皮膚科医の友利新が高いけど愛用している美容液を5つ紹介します。

皆さんこんにちは、友利新です。今日はですね、私の愛用している美容液をご紹介したいんです。けれども正直、高いんですよ。なんですけれども値段は本当にするんですけれども、絶対にリピートをして、そこを欠かしてないっていう美容液をご紹介したいなぁと思っておりますので、ぜひぜひ最後までご覧ください。 今まで私、あんまり自分のね愛用品をすごくご紹介したわけではないと思うんですよね。というのもやっぱり私の肌質というものと皆さんのは違うので、なるべくご自分のね肌質に合ったものを選べるようにと思って、例えば美容品の深掘りをする時には、こういったお肌のタイプの方にはいいですよとかっていうようなことをしてたんですが、やっぱコメント欄に「先生はぶっちゃけどういうものを使ってるんですか」っていうことが結構多かったので、正直いっぱい使ってます。新製品をいろいろ試すっていうのもお仕事なので、いろいろ試すんですけれども、その中でもストックがないと心配になるっていうような美容液をご紹介したいなぁと思っていて、あくまでもこれはやっぱり私の肌質に合うもんなので、100%これがいいですというわけではないです。 私は本当に10代20代、すごくニキビに悩んで、今でもまだテカリっていうのが気になるんですね。あとはシミはそこまでないんですけれども、やっぱり昔にあったニキビ跡とか、あと毛穴とかが気になるタイプなので、絶対に今日私がご紹介するものが100%ではないので、私みたいなね肌質の人だったりとかには、お参考になればなぁというふうに思っております。 という感じで前置きが長くなったんですが、早速、高いんだけれども絶対ストックをしてリピートしてるっていう美容液をご紹介したいと思います。 まず一つ目はこちら、ポーラのリンクルショット メディカルセラム Nです。ストックを必ず持っているので、こんな感じに並べているんですが、そろそろなくなり、2、3週間持つかなと思うんですけど、そうしたらこのストックを開けようと思っております。 言わずもがなだと思うんですけれども、シワ改善の成分ニールワンというものが入っているんですね。ニールワンというのはどちらかというと表情で作られるシワに効いていくようなものになります。表情を作っていくとそこに好中球というものが来て、傷口だと思ってそこにシワを作っちゃうよということで、それをブロックするというのがこのニールワンの特徴になっているので、私は笑った時にやっぱ顔が丸いのでそこが重しになってここに法令線できちゃうから、ここに朝晩「これ以上深くならないで」と思って塗ってます。 あと笑った時に私目袋がある人だから、目の下に必ずシワができるんですよね。これはボトックスを打つとか、そういうんじゃなくて、私の顔の形状上しょうがないので、ここもこれ以上定着しないように頼むように思いながら、朝晩こちらをつけております。 なので、ねこれがないと心配っていうぐらい、これは発売当時から何個も使ってるので、ないと心配な1本になっています。 続いてはこちら、Nオーガニックのシークエンス セラム 4 プラスです。Nオーガニックというとドクターフェルなんですが監修しているビタミンAの化粧品のパイオニア的なブランドなんですが、私これね、多分ね、10年以上使ってるのかな。パッケージがね何回か変わってるんですが、パッケージがリニューアルする前から使っていて、こちらはレチノールと、あとパルミチン酸レチノールという守りと攻めのレチノールが入っていて、そこまで皮むけがするというわけではないんですけれども、やっぱりレチノールの働きで、表皮は水分量をアップさせてくれるし、真皮ではコラーゲンとかエラスチンの産生を流してくれるね。内側からパンと張ったようなお肌を作ってくれるなぁと。そうなると細かいシワとかが気にならなくなるので、私はずっとこのセラムは使い続けております。 Nオーガニックってレチノールの濃さによって1、2、3って上がっていくんですけど、私は4プラスまで上がっています。本当にずっと使い続けているので、これもねなくなると困るので、必ずストックをしております。 テクスチャーなんですけれども、結構ねベトベトします。だから私脂性肌なので、本当はベタベタしたもの好きじゃないんですけれども、これはねもう慣れた。正直慣れているので、逆にこれを塗らないと心配になるぐらいになります。だからちょっとベトベトが好きじゃない方は、あんまり、もしかしたらテクスチャーが好きじゃないかなとは思うんですけれども、私はテクスチャー以上に効果が、私はすごくいいなと思っているので、ずっと長年使っております。 続いてはこちら、ディオールの プレステージ マイクロ ユイル ドゥ ローズ セラムです。こちら見ていただけるとわかると思うんですけど、これね粒々が入っている。これねローズオイルがぎっしり入った美容液になってます。ディオールのプレステージシリーズってやっぱりディオールの中でもお高めのラインになるんですが、実はディオールってねラグジュアリーブランドでしょと思っているかもしれないです。結構研究をしっかりしていて、ディオールさんは何を研究しているかというと、肌の微小な炎症をずっと研究してるんですよ。 炎症が起こることによって、シミだったりシワだったり、もそうだし、くすみだったりとかって、肌の老化が進むよと。炎症をどう抑えていくかっていうのを、いろんなところからアプローチを。一番の秘伝のタレは、ディオール独自の グランビルローズというバラのエキスになります。ローズエキスをぎゅっと凝縮して、そのオイルをカプセル状にしているのが、このプレステージ マイクロ ユイル ドゥ ローズ セラムなんですね。 