【花王 vs 資生堂】毛穴の黒ずみ、角栓にさようなら！ごっそり取れるスキンケアを皮膚科医が教えます。

みなさん こんにちは 友利新です 大嫌いな毛穴 その中には角栓が詰まっているっていうことは みなさんご存知ですよね そんな角栓のケアにこれすごいんじゃないっていう新製品が登場しました 今日ですね そのお話をしていきたいと思いますので 角栓詰まりが気になるという方はぜひ最後までご覧ください 角栓をケアするって言ったらパッと思い浮かぶやつあると思うんですよ 私もYouTubeで何回もご説明したと思うんですが 花王さんが持っている角栓崩壊技術ですね 例えばこちらエストのクラリファイングジェルウォッシュだったり あとビオレだったりソフィーナIPだったりですね そういった花王の製品に入っていて 通常の洗浄剤ではなくて 角栓崩壊技術が入った化粧品をつけることでガチガチに固まっている角栓がですね 崩壊をしていって毛穴詰まりを良くするという これ確か3、4年前ですよね 入れた時には業界をざわつかせた技術になっています なので毛穴が気になったら角栓崩壊技術が使われているアイテムで 例えばじゃあ全顔でスキンケアしたかったらエストだよとか 部分的にガッツリ取りたいんだったらソフィーナIPの黒いものにしようとか 若い人向けになったらビオレにしようとか とにかくもう花王さんの製品であとは自分の肌質だったり場所によったりどこの場所をケアしたいかによって変えていくっていうことだったんですが そんな角栓を除去する新製品が登場しました それがこちら 資生堂のアクアレーベルからエステ洗顔ジェルと言って 資生堂の角栓溶解技術が入っている洗顔が発売になります 花王さんは角栓崩壊っていう名前をつけていて 資生堂さんは角栓分解処方なんですね どちらもですね美的には角栓を取っていく除去していくっていう意味では一緒だと思います 角栓っていうのはどういう風なものでガチガチだったかっていうと 皮脂腺から出る皮脂とターンオーバーして出てくる皮膚の細胞の一部 これがタンパク質と皮脂がガチガチに固まっているところになっているので 通常の洗浄剤だけではなかなか難しいよと 例えばタンパク汚れの酵素だったりを使ってもやっぱり皮脂が多いので なかなか難しかったりっていうようなことだったので ガチガチに固まった角栓っていうのはpH値をアルカリに傾けると分解していくということが実は分かっているんですね なんで分かっているかっていうとそこに出てくるのが花王さんの角栓崩壊技術なんですよ どういう風に角栓を分解しているかっていうと 今までだったら洗浄剤でアプローチをしていたんですけれども すっごくいっぱい洗浄剤入れればダメージが与えられてしまうので そうじゃない何か別のものって言って見つけたのが pH調整剤のトリスというものだったんですね pH調整剤っていうのは洗浄剤ではないので 角栓には全く影響しないと思っていたんですが とある研究者さんがなぜかトリスを入れてみたところ pH値が変わって角栓が分解されたと なので花王さんはこのトリスともう一つ別のものを組み合わせて特許を取って 角栓崩壊技術として世の中に出していったんですね なのでpHを変えるっていうことが角栓を溶かしているんだなっていうところに 資生堂さんも目をつけてpH調整をアルカリに傾けるようにしています それによって角栓を除去していくっていうところになるんですね なので花王さんが出してきたところに寄せてるんですけれども それだけではないわけですよ当たり前ですけど pHを弱アルカリに持っていくことによって角栓自体は崩壊していくんですが 資生堂さんは面白い洗浄剤を入れています それが酵素AMPという新しい洗浄剤になっています さっき私が角栓とかには酵素洗顔を使うと結構いいよって言って その角栓崩壊の技術が出るまでは酵素洗顔使われてきていて 角栓ができやすいっていうのは皮脂が溜まりやすいところになるので 皮脂っていう分解もすごく大事だよねと 余計な皮脂は取りたいけどいい皮脂を残しておきたいわけじゃないですか どうしたらいいかってなった時に洗浄剤の選定をいろいろするんですよ 洗浄剤の中にはやっぱりしっかりごっそり取るものと ある程度潤いを残しながら取っていくものっていうものがあるんですね ただ潤いを残しておくものっていうのは汚れがしっかり取れない そこはもうトレードオフなんですよ なのでリパーゼという酵素なんですが このリパーゼの皮脂を取るっていういいところと 植物由来のココイルメチルタウリンナトリウムっていう洗浄剤 肌にある程度潤いを残しながらっていうような洗浄剤なんですね いいところを組み合わせて酵素AMPという新しい洗浄剤を作って いらない皮脂は取っていくんだけれども 潤いを残しますっていうような洗浄剤を搭載しているんですね なので毛穴の奥は皮脂とタンパクが固まったものは崩壊するんだけれども 表面のやっぱり皮脂っていうものも取っていく でもちゃんと潤いは残しておくっていうことができているのが アクアレーベルのエステ洗顔になります そしてアクアレーベルといったら オールインワンジェルも有名だと思うんですけれども 精製のD-アミノ酸っていうものが共通で入っているんですね D-グルタミン酸 D-アラニン D-メチオニンというものになります それぞれ肌のダメージを回復していくようなものになるんですが 例えばD-グルタミン酸はバリア機能を正常化させるというものになっています あとD-アラニンはですね ありがたいことに角質膜の修復というものに関与しているので 紫外線だとかそういったエイジングで角質膜にダメージがあった場合は ターンオーバーも正常化してくれるっていうことが期待できるんですね D-メチオニンっていうものは 生産細胞に働きかける成分というふうに言われています 紫外線とかエイジングとか乾燥とかで生産細胞にダメージが加わると コラーゲンとかエラスチンとかそういったものを作れなくなってくるので そういったダメージを抑えるようなものがD-メチオニンになっています 例えばオールインワンジェルとかそういった与える系とは違って 洗い流すので 通常のスキンケアと同じように残るわけではないんですけれども やっぱり多少は残るような設計をしていると思うので ないよりはあったほうがいいかなというふうには思います 特にですね この3つのD-アミノ酸というのは 角層の細胞の潤いを維持する能力を高めるというところもデータが出てるんですね かなり分子量が小さいので ある程度は浸透すると思うんですけど 洗い流した後でも角層の表面の部分の水分を維持する能力を高めてくれるというところまでは 期待してくれるのかなとは思いますので 洗顔に入っていてもそういった効能ですかね ある程度期待できるんじゃないかなというふうに思います ジェル洗顔なので白っぽい洗顔になっています 結構厚みがあるので摩擦レスなんですけど くるくるしていくとオイルっぽい感じに変わっていくんですよ 洗浄成分の内側にオイルが入っている構造をしているので まずは洗浄成分の中に角栓崩壊のpH調整剤が入っていて それが最初に1回毛穴の奥の方まで行きます 入った後にさっきの酵素AMPというのが内側にあったので それが肌の表面の方を綺麗にしていって その周りにDアミノ酸というものがあるので 洗浄成分とクレンジングオイルの周りに Dアミノ酸という美容成分があるので 乗せた瞬間にDアミノ酸は肌に行くし なじませていくと洗浄剤の部分が毛穴の中に入っていって 壊れていくと表面の油をクレンジングオイルと 酵素AMPが洗い流してくれるっていうような 処方もかなり独特だなというふうに思います 洗い流すとですね 正直私キュッとなるのかなと思ったんですね オイル洗顔みたいになるので 私みたいな皮脂テカの人は気持ちいいし キュッとなるんだろうなと思いきや いい意味でそれは予想が外れたというか 角栓を取ってくれてる表面の皮脂も取ってるはずなのに めちゃめちゃなんか潤いが残る洗顔だなっていうのが 洗った時の感想でした もちろんすっごい乾燥肌の人におすすめですとは言わないんですけれども 角栓の詰まりが気になって プラス油分も気になるんだけども しっかり取り過ぎちゃうと乾燥もあるから もともと皮脂テカで 最近は乾燥も気になるっていうような方も かなりいいんじゃないかなと思うので 若い人、角栓とか皮脂が気になる人から 私みたいな元皮脂テカみたいな人まで オールマイティーに使える洗顔なんじゃないかな というふうには思いました はい、ということでいかがだったでしょうか 今までね角栓崩壊といえば 花王さんの独壇場だったんですが そこにですね新しいライバル登場でですね どっちが良い悪いっていうのは 肌質だったりとか使ってみなきゃ分からないので 先生どっちですかって言われても まずは使ってくださいみたいな感じなんですが ライバル同士で切磋琢磨して 良いね化粧品ができるっていうのは 使う側にとってはすごくありがたいなというふうに思います 使ってみてどっちが良かったか コメント欄に書いていただけると嬉しいです ということで今日も最後まで見ていただいて ありがとうございました また次の動画でお会いしましょう さようなら

