エトボスのモイスチャライジングシリーズになります。エトボスといえばこちらもですね、敏感肌に向けてのシリーズなんですが、特にこのモイスチャライジングセラムっていうのは人型セラミドにこだわっているんですね。敏感肌の人にはセラミドがすごく大事だよ、乾燥肌の人にはセラミド大事だよっていうのはもう皆さん知ってると思うんですが、例えば花王さんみたいにギ酸セラミドをたっぷりっていうよりも、人型セラミドっていう方がやっぱりちょっとお高いんですけれども水分を維持する能力が高いので、この人型セラミドをしっかり入れることによって肌のバリア機能を増やしていこうねっていうのがエトボスさんの考え方なんですね。今までも人型セラミドしっかり入れてたんですが、人型セラミドって言ってもいろんな種類があります。長い鎖のセラミドだったりとか短いセラミドだったりいろいろあるんですけれども、今回は今までよりも多く5種類の人型セラミドを配合しています。なのでセラミドの形によっては、このバリア機能がちょっと穴が空いてると、この隙間に入れなかったものも、ちゃんとテトリスじゃないですけど、いろんな形がある方がテトリスってうまく埋まるじゃないですか。その考え方でいろんな形のセラミドを入れることによって、このバリアをしっかりとフラットにするっていう考え方になっています。

This is the ETVOS Moisturizing series. As you might expect from ETVOS, this is a line designed for sensitive skin, and this Moisturizing Serum in particular focuses on human-type ceramides. I think everyone already knows that ceramides are really important for sensitive skin and dry skin, but compared to, say, Kao's approach of using plenty of pseudo-ceramides, human-type ceramides—although a bit more expensive—have a higher ability to retain moisture. So ETVOS's philosophy is to firmly incorporate these human-type ceramides to boost the skin's barrier function. They've always included human-type ceramides properly, but even among human-type ceramides there are many different kinds—some with long chains, some with short chains, and so on. This time, they've blended more than before: five types of human-type ceramides. So depending on the shape of the ceramide, if there are gaps in the barrier function, ceramides that couldn't fit before can now fill in those gaps. It's kind of like Tetris—having pieces of various shapes lets you fill in the spaces more completely. Based on that idea, by including ceramides of various shapes, the concept is to firmly flatten out this barrier.
