【ゆうこす×友利新】1万円以下縛り！敏感肌向けコスメ【コラボ】

みなさんこんにちは、友利新です。今日はゆうこすさんにYouTubeに来てもらいました。自己紹介をお願いします。 「モテクリエイターのゆうこすです。よろしくお願いします。」 「モテクリエイター」ですよ。私に足りないものはモテですね（笑）。今日はモテを伝授してもらいたいところなんですが、今日のテーマは別で、マスク生活や紫外線で肌が荒れやすい夏に向けて、敏感肌の方に向けた1万円以下のおすすめコスメを、それぞれ3点ずつご紹介したいと思います。ぜひ最後までご覧ください。 1万円以内という縛りがあるので選べるアイテム数も限られますが、お互い3点ずつということで、何を持ってくるのかとても楽しみです。では、ゆうこすさん、早速よろしくお願いします。 「私が選んできたのは、自分のブランド『YOAN』の洗顔です。」 たまたま被りましたが、私もすごく嬉しいです。気を使ったというのも正直少しありますよ（笑）。でも、いろんなブランドを知っている中でも、ゆうこすさんのブランドを拝見してすごくいいなと思ったし、この洗顔が特に面白いなと思ったんです。 私、いろんな美容研究家さんや美容家さんから「この洗顔は面白い」と評価されることが多いんです。なぜかというと、全成分の最初に「水」が3種類入っているんです。水、ダマスクバラ花水、そしてもう一つの水。洗顔フォームなのに、化粧水でもないのに、水が一番最初に入っているってすごいなって思って。 香りもすごく良くて、ダマスクバラは炎症を抑える効果もあるし、洗浄成分も石鹸系で赤ちゃんに使えるくらいマイルド。さらに発酵成分も入っています。それについてもぜひ聞きたくて、この洗顔を選んだというのもあります。 「そうなんです。水をベースにしているので、最初に作った時はシャーっと水が出てきてしまって（笑）。水ベースで作るとなると、めちゃくちゃ柔らかくなるか、めちゃくちゃ固く作るかになってしまうんです。石鹸系だとそうなりやすくて。でも私はやっぱり摩擦を起こさないように、生クリームのような泡を作りたかったから、めちゃくちゃ研究を頑張りました。」 これを見ただけだと固形石鹸かなって一瞬思ってしまうんですが、かなり優しい成分が入った洗顔です。敏感肌の方には固形石鹸を使っている方も多いと思いますが、泡立ちがイマイチなものも多い。摩擦をしないためには、しっかりふわふわに泡立てることが大切なので、テクスチャーという点でも素晴らしいと思いました。 特に今、マスクで肌が擦れて炎症が起きている方も多いので、洗顔でさらに摩擦をしてしまわないよう、摩擦レスで優しい洗浄力のものとして、今日ぜひ紹介したいと思っていました。 「ゆうこすさんのブランドを全部チェックしていて、化粧水やクレンジングを持ってくるかなと思っていたので、洗顔が来て嬉しかったです。あと、泡が角立つようにこだわったんですよ。もともとはまっすぐなラインだったんですが、ここに角が立つようにしたくて、そこにまたコストがかかりました（笑）。」 そこにモテが宿っているんですね（笑）。本当にホイップクリームのように角が立つような泡立ちで、洗浄力も取りすぎず残しすぎずで絶妙です。 敏感肌向けのものでも残しすぎるものがあって、皮脂が残りすぎると美肌菌のバランスが崩れたり、皮脂焼けで肌が黄色っぽくなったりします。取りすぎもダメ、残しすぎもダメという絶妙なバランスが素晴らしいと思いました。 「発酵成分も入っていて、『コミンテッド』という独自の発酵成分を開発しました。お米、蜂蜜、サッカロマイセス、アスペルギルス、あともう一つ……マヨネーズ（笑）。すみません、いつもここで噛んでしまって（笑）。この5つを独自発酵させることで分子量が小さくなり、浸透しやすくなっています。潤いながら角質ケアをしてくれる成分です。」 角質ケアというと擦って剥がすイメージがある方も多いと思いますが、これは発酵の力でブロウすることで角質を整えてくれるので、敏感肌の方にもぜひ一度試してみてほしい洗顔料です。 では2つ目をお願いします。 「カルテHDのヒルドイドモイスチャーインストール、今は『カルテHD』にリニューアルされたオールインワンジェルです。」 オールインワンですね。疲れてスキンケアをしたくない日や、ニキビができてしまった時、生理中などはオールインワン1個で済ませる方も多いと思います。テクスチャーもみずみずしくてスーッとなじむのがいいですよね。 「そうなんです。クレンジングして、これを塗って、おしまい！という日のためにおすすめです。カルテHDの主成分はヘパリン類似物質で、水分を引き込んでとどめておく保水力が非常に高いです。医療用の『ヒルドイド』も保湿剤として処方されるくらいですから。」 敏感肌の方は摩擦を避けるためにも、スキンケアのステップを減らせるオールインワンはとても良い選択だと思います。私も実はバンドで隠していますが、普段から顔に赤みがある敏感肌なので、これ1個で済ませる日もあります。 私はというと、別の視点からいこうと思いまして、ロゼ＆ポゼのモイストバリアミストにしました。 これはアラントインという抗炎症成分が入っているので、敏感肌の炎症を抑えてくれます。ミストタイプなのでコットンを使わずにシュッとかけてハンドプレスするだけで、摩擦が少なく清潔に使えます。保湿成分もしっかり入っていて、アレルギーテストやニキビテストもパスしているので安心です。 私はニキビができやすいタイプなんですが、マスクでヒリヒリしたり、摩擦でシミのようなものができやすい部分に、炎症が起きているなと感じたらシュッとして落ち着かせるのにも使えます。オールインワンで手を触れる回数を減らすという意味でも、ミストの化粧水という選択肢もあるよというご紹介でした。 「私、ミスト化粧水ってあまり使うイメージがなかったです。」 キュレルの大きなボトルのスプレータイプの化粧水ともすごく迷ったんですよ。あちらはお風呂上がりに全身に使えて、擬似セラミドが入っているのでボディクリームの代わりにもなります。顔にも霧状に使えるのでおすすめです。オールインワンで1ステップにするか、ミストで刺激を減らすかというのが敏感肌さんにはいいかなと思いました。 「私もヒルドイドを持ってこようかなと思っていたんです。」 かぶらなくてよかったです（笑）。 では最後の1つをお願いします。 「使いすぎて型がなくなってしまっているんですが……ノブ3のレイバリアUV、SPF40・PA+++です。」 さすがです！私がいつも言っていることは「摩擦しない、乾燥させない、日焼けをしない」の3つなので、全部クリアしていますね！おめでとうございます（笑）。 ノブはクリニックでも患者さんにおすすめするほど信頼のおけるブランドで、10代の頃からニキビに悩んでいた方にもお馴染みの「安心安全のノブ」というイメージがありますよね。日焼け止めって塗るとパリつくことが多いんですが、これはノブ3シリーズということで保湿に力を入れているので全くパリつかない。敏感肌でも使えるし、軽いのが最高ですよね。 私の最後の1つはアルージェのモイストトリートメントジェルです。 アルージェさんもノブさんやラムシさんと同じく、クリニックでよくおすすめするブランドです。このモイストジェルはとても軽いテクスチャーで、植物性セラミドが入っているのでバリア機能を整えてくれます。夏のオイリー〜混合肌の方にもおすすめです。 ジェルなのでクリームのようなベタつきがなく、でも保湿はしっかりしてくれます。敏感肌の方はオイル系のものが多いとホコリがついて毛穴の炎症につながることもあるので、この軽さと浸透力はとても良いと思います。 「アルージェさん、リップしか使ったことなかったです！」 リップもめちゃくちゃいいですよね！ぜひスキンケアラインも使ってみてください。 今日は私のチャンネルでもゆうこすさんのチャンネルでも動画が公開されています。ゆうこすさんのチャンネルでは、20代のうちにしておいた方がいいこと・ダメなこと、おすすめの美容医療なども紹介されていますので、ぜひそちらもご覧ください。 今日はありがとうございました！みなさんもまた次の動画でお会いしましょう。バイバイ！

