皮膚科医が注目成分で選んだデパコスシートマスク

皆さんこんにちは、内科皮膚科医の友利新です。 今日は皆さんの大好きなシートマスク、それもデパコス編になります。 プチプラでもシートマスク、いいものたくさんあるんですが、デパコスといえば、メーカーさんが研究した注目成分ですよね。その、いわゆる秘伝のタレがたっぷり入ったシートマスクがたくさん出ています。その中から私がこれはと思う成分で選んだものを3つご紹介しようと思います。 では早速、1つ目はこちら。エストザローションマスクになります。このエストザローションマスク、皆さんもしかしたら化粧水で知っている方がいらっしゃるかもしれないです。この化粧水、エストのすごいベストセラーな化粧水があるんですが、それを約1枚で30回分入れたものがこのローションマスクになります。 何がすごいかというと、これはズバリ保水ですね。保湿がめちゃくちゃ素晴らしい一品になります。その成分といえば、これはエクトインと呼ばれる成分が入っています。このエクトインというのは砂漠でも生きていける微生物から取られる抽出液になって、水分を抱え込むことがすごくいい成分になるんですね。なので、乾いたところでも水分を引き寄せてくれるということになる成分になります。 これがこのエストザローションマスクには入っているのと、そしてもう1つ、このエストの秘伝のタレは、ATPスパイラルと呼ばれる成分になります。このATPスパイラルというのは、ヒバマタエキス、あとは月下香バイオエキス、あとはグリセリンで構成されているんですね。特にこのエスト、ここはこの月下香のエキス、チューベロースというんですけれども、このバイオがすごく研究が盛んです。このチューベロース、月下香をしっかり研究して、そこから保湿成分を見出しているんですよ。どういう成分かというと、これは細胞の中のエネルギー産生を高めてくれる。それによって、肌のバリア機能を高めてくれるというような成分になります。 保湿力がすごく高いエクトインと、秘伝のタレであるATPスパイラル。これが両方しっかり合わさることで、お水もしっかり吸い込んで、その上でバリア機能をしっかりと回復させていくという効果が期待できる。どちらかというと、乾燥肌、そして敏感肌の方には効果が期待できるシートマスクなんじゃないかなと思って選んでみました。 そして続いてはこちら。ポーラ ホワイトショットQXSシートマスクになります。ちょっと小さいからどうかなと思うかもしれないので、ちょっと開けてみましょうかね。実はさっきのESTとは前眼なんですが、このポーラのホワイトショットQXSっていうのは、この部分、頬の高い部分につけるシートマスクになります。そういうとホワイトショットだし、ここだし、なんとなくわかる方いらっしゃると思うんですが、これは美白のマスクになります。 今回このシートマスクを研究開発する中で見つけたのが、実はシミになるメラニンっていうものは、すごい大きな塊になることでメラニン色素がわかるようになって、それがシミとしてすぐにわかる。日焼けしてすぐ黒くなったっていうのは、メラニンができるわけじゃなくて、そのメラニンがメラのコアと呼ばれる大きな塊になるということを発見したんです。 今回このポーラさん、どんなことに研究の着目をしたかというと、日差しを浴びてすぐ黒くなるんですっていうような方向けに、なんですぐに色が黒くなったり、色ムラができるんだろうということを研究開発していたときに、紫外線だとか、あとは加齢もそうですけど、ストレスですね。そういったものが加わると、メラノサイトと呼ばれるメラニン色素を出す細胞が、実は巨大化していくということを今回の研究で見つけたんです。 この巨大化したメラノサイトっていうのは、通常1つだけあるときよりも、高さがすごく3倍ぐらいも高くなってくるので、近くのメラノサイトも呼び込む作用もあるらしくて、そうするとメラノサイトがいわゆる塊みたいになるんですね。そこでメラニン色素をたくさん作ってしまうので、日差しが当たったときに表面的に、なんとなく黒くなったという原因だということを、このポーラさんは今回発見したんです。 ただ、その巨大なメラノサイトができるのを抑えるものっていうのが、体の中にも備わっていることも見つけたんです。それがDEC1遺伝子と呼ばれるものになります。このDEC1遺伝子が活性化していると、このメラノサイトが集まることもさせないようにしますし、メラノサイトが巨大化することを抑えてくれているらしいんですね。なんですが残念なのが、このDEC1っていうのは紫外線が当たったりとか、老化によってどんどん下がっていくと。