みなさんこんにちは、友利新です。 今日はベトつかないハンドクリーム3選です！ ハンドクリームがもう必須の季節になってきましたよね。ハンドクリームもちろんやっぱり塗ること多いと思うんですけど、一つちょっとなぁと思うのが、塗ったすぐになんかスマホ触れないとか、手仕事ができないっていうところじゃないですか。手荒れを防止するっていうことだから、しっかりと油膜を貼らなきゃいけない。だけどそうするとベタベタしちゃう。だから使わないってなっちゃうじゃないですか。 なので今日はしっかり保湿はできるんだけれどもベトベトしないハンドクリームっていうものを解説していきたいので、今まで何回もハンドクリーム買ったんだけどやっぱりベトつきで無理って思って断念した人は最後までご覧ください。 ではまず手がなんでこんなに荒れやすいかっていうことなんですが、手ってもちろんいろんなものを触るっていうのもありますが、バリア機能の要というか、最前線で働いている皮脂腺がないので、バリア機能を整えるってことができないんですよ。プラスアルファ手を洗ったりとか、あと髪を触ったりとかいって、油分が持っていかれやすくなるわけじゃないですか。だからこそ1回バリア機能が低下して、そこから炎症が起こってしまうとなかなか止めにくいし乾燥しやすい。皮脂が少ないからこそ、皮脂の代わりになる油分で膜を貼ってあげるっていうことがすごく大事になってくるんですよ。 皮脂ってベトベトするって皆さんもわかってると思うので、膜を貼るっていうことはするんだけれどベトベトしないっていう、この攻めぎ合いがすごく大切で、今日3つご紹介するんですが、なるほどそうきたかっていう入荷の技術だったりっていうところになっています。 では早速こちらですね。アトリックスのビューティーチャージプレミアム シワ改善＆シミ予防ハンドジェルクリームになっています。田中みな実ちゃんとかが使ってるよっていうことでバズっていて、昔からあるじゃないですかアトリックスって。その中でもこのハンドジェルクリームはベトベトもしないし、プラスアルファシワ改善とシミ予防もできるっていうことで結構噂になっているんですが、まずシワ改善シミ予防っていうのはナイアシンアミドになっています。それが入っているハンドクリームたくさんあるんですけどベトベトしにくいんですよね。 なんでかっていうと、油分にも結構膜を張ってしっかりと保湿するものと、ちょっと軽い油分というものがあります。それがこちらに入っているパルミチン酸イソプロピルだったりとかパルミチン酸オクチル。油性の成分なんですけれども結構軽いんですよね。ベトつきがなくてサラッとした油分なんですね。それがしっかりと膜を張ってくれるプラス、水を引っ張ってくるようなグリセリンだったりとかもしっかり入っているんですね。 あともう一つ油性の成分でおっと思ったのが、カネボウのタイシクリームでちょっと一躍話題になったマカデミアンナッツ脂肪酸フィトステリルっていう油性の保湿成分があるんですがこれも入ってるんですよ。もちろんカネボウのタイシクリームは色々な組み合わせによってしっとり感が生まれてくるんですけれども、このアトリックスの中にもマカデミアンナッツ脂肪酸フィトステリルが入っていて、しっとりだけじゃなくて肌をふかふかにする成分なんですよ。 膜を張るような油分は軽いんだけれども、しっかりと浸透して肌をふかふかにする油性の成分もあり、プラスアルファグリセリンだったりみたいに水を引っ張ってくるものもしっかりある。だからこそ油膜が張りながらベタベタするんじゃなくて、肌を内側からふっくらさせて保湿をしていくっていうようなものになっています。 こういう感じでジェルクリームになっているのでクリームよりは水っぽいものもあるんですが、さっき言ったしっかりと油膜も張るんですよね。油膜も張るんですけれども内側にしっかりと入っていくような油膜なのでベタベタは少ないと思います。全くベタベタしないというわけではないんですけれども、アトリックスの中では一番ベトベトしないし、塗った後にいろんなものを触ってもそこまでベタベタはしないんじゃないかなというふうに思います。肌をふっくら柔らかく仕上げるという意味では優秀なんじゃないかなと思います。 そして次がこちらになります。初めて見た方も多いかなと思うんですけど、SNSとかでバズっていて、これプロ専用の業務用ハンドクリーム セラミドっていうものになっていて、これが塗っても料理とかもしやすいし手仕事がすごくできるということでバズっているんですよね。油分はしっとりするんだけどこれもそんなにベトつかないようなスクワランだったりベヘニルアルコール系の油分を使っているんですけれども、それだけじゃないんですよね。 面白いのは使っている油分じゃなくて乳化の技術なんですよ。通常クリームって油分の中にお水を入れるんですけど、これ逆でお水の中にオイルを入れているっていうような作り方のハンドクリームなんですね。石鹸素地を乳化剤として使っているんですよ。石鹸素地を使うことによってお水の中に細かい油をたくさん入れることができるんですね。これがしっかりと浸透していくことによって全くベタつかないんですよね。 使ってみるとわかるんですけれども、出すじゃないですか。なんか塗っていくとキュッキュッキュッってなるんですよ。グッと押したらなんか油が出てくるみたいなイメージ。本当にすべすべになるんですけど全然ベトつかない。石鹸乳化技術って昔からあるんですけど、難しいのはpHの調整なんですね。pHがちょっとアルカリに寄ったりとかしすぎちゃうと肌荒れの原因になるんですが、pHがアルカリに傾きすぎないように他の油性の成分を入れることによって調整しているんだと思うんですよ。 透明な膜で覆われているような感じはするんですけどそれが全くベトつかないっていうのですごく面白い、プロ仕様のハンドクリームなんだろうなと思います。セラミドって書いてあるのでセラミドだったりヒアルロン酸ナトリウムだったりっていうところは入っているんですが、一番面白いのは乳化技術によってのベタつかなさっていうところなんじゃないかなと思います。 続いてはこちら、セラミューのハンドジェリー ヒアルロン酸です。これはこの中で一番ベトつかないです。なぜかっていうとオイルフリーだからです。びっくりしません？一番最初に手って皮脂が少ないから油分で膜を貼ろうっていう話をしたんですが、これはオイルフリーでヒアルロン酸だったりグリセリンだったり、水をしっかりと引き込むようなものを入れてるんですよね。 言ってみればオイルが入ってないからベトつくことはほぼないわけですよ。水溶性のなんか揮発するようなジェルを使っているので、こう塗るとスッとするわけじゃないんですけどお水を塗ったなっていう感じ。でも普通お水を塗ると逆に乾燥するじゃないですか。じゃなくて水分と、あとは水を引っ張っていくものだから内側にこのベースにある水分をしっかりと引き込んでいくオールインワンジェルみたいなイメージですかね。だけれども油分系のものは入っていないので全然ベトベトはしないです。ただ油分がないので膜を貼るよりはお水を引き込んであげるっていうイメージ。 どういう人がいいかというと、このアトリックスは一番この中でちょっとベトつくかもしれない。美容液効果だったりとか手をふっくら、ふかふかにしたいよっていう人。だから日中ももちろんそうですけど夜寝る前だったりとか仕事の合間だったりとかっていうのにもすごくいいのかなというふうには思います。 このハンドクリームは保湿力もありながらでもベトベトはしたくないっていう人にはもう一番バランスがいいのかなとは思います。乳化の方法でベトつきを少なくしているというところにもなるのでそこはかなりいいかなと。ただ保湿のどっちがって言ったらこっちの方が保湿はある。だけれどもベタつきが嫌で日中使いたいというのがこれ。 もう一つこれなんですけれども、一番保湿力は薄いとは思います。だって油分が少ないから。カサカサまではしてないんだけれども肌をしっとりさせたいよっていう人にはすごくいいのかなと思うんですよね。それでいて全くベトベトしないのでこまめに塗りたい人。乾燥まではしてないんだけど乾燥を予防したいよっていう人。あとグルタチオンとかも入っているので肌のエイジングケアとかも一応できるんですよね。どちらかというと油分とかのベトベト感が苦手だけれども保湿がしたいっていう人。軽い保湿で大丈夫だよっていう人にはこちらかなというふうに思います。 なのでもちろん3つとも普通のハンドクリームに比べればベトつきはないんですけれども、それぞれ自分がどういったタイプで使いたいかによって分けていただけるといいかなと思います。ハンドクリームって本当にたくさんあると思うので、私がベトつかないと思ったのはこの3つですけど、皆さんが自分が今使っているものってどうですかっていうものがあればぜひコメント欄に書いていただけると嬉しいです。 はい、ということで今日も最後まで見ていただいてありがとうございました。このチャンネルではこのように美容や健康について皆さんに解説しているチャンネルになりますので、よかったらチャンネル登録お願いします。そして毎週火曜日にメンバーシップ限定でライブをしていますので、月額90円にはなりますけれどもメンバーシップ入っていただけると嬉しいです。ではまた次の動画でお会いしましょう。さよなら。

