皮膚科医がプチプラ洗顔料とデパコス洗顔料の違いを解説します。

皆さんこんにちは、トモリ新田です。今日は検証ではないのですが、2021年の秋冬（6月以降）に発売されるスキンケアの新製品について、特に洗顔料が多く登場しています。その中でも、お高めのデパコスブランドが相次いで洗顔料を発売しています。 これまで私は「洗顔は一番リスクを伴うスキンケアである」とお伝えしてきました。なぜなら、どんなに良い洗顔料を使っても、洗うことで肌に必要な皮脂が落とされてしまうからです。洗顔と保湿はワンセットで、洗いっぱなしではなくしっかりスキンケアをしましょう、とお話ししてきました。ただ、そのリスクをどんどん減らした洗顔料が続々と発売されるようになってきています。 とはいえ、「先生、洗顔料ってコンビニやドラッグストアで200〜500円程度で買えるのに、デパコスの新製品は5,000〜6,000円もする。ぶっちゃけ何が違うんですか？」という視聴者の声が聞こえてきそうなので、今日はその違いを解説したいと思います。 比較するのは、同じメーカーの製品です。ドラッグストアで買えるプチプラ代表として、11年連続売り上げナンバーワンの「センカ パーフェクトホイップ」。こちらは株式会社資生堂傘下のブランドです。そして比較対象は、資生堂の最高峰ラグジュアリーブランド「クレ・ド・ポー ボーテ」の「ムース ネトワイヤン A（洗顔フォーム モイストタイプ）」です。こちらは6月下旬に発売され、モイストとクリアの2種類がありますが、パーフェクトホイップがモイスト寄りのため、同条件で比較するためモイストタイプを選びました。 【洗浄成分のベース】 まず洗浄成分のベースを見ると、パーフェクトホイップもクレ・ド・ポー ボーテも、どちらも石鹸系（ステアリン酸・ミリスチン酸・ラウリン酸）が基本となっており、この点では変わりません。また、どちらにもヒアルロン酸ナトリウム・アセチルヒアルロン酸ナトリウム・加水分解シルクといった保湿成分が含まれています。「それなら同じでは？」と思うかもしれませんが、ここからが大きな違いです。 【パーフェクトホイップの特徴】 パーフェクトホイップには、石鹸系のベースに加え、非イオン界面活性剤であるステアリン酸グリセリルが配合されています。また、「パーフェクトホイップ」の名の通り、泡立ちを良くするポリクオタニウム-7が配合されています。保湿成分としては、ダブルヒアルロン酸（アセチルヒアルロン酸ナトリウム・ヒアルロン酸ナトリウム）とシルクエッセンス（セリシン・加水分解シルク）が入っています。石鹸系でしっかり洗浄しながらも、非イオン界面活性剤で刺激を抑え、たっぷりの泡でさっぱり洗い流せるというコンセプトです。カピカピにはならないけれどさっぱり洗える、非常に完成度の高い処方で、売り上げナンバーワンも納得の優秀な洗顔料です。 【クレ・ド・ポー ボーテの特徴】 クレ・ド・ポー ボーテも石鹸系がベースですが、そこに加えられる界面活性剤がより肌に優しいアミノ酸系（ヤシ油脂肪酸メチルタウリンナトリウム）と両性界面活性剤（ラウリルベタイン）で、マイルドさが高まっています。 保湿成分としては、パーフェクトホイップにはない「スキンイルミネーター」と呼ばれるクレ・ド・ポー ボーテ独自の複合保湿成分が配合されています。これは加水分解シルク・加水分解コキオリン・テアニン・当帰エキス・シソエキス・グリセリン・グリシン・PEG/PPG-14/7ジメチルエーテル・トレハロースなどからなる複合体で、クレ・ド・ポー ボーテのスキンケアラインにほぼ全般にわたって配合されている高保湿成分です。 また、泡立ちを良くするポリクオタニウムについても違いがあります。パーフェクトホイップがポリクオタニウム-7であるのに対し、クレ・ド・ポー ボーテはポリクオタニウム-39を使用しています。ポリクオタニウム-39は泡立ち効果に加え、界面活性剤の肌への刺激を緩和する働きも持っており、よりセンシティブな肌に配慮した設計になっています。 【レジリロックテクノロジーとは】 そして最大のポイントが「レジリロックテクノロジー」です。洗顔が「リスクを伴うスキンケア」と言われる理由の一つは、界面活性剤が皮脂を取り除く際に、角質と角質の間にある「細胞間脂質」の配列を乱してしまうからです。一般的な洗顔料では、洗うたびにこの細胞間脂質の配列が乱れてしまいます。 しかし、このレジリロックテクノロジーは、洗浄後の細胞間脂質の乱れを起こしにくくするだけでなく、洗うたびに細胞間脂質の整列を高めてくれるという画期的な技術です。「洗うと乱れる」を防ぐだけでなく、「洗うほど整う」という唯一無二の洗浄技術といえます。現在はクレ・ド・ポー ボーテのクレンジング・洗顔シリーズに新搭載されており、今後資生堂の他ラインにも展開される可能性があります。 【まとめ】 一見似ているようで、両者は全く異なる処方を持っています。パーフェクトホイップは、プチプラとは思えないほど優秀な洗顔料です。一方、クレ・ド・ポー ボーテはその価格に見合った最新テクノロジーと独自処方を搭載しています。 もう少し肌をいたわりたい方、最新テクノロジーを体感したい方、あるいはデパコスならではの高揚感を楽しみたい方には、クレ・ド・ポー ボーテを選ぶのもおすすめです。私自身は43歳ということもあり、クレ・ド・ポー ボーテを使っていこうと思っています。やはり最新技術は使いたいですよね！ 今日は少し熱くなってしまいましたが、最後までご覧いただきありがとうございました。また次の動画でお会いしましょう。さようなら！

Among them, several high-end department store cosmetics ("depakos") brands have been releasing new cleansers. I've always said that cleansing is the highest-risk step in skincare, because no matter how good your cleanser is, washing your face inevitably strips away essential sebum. That's why cleansing and moisturizing must go hand in hand. However, more and more cleansers are being released that significantly reduce this risk. That said, I can already hear viewers asking: "If drugstore cleansers cost around 200–500 yen, why do high-end department store cleansers cost 5,000–6,000 yen? What's actually different?" So today, I want to break down exactly what sets them apart. To make a fair comparison, I'm looking at two products from the same manufacturer. On the affordable side, we have Senka's Perfect Whip, an 11-consecutive-year bestseller available at drugstores—a brand under Shiseido. On the luxury side, we have Clé de Peau Beauté's Mousse Nettoyante A (Foaming Cleanser, Moist Type), which launched in late June. Since the Perfect Whip leans toward the moist side, I chose the Moist Type for a fair comparison. Clé de Peau Beauté is Shiseido's top-tier luxury brand. 