皆さんこんにちは、トモニアラタです。今日はドラッグストアで買えるクレンジングバームを3つご紹介したいと思いますので、最後までご覧ください。 ここ2、3年くらいでブームになっていますよね。肌にのせた時にトロッと溶ける感じ、しっかりとろけるんだけれどもメイクをしっかり落とすということで、最近はドラッグストアでもいろいろなメーカーさんから出ています。私もいろいろ探してみたら「こんなブランドさんからも出ているんだ」というのが結構ありました。 そもそもクレンジングバームとは何かというと、ぶっちゃけて言うと成分的にはオイルクレンジングとほぼ同じです。固形の油と液体の油があるように、クレンジングオイルでも同じような感じで、ポリエチレンのような特殊な成分を入れて、液体のさらっとしたオイルクレンジングを少し固めているという感じなんですね。それが肌にのせた時にトロッと溶けてクレンジングオイルのようになっていくというのが、クレンジングバームの基本的な仕組みです。なので成分を見てみると、結構クレンジングオイルと似た感じになっています。オイル系の成分プラス界面活性剤という組み合わせですね。 今日は3つご紹介しますが、それぞれ特色があります。さっき言ったベースのオイルプラス界面活性剤に、プラスアルファの成分が入っていたり、こういうタイプの肌の方に使ってもらいたいというようなポイントがあるので、それぞれの特徴別に見ていただければと思います。 【1】クレージュ クレンジングバーム モイスト 中は実は真っ黒になっています。硬いのかなと思いきや、スルッと溶ける感じで、肌にのせると本当にトローッととろけていくようなテクスチャーです。 こちらはトリエチルヘキサノインやパルミチン酸エチルヘキシルといったエステル系の油がメインになっています。そこにトリイソステアリン酸PEG-20といった非イオン系の界面活性剤が入っている、よくあるタイプのクレンジングオイルです。エステル系の油は安定性が高く、肌への刺激もあまりありませんが、超乾燥肌や超敏感肌の方にはやや不向きかもしれません。どちらかというと中間タイプの肌の方向けのオイル・界面活性剤かなと思います。 こちらにはヒト型セラミドが3種類入っています。もちろん洗い流してしまいますが、保湿成分もしっかり配合されているということですね。プラスアルファ面白いのが「ヒアルロン酸ヒドロキシプロピルトリモニウム」という成分で、別名「吸着型ヒアルロン酸」と呼ばれています。これはキユーピーさんが開発した成分で、洗い流した後もお肌にヒアルロン酸が残るような設計になっています。セラミドはもしかしたら流れ落ちてしまう可能性が高いのですが、このヒアルロン酸は多少お肌に残っていて、洗い上がりはすっきりしつつもしっとり感が残るタイプかなと思います。 さらに、開けた時に黒っぽかったのは炭の成分です。「炭」と表記もされています。プラスベントナイトというクレイ（泥）成分も入っていて、これらは皮脂を吸着してくれる効果が期待できます。すごく乾燥肌の方には向かないかもしれませんが、乾燥も気になるけど皮脂・テカリも気になるという方には、お肌にしっとり感を与えつつ、クレイ成分や炭成分で汚れも吸着してくれる、お得な一品かなと思いました。 【2】ロゼット 夢見るバーム 赤泥 リンクル モイスチャー 「赤泥」と書いてあるだけあって、中身も赤いです。さっきのものよりは少し硬めかなという印象です。ただ、肌にのせた時のとろける感じは同じような感じで、少しテクスチャーが硬めかなと思います。 こちらのクレンジングバームはすごいなと思いました。入っている油分は「トウモロコシ胚芽油」が一番最初に入っているんですが、これはどこかで聞いたことがありますよね。シュウ ウエムラさんなどのクレンジングオイルでも主成分として使われているのがこのトウモロコシ胚芽油なんです。エステル系のものに比べて皮脂を取り去る作用がそこまで強くない、言い換えれば肌に優しいタイプで、高級なクレンジングオイルによく使われる成分が主成分になっています。その次にパルミチン酸エチルヘキシルというエステル系の油も入っていますが、一番最初にトウモロコシ胚芽油という少しお高めの成分が入っているのはすごく面白いなと思いました。 実はこちらにも先ほどの泥成分「カオリン」が入っているのですが、さっきのは炭が入っていたから黒かったですよね。これがなぜ赤いのかというと、皆さん赤で思い浮かべる化粧品って何ですか？例えばアスタリフトなども赤いですが、アスタキサンチンが入っているものは赤いですよね。実はこちらにもそれが入っていて、「デマトコッカス・ブルービアリス油」というものが配合されています。これがアスタキサンチンを含む油のようです。アスタキサンチンは抗酸化作用が強いので、もちろんこのクレンジングバーム自体の酸化を抑えるという役割もあると思いますが、皮脂・テカリが気になる人は肌が酸化していることもあるので、そういう意味でもすごくいい成分が入っているなと思います。 こちらにもヒアルロン酸やセラミドが入っています。これも先ほど説明した吸着型のヒアルロン酸が入っているので、洗い流した後も結構しっとりするのかなと思います。あとはプロテアーゼも配合されていて、角栓は皮脂とタンパク質がくっついてできるので、酵素洗顔などによく使われるプロテアーゼが入っているんですね。配合されている油自体も肌の皮脂に近い植物性のもので、プラスアルファこういったプロテアーゼも入っているので、角栓が気になる方にもいいのかなと思います。それでいて取りすぎているわけでもなく、吸着型のヒアルロン酸も入っているので、より肌に優しくなっていて、しっかりと角栓も落としつつ、しっかり保湿もしてくれる、すごく高級な香りがするクレンジングバームだと思います。 もう一つすごいなと思ったのが、パッケージに「乾燥小じわを目立たなくする」と書いてある点です。シワには乾燥小じわと、ほうれい線や目元のくっきりしたシワがありますが、シワ改善となるとレチノールやニールワンやナイアシンアミドといった成分が関わってきます。一方、「乾燥小じわを目立たなくする」というのはメーカーが独自に試験を提出して、それがクリアできれば表示できるものなんですね。これは美容液やクリームなど、塗るタイプの製品に多いんです。でもこれは洗い流すタイプ、しかもクレンジングバーム。クレンジングバームは先ほども言ったようにクレンジングオイルとほとんど同じ成分なのに、この「乾燥小じわを目立たなくする」という試験をきちんとクリアしているというのは、他にあったかなというくらいすごいことだと思います。角栓も気になるけれど、より乾燥が気になる方は、ぜひこちらを試してみてもいいかなと思いました。 【3】ソフティモ クリアプロ クレンジングバーム こちらは中身が真っ白です。一番トロッとクリームのようなテクスチャーかなと思います。 こちらの成分はベースがミネラルオイルです。これもエステル系と同じように、肌に特に刺激のない安定したオイルです。次にエチルヘキサン酸セチルという、クリームにも配合されるようなエモリエント系の成分も入っています。ベースはミネラルオイルプラスエステル系の油がしっかり入っている構成で、そこに非イオン系の界面活性剤が配合されています。