれども、こんなところからこんなあの感じでお話ができるみたいなものと私のまあちょっと使っているスキンケアを使ったビフォーアフターとかをね見れるような感じでやっていこうかなと思います。 はいあのりぴーさんそう、私のりぴーさんに聞こうと思ってたんですよ。のりぴーさんが前ね確かほんと火曜日というとヨガだっておっしゃっててそれだけをあの私の中で心配してたらなんとヨガの教室がこと失敗で閉館になるので火曜日さんが大丈夫。いや閉館になるのをちょっと喜んではいけないけれども、なんかこれも噛みかかってるなぁと思ってありがたいなぁというふうにあのやっぱりのりぴーさんはねこのメンバーシップもしもはじめやっぱりいつもYouTubeライブ参加してくれてたのでありがたいなぁと思っております。なのでありがたいですはい。すいませんお忙しい中こうして続けてくださっているだけでも感謝ですっていうありがとうございます。すいません本当に。 梅はうるついてみついてみようとか梅飯いけるかなぁ、私行きたいなぁと思ってるんですけども、その前日にあれ読みテレかなで打った後時間がまだ決まってたかなごめん。収録の時間まで私もまだわかってなくてもしあの収録の時間が早かったら早く、早くというか、ねあの日お昼間には終わらないか夕方ぐらいに終わったら梅飯いけるかなで、もそのまま疲れてホテルに行きそうな気もしなくもないでございますがはい。 先生カレールーを先生のフレーク上のものに変えました食べやすくて良いものをいつもながら教えていただき感謝ですとありがとうございます。今日つけていらっしゃるリップはということで今日はですねちょっと堀でをつけました。あまりにも可愛くてアイシャドウとリップがすっごく可愛くてで、今日は実はランコムの11月1日発売のあのものをつけてますということでちょっとインスタライブも始めようかな。大丈夫ですか。インスタライブはい。はいということでちょっとインスタライブも始めるながらお話ししようかなとは思うんですけれども、11月1日発売のランコムの堀でがめちゃくちゃ可愛くてですね。これ可愛くないなんかちょっとこれキラーンみたいなキラーンみたいな感じでございますはい。こんな感じでつけててなんだろうなパッと見。ごめんなさいパッと見すんごいキラキラしてるんですよ。 私最初見た時にこれちょっと私には難易度高いかなーって思ったんですけれども、なんかうちのスタッフの子がこれめちゃめちゃ使いやすいですよと森先生みたいなことを言ってくれて何の話みたいに思ったらあのここのこれを全体的なアイホールに塗ってその上からこれを重ねてみてくださいと言って言われたらすっごくこうなんだろう繊細な色なのでこう乗せても色がベタッとつかないんですよ。これし結構何回も乗せるの何回もというか1回でっていうよりは2回ぐらいグラデーションをつけてやってるんですね。この色とかすっごく濃く出るかなぁと思ったら、私そんなにメイクがうまくなくても良いグラデーションができるようになっていてなんでここでアイホール全体的とちょっと目の下をキラッとさせてこれを全体的に塗って、本当はねこれを重ねようかなと思ったんですけどちょっと今日黄色い服を着たのでなんか重ねちゃうとあの色がガチャガチャなっちゃうかなぁと思ってちょっとこっちの方を少しこのアイホールのこのアイ目の黒目の上ぐらいにやってますそうするとすっごい可愛い感じね。 なので今日はこの色この色この色を使ったような感じですっごく見た目は多分このブルーにあの目が行っちゃうと思うんですけど、このブルーもこんな感じで多分塗ると結構グレーっぽく発色してそこまで色がすっごいつくっていうわけじゃないから逆にそう本当に薄く薄くグラデーションが使いやすい。でもねあのねちょっと画面ではわからないかもしれないんですけど細かーいすっごいラメ感がめちゃくちゃ綺麗なんですよ。すっごいラメ感が綺麗なんですよわかるかなぁ。こんな感じですっごいラメ感が綺麗だからなんか見えますかね。本当にラメ感がすごく綺麗なグラデーションを作ってくれるので、なんかホリデーまだちょっと勝てないよみたいな。 みほさんとのベストユーチューブとりますかこれね。実は先週みほさんとあの火曜日撮影してたんですけれども、ちょっと下半期とあの下半期とあと年間のベスコスどうしようかってなってちょっと今回年間だけにしようかっていうことになって年間をベスコス一緒に撮るもうスケジューラーも決まっているので、だから下半期だけちょっとやらずに神あの全全体だけ撮るような話にする予定ですはい。 