Hello everyone, I'm Arata Tomori. Everyone knows that the pores we dislike are clogged with comedones. Well, a new product has emerged that seems amazing for comedone care. Today, I'd like to talk about that, so if you're concerned about clogged pores, please watch until the end. When it comes to comedone care, there's probably something that comes to mind right away. I think I've explained it many times on YouTube as well. It's the comedone collapse technology that Kao has. For example, this is Est's Clarifying Gel Wash, and then there's Biore and Sofina IP. These Kao products contain this technology, and instead of ordinary cleansers, by using cosmetics with comedone collapse technology, the hardened comedones break down and improve pore clogging. This was probably about 3-4 years ago when it caused quite a stir in the industry. So if you're concerned about pores, use items with comedone collapse technology. For example, if you want to care for your entire face, use Est, or if you want to target specific areas aggressively, use the black Sofina IP, or if it's for younger people, use Biore. In any case, with Kao's products, you change based on your skin type and the area you want to care for. Well, now a new product for removing comedones has appeared. This is it—Shiseido's Aqualabel Este Cleansing Gel, which features Shiseido's comedone-dissolving technology. Kao calls it "comedone collapse," while Shiseido calls it "comedone-dissolving formula." Both are essentially the same in terms of removing and eliminating comedones. Comedones are hard because they're made of sebum from sebaceous glands mixed with keratinocytes from skin turnover. Proteins and sebum are hardened together, so ordinary cleansers alone are quite difficult. Even using enzymes that break down protein dirt, because there's so much sebum, it's challenging. For hardened comedones, it's actually been discovered that lowering the pH to alkaline breaks them down. How do we know this? It comes from Kao's comedone collapse technology. How do they break down comedones? Previously, they used cleansing agents, but using too much cleanser causes damage, so they looked for something else. What they found was tris, a pH adjuster. pH adjusters are cleansers, so I thought they had no effect on comedones. But a certain researcher added tris for some reason, and the pH changed, dissolving the comedones. So Kao combined this tris with another ingredient, patented it, and released it as comedone collapse technology. So by changing the pH, comedones dissolve. Shiseido has also caught onto this and adjusted the pH to be weakly alkaline to remove comedones. So they're following what Kao put out, but of course, that's not all. Lowering the pH to weakly alkaline makes the comedones themselves collapse, but Shiseido has added an interesting cleanser. It's called enzyme AMP, a new type of cleanser. Earlier, I mentioned that using enzyme cleansers is quite good for comedones. Before comedone collapse technology came out, enzyme cleansers were commonly used. Comedones tend to form where sebum accumulates, so removing sebum is very important. We want to remove excess sebum but keep the good sebum, right? When thinking about how to do