ですので、どちらかというとこれは超敏感肌向けというより、脂性肌まではいかないけれど普通肌の方向けかなと思います。 こちらにはなんと、パルミチン酸アスコルビルという油溶性のビタミンCが配合されています。基本的にはビタミンCの抗酸化作用によって油の酸化を防ぐ成分として入っているのだと思いますが、美白やコラーゲンアップの可能性も秘めているので、酸化防止という位置づけではありますが、成分的にはきちんと美白などにも効いていくのではないかと思います。 ただ、他の2つと違って何か保湿成分がしっかり入っているというよりは、ホホバ油やブドウ油脂、マカデミアンナッツ油脂など、植物性の油で保湿感を出しているという感じなので、先ほどの2つに比べるとどちらかというとさっぱり系かなと思います。ビタミンCには抗酸化作用もあるので、どちらかというと先ほどの2つより皮脂・テカリが気になる方向けかなという感じがします。 【まとめ】 まとめると、皮脂吸着成分である泥成分が入っているのが最初の2つですね。赤いか黒いかの違いはありますが、より乾燥が気になる方は「夢見るバーム」の方、中間くらいかなという方は「クレージュ クレンジングバーム」がいいかなと思います。こちらは混合肌や乾燥肌寄りの人でも全然大丈夫です。特に「夢見るバーム」は乾燥小じわを目立たなくするという試験にも合格しています。 最後にご紹介した「ソフティモ」の方はビタミンCが入っていて、あとはすっきりするような成分が多めかなと思うので、乾燥肌というよりは脂性肌プラス混合肌の方に向いているのかなと思います。 クレンジングバームはいろいろなブランドさんから出していて、高価格帯のものからこういったドラッグストアで買えるものまで幅広くあるので、皆さん自分に合ったものを探していただければと思います。 最初にも言いましたが、クレンジングバームはクレンジングオイルと成分的に似ています。なので肌にのせた時にトロッとした瞬間にメイクとなじみますので、しっかりメイクの時などはぜひクレンジングオイルと同じようにバームを使っていただければと思います。 いかがでしたか？このチャンネルでは、このように美容や健康について皆さんに分かりやすくお話ししていますので、よかったらチャンネル登録お願いします。そしてたくさんのコメント、いつもありがとうございます。皆さんのコメントは全部読んで、いいねを押すようにしているのですが、その中で「これを取り上げてほしい」というものを動画のネタにしていますので、皆さん、こういうものを解析してほしい、こういうことをもっと詳しく教えてほしいというものがあれば、ぜひコメントに書いてください。 ではまた次の動画でお会いしましょう。さようなら。

Cleansing balms have been trending for the past two to three years, right? When you apply them to your skin, they melt into a rich, silky texture, and even though they're solid at first, they melt down and remove makeup effectively. Recently, many manufacturers have started releasing them even at drugstores. When I researched various options, I found quite a few brands I didn't expect to carry them. So what exactly is a cleansing balm? Honestly, in terms of ingredients, it's almost identical to oil cleanser. Just as there's solid oil and liquid oil, cleansing balms use special ingredients like polyethylene to solidify what would otherwise be a light, liquid cleansing oil. When applied to the skin, it melts into what's essentially cleansing oil—that's the basic mechanism behind cleansing balms. So if you look at the ingredients, they're quite similar to cleansing oil: oil-based ingredients plus surfactants. Today I'll introduce three products, each with its own characteristics. Beyond that base combination of oil and surfactant, some have additional ingredients, and some are recommended for specific skin types. So please look at each one's unique features. 【1】Curège Cleansing Balm Moist Inside, it's actually completely black. I thought it might be hard, but it melts smoothly, and when applied to the skin, it really has a melting, silky texture. The main ingredients are ester-based oils like triethylhexanoin and ethylhexyl palmitate. It also contains nonionic surfactants like PEG-20 triisostearate—a fairly common combination for cleansing oils. Ester-based oils are highly stable and generally don't irritate the skin, but they might not be ideal for those with extremely dry or extremely sensitive skin. I'd say this oil and surfactant combination is best suited for those with more "average" skin types. This product contains three types of human-identical ceramides. Of course, these get washed away, but it shows that moisturizing ingredients are properly included. What's also interesting is an ingredient called "Hydroxypropyltrimonium Hyaluronic Acid," also known as "adsorptive hyaluronic acid." This was developed by Kewpie Corporation, and it's designed to remain on the skin even after rinsing. While the ceramides likely get washed away, this hyaluronic acid tends to stay on the skin somewhat, giving a clean finish while still leaving some moisture behind. Additionally, the black color you saw when opening it comes from charcoal—it's actually listed as "charcoal" in the ingredients. It also contains bentonite, a clay ingredient. Both of these are expected to absorb excess sebum. While this might not be ideal for those with very dry skin, for those concerned about both dryness and oiliness/shine, this could be a great option—providing moisture to the skin while also absorbing dirt and oil through the clay and charcoal ingredients. 【2】Rosette Yumemiru Balm Red Clay Wrinkle Moisture As the name suggests with "red clay," the contents are indeed red. It seems slightly firmer than the previous product. However, the melting sensation when applied to skin is similar, though the texture feels a bit firmer. I was really impressed by this cleansing balm. The first oil ingredient listed is corn germ oil, which you might recognize—it's the same main ingredient used in premium cleansing oils like those from Shu Uemura. Compared to ester-based oils, this doesn't remove sebum as aggressively, meaning it's gentler on the skin—a hallmark ingredient of high-end cleansing oils. Next comes ethylhexyl palmitate, an ester-based oil, but the fact that the premium corn germ oil is listed first is quite fascinating. This product also contains kaolin, the same clay ingredient mentioned earlier. But why is this one red instead of black like the charcoal-based one? Think about what cosmetics you associate with the color red—products like Astalift, for example, are red because they contain astaxanthin. Indeed, this product contains Haematococcus Pluvialis Oil, which is rich in astaxanthin. Astaxanthin has strong antioxidant properties, so it likely helps prevent the oil in this balm from oxidizing. But for those concerned about sebum and shine, their skin may also be experiencing oxidative stress, so this is a great ingredient to have for that reason too. This product also contains hyaluronic acid and ceramides. Since it includes the same adsorptive hyaluronic acid mentioned earlier, it likely leaves skin feeling fairly moisturized even after rinsing. It also contains protease—since blackheads/pore congestion form when sebum and protein combine, protease (commonly found in enzyme washes) helps break this down. The oils used are plant-based and similar to natural skin sebum, and combined with protease, this could be great for those concerned about clogged pores. At the same time, it's not overly stripping since it contains the adsorptive hyaluronic acid, making it gentler on skin while still effectively cleaning pores and providing solid moisture—overall, a luxurious-smelling cleansing balm. Another impressive thing about this product is the label claim "reduces the appearance of dry fine lines." Wrinkles can be categorized as dry-type fine lines versus deeper wrinkles like nasolabial folds or under-eye wrinkles. For actual wrinkle improvement, ingredients like retinol, Nir-One, or niacinamide are typically involved. However, "reducing the appearance of dry fine lines" is a claim that manufacturers must submit test data for and get approved—this is usually seen in leave-on products like serums or creams. But this is a rinse-off product—specifically a cleansing balm! As mentioned earlier, cleansing balms share nearly identical ingredients with cleansing oils, so having this kind of clinical approval for reducing fine lines is quite remarkable—I can't think of many other products like it. If you're concerned about both clogged pores and dryness, I'd definitely recommend giving this one a try. 【3】Softymo Clear Pro Cleansing Balm This one is pure white inside, with the creamiest, most melting texture of the three. The base ingredient here is mineral oil, which, like ester-based oils, is a stable oil that doesn't typically irritate the skin. Next is cetyl ethylhexanoate, an emollient-type ingredient also commonly found in creams. So the base combines mineral oil with a solid amount of ester-based oil, plus nonionic surfactants. This suggests it's better suited for those with normal skin—not necessarily very sensitive skin, but also not quite oily skin. Remarkably, this product contains ascorbyl palmitate, an oil-soluble form of vitamin C. This is likely included primarily as an antioxidant to prevent the oil from oxidizing, but given vitamin C's potential for brightening and boosting collagen, even though it's technically listed for antioxidant purposes, it could very well provide brightening benefits too. However, unlike the other two products, this one doesn't have as many dedicated moisturizing ingredients—instead, it relies on plant-based oils like jojoba oil, grape seed oil, and macadamia nut oil for a moisturizing effect. So compared to the other two, this one feels more refreshing/lightweight. Combined with vitamin C's antioxidant properties, I'd say this one is better suited for those concerned about sebum and shine compared to the other two. 【Summary】 To summarize: the first two both contain clay ingredients that absorb sebum—the difference being red versus black. If you're more concerned about dryness, go with the "Yumemiru Balm." If you're somewhere in between, the "Curège Cleansing Balm" would be a good choice—this one works well even for combination or drier skin types. The "Yumemiru Balm" in particular has passed clinical testing for reducing the appearance of dry fine lines. The last one, "Softymo," contains vitamin C and has more refreshing ingredients overall, making it better suited for those with oily to combination skin rather than dry skin. Cleansing balms come from many different brands, ranging from high-end products to more affordable drugstore options like these, so I hope you'll find one that suits you best.