What I'm personally lacking is 'mote' (the ability to attract people, lol). I'd love to have her teach me her secrets today, but our actual theme is different. As we head into summer — when masks and UV rays can wreak havoc on skin — we each picked three skincare products under 10,000 yen to recommend for people with sensitive skin. Please watch until the end! With the under-10,000 yen limit, the number of items we can choose is restricted, so we agreed on three each. I'm really curious to see what she brought. Yukos, please go ahead! "I chose the facial wash from my own brand, YOAN." We happened to overlap, which makes me really happy. I'll be honest — there was a tiny bit of consideration since we're collaborating (lol). But even among many brands I know, when I looked into Yukos's brand I genuinely thought it was great, and this facial wash in particular caught my attention. Many beauty researchers and beauty experts have told me this wash is interesting. The reason is that in the full ingredient list, 'water' appears three times right at the very top — water, damask rose flower water, and another form of water. This is a facial foam, not a toner, and yet water leads the ingredient list. That surprised me! The scent is lovely too, and damask rose has anti-inflammatory properties. The cleansing agents are soap-based and mild enough for babies. It also contains fermented ingredients — I really wanted to ask about those, which is another reason I chose this product. "Yes! Because it's water-based, the first prototype literally squirted out as liquid (lol). When you go water-based, you either end up with something super runny or super hard — that's the challenge with soap-type formulas. But I really wanted to create a foam like whipped cream that wouldn't cause friction, so I put a lot of research into it." At first glance it looks like a solid bar soap, but it's packed with gentle ingredients. Many people with sensitive skin use bar soap, but lathering can sometimes be difficult. Since proper lather is essential to avoid friction, the texture of this product is truly impressive. Especially now, with masks causing friction and inflammation on the lower face, the last thing you want is more friction from your facial wash. So I definitely wanted to highlight this as a low-friction, gently cleansing option. "I had looked through all of Yukos's products and thought she might bring a toner or cleansing item, so I was happy she chose the wash. Also, the foam has this little peak that stands up like stiff whipped cream — that was intentional. The original design had a flat nozzle, but I really wanted that peak, and it cost extra to achieve (lol)." That's where the 'mote' lives — in the details (lol)! The foam really does form stiff peaks like whipped cream, and the cleansing power strikes a perfect balance — not stripping too much, not leaving too much behind. Over-leaving residue can disturb the skin's beneficial bacteria (the 'beauty bacteria') or cause a yellowish tint from excess sebum oxidation. The balance here is truly impressive. "The fermented ingredients are a proprietary complex called 'Kominted.' It combines rice, honey, Saccharomyces, Aspergillus, and… mayonnaise (lol). Sorry — I always stumble on that last one! These five ingredients are fermented together, which reduces the molecular size and improves penetration. The complex moisturizes while also caring for the skin's texture." When people hear 'exfoliation,' they often think of scrubbing, but this works through the power of fermentation to gently refine the skin's texture — perfect for sensitive skin. Definitely give it a try! Now