Hello everyone, this is Arata Tomori (Arata Tomori). Today I'm introducing 3 non-sticky hand creams! Hand cream has become essential now that the season has arrived. Of course, I think many of you use hand cream often, but one thing that's a bit annoying is that right after applying it, you can't touch your phone or do handwork. Since it's meant to prevent hand chapping, it needs to form a solid oil film. But that makes it sticky. So you end up not using it, right? So today I want to explain hand creams that provide solid moisturizing but aren't sticky, so if you've bought hand cream many times before and given up because of the stickiness, please watch until the end. First, let's talk about why hands tend to get rough so easily. Of course, hands touch all kinds of things, but the key reason is that hands lack sebaceous glands, which are the front line for maintaining barrier function, so they can't regulate barrier function on their own. On top of that, washing your hands or touching your hair tends to strip away oils. That's why once barrier function declines and inflammation starts from there, it's hard to stop and easily becomes dry. Because there's little sebum, it becomes very important to apply oil that acts as a substitute for sebum to form a protective film. Everyone knows that sebum feels sticky, so this balance of forming a film without stickiness is very important. Today I'll introduce 3 products, and you'll see "ah, so that's how they did it" in terms of the formulation technology. So let's start with this one. It's Atrix Beauty Charge Premium Wrinkle Improvement & Spot Prevention Hand Gel Cream. It's gone viral because people like Minami Tanaka use it, and Atrix has been around for a long time, right? Among their products, this hand gel cream doesn't feel sticky, and on top of that, it can improve wrinkles and prevent spots, which has become quite talked about. The wrinkle improvement and spot prevention ingredient is niacinamide. Many hand creams contain this, but they tend to be sticky. Why is that? There are oils that form a firm moisturizing film, and there are lighter oils. This product contains isopropyl palmitate and octyl palmitate. These are oil-based ingredients, but they're quite light. They're oils without stickiness that feel smooth. These form a solid film, plus glycerin, which draws in moisture, is also properly included. Another oil-based ingredient that caught my attention is macadamia nut fatty acid phytosteryl, an oil-based moisturizing ingredient that became somewhat famous through Kanebo's Twany cream. This is also included here. Of course, Kanebo's Twany cream creates that moisturized feeling through various combinations, but this Atrix product also contains macadamia nut fatty acid phytosteryl, which is an ingredient that not only moisturizes but also plumps up the skin. The oil that forms the film is light, but there's also an oil-based ingredient that penetrates well and plumps up the skin, plus ingredients like glycerin that draw in moisture. So instead of just being sticky while forming an oil film, it plumps up the skin from within while moisturizing. Since it's formulated as a gel cream like this, it's more watery than a regular cream, but as I mentioned, it does form a solid oil film. However, since this oil film penetrates well into the skin, I think there's less stickiness. It's not completely non-sticky, but among Atrix products, this is the least sticky, and I don't think it gets too sticky even when touching various things after application. I think it's excellent in terms of making the skin plump and soft. Next is this one. Many