みなさんこんにちは、友利新です。今日は2026年上半期ベストコスメプチプラ編になりまーす! あっという間にベストコスメのシーズンになってきました。各美容雑誌さんあたりとかいろんなところで審査員たくさんやっていますけれども、今回はまずプチプラということで、 今年発売になったもの。私の個人的な好みを反映したベストコスメになっています。 まず、はじめに言うのは私は48歳。元皮膚科。今でも気を抜いたらニキビができたりとか、毛穴が気になったり。 でも今一番気になるのはたるみとか、そういう肌質になっています。よかったら最後までご覧ください。 では早速、プチプラベスコス洗顔はこちら! ビオレ ウォッシュ デ エステ ディープクレイ洗顔になります。 すごい話題になったって言ったらもうこれだと思うんですよね。 詳しく解説しているところもあるので、詳しく知りたいという方はそちらをご覧いただければと思うんですが、 角栓崩壊ですよ。ビオレって花王さんなので、顔が持っている角栓を内側から壊していく角栓崩壊という技術。 トロメタミンという成分なんですが、それが入っています。 今までもトロメタミン入ってたんですが、今回何がバージョンアップしたかっていうと、独自のミクロパウダーが入ることによって、 パウダーが中に入って、かき出してくれる。 なので、より角栓が取れやすくなるよっていうのが、今回の角栓崩壊プラスブースト洗浄技術というものになっています。 さらに、角栓とか毛穴の黒ずみとかっていうものに良くなったかなというふうには思っております。 これをご紹介すると、トロメタミンって肌自体を溶かしちゃうんじゃないか、みたいなおっしゃる方もいらっしゃるんですが、 絶妙なバランスで入れているっていうところは、本当に素晴らしいなと思います。 ただ、私の使い方としては、気になるのが顎、眉間なんですよ。 部分的に使っても私はいいんじゃないかなって思うんですが、 ベストコスメを選んでいるこの時期だと、まだ週に1,2回。 ビオレっていうのはお手頃価格で、角栓崩壊だけじゃなくて、ミクロパウダーを入れたっていうのは本当に素晴らしいなと思うので、 一時期、品切れして買えなかったっていうぐらい大人気だっていうところもあるので、洗顔ではこちらかなというふうに思っています。 続いては、クレンジング部分でいこうと思います。 今回は選べなかった。4月ぐらいに今ベストコス選んでたりとかするし、 あとこれからの季節を考えたりとかするので、2つ選ばさせていただきました。 それがこちらです。 1つがファンケルマイルドクレンジングオイルのリニューアルバージョン。 そして、パーフェクトワン フォーカスのスムースクレンジングバームになります。 素晴らしいテクノロジーが入っているなというふうに思います。 ファンケルなんですが、クレンジングオイルが今期リニューアルしたんですよね。 本当に落とせているかっていうところを考えていて、肌に優しいだけどしっかり落ちるっていう感じだったんですよね。 ファンケルさん以外のメーカーさんだと、日焼け止めとかファンデーションとか落ちにくいものがたくさんあると。 でもそれを優しいだけでやっていると落ちない。 じゃあしっかり落とすんだけど、肌荒れを起こさないためにはどうするかって考えた時に、 落ちやすい洗浄剤っていうのは浸透しちゃうんですよね。バリア機能を壊しちゃう。 だから肌に浸透できないけれども、ちゃんと落とせる洗浄剤の組み合わせをしっかりすることによってバリア機能を壊さないっていうところを追求してるんですよ。 一見何も変わらなくないと思うかもしれないんですが、1ヶ月ぐらい使っていると調子は確かにいいなっていうのはわかるんですよね。 だから見えないところを変えてくれていて、使い続けると肌を維持してくれるようなすごく面白いなと思ったので。 例えば撮影の時はしっかりメイクをするので、確かに今までのやつで心配だなと思うところもあったので、 安心して落とせるっていうのでこちらを選びました。 続いてはパーフェクトワンなんですが、これは毛穴ですよ。 私は中学生ぐらいからだから30年以上は毛穴と戦ってはいるんですけれども、ニキビができてからずっと毛穴をどうにかしたいって思ってて。 毛穴の汚れとかはさっきのトロメタミンとかそういったものでもしっかり落とせるんですけど、 詳しいテクノロジーもまた別で解説しているんですけれども、独自の洗浄技術だったりとかオイルの組み合わせで汚れだったり角栓を取るんですけれども、 作らないような成分を入れているっていうところがやっぱり私は素晴らしいなと思います。 正直10代、20代、30代に比べれば少なくなってきたので、そういったところが舞い舞っているのかもしれないですけれども、 毛穴とか角栓は明らかに少なくなったなっていうのは思います。 全然違うんですよ方向性が。もうちょいこっちも落ちるんですよ。角栓もいきたいみたいな感じ。 だから用途を別で使っているっていう感じになるので、2つ入れさせてもらった感じです。 続いては化粧水になります。 イハダ薬用うるおいローションです。 しっとりととってもしっとりなんですね。 私はしっとりを使っていて、ぶっちゃけとってもしっとりは私はまだ使ってない。 なぜかというとしっとりで結構しっとりだから。 私はどちらかというとさっぱりとか普通ぐらいのものがいいんですよね。 でもこのしっとり最初ベタベタするかなと思ってたんですけど、全然そんなことはなく、 イハダの良いところはシンプルなんですよね。 敏感に傾いた時なので、抗炎症の成分がしっかり入っていて、 それが何かっていうとグリチルリチン酸ジカリウムとアラントインになります。 なんで抗炎症が入れなきゃいけないかというと、 炎症が老化だったりすべてのスタートになるんですよね。 私自身は皮脂も多いんですけど乾燥も気になってきたインナードライになってきてるんですよ。 なんでかっていうと水分量を維持する力っていうのが大人になって少なくなってくると、 バリア機能は低下していくんですよ。 バリア機能が低下すると炎症が起こりますよね。 でも皮脂量が下がったとはいえまた皮脂が出ちゃう。 その起点にインナードライになってしまうというところがあるので、 そもそも普段に炎症を起こさせないようにするところが、 インナードライ症状を緩和するっていう意味では大事なことだと思っているので、 特に皮脂が出てきて水分入れにくくなってきたなっていうときにやっぱり炎症を抑えよう。 グリチルリチン酸ジカリウムも炎症を抑える。アラントインもそう。 じゃあなんで2つ入れなきゃいけないかっていうと、 炎症っていうのは1個だけの経路じゃないんですよ。 いくつもの経路があって、別々のところを抑えてくれるんですね。 だから抑える場所が多ければ多いほど炎症をちゃんと抑えてくれる。 あとは専用のワセリンなんですが、皮脂が多い人にはトゥーマッチかなっていう感じなんですけれども、 こちらに関して言うと微細化してあるので、いい意味で保湿をしてくれるっていうところになるので、 もちろん敏感肌の人にも乾燥肌の人にはめちゃくちゃいいし、 大人になってからのインナードライっていう人にはまずは炎症を抑える。 お水も入れてあげるっていうところでは手軽なお値段にもなりますし、 安心しても使えるのでいいなというふうに思っております。 化粧水はやっぱりイハダかなと思っております。 続いて乳液。乳液部分もそうです。イハダになります。 セットで満足感高くて、両方使うととてもいいのかなっていうのと、 保湿力も高いのでクリームとかは別にいらないなって思って、 アイクリームとかぐらいになるので、2ステップだけで全然いいんですよね。 毎日使うかって言われたらあれなんですけども、お守り代わりにはいいなと思うのでイハダにしています。 