ドラッグストアで購入できる注目美白美容液を3つ紹介します

皆さんこんにちは、内科皮膚科医の友利新です。今日はですね、ドラッグストアで買えるコスメ、いわゆるドラコスの注目美白美容液を3つご紹介したいと思いますので、最後までご覧ください。 ドラッグストア、もう本当にいろんなコスメが出てるんですけれども、その中でも美白いっぱいありますよね。で、私が今回3つ選んだのは、やっぱり成分がすごく注目が高いなと思ったもの3つになります。 では早速一つ目はこちらになります。ラロッシュポゼ ピグメンクレールセラムになります。こちらのピグメンクレールセラムっていうのは、有効成分がレゾルシノールというものになるんですね。でこのレゾルシノールってなんか聞いたことない方多いと思うんですが、実はハイドロキノンと並ぶくらい美白効果が高いという成分になります。 正式名称はですね、フェニルエチルレゾルシノールというものになるんですけれども、これはですねヨーロッパ赤松に含まれるポリフェノールの一種になります。メラニンを生成するときに使われる酵素であるチロシナーゼというものを抑える効果があって、それによってメラニンの生成を抑制するというふうに言われています。 そのチロシナーゼの活性を抑制するだけじゃなくて、ポリフェノールの一種なのでそもそも抗酸化作用がめちゃめちゃ高い成分なんですね。なので紫外線が当たって、その刺激がメラノサイトに行ってシミを作るというときに、チロシナーゼを阻害するだけじゃなくて、そもそもメラニンが当たった時にポリフェノールである成分が炎症を抑えてくれるということもあるので、これからの時期で紫外線が強くなってくるという時にはすごくおすすめかなと。 もう一つポイントは、ナイアシンアミドも入っているんですね。ナイアシンアミドっていうと、まあシワだけじゃなくて美白という効果もある有効成分なので、レゾルシノールとナイアシンアミドでダブルで美白をしていくというものになります。 で元々このラロッシュポゼっていうメーカーは、すごく敏感肌にも安心というものになっていますし、あといいのがノンコメドジェニック処方になっていますから、ニキビは気になるし、ちょっと敏感肌も気になるんだけれども美白したいっていう方には注目の美容液なんじゃないかなと思います。 続いてはこちら、第一三共ヘルスケアのトランシーノ薬用ホワイトニングエッセンスEX2になります。もうトランシーノといったら有効成分っていうのはトラネキサム酸ですよね。で実はこのトランシーノって2020年にリニューアルをしているんですよ。どういうふうなリニューアルをしたかというと、特にトラネキサム酸がしっかりと肌に浸透していって、シミの改善そして肝斑の改善をしていくというふうに、やっぱり浸透というものにこだわったんですね。 でそれが浸透ナノカプセルというものになります。ナノカプセルにして浸透良くするだけじゃなくて、その浸透も助けてくれるです。ちょっとこれ長いんですが、シクロヘキサンジカルボン酸ビス（エトキシジグリコール）っていう、いわゆる保湿成分なんですけど、肌が保湿されることによってしっかりとトラネキサム酸が浸透できるというものになっています。 プラスですね、まあ透明感サポートエキスということでベニバナエキスですね。ベニバナエキスっていうのは、いろんな化粧品にも入っていて、角層をしっかりと整えてくれて透明感を出すというような効果が期待できる成分でもありますね。そういったものもしっかり入っています。 もちろんトラネキサム酸っていうのは肝斑というイメージもありますけれども、肝斑だけじゃなくって、やっぱりトラネキサム酸自体が紫外線が当たった時にメラニンの活性を抑えるということもありますので、肝斑が気になる方はもちろん、シミが気になる方っていうのにも使っていただければいいですし、やっぱり今は潜在的に隠れている肝斑もマスクによって常に炎症が起こることによって表面に出てくるという可能性もありますので、予防という観点からも注目の美容液なんじゃないかなと思っています。 続いての製品はこちら、アスタリフト ホワイトジェリーアクアリスタになります。前も透明感を出すっていうやつで紹介したんですけど、私これね結構好きなんですよ。ちなみに私も1個使い切っちゃって、新しいのを購入しました。 これはどういうふうにいいかというと、もともとこれアスタリフトの富士フイルムさんが作っているので、富士フイルムさんっていうのは濃縮の技術がすごいんですよ。セラミドの中でも人型セラミドって言って、すごく肌に浸透がいいセラミドを、本当に極限まで濃縮したものが入っているっていうものがジェリーアクアリスタのポイントなんですが、そこに美白の成分をギュギュッと入れているというのがホワイトジェリーアクアリスタになります。 その美白成分というのがアルブチンとマロニエエキスになります。アルブチンって昔からある成分なんですが、これ自体はハイドロキノンを一部ちょっと変形させて作った、厚生労働省が認可している美白成分の一つになります。こちらもですね、まあ紫外線が当たった時にメラノサイトにメラニンを作れっていう指令を出すチロシナーゼというものを阻害することによって、メラニンの産生を低下させるというものになります。 とはいっても多少メラニンでできるじゃないですか。マロニエエキスっていうものが、溜まった角層とかにあるメラニンを素早く出してくれるという効果があるんですね。要はターンオーバーを促すっていうと、ちょっと乾燥というイメージがあるんですが、先ほどもお話ししたように、このアスタリフトっていうのはセラミド、それも人型のセラミドをナノ化してますから、角質層がツヤッとウルッと水分がしっかりありながらも、美白効果とそして溜まったメラニンも排出してくれるというものになるので、乾燥も気になるけれども美白も気になるっていう方には、すごく注目の美容液なんじゃないかなと思います。 今日はドラッグストアコスメ、ドラコスで注目のこの3つの美容液をご紹介しました。これから先も夏になってきて紫外線も強くなってくるので、ご自身にあった美白美容液を見つけていただければなと思います。もちろんプチプラもいいですし、デパコスも素晴らしいです。でもドラッグストアにも注目の成分が入っている美容液がありますので、自分に合うものをぜひ探してみてください。 いかがでしたか。この番組ではこのように美容や健康について皆さんにわかりやすくお話ししているチャンネルになりますので、よかったらチャンネル登録お願いします。ではまた皆さん、次の動画でお会いしましょう。さようなら。

Today, I'd like to introduce three notable whitening serums that you can buy at drugstores, so-called "dora-cos" (drugstore cosmetics), so please watch until the end. There are so many cosmetics available at drugstores, and among them, there are so many whitening products, right? The three I chose this time are the ones whose ingredients I found particularly noteworthy. So let's start with the first one. This is La Roche-Posay's Pigmentclar Serum. The active ingredient in this Pigmentclar Serum is called resorcinol. Many of you may not have heard of resorcinol before, but it's actually said to have whitening effects comparable to hydroquinone. Its official name is phenylethyl resorcinol, and it's a type of polyphenol found in European red pine. It's said to suppress the enzyme tyrosinase, which is used when melanin is produced, thereby inhibiting melanin production. Not only does it suppress tyrosinase activity, but since it's a type of polyphenol, it also has extremely high antioxidant properties. So when UV rays hit the skin and the stimulation reaches the melanocytes to create spots, this ingredient not only inhibits tyrosinase but also, being a polyphenol, helps suppress inflammation when melanin is affected. This makes it highly recommended as we head