of you may be seeing this for the first time - it's gone viral on social media. This is a professional-use hand cream called Ceramide, and it's become popular because you can cook and do handwork right after applying it. The oil ingredients include squalane and behenyl alcohol-type oils that aren't very sticky, but that's not all. What's interesting isn't the oils used, but the emulsification technology. Normally, cream is made by putting water into oil, but this one is made the opposite way - putting oil into water. It uses soap base as an emulsifier. By using soap base, they can incorporate lots of fine oil droplets into the water. Because this penetrates so well, it's not sticky at all. You can tell when you use it - when you dispense it and apply it, it makes a squeaky sound. It's like when you press firmly, oil comes out. Your hands really become smooth, but it's not sticky at all. Soap emulsification technology has been around for a long time, but the difficult part is pH adjustment. If the pH leans too alkaline, it can cause skin problems, so I think they're adjusting it by adding other oil-based ingredients to prevent the pH from becoming too alkaline. It feels like it's covered with a transparent film, but the fact that it's not sticky at all is very interesting - I think it's truly a professional-grade hand cream. Since it says ceramide, it contains ceramide and sodium hyaluronate, but I think the most interesting aspect is the non-stickiness achieved through emulsification technology. Next is this one - Selemyu's Hand Jelly Hyaluronic Acid. This is the least sticky of the three. Why? Because it's oil-free. Surprising, right? I mentioned earlier that hands have little sebum, so we need to apply oil to form a film, but this product is oil-free and contains ingredients like hyaluronic acid and glycerin that draw in water. In other words, since there's no oil, it's almost never sticky. It uses a water-soluble gel that evaporates, so when you apply it, it's not exactly refreshing, but it feels like you've applied water. But normally, applying water would actually cause dryness, right? Instead, it's like an all-in-one gel that draws in the moisture in this base into the skin using both moisture and moisture-drawing ingredients. However, since there are no oil-based ingredients, it's not sticky at all. But since there's no oil, it's more about drawing in water rather than forming a film. So who would benefit from which product? This Atrix product might be the stickiest of the three. It's good for people who want the serum-like effect or want to plump up their hands. So it's great for daytime use, but also good before bed or during work breaks. This hand cream (the ceramide one) has good moisturizing power but is also not sticky, so I think it has the best balance. The way it reduces stickiness through emulsification method is quite good. But in terms of moisturizing power, this one has more moisturizing power. However, if you dislike stickiness and want to use it during the day, this is the one. And this last one - I think it has the lightest moisturizing power because it has less oil content. It's not exactly dry, but it's good for those who want to keep their skin feeling moist. Since it's not sticky at all, it's good for those who want to apply it frequently. It's good for people who aren't dry yet but want to prevent dryness. It also contains glutathione, so it can help with some anti-aging skin care too. It's better suited for people who dislike the stickiness of oils but still want moisturizing - people who are fine with light moisturizing would prefer this one. So of course, compared to regular hand creams, all three of these are non-sticky, but I think it would be good to choose based on what type of usage suits you.