なので、今回このDEC1遺伝子を活性化させる秘伝のタレを見つけて、それを入れたのがこのシートマスクになるんです。 その秘伝のタレがMセパレーターと呼ばれるポーラ独自の成分になります。このMセパレーターという秘伝のタレですね。先ほどお話ししたメラノサイトが大きくなることを予防するだけではなくて、その大きくなったものも解体してくれる効果が期待できる成分になるんです。なので、紫外線が当たってもメラノサイトが集まってくることもしないでっていうし、なってしまったらそれを分解して黒くさせないようにするっていう効果が期待できるというわけなんです。 そこにプラス、トラネキサム酸とグリチルリチン酸、これどちらもですね紫外線が当たったときに炎症を抑えてくれるものになりますよね。秘伝のタレのMセパレーター、そしてトラネキサム酸、グリチルリチン酸、この3つの効果で速攻美白ということを謳っているぐらいなので、黒くなったものを素早く美白させる効果が期待できますよっていうようなシートマスクになるんです。なのでできれば今日紫外線当たってしまったなって思う方はすぐにこれをやっていただくといいんじゃないかなと思います。 乾燥、美白ときたら次はそう、シワに効果が期待できるシートマスクになります。それがこちらです。コスメデコルテ iPショットアドバンストマスク（シワ改善マスク）になります。実はシワ改善のクリームだとかはいろいろ出てると思うんですけれども、デパコスでシワに改善しますよっていうシートマスク、多分私が知ってる中ではコスメデコルテが初だと思います。なのでかなり注目してるんですね。 この注目成分の1つがナイアシンアミドと呼ばれるものになります。これ最近よくシワ改善で皆さん聞いたことあると思うんですけれども、ニコチン酸アミドとも呼ばれるビタミンB群の一種になります。表皮の細胞に働きかけて、その表皮の細胞のセラミド産生を促進させる効果が認められていて、それによってシワ改善ということが分かっているんですね。それだけではなくて、実はナイアシンアミドって美白効果も認められているので、ナイアシンアミドって1粒で2つ美味しいじゃないですけれども、1つ入っていると美白にもそしてシミにも効果が期待できる成分なんです。 そしてこのコスメデコルテ iPショットアドバンストマスクの秘伝のタレがですね、ちょっと語りが長いんですけれども、iPソリューションADという独自の複合体になります。これは肌のミトコンドリアという器官に効果を発揮していく可能性がある成分です。ミトコンドリアという器官は何をしている器官かというと、実は細胞のエネルギーを作る源と呼ばれているんです。なのでミトコンドリアがしっかりと働いていると肌全体にエネルギーがしっかり行き渡るわけですから、肌のターンオーバーもそうですし、例えばメラノサイトからメラニン色素が出てもそのターンオーバーが良いとシミにもなりにくい。そしてあとは先ほど言ったコラーゲンとかエラスチンとかの産生の促進にもなるというふうに言われています。ですから肌の細胞のエネルギーが高いということは、シミとかシワとかそういったものも改善しやすい効果が期待できるんですよ。 なのでこのミトコンドリアの活性を促す可能性があるiPソリューションADというものをコスメデコルテさんが独自で開発してこのシートマスクに入れているんです。このシートマスクも実は前眼ではなくて、ちょうどシワとシミが気になる場所に貼るようなシートマスクになります。実はシワ改善マスクだけ書いてありますが、成分的に見ると美白にも効果が期待できるんじゃないかなと思っています。 まとめると乾燥が気になっている方はこのエストザローションマスク。そして日焼けして黒くなっちゃった、そこを美白したいという人はこのホワイトショットQXS。そしてシワも美白もどっちもやりたいという方はこのコスメデコルテiPショットアドバンストマスクを試してみるといいかなと思います。 いかがでしたか？やっぱりデパコスってその独自の成分がギュッと詰まっていますよね。なので同じ乾燥でも美白でもシワでもその独自の成分がギュッと詰まっているものを使うということは効果が期待できますしやっぱり使用感も違いますので、よかったらデパコスのシートマスクもチェックしてみてください。 このチャンネルではこのように皆さんに美容や健康について分かりやすくお話ししていますので、よかったらチャンネル登録お願いします。ではまた次の動画でお会いしましょう。さようなら。 Please subscribe to my channel.