金曜日百貨店に行くのでチェックしてみます。あの11月1日発売のランコムのセレスティアルローズパレット01っていうものになりますすごくこれね多分すっごいなことラメかも綺麗だからパーティーにはもちろんなんですけれども、そこまで何か華やか華やかしすぎてないところもいいのかなというふうに思いますこれ1個あるかなりずっと使えるんじゃないかなぁと思います。ちょっと猫の青にねよあのなんていうのかな目が入っちゃいがちですけど、他の色はもうほんとリアルクローズで使えるかなと思いますしあとリップがめっちゃ可愛い方今塗ってるやつなんですけどこれはラプソリュール中インティマットの220番。見た目パッと見はそんなに何かあんま珍しい感じの色じゃないんですけれども、あとマットだからなんか目元がうん、結構キラキラしてるからここまで唇までなのをツヤツヤしてたらパーティーパーティーするかなぁと思ってあえてのマットでもマットだけどよくあるなんていうのをパサパサにならないマットっていうかすごく綺麗な色味のマットだなぁと思って数ある中でもこの220はすごく可愛いなぁと思いました。画面から見て左側のチーク左側。画面から見てここ左左側ってことこっちかチーク。チークはあのそれに合わせて今日インウイですちょっとここいっぱい塗りすぎちゃったなと思ったんですけどインウイですチークはインウ。 同じ色がインウイですこれインウイのチークの02番を今日は使いました。なのでちょっとこのインウイのチークとこのランコムの220番ラプソリュール中のインティマット220番がちょっとなんか塗った感じが似てるなっていうか、リンクしてすごく可愛いなぁと思ったのでこれをリップはランコムの香りがしますでもすごく可愛い、荒れたりはほとんどしないかなぁねって思います。秋らしくてすごく可愛いかなぁって思います。ネイビーはラインとして使うのもあ、確かにそうかもしれない。ちょっと使ってみようかネイビーはラインとして使っても多分こういう細い筆で、確かに本当だこれ確かにラインとして使っても目元に奥行きがちょっと、あのちょっとあえてわかりやすいように入れてみたけどこっち入れてない、こっち入れた。どうですか？もうちょっと細く入れた方が良かった。ちょっとここはわかりやすいようにちょっと太く入れたけどもうちょっと細く入れてもいいかもしれない。こんな感じ。そうするともっと奥、黒目がちょっと下にも入れておくか。ちょっとこれだと華やかになるかな。マスカラはね今つけてないですね。マスカラというかこれ松毛なんでマスカラはつけてないです。あの透明なやつ、あの粉が落ちた時には透明なものをつけるんですけど今はやっても大丈夫だったのでつけてないです。ランコム大好きですランコムのイメージはマスカラと以前話題になった大門道子リップですがアイシャドウも素敵ですね。ねえすごい可愛いですよね。私ねセリーヌのリップは使ってないんですよね。真っ赤しかなかったのでちょっと私真っ赤は真っ赤はたくさん持っているからもう少し色が出たら買いたいなぁとは思っています。後ろのかぼちゃ可愛いですよねこれねナスらしいですかぼちゃのかぼちゃに見える出す先生のシュウエムランのパンデのおつけってたら会社の人に肌綺麗って言われたね。ブルーピグメントがきっと聞いてるんだと思います。はいあ先生やっとエステの肌診断を受けてきて参加かと思ったら10日プラスもう一でした。バーさんがと森先生は炭酸美容を好きですよとおっしゃっていましたまさに、いい感じですね。あのネイビーのラインを入れると透明感が一層ますってありがたいですね。確かに確かに。衛生両方にもやもや看板っぽいんですがトラネキサム酸服用しているんですが消えません。看板ではないということでしょうかひどくなっている気がします。もしかしたらそのトラネキサム酸の量だったりとかあとは看板じゃないかどうかはちょっとわかんないですけれどもあのトラネキサム酸が100必ず聞くともがの効かない看板もあったりするんですね。そういう時は排出系を結構しっかりとあのしっかりさせなきゃいけないのでそれこそトーニングだったりとかそういったものをしなくちゃいけないというところもあのあります。なのでやっぱり見てもらうようにクリニックの先生に見てもらった方がいいと思います。ケイトのアイシャドウでルナソルアイカラーレーション23に配色が似ている商品ありませんでしたか？