I think the Mild Medicated Acne Foaming Face Wash is also a hidden gem. The fact that it comes out as foam is really great too. For people with acne, if they use scrubs and end up popping their pimples, it can leave marks afterward, so I want them to wash gently with foam. However, foam products specifically for acne seem like they should exist but actually don't come around that often. Also, it contains glycyrrhizic acid properly, so it has anti-inflammatory effects too, and honestly, this one tends to be on the more refreshing/cleansing side. So the base cleansing ingredients are probably formulated to thoroughly remove sebum, which means I wouldn't really recommend it for people with dry skin. But it clearly says right here "Medicated Acne Face Wash," so it's properly targeted at people with acne, and the fact that it's a foam too is wonderful.