余談なんですけれども、ちょっと前にうさよしさんと自分の好きな成分の話をしたときに、 30代のうさよしさんとは変わっているところもあって、 抗炎症をメインで考えるっていうところ。 大人になると炎症っていうものがあることによって老化のサインっていうものが出てくるんですよね。 炎症があるからシミもできる。シワもできる。赤みも出る。乾燥もする。 なので、やっぱり炎症を抑えようっていうのは大人になればなるほど大事なんだなと思うので、 そういったものをプチプラでできるのはいいですし、やっぱり抗炎症っていうものが根本のものなんだなっていうのは最近思っております。 続いて、美容液編はこちら。乾燥知らず薬用水分カプセル拭き取りエッセンスです。 正直これが出た時にはこれを好きになるとは思わなかった。乾燥知らずの方が見てたら本当にごめんなさい。 拭き取りってどうしても摩擦とかがあるじゃないですか。 でも塗ってコットンにつけて置いといて取る感じ。 だから拭き取りというよりはローションパック的なイメージの美容液兼拭き取りなのかなと思っていて、 これにもグリチルリチン酸ジカリウムが入っていて炎症を抑えるんですよ。 あと肌を修復しているパンテノールだったりとかすり鉢毛穴を予防してくれるグリシルグリシンだったり、 保水力の元となるアミノ酸とか結構いろんなものが入ってるんですよね。 それでいてプチプラなのでコットンにつけてトナーパッドみたいな感じで、 潤いもあるんだけどベタつきも良くなるっていう。 あとやっぱり拭き取ってるからなのかくすみとかもなくなるので、 毛穴をケアしたいっていうのと水分を入れたい全部を満たしてくれてる感じなので、 こちらもいいなと思ってピックアップさせていただきました。 続いてクリーム編はこちら、アクアレーベルのスペシャルジェルクリームになります。 もともとアクアレーベルっていうのは少し前にリニューアルしたんですけど、 リニューアル前は赤、黄色、水色ってあったんですけど、 それがリニューアルした時に赤が1回なくなって黄色と水色になったんですよ。 また赤が復活してジェルクリームも出たっていう感じなんですけど、 そもそもグリシルグリシンを作ったのはどこかっていうと資生堂なんですよ。 特許が切れたから今いろんなところに入れられるようになったんですね。 でもやっぱりグリシルグリシンを一番知ってるのは資生堂だと私は思ってるんですよ。 資生堂独自のアミノ酸だったりも入っているので、 大人のすり鉢毛穴って炎症が起点になっているので、 それを抑えるっていうグリシルグリシンが入っているので、 大人でたるみだったりすり鉢だったりの毛穴に気になる人っていうのはいいんじゃないかなと思ってピックアップしております。 もう一つあるんですよ。 サナのリンクルタンサーアドバンストになります。 目元とか口元とかなんですが、高純度のナイアシンアミドとトラネキサム酸なんですよね。 ナイアシンアミドは純度がすごく大事で、 高純度のナイアシンアミドって書いているところもすごく私の中でグッと来たし、 トラネキサム酸すごい好きな成分なんですよね。 炎症を抑えながら美白にもつながるので、 特に目の周りとか皮膚が薄いところで色素沈着にもなりやすいし、美白もしたいし、炎症も抑えたいっていうところにはトラネキサム酸すごくいいなと。 ナイアシンアミドも表皮の水分量を上げていくっていう意味では素晴らしい成分なので、 それが2つが入っていて、ナイアシンアミドは高純度っていうのは優秀だなと思っているのでピックアップさせてもらいました。 最後です。シートマスク編はこちらになります。 クオリティファーストのダーマレイヤーアイシートスーパーブラックVCっていうもので、 アイマスクなんですよ。こういう感じのアイケアシートになります。 目の下っていうのは皮膚が薄くなりやすいし、色素沈着も起こしやすいっていうところなので、 眉毛と目の間が狭くなるので、たるむんですよね。あとはへこんでいったり。 なので、瞼と目の下っていうのはケアしなきゃいけないんですけど、それを同時にやってくれるっていう形状もそうですし、 ビタミンCの誘導体が12%も入っているんですよね。 ハリだったりとか、あとはレチノールもレチノール誘導体だし、すごくいいんですよね。 ビタミンCの誘導体の中でもテトラヘキシルデカン酸アスコルビルっていう奥の方まで効いていくビタミンCもしっかり入っているので、 Hello everyone, this is Tomori Ara. Today's video is the "2026 First Half Best Cosmetics - Affordable/Drugstore Edition"! It's amazing how quickly the best cosmetics season has come around again. Many beauty magazines and various outlets are doing lots of judging panels, but this time I'm focusing on affordable products first—items released this year, reflecting my own personal preferences for the best cosmetics. First, let me start by saying I'm 48 years old and a former dermatologist. Even now, if I let my guard down, I can still get pimples or worry about pores. But what concerns me most now is sagging and that kind of skin quality. I hope you'll watch until the end. Right away, here's the affordable best cosmetic facial cleanser: Biore Wash De Esthe Deep Clay Cleanser. If we're talking about what became a huge topic, this is definitely it. There are other channels that explain it in detail, so if you want to know more, please check those out, but this is about "clogged pore collapse." Since Biore is made by Kao, it's a technology that breaks down the clogged pores your skin has from the inside—called "clogged pore collapse." The ingredient is called Trometamol. Trometamol was already included before, but what got upgraded this time is that a unique micro powder was added. The powder gets in and scrapes things out. So it becomes easier to remove clogged pores—that's this new "Clogged Pore Collapse Plus Boost Cleansing Technology." I also feel