もちろん、そういう肌の炎症というものにフォーカスをしているので、色ムラだったりとか、ハリだったりとかっていうのもあるんですけども、何といってもやっぱりこのプレステージシリーズは、香りが最高にいいんですよ。一回このローズセラムを使っていただけるとわかると思うんですけども、全身につけたくなるような香りなんです。 やっぱり化粧品ってそういったテクスチャーだったりとか、香りとかも使い続ける一つのポイントだと思うんですよね。もちろん成分もいいし、プラスアルファ気分が上がるっていうんですかね。あと見た目も可愛いじゃない？見た目も可愛い上に使ってて高揚感があるっていうことで、私はこちらプレステージの マイクロ ユイル ドゥ ローズも、必ずストックを置いて使っている美容液です。 続いてはこちら、アルビオンの エクシア ブライテニング イマキュレート セラムです。中はこういう感じで、一つ一つ個包装になった使い切りの美白美容液で、実はもうね1個全部使い切っちゃったので、新しくストックを出しているような感じになっています。 このイマキュレートは、私は夏は必ず使うものになりますが、年中使ってるかっていうと、あれなんですけど、だいたいいつもね、このエクシアシリーズ、6月とか7月にリニューアルしたりとかするので、リニューアルの時だったら、リニューアルの時から2ヶ月くらい使うのかな。今年もね6月にリニューアルしたので、そこから1ヶ月使って、今8箱目っていう感じですね。 アルビオンさんで、美容液と言いながら、乳液っぽい感じのテクスチャーになるんですよ。美白なので、有効成分は麹酸になります。ただ麹酸って言うと、何となく地味なイメージだと思うんですけども、やっぱりその配合だったりとか、あとはアルビオン独特の先行乳液と同じような乳化の技術が素晴らしいので、肌にねスッと入っていくような感じ。テクスチャーと、そして、やっぱりこれをね1ヶ月間使い続けると、透明感がアップするような気がするんですよね。 だから夏になったら、絶対6月とか7月8月は、絶対に使う美容液なので、毎年この時期はストックを置いて使っているっていうような美容液です。 続いてはこちら、アンプルール トータルリップ トリートメントです。こちらは美容液といっても、唇の美容液になってます。トータルリップ トリートメントなので、これは夜寝る前とか、あとはメイクをする時とかも使っていいんですけど、やっぱり夜寝る前につけて寝ることが多いですね。 私もともと唇はふっくらしている方なんですけれども、やっぱり年齢とともに唇で痩せてくるんですよね。なので唇専用のケアってすごく大事で、ただ通常のものって、皮むけとかを予防するものが多いんですが、これはこの唇のぷっくり感っていうんですかね。やっぱりここにあるヒアルロン酸だったりとかの減少を抑えるっていうような成分が入っているので、ぷっくりさせるっていうことももちろんなんですが、私はぷっくりさせるっていうよりも、自分のもともとの唇の厚さが、これ以上痩せていかないようにっていう感じで、予防で使ってます。 もちろん表面の皮むけとかもしなくなるので、例えばリップを塗った時の仕上がりとかも良くなるので、これも欠かさず塗っているような感じになります。特に夜ですね。朝は他のリップクリーム塗ることが多いんですが、やっぱりこれは本当に美容液っていう感じで、リップケアという形で、毎晩使っています。 ということで、5つ美容液をご紹介したと思うんですが、1つ番外編なんですけど、これも絶対リピートしているもので、紹介したいなと思ったのが、こちらでございます。 イトリンの エレメンタリー アイ&リップ メイクアップ リムーバー セラムです。2、3日前に使い切っちゃって、新しいのを出しました。なので、ストックを買ったので、そう、これもご紹介しようと思って、こちらご紹介しています。 先生、これメイクアップリムーバーだから美容液じゃないじゃんって思ったと思うんですが、これ名前が「リムーバー セラム」なので、もちろんアイメイクリムーバーなんですけども、美容液効果もあるリムーバーなんですよ。 イトリンさんってやっぱりオーガニックな成分を使うところがすごく上手なブランドで、このアイメイクリムーバーね、ほぼほぼ植物由来なんですよね。洗浄剤じゃなくて、油分で落としている。なので、小葉油だったりとかスクワランだったりとか、そういう油分でメイクを落とすっていうような感じなんですよ。だから、よくあるアイメイクリムーバーで、パサッとなるような感じが一切ないし、あと目に入ってもそんなに痛くないんですよね。 あと、ここには紫のエキスって書いてあるんですけど、要は、紫草エキスが入ってるんですよね。これって肌に張りを持たせてくれる成分なので、まぶたがアイメイクリムーバーをするたんびに、張りが出てくるようなイメージっていうんですかね。正直、これ1回くらいだったら、それくらいするんですよ。だけれども、なんかね、普通のリムーバーを使うよりも、これを使った方が、上まぶたが張りが出てくるような感じがあるので、いつも買うたんびに、ちょっとお高いなと思いながら、他のものを使ってもやっぱりここに戻っちゃうんですよね。 美容液っていうカテゴリーかと言われたら、そうじゃないかもしれないんですけれども、美容液効果もあるので、今回はちょっと特別にこちらもご紹介してみました。 ということで、今日は私が愛用している美容液5つ、プラス、アイメイクリムーバー1つをご紹介しました。先ほども言った通り、他にも使っているものたくさんありますし、あと、これが絶対皆さんにいいよというわけではないので、私みたいに40過ぎてもまだ脂性肌で、昔ニキビに悩んでたりとか、あとちょっとほうれい線とかが気になるというような方には、ご参考になればなと思いますし、こういう化粧品もあるんだというふうに思っていただければ、大変嬉しいです。 