どうだろうごめんなさい私はパッとは浮かばないんですけれどもでも配色が似てるからといってやっぱりアイシャドウってやっぱり質感だったりとかも全部似てないとなかなか発色だけでは難しいかなぁとは思うんですけどね。チークはオレンジ系あのインウイのチークになります02番インウイの02番です。はい。こちらです。ピアスは照明です。はい。肌を調べてもらったらキメがあまりないと言われました何を使ったらキメが戻ってくるんでしょう。どんな診断からきめがあのないって言われたのかな？例えば決めがないっていうだけ乾燥して決めが荒いのか例えばその皮膚がその角質が薄くなっていて決めがなくなっなくなってるっていうのはそのちょっとビニール肌っぽくなくなっているのかちょっとそれだけだとわかりにくいなわかりわかりづらいなと思うんですけども、どっちかなと思いますもし前者だったら保湿をすることを校舎だったらピーリング系をちょっとお休みすることが一番いいのかなと思います。リオールの美容液が合わなくて皮膚の薄いまぶたの目や目の周りが開くなっています。他のスキンケアを目の周りは下げた方がいいですか？そうですねやっぱり何か被れた経験があるんだったらあのちょっとやめたほうがいいかな。今使用しているアゼラインその美容液をつけると一瞬温かく感じます。アゼラインさんで温かくはちょっとあまりわかんないですけど例えばグリセリンが結構多かったりとかするものだと温かく感じるのでアゼラインさんというよりは一緒に帰っている機材じゃないかなと思いますね。顔のレーザー脱毛後にボコボコになってニキビできるけどニキビには使わないニキビには使わないでねって言われます。どういうこと？ごめんなさい。顔のレーザー脱毛後にボコボコになってニキビができるけどニキビには使わないでねって言われますどうしたらいいですか？ってごめんなさいちょっとわかんないの何どういう意味だろう使わないでねっていうのは。そうだ最近キウイがお安くなっているので毎日食べてますあ素晴らしいですね。乾燥肌にレチノールを使用しても大丈夫ですか？乾燥肌にレチノールを使用しても例えばそのレチノールが強くなくて特にその今まで使っているものだったとしたらいいとは思うんですけれどもあまり強いもので赤みが出ないようにはしてくださいただレチノールを使ったからといって乾燥肌が良くなるかっていうわけでもないので別あの他の意味合いで使う分にはいいと思います。ピコレーザーと給水ポルビーレーザーの違いはそのレーザーを当てている時間の差ですね。でもほんとピコ秒化ナノ秒化なのでそれってもう本当にもう目には見えないぐらいのレベルの差ですね。脱毛に脱毛後に処方された薬はニキビには塗らないほうがいいと思います。多分炎症止めなのでニキビニキビの炎症止めちょっとスタブ軽いステロイドだと思うのでそれは塗らないほうがいいと思います。ソフウェーブ宮田先生のところ以外にお勧めありますか？予約電話がいっぱいで繋がらずちょっとうちのクリニックにもちょっと入れようと思っているのであのご入れたらうちのクリニックに来てください。はい多分あのソフウェーブいろんなところ入れてくると思うんですよね。でもやっぱり宮田先生のところもしっかりきちっとそのソフウェーブの当て方だったりとかと何と合わせるかってすごく大切でレーザーって単体であのレーザーをいくつか組み合わせる一番のメリットっていうのはそのレーザーが一番熱を加えられる層っていうのがあってその層をいくつもしっかりといろんな層に熱を加えていることによって肌のあのまあそうレーザーの相乗効果というのがあるので今はやっぱりいくつか組み合わせるっていうところがポイントになってくるのでやっぱりソフウェーブも単体でっていうよりはあの他のものと組み合わせるっていうのがいいのかなぁと思います。あケアセラー紹介したんでしててくれスタン紹介して嬉しかったですまさかのプチプラ出してくれるのかよとんでもないですよいつもです。妊娠中ですもともとアトピーでリンデロンV上使っていましたが妊娠中も使って大丈夫ですか？妊娠の影響なのか乳首や陰部が痒くなるんですがこの部位にも使っていいですか？インブはリンデロンは使わない方がちょっといいのかなと正直私は思っています。であのアトピーでリンデロンをもらってるんであればちゃんと皮膚科の先生に聞いてください。ただあの妊娠中でもあのリンデロンはあの大量に使わなければ問題は私はないというふうに思っております。