it's become better for clogged pores and blackhead-darkened pores. When I introduce this, some people say things like "doesn't Trometamol dissolve the skin itself?" but I think it's truly wonderful that it's formulated with such a delicate balance. However, in my own usage, the areas I'm concerned about are my chin and between my eyebrows. I think it's fine to use it just on those areas too. During this best cosmetics selection period, I'm still only using it once or twice a week. Biore is reasonably priced, and I think it's truly wonderful that they added micro powder on top of the clogged pore collapse technology, so much so that at one point it was so popular it sold out and couldn't be bought. So I think this is the one for cleansers. Next, let's move to the cleansing category. This time I couldn't choose just one. Since it's around April when I'm choosing the best cosmetics now, and also considering the coming season, I picked two. Here they are. One is the renewed version of Fancl Mild Cleansing Oil. And the other is Perfect One Focus Smooth Cleansing Balm. I think both have wonderful technology packed in. As for Fancl, the cleansing oil was renewed this season. They really thought about whether it truly removes makeup—wanting something gentle on the skin but that still cleanses thoroughly. With manufacturers other than Fancl, there are many sunscreens and foundations that are hard to remove. But if you only focus on being gentle, it won't come off. So when thinking about how to cleanse thoroughly while not causing skin irritation— cleansing agents that remove things easily tend to penetate the skin, damaging the barrier function. So they pursued a combination of cleansing agents that can properly remove makeup without penetrating the skin, thus not damaging the barrier function. At first glance, you might think nothing has changed, but after using it for about a month, you can tell your skin condition is indeed better. So they're changing things you can't see, and it's interesting how it maintains your skin condition when you keep using it. For example, during photo shoots I wear full makeup, so there were things I was worried about with the previous version, but I chose this one because I can remove makeup with peace of mind. Next is Perfect One—this one is about pores. I've been fighting pores for over 30 years, since junior high school, and ever since I got acne, I've always wanted to do something about my pores. Dirt in pores can be removed thoroughly with things like the Trometamol mentioned earlier, and there's detailed technology explained elsewhere too, but through their unique cleansing technology and combination of oils, it removes dirt and clogged pores, while also containing ingredients that prevent them from forming again—I think that's truly wonderful. Honestly, compared to my teens, 20s, and 30s, things have decreased, so that might be a factor too, but I do feel that pores and clogged pores have clearly decreased. The direction is completely different between the two. This one also removes things a bit more—it's like wanting to tackle clogged pores too. So I'm using them for different purposes, which is why I included both. Next is toner. IHADA Medicated Moisture Lotion. There's a "Moist" version and an "Extra Moist" version. I use the "Moist" one—honestly, I haven't used the "Extra Moist" one yet. That's because "Moist" is already quite moisturizing. I personally prefer something more refreshing or normal. But I thought this "Moist" version might feel sticky at first, but it wasn't like that at all. What's great about IHADA is that it's simple. Since it's for when skin becomes sensitive, anti-inflammatory ingredients are properly included. What are they? Dipotassium Glycyrrhizinate and Allantoin. Why do you need anti-inflammatory ingredients? Because inflammation is the starting point of aging and everything else. I myself have a lot of sebum, but I've also become concerned about dryness—I've developed "inner dry" skin. Why? Because the ability to maintain moisture levels decreases as we get older, which causes barrier function to decline. When barrier function declines, inflammation occurs. But even though sebum decreases, sebum still comes out again. That's the starting point of becoming "inner dry." So, preventing inflammation from occurring in the first place is important for alleviating inner dry symptoms. Especially when sebum starts coming out and it becomes harder to add moisture, you want to suppress inflammation after all. Both Dipotassium Glycyrrhizinate and Allantoin suppress inflammation. So why do you need both? Because inflammation doesn't occur through just one pathway. There are multiple pathways, and each ingredient suppresses different ones. So the more places you can suppress, the more thoroughly inflammation gets controlled. Also, there's dedicated petrolatum—for people with a lot of sebum, this might feel like too much, but in this case, it's been micronized, so it moisturizes in a good way. Of course, it's great for sensitive skin and dry skin, and for people who have developed inner dry skin as adults, first suppress the inflammation. Adding water too, at an accessible price point, and you can use it with peace of mind, so I think it's great. For toner, I think IHADA is the one. Next, emulsion. The emulsion category is also IHADA. Satisfaction is high when used as a set, and using both together seems really good. Since the moisturizing power is also high, I don't think you need a separate cream, maybe just an eye cream, so just these two steps are completely fine. Whether you'd use it every day is another question, but I think it's good to have as a safety net, so I'm choosing IHADA. As a side note, when I was talking with Usayoshi-san a while back about our favorite ingredients, there were some differences compared to Usayoshi-san, who's in her 30s— focusing mainly on anti-inflammatory ingredients. As you become an adult, the presence of inflammation brings out signs of aging. Inflammation causes spots to form, wrinkles to form, redness to appear, and dryness to occur. So I think suppressing inflammation becomes more important the older you get, and it's great that you can do this with affordable products—I've been thinking recently that anti-inflammatory care really is the fundamental thing. Next, the serum category: Kansou Shirazu Medicated Moisture Capsule Wiping Essence. Honestly, when this came out, I didn't expect to like it this much. If fans of Kansou Shirazu are watching, I'm truly sorry. With wiping-type products, there's always the concern of friction, right? But