【Base Cleansing Ingredients】 Interestingly, both products share the same soap-based cleansing foundation: stearic acid, myristic acid, and lauric acid. Both also contain moisturizing ingredients such as sodium hyaluronate, acetyl sodium hyaluronate, and hydrolyzed silk. So at first glance, they seem nearly identical—yet one costs about 10 times more than the other. Here's where the real differences emerge. 【Perfect Whip: Key Features】 In addition to its soap base, Perfect Whip contains glyceryl stearate, a nonionic surfactant, and polyquaternium-7 to create its signature rich foam. Its moisturizing agents include dual hyaluronic acid (sodium hyaluronate and acetyl sodium hyaluronate) and silk essence (sericin and hydrolyzed silk). The concept is a thorough yet gentle cleanse—lathers abundantly, rinses cleanly, and leaves skin feeling fresh without feeling tight. It's an exceptionally well-formulated cleanser that more than earns its bestseller status. 【Clé de Peau Beauté: Key Features】 Clé de Peau Beauté also uses a soap base, but it incorporates gentler surfactants: an amino acid–derived surfactant (sodium cocoyl methyl taurate) and an amphoteric surfactant (lauryl betaine), both of which are known for their mildness. For hydration, it includes the brand's proprietary "Skin Illuminator" complex—a blend of hydrolyzed silk, hydrolyzed cocoyl protein, theanine, Angelica root extract, perilla extract, glycerin, glycine, PEG/PPG-14/7 dimethyl ether, and trehalose. This high-performance moisturizing complex is found across nearly the entire Clé de Peau Beauté skincare line and is absent from Perfect Whip. The two products also differ in which polyquaternium they use. Perfect Whip uses polyquaternium-7 (primarily for foam enhancement), while Clé de Peau Beauté uses polyquaternium-39, which not only improves foam quality but also helps mitigate the irritation caused by surfactants—making it more suitable for sensitive skin. 【Resilience Lock Technology】 The most significant differentiator is "Resilience Lock Technology." One reason cleansing is considered the riskiest skincare step is that surfactants, while removing sebum, also disrupt the arrangement of intercellular lipids (the lipid layers between skin cells). With conventional cleansers, this disruption occurs every time you wash. Resilience Lock Technology goes beyond simply minimizing this disruption—it actively helps realign intercellular lipids with each wash. In other words, rather than just preventing damage, it improves skin structure through cleansing. This is a truly unique innovation currently found in Clé de Peau Beauté's cleansing and face wash lineup, with potential to expand to other Shiseido lines in the future. 【Summary】 While these two cleansers may appear similar on the surface, they are formulated very differently. Perfect Whip is an outstanding cleanser that punches far above its price point.