for the second item, please! "This is the Carte HD Heparinoid Moisture Install — now rebranded as Carte HD — an all-in-one gel." An all-in-one! Perfect for days when you're too tired for a full skincare routine, or when you have a breakout or it's that time of the month. The texture is so dewy and smooth. "Exactly — cleanse, apply this, done! The key ingredient is heparinoid, which draws in moisture and locks it in. It has incredible hydrating power. Medical-grade Hirudoid is also prescribed as a moisturizer, which gives you an idea of how effective it is." For sensitive skin, reducing the number of steps and therefore the amount of touching is really important, so an all-in-one is an excellent choice. I actually have a band covering part of my face right now, but I naturally have some redness, and I often use just this on days when I want to keep things simple. For my second product, I decided to go in a different direction — the Rosée Posée Moist Barrier Mist. It contains allantoin, which has anti-inflammatory properties, making it great for calming sensitive, irritated skin. Because it's a mist, you just spritz it on and press gently with your hands — no cotton pad needed, so there's minimal friction and it stays hygienic. It's also rich in moisturizing ingredients and has passed both allergy and acne-causing tests. I'm prone to breakouts, and with masks causing both irritation and friction-related pigmentation in the lower face area, I use this whenever I feel inflammation starting — just a few spritzes to calm things down. It also fits the theme of reducing hand contact with the skin, so I wanted to introduce mist toners as an option for sensitive skin. "I never really thought of mist toners as something I'd use." I also really considered the large spray-bottle toner from Curel. That one contains pseudo-ceramides and can be used on the whole body after a bath — great as a substitute for body lotion. It can also be misted onto the face. So: either go all-in-one for a single step, or choose a mist to reduce friction — both are great approaches for sensitive skin. "I almost brought Hirudoid myself!" I'm so glad we didn't overlap (lol)! And now for the final item! "I've used this so much that the packaging is falling apart… it's the NOV III Ray Barrier UV, SPF40 PA+++." Incredible! What I always say is: don't create friction, don't let skin dry out, and protect from UV rays. This product checks all three boxes — congratulations (lol)! NOV is a trusted brand that I actually recommend to patients in the clinic. It has that reputation as the 'safe and reliable NOV' that many people discovered during their acne-prone teenage years. Sunscreens often leave skin feeling stiff or tight, but because this belongs to the NOV III line — which focuses on moisturization — it doesn't feel stiff at all. It's also lightweight and gentle enough for sensitive skin, which is the most important thing. For my final item, I have the Aruijé Moist Treatment Gel. Aruijé, like NOV and La Roche-Posay, is a brand I frequently recommend in the clinic. This moist gel has a very lightweight texture and contains plant-derived ceramides, which help reinforce the skin's barrier function. It's a great choice for combination to oily skin types in summer. It's a gel, so it doesn't have the heaviness of a cream, but it still delivers solid hydration. For sensitive skin, having too many oil-based products can attract dust and particles that contribute to pore inflammation, so the lightness and absorption of this gel make it ideal.