this, you select different types of cleansers. Among cleansers, some remove thoroughly while others gently remove while maintaining moisture. But the ones that keep moisture don't clean as well. That's the tradeoff. Lipase is an enzyme that removes sebum effectively, and cocoyl methyl taurine sodium is a plant-derived cleanser that removes while retaining some skin moisture. By combining these advantages, they created a new cleanser called enzyme AMP that removes unwanted sebum while maintaining moisture. So deep in the pores, hardened sebum and proteins collapse, and surface sebum is also removed, while properly maintaining moisture. This is Aqualabel's Este Cleansing Gel. And speaking of Aqualabel, their all-in-one gel is famous too. D-amino acids are commonly included. These are D-glutamic acid, D-alanine, and D-methionine. Each helps recover skin damage. For example, D-glutamic acid normalizes the skin barrier function. And D-alanine is involved in repairing the stratum corneum, so if there's UV or aging damage to the stratum corneum, it's expected to normalize turnover. D-methionine is said to work on basal cells. When basal cells are damaged by UV, aging, or dryness, they can't produce collagen and elastin, so D-methionine helps prevent such damage. Since this is a rinse-off product unlike all-in-one gels and other leave-on products, it doesn't stay on the skin like regular skincare. But I think it's designed to leave some residue, so having it is better than not. Especially these three D-amino acids have data showing they enhance the skin's ability to maintain moisture in the stratum corneum. They're quite small molecules, so they should penetrate to some degree. Even after rinsing, they enhance the skin's ability to maintain water content on the stratum corneum surface, so I think there's some benefit to having them in a cleanser. Since it's a gel cleanser, it's whitish. It has good thickness, so it's friction-free, but as you massage it, it becomes oily. It has a structure with oil inside the cleansing components. First, the cleansing components contain a pH adjuster for comedone collapse, which reaches deep into the pores. After that, the enzyme AMP inside works to clean the skin surface. Around it is D-amino acid, so the D-amino acid cosmetic ingredient surrounds the cleanser and cleansing oil. When you apply it, the D-amino acid goes to the skin, and as you massage, the cleanser penetrates the pores, and when it breaks down the surface oil, the cleansing oil and enzyme AMP rinse it away. This formulation is quite unique. When I rinsed it off, I honestly thought it would feel tight. Since it becomes like an oil cleanser, I thought as someone with oily, shiny skin, it would feel nice and tight. But interestingly, my prediction was wrong. Even though it removes comedones and surface sebum, the feeling was that it left significant moisture. Of course, I wouldn't recommend it to people with very dry skin, but for those concerned about comedone clogging and oiliness, who worry that removing too much causes dryness, or those like me who originally had oily, shiny skin but now also worry about dryness, I think this is quite good. So from young people concerned about comedones and sebum to people like me who had oily skin, it seems like an all-purpose cleanser. Well, how was that? Until now, when it comes to comedone collapse, Kao had the market to itself. But now we have a new rival. Which is better depends on your skin type and actually trying it, so even if asked which I recommend, I'd say try it first.