this one you apply, put on a cotton pad, let it sit, and then wipe off. So it's less like wiping and more like a lotion pack-type serum-and-wipe combo, I think. This one also contains Dipotassium Glycyrrhizinate, which suppresses inflammation. Also Panthenol, which repairs the skin, and Glycyl Glycine, which prevents crater-like pores, and amino acids that are the source of water-retention capacity—quite a lot of things are packed in. And despite being affordable, you apply it to a cotton pad like a toner pad, and it moisturizes while also improving stickiness. Also, perhaps because you're wiping, dullness disappears too, so it satisfies both wanting to care for pores and wanting to add moisture, all in one— that's why I picked this one too. Next, the cream category: Aqua Label Special Gel Cream. Originally, Aqua Label was renewed a while back. Before the renewal, there were red, yellow, and light blue versions, and when it was renewed, the red one disappeared once, leaving yellow and light blue. Now the red one has come back, and a gel cream version was released too. So where was Glycyl Glycine originally developed? It was Shiseido. Since the patent expired, now it can be included in many different products. But I still think Shiseido knows Glycyl Glycine best. Since it contains Shiseido's own unique amino acids, and since adult crater-like pores are triggered by inflammation, Glycyl Glycine, which suppresses that, is included, so I think this is great for adults concerned about sagging or crater-like pores. There's one more. Sana's Wrinkle Tensor Advanced. For areas like around the eyes and mouth, it contains high-purity Niacinamide and Tranexamic Acid. Purity is really important for Niacinamide, and seeing "high-purity Niacinamide" written really appealed to me, and Tranexamic Acid is an ingredient I really love. It suppresses inflammation while also contributing to whitening, so especially in areas like around the eyes where the skin is thin and prone to pigmentation, wanting both whitening and inflammation suppression makes Tranexamic Acid really great. Niacinamide is also a wonderful ingredient for raising the moisture level of the epidermis, so with both of these included, and Niacinamide being high-purity, I think it's excellent—that's why I picked it. Lastly, the sheet mask category. Quality First's Derma Layer Eye Sheet Super Black VC. It's an eye mask—this kind of eye care sheet. Since the skin under the eyes tends to become thin and prone to pigmentation, and the space between the eyebrows and eyes narrows, causing sagging, and also hollowing out, both the eyelid and under-eye area need care, and this handles both simultaneously with its shape. 12% Vitamin C derivative is included, which is amazing. For firmness, plus it also contains Retinol derivative, which is really great. Among Vitamin C derivatives, it contains Tetrahexyldecyl Ascorbate, which works deep into the skin, so it's solidly included. In the sense of not being told "wow, those dark circles are intense," I really love this. If I had to pick just one, this would be it. Alright, so how was it? That wraps up the 2026 First Half Best Cosmetics - Affordable Edition. Affordable products really had a bumper crop this time, I think. I really think Japanese affordable cosmetics are amazing.
