みなさんこんにちは。友利新です。今日はこの秋冬もすごくない?というようなシートマスクが発売になっているので、そちらをご紹介したいと思います。 皆さんシートマスク大好きですよね。シートマスクの使い方だったりとか選び方っていうのは別の動画を撮っているのでしっかり見ていただきたいんですけれども、今回は肌タイプ別だったりとか敏感肌とか、そういった肌が揺らいでる時以外であれば毎日使ってもいいんじゃないかなというものをご紹介していきますので、ぜひ最後までご覧ください。 では早速、この秋冬大注目のシートマスク、まず一つ目がこちら、ルルルンのツヤ肌管理マスク 肌荒れプラス皮脂対策というアイテムになります。 ルルルンは化粧水タイプのシートマスクですね。なので毎日使ってもいいですよ、みたいなアイテムで、化粧水をつけるのと同じような感じで使っていただきたいんですが、こちらにはポイントが2つあるんですよ。まず一つがアゼライン酸の誘導体というものが入っているということ、もう一つがマンデル酸というピーリング系のものが入っているというものになります。 まずアゼライン酸の誘導体なんですけれども、アゼライン酸最近流行ってますよね。例えば海外ではニキビ治療とかにもアゼライン酸というものは使ったりするんですね。日本では治療に使う認可が下りてないので私たちは自費で出したりすることがあるんですけれども、植物からできているというところもあってそんなに刺激も少なくて、かつ皮脂を抑制したりとかニキビの赤みを抑えたりとか、特に脂性肌の人にはぴったりなアイテムなんですけれども、実はアゼライン酸というのは油に溶けやすいという性質を持っているんですよ。だから結構アゼライン酸が入っているものってクリームだったり美容液でもちょっと濃厚だったりするんですよね。でもさっきから言ってるようにアゼライン酸ってニキビの治療に使われているとか皮脂を抑制したいというところなので、ベースの基材が油が多いとそれが負担になるというところもあるので、お水にも溶けやすいようにしたのがアゼライン酸の誘導体になります。 こちらに入っているアゼライン酸の誘導体っていうのが、アゼロイルジグリシンというアゼライン酸の誘導体になります。これはアゼライン酸にグリシンというものをくっつけているので、皮脂の抑制だったりとか抗炎症だったりとか、ニキビの抑制みたいなのもあるんですが、もう一つメラニンの生成を抑えるっていうところもあるんですね。なのでニキビ跡みたいな茶色っぽくなったようなものにもアプローチしてくれるんじゃないかなっていうところがあります。 なのでアゼライン酸の誘導体にすることによって、化粧水タイプのシートマスクにしっかり入ることができるんじゃないかなと思うので、そういう意味では肌荒れとか皮脂対策っていうふうに書いてあるので、皮脂・テカリにはお水しっかり化粧水に入れつつ、アゼライン酸とかで皮脂の抑制っていうのは結構嬉しいんじゃないかなというふうに思います。 もう一つがマンデル酸なんですね。このマンデル酸っていうのも皮脂が気になっている方にはすごくぴったりな成分になります。マンデル酸っていうのはマイルドAHAというふうにも呼ばれています。なんでマイルドかっていうと、AHAっていうと例えばサリチル酸とかグリコール酸とかピーリング系のものをパッとイメージする方多いと思うんですが、そういったものに比べて分子量がすごく大きいんですね。どういうことかっていうと、ゆっくりゆっくり浸透していくっていうものになります。なので肌に急に浸透して負担をかけるっていうのではなく、余分な角層を少しずつ薄くしていくというような作用があるので、こういうシートマスクに入っているのはとてもいいんじゃないかなと思いますし、ニキビの抗菌っていうものにもいいので、もちろんこれを使ったらニキビが治るっていうわけではないんですが。 多分これ一番多いのはナイアシンアミドなので、ナイアシンアミド自体も高濃度で入っていると皮脂を抑制するとか、あと肌荒れ防止っていうところもあるので、ナイアシンアミドとアゼライン酸の誘導体、そしてマンデル酸っていうものでより肌荒れっていうものを抑えていって、ツヤ感だったりとかハリ感を出していくっていう、私みたいな乾燥肌で水分入れたいんだけれども余計な油分入れたくないみたいな人にはすごくぴったりなアイテムになっております。 続いてはこちら、ファスザブラック デイリーシートマスクになります。デイリーマスクと書いてあって、どちらかというと美容成分はしっかり入っているんですが、テクスチャーとかは化粧水タイプによっているんじゃないかなと思います。説明書を読んでも普通だったら化粧水を塗ってから使ってくださいみたいにも書いてあるんですが、急いでいる時は化粧水を省いてこれだけでもいいですっていうふうに書いてあるってことは、化粧水タイプになっているんじゃないかなというふうに思います。 もともとファスっていうのは黒米発酵エキスっていうものが入っていて、そのローションをシートマスクにしただけなのかなと思った……それだけって言ったら怒られるんですけど、こちらにはエイジングケアに欠かせないものがすごいギュッと入っているんですよ。それがグルタチオン、そしてビタミンCの誘導体、ナリゲニンっていう成分になります。 ファスは今回何にアプローチしているかっていうと、炎症のもとである活性酸素をどれだけ抑えるかっていうところにフォーカスを置いているんですね。私たちっていうのは生きてるだけで活性酸素が生み出されて、活性酸素っていうのが肌に細かい炎症を起こしているので、どうにかしてこの活性酸素を抑えようというようなことをいろんなスキンケアでやるんですが、活性酸素って一言で言ってもいろんな種類の活性酸素があります。主なものはスーパーオキシドだったりとか、過酸化水素、ヒドロキシラジカル、一重項酸素っていうものがあって、だいたいこの4つを抑えれば活性酸素って抑えられるって言われてるんですが、1つの成分で全部抑えるっていうことは実はなかなか難しくて。この4つの活性酸素を抑えるのが黒米発酵エキスだったりもするんですが、ここに発酵のナリゲニンっていうものを入れて。ナリゲニン自体は元からあるんですけれども、すっごい少量でめちゃくちゃ高いんですよ。でも今回この発酵の技術でナリゲニンっていうものを多く作ることができたので、一緒に入れることで活性酸素を抑えることによって肌の慢性炎症を抑えていこうということができるんですね。究極のエイジングケアができるシートマスクなんじゃないかなというふうに思います。 なので今までのシートマスクよりはもちろん高めなんですが、私ぐらいのお姉さん世代で紫外線すごい当たるとか、ストレス多いっていうような方にはめちゃくちゃいいシートマスクなんじゃないかなというふうに思います。 続いてはこちら、クオリティファーストのダーマレーザー アイシート スーパーVCFです。目の下にスペシャルケアとして貼るシートマスクなんですね。これなんと10%のビタミンCの誘導体が入ってますって書いてあるんですよ。でもよく読んでいくと3種類入ってるんですね。3つ入ってるからかなと思ったんですが、全成分見てると一番上に書いてあるのが、テトラヘキシルデカン酸アスコルビルっていうふうに書いてある脂溶性のビタミンC誘導体がトップに書いてあるんですよ。 これで私はちょっとびっくりしたというか、ピュアビタミンCだったりとかビタミンC誘導体の中でもお値段がすごくするのがこの脂溶性のビタミンC誘導体だったりするんですね。脂溶性のもののほうが他のビタミンCの誘導体に比べて肌に入りやすいというふうに言われています。なので通常のビタミンCの誘導体よりも1.2倍ぐらいしっかり入るんじゃないかというふうにも言われているんですよ。プラスアルファ、脂溶性なので肌の奥までいくし、炎症を抑えるとかコラーゲンとかエラスチン産生というものがすごく高いというふうに言われているので、貼って5分ぐらい置いておくと目元がパーンと明るくなったような感じがするんですよね。 その他にはレチノールだったりとか、あとはナイアシンアミド、グルタチオンだったりとかそういったものもしっかり入っているので、目の周りのくすみ感だったりとか、皮膚が薄くなってハリがなくなったよみたいな時にはめちゃめちゃいいんじゃないかなというふうに思います。原価が心配っていうぐらい高濃度に入っているし、目の場所だけっていうのだとあんまりないので、これも今期めちゃくちゃいいんじゃないかなというふうに思います。 ということで、いかがだったでしょうか。今日はですね、今期発売になったシートマスクで私がこれはすごいと思ったものを3つご紹介しました。それぞれどういう肌質の人かっていうのは違うんですけども、自分はこれが悩んでいるみたいな方は、ぜひ使ってみていただけるといいんじゃないかなと思います。 ということで、今日も最後まで見ていただいてありがとうございます。また次の動画でお会いしましょう。さようなら。

Hello everyone, this is Arata Tomori. Today I'd like to introduce some sheet masks that have been released for this autumn/winter season that I think are really impressive. Everyone loves sheet masks, right? I've made separate videos about how to use sheet masks and how to choose them, so please check those out as well. This time, I'll introduce products categorized by skin type, and ones that I think are fine to use daily except when you have sensitive skin or your skin condition is unstable. Please watch until the end. So, let's get right into it. The first sheet mask that's getting a lot of attention this autumn/winter is Lululun's Glow Skin Care Mask, Rough Skin Plus Sebum Control. Lululun is a lotion-type sheet mask, so it's the kind of item you can use every day, similar to applying toner. This one has two key points: first, it contains an azelaic acid derivative, and second, it contains mandelic acid, a peeling-type ingredient. First, about the azelaic acid derivative — azelaic acid has become quite popular recently. For example, overseas it's used in acne treatments. In Japan, it hasn't been approved for treatment use, so we sometimes prescribe it out-of-pocket. Since it's derived from plants, it's relatively low in irritation, and it suppresses sebum and reduces acne redness, making it a great fit especially for oily skin types. However, azelaic acid actually has a property of being easily soluble in oil. That's why products containing azelaic acid, whether creams or serums, tend to be somewhat rich in texture. But as I mentioned, since azelaic acid is used for acne treatment and sebum control, having a base with a lot of oil can be a burden on the skin. So the azelaic acid derivative was created to be more water-soluble. The azelaic acid derivative used in this product is called Azeloyl Diglycine. This is created by attaching glycine to azelaic acid, giving it sebum-suppressing and anti-inflammatory properties, as well as acne-suppressing effects. It also has the ability to suppress melanin production, so it may help address issues like brown acne scars as well. By turning it into a derivative, azelaic acid can be properly incorporated into a lotion-type sheet mask. That's why it's labeled for rough skin and sebum control — while providing plenty of water-based hydration, the azelaic acid also helps control sebum and shine, which I think is a nice bonus. The other key ingredient is mandelic acid. This is also a great ingredient for those concerned about sebum. Mandelic acid is also called a “mild AHA.” The reason it's considered mild is that, compared to other AHAs like salicylic acid or glycolic acid that people often imagine when they hear “peeling,” it has a much larger molecular size. This means it penetrates the skin slowly and gently. So rather than penetrating suddenly and causing stress to the skin, it gradually thins out excess buildup in the stratum corneum. This makes it a great addition to this type of sheet mask, and it's also good for its antibacterial effect against acne — of course, this doesn't mean it will cure acne on its own. The most abundant ingredient here is probably niacinamide. When included at a high concentration, niacinamide helps suppress sebum and prevent rough skin. So with niacinamide, the azelaic acid derivative, and mandelic acid working together, this mask helps calm rough skin while boosting radiance and firmness. It's a great fit for people like me who have dry skin and want to add moisture without adding excess oil. Next up is the Fasu The Black Daily Sheet Mask. Even though it's labeled as a “daily mask,” it's actually packed with rich beauty ingredients, though the texture leans more toward a lotion type. Even the instructions say to apply toner before using it, but if you're in a hurry, you can skip the toner and just use this alone — which suggests it functions like a toner-type product. Originally, Fasu contained black rice fermented extract, and I initially thought this was simply that lotion turned into a sheet mask — though I shouldn't say “simply,” because it actually contains ingredients essential for anti-aging care, packed in tightly. These are glutathione, a vitamin C derivative, and an ingredient called naringenin. What Fasu is focusing on this time is how much it can suppress reactive oxygen species (ROS), which are the root cause of inflammation. Just by living, our bodies naturally produce reactive oxygen species, and these cause micro-inflammation in the skin. Various skincare approaches try to suppress these in different ways. However, reactive oxygen species come in several types — the main ones being superoxide, hydrogen peroxide, hydroxyl radicals, and singlet oxygen. It's said that if you can suppress these four, you can control reactive oxygen species overall — but it's actually quite difficult to suppress all of them with just one ingredient. Black rice fermented extract is one ingredient known to suppress these four types of ROS, and on top of that, this product adds fermented naringenin. Naringenin itself already exists naturally, but it's usually available only in very small amounts and is extremely expensive. However, thanks to fermentation technology, they were able to produce a larger quantity of naringenin this time. By combining it with the other ingredients, it helps suppress reactive oxygen species and, in turn, calm chronic skin inflammation. I think this could be called the ultimate anti-aging sheet mask. Of course, it's priced higher than typical sheet masks, but I think it's an excellent choice for people around my age group who get a lot of UV exposure or experience high stress levels. Next is Quality First's Derma Laser Eye Sheet Super VCF. This is a special-care sheet mask designed to be applied under the eyes. It states that it contains 10% vitamin C derivative — but reading closely, it actually contains three different types. I first thought maybe that combined total added up to 10%, but looking at the full ingredient list, the very first one listed is Tetrahexyldecyl Ascorbate, a lipid-soluble vitamin C derivative, listed at the very top. This surprised me a bit, because among pure vitamin C and vitamin C derivatives, lipid-soluble vitamin C derivatives tend to be quite expensive. It's said that lipid-soluble types penetrate the skin more easily compared to other vitamin C derivatives — reportedly around 1.2 times more effectively than regular derivatives. Additionally, because it's lipid-soluble, it can reach deeper layers of the skin, and it's known to have strong anti-inflammatory effects as well as boosting collagen and elastin production. After applying it and leaving it on for about 5 minutes, you can really feel your eye area become noticeably brighter. It also contains retinol, niacinamide, and glutathione, so it's great for concerns like dullness around the eyes or thinning skin that has lost firmness. The concentration is so high that it makes you a little worried about the manufacturing cost, and since eye-specific masks like this are rare, I think this is another excellent product for this season.