Hello everyone, I'm Arata Tomori, an internal medicine and dermatologist doctor. Today I'll be talking about everyone's favorite sheet masks, specifically the department store cosmetics (depacos) edition. There are many great sheet masks among affordable brands too, but when it comes to depacos, they feature notable ingredients that manufacturers have researched. Many sheet masks are packed with what I call "secret sauce" ingredients. Today I'll introduce three that I selected based on ingredients I find particularly noteworthy. Let's start with the first one: the EST The Lotion Mask. Some of you might know EST from their lotion. EST has an incredibly bestselling lotion, and this lotion mask contains about 30 applications worth packed into a single sheet. What's amazing about it is definitely its water-retention capability. The moisturizing effect is outstanding. One key ingredient is called Ectoin. Ectoin is an extract derived from microorganisms that can survive even in deserts, and it's excellent at holding onto moisture. So it's an ingredient that draws in moisture even in dry areas. This is one component in the EST The Lotion Mask. Another "secret sauce" from EST is called ATP Spiral. This ATP Spiral consists of Bladderwrack (Fucus vesiculosus) extract, Tuberose bio extract, and glycerin. EST has done extensive research particularly on this tuberose extract, known as "Gekkakou" in Japanese. They've thoroughly researched tuberose and discovered moisturizing ingredients from it. What kind of ingredient is it? It boosts energy production within cells, which in turn enhances the skin's barrier function. By combining highly moisturizing Ectoin with the secret sauce ATP Spiral, you get an effect where water is absorbed deeply while barrier function is restored. I chose this one particularly for those with dry or sensitive skin who might expect good results. Next up is the POLA White Shot QXS Sheet Mask. It might seem small, so let's open it up. Unlike the EST mask mentioned earlier, this POLA White Shot QXS is a sheet mask applied to this specific area - the high points of the cheeks. Given the name "White Shot" and its placement, you might guess this is a whitening mask. During the research and development of this sheet mask, they discovered that melanin, which causes spots, becomes visible as dark spots when it forms large clusters. Getting tan quickly after sun exposure isn't about new melanin being created, but about existing melanin forming these large clusters called "melanocores." What POLA focused their research on was why some people tan or develop uneven skin tone very quickly after sun exposure. They discovered that factors like UV rays, aging, and stress cause melanocytes - the cells that produce melanin pigment - to actually become enlarged. These enlarged melanocytes become about three times taller than normal single melanocytes, and they seem to have the ability to draw in nearby melanocytes as well, creating clusters of melanocytes. This results in excessive melanin production, which POLA discovered is the cause of that superficial darkening that occurs with sun exposure. However, they also found that the body has a mechanism to suppress the formation of these enlarged melanocytes - a gene called DEC1. When DEC1 gene is activated, it prevents melanocytes from clustering together and suppresses their enlargement. Unfortunately, DEC1 activity decreases due to UV exposure and aging. So this time, they found a secret sauce ingredient that activates the DEC1 gene, and that's what's included in this sheet mask. That secret sauce is POLA's proprietary ingredient called M-Separator. This M-Separator ingredient not only prevents melanocytes from enlarging as mentioned earlier, but is also expected to help break down melanocytes that have already enlarged. So even if UV exposure causes melanocytes to start clustering, this ingredient prevents that, and even breaks down clusters that have already formed to prevent darkening. Additionally, it contains Tranexamic Acid and Glycyrrhizinic Acid, both of which suppress inflammation caused by UV exposure. With these three components - the M-Separator secret sauce, Tranexamic Acid, and Glycyrrhizinic Acid - they claim rapid whitening effects, expecting to quickly brighten darkened skin. So if you feel like you got too much sun today, I'd recommend using this right away. After dryness and whitening, next is a sheet mask expected to be effective for wrinkles. This is the Cosme Decorte iP Shot Advanced Mask (Wrinkle Improvement Mask). While there are various wrinkle-improving creams out there, I believe this is the first depacos sheet mask specifically claiming wrinkle improvement that I know of. That's why I'm paying close attention to it. One of its notable ingredients is called Niacinamide. You've probably heard about this recently in connection with wrinkle improvement - it's also known as Nicotinamide, a type of vitamin B. It's recognized for promoting ceramide production in epidermal cells, which leads to wrinkle improvement. But that's not all - Niacinamide is also recognized for its whitening effects, so it's like getting two benefits from one ingredient: whitening and reducing dark spots. The secret sauce in this Cosme Decorte iP Shot Advanced Mask, though it has a rather long name, is a proprietary complex called iP Solution AD. This ingredient may have effects on mitochondria, an organelle within skin cells. Mitochondria are known as the powerhouse that generates cellular energy. So when mitochondria are functioning properly, energy is delivered throughout the skin, supporting turnover. For instance, even when melanocytes produce melanin, good turnover means less likelihood of spots forming. It's also said to promote production of collagen and elastin as mentioned earlier. Therefore, high cellular energy in the skin is expected to help improve both spots and wrinkles. That's why Cosme Decorte developed this proprietary iP Solution AD, which may promote mitochondrial activity, and incorporated it into this sheet mask. This mask, too, isn't a full-face mask but is designed to be applied to areas where wrinkles and spots are concerning. While it's labeled only as a wrinkle-improvement mask, based on its ingredients, I think it may also be effective for whitening. To summarize: if you're concerned about dryness, try the EST The Lotion Mask. If you want to whiten skin that's become tanned from sun exposure, try the White Shot QXS.