すいませんキャトルリフトがわかんないんでキャトルリフトって何ですかね。50代のエイジングに女性スキンケアはいいと思います。ラネージュのクリームローション使ってますも最高に肌の調子が良くなりました。クリームはエンビロンクリームは衣装良かったですいいですね。クマ取りクマをなくすのはマッサージでは無理ですあのねもう本当に世の中なんだろうなこうゴリゴリするとクマがなくなりましたとかなんかねあるんですけれどもそんなんでなくならないから手術をするわけじゃないんですかでそういうとだいたいそういうマッサージをしている人ってお医者さんは自分のクリニックに患者さんを呼びたいからだって言うんですけど別に家のクリニックに来なくてもいいけどそれは確実になくならないからなぜかっていうとここにが出ているのはここにここの脂肪が出てきているわけですよってこの脂肪が出てきているのはその筋肉がやっぱり細くなるんですね。その人たちはこの筋肉を鍛えて太くしましょうって言うんですけれども筋肉には鍛えて太くなる筋肉と鍛えても太くならない筋肉があるんです。例えば心臓って毎日動いてるでしょ。心臓の筋肉って後心臓て筋肉出てきてるんですけれどもその心臓がですねドクドク毎日動かしたからと言って大きくなったら困りますよね。筋トレして筋あの心臓が大きくなりましたって言ったらそれと同じでまぶたも一緒とこうねやっててあの筋トレしたからと言ってまぶたのこのコーラスの眼輪筋というのは太くならないんです。残念ながらこれはもう本当に申し訳ないんですけれどもだから解剖だったり筋肉のもそもそものものが若くてないからそうやっておっしゃって筋肉をする筋に筋トレをしてどのコーナーって言うんですけどそういうことはもうありえないのであのそういうことは信じない方がいいし触るだけでもやっぱりこの筋肉の損傷みたいだが筋肉っていうのは太くはならなくてもう年を取ると細くなって薄くなっていくわけですよだからそう言ったことをあのしないためにも触らないことが大事だしましてやマッサージとかをしたからと言って治るわけではないので逆に悪化することはあると思うでそういうことは正直あんまりショーあの私だったら100%信じないし友達ではやめてっていう。はい先生だからこそお伺い聞きたいです寝る時に履く靴下余計に火を招きますか？あの火を招くかどうかは別として足ってあの足先とか手先って温度調整をしてるんですね。寝る時って1回体温が上がって下がった時に次元というのはその熟睡ができるので靴下とかを履いていると熱を発散させることができないんですよ。だから寝れなく熟睡できなくなっちゃう。だから冷えとかっていうよりも寝る時には靴下を外さないとよく寝れない。ピコレーザーは乾燥肌でもシミでも効きますか？ってピコレーザーをカンパニーあんまりあったんですかね？あてかうーんかピコだから必ずいいとは限らないが正解ですね。ん体重入ってないのに数ヶ月ぶりに会う人たちに痩せたと言われます急に老けたんでしょうか？うーん。やっぱりこの辺の張り感がなくなってここが落ちてきたらやっぱりゲッソリ見えるのかなそういった時のためにあのYouTubeでもご紹介したんですけれどもオバジの本気の美容液はそういった方にはいいのかなと思います。マッサージでクマが改善するとしたら血行が良くなって見え方が薄くなるぐらいですか？マックスももしそうだったとしたらマッサージでクマが良くなってそれが血流だったとしてよく寝たら良くなると思う。はい。ジェネシスは1週間前にしましてあるいはの美顔器を再開してもいいですか？全然いいと思いますよ。ビジュラン注射じゃなくてリジュラン？じゃないかな。リジュラン注射私はおすすめですリジュラン。めっちゃ良いと思います。医療脱毛しているのですがジェントルプロマックス間隔が3ヶ月だと効果は効果を薄くなるとかはないですよね？1回もレーザー当てたらその1回レーザー当てたらその時当たった時に死んだ毛根もう毛根破壊された毛母細胞はいなくなるという感じなのでってまた次当てればなので感覚が開くからダメとかそういうのはないです。あカンパー男の人にもできます。ともに先生紹介されていたエルヴェスの限定アイシャドウ購入しましたとても良きですね。あれすごいですよね。あれもカーキに何か引っ張られるとなんかちょっと難しいかなと思うんですけど他の色はすごく良い色なのでいいかなと思います。とボクシングで毎日30分の有酸素運動をしていて筋トレを30分続け