into a season with stronger UV rays. Another point is that it also contains niacinamide. Niacinamide is an active ingredient known not just for wrinkles but also for whitening effects, so this product provides double whitening action with both resorcinol and niacinamide. Originally, La Roche-Posay is a brand known for being gentle even on sensitive skin, and it also has a non-comedogenic formula, so for those who are concerned about acne and have sensitive skin but still want to whiten their skin, this is a notable serum. Next up is this one: Daiichi Sankyo Healthcare's Transino Medicated Whitening Essence EX2. When it comes to Transino, the active ingredient is tranexamic acid, right? Actually, this Transino was renewed in 2020. The renewal focused particularly on penetration, ensuring that tranexamic acid penetrates thoroughly into the skin to improve both spots and melasma. This is achieved through what's called "penetrating nanocapsules." Not only does it improve penetration by using nanocapsules, but it also helps support that penetration. There's a rather long ingredient name - cyclohexanedicarboxylic acid bis(ethoxydiglycol) - which is a moisturizing ingredient. By keeping the skin moisturized, it allows tranexamic acid to penetrate more effectively. Additionally, there's a "clarity support extract," which is safflower extract. Safflower extract is included in many cosmetics and is expected to have effects like properly conditioning the stratum corneum and bringing out clarity/transparency in the skin. This is properly included as well. Of course, tranexamic acid has an image associated with melasma, but it's not just for melasma - tranexamic acid itself also suppresses melanin activity when exposed to UV rays, so it can be used by those concerned about melasma as well as those concerned about spots in general. Also, currently there's a possibility that latent, hidden melasma could surface due to constant inflammation caused by wearing masks, so from a preventive standpoint as well, this is a notable serum. The next product is this: Astalift White Jelly Aquarysta. I've introduced this before for its ability to bring out clarity/transparency, and I actually quite like this one. In fact, I used up one bottle and purchased a new one myself. What makes this good is that it's originally made by Fujifilm, the company behind Astalift, and Fujifilm has amazing concentration technology. Among ceramides, there's something called "human-type ceramide," which penetrates the skin extremely well, and the key point of Jelly Aquarysta is that this ceramide is concentrated to the extreme limit. White Jelly Aquarysta packs whitening ingredients into this same base. Those whitening ingredients are arbutin and mallow extract (Malonie extract). Arbutin has been around for a long time as an ingredient - it's made by slightly modifying hydroquinone, and it's one of the whitening ingredients approved by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare. This also works by inhibiting tyrosinase, the enzyme that signals melanocytes to produce melanin when exposed to UV rays, thereby reducing melanin production. That said, some melanin will still form to some extent, right? The mallow extract (Malonie extract) has the effect of quickly expelling melanin that has accumulated in the stratum corneum and other areas. In other words, promoting turnover - which might give an image of causing dryness - but as I mentioned earlier, since Astalift uses nano-sized human-type ceramide, the stratum corneum stays glossy and moisturized with plenty of water content, while also providing whitening effects and expelling accumulated melanin. So for those concerned about both dryness and whitening, this is a highly notable serum. Today I introduced these three notable serums available as drugstore cosmetics, or "dora-cos." As we head into summer with stronger UV rays, I hope you'll find a whitening serum that suits you. Of course, affordable products are great, and high-end department store cosmetics are wonderful too.