Hello everyone, I'm Arata Tomori. Today, I'd like to introduce you to the serums I personally use. However, to be honest, they are expensive. Despite the high price, these are the products I absolutely repurchase and never run out of, so I'd like to introduce them to you. Please watch until the end. Until now, I haven't really introduced my personal favorite products much. This is because my skin type is different from yours, so I've tried to help you choose products that suit your own skin type. For example, when doing deep dives into beauty products, I'd explain which skin types benefit from them. However, I've received many comments saying, "But what do you actually use, doctor?" To be honest, I use many products. As part of my work, I test new products constantly. However, among all of them, there are certain serums that I panic without having in stock. Today, I'd like to introduce those. Of course, these work for my particular skin type, so it's not that they're 100% good for everyone. I've really struggled with acne in my teens and twenties, and I still have oily skin that bothers me. I don't have many age spots, but I'm concerned about acne scars from the past and large pores. So the products I introduce today aren't 100% for everyone. I hope they'll be helpful if you have similar skin to mine. So, with that long introduction, let me introduce these expensive products that I absolutely repurchase. First is Pola's Wrinkle Shot Medical Serum N. I always keep backups, as you can see here lined up, and I'll probably use up my current one in two to three weeks, so I plan to open this backup. As you probably know, this contains the wrinkle-improvement ingredient NEINeuritin-One. NEINeuritin-One is effective for wrinkles caused by facial expressions. When you make expressions, neutrophils arrive at those areas, which the skin interprets as a wound and creates wrinkles there. NEINeuritin-One blocks this process. Since my face is round when I smile, the weight makes the nasolabial folds deeper, so I apply this morning and night, thinking "don't get any deeper." Also, when I smile, I have under-eye bags and always get wrinkles under my eyes. This isn't something Botox can fix—it's just the shape of my face—so I use this morning and night to prevent it from settling further. So I'm worried without this. I've used so many bottles since its release that it's become a must-have product. Next is N-Organic's Sequence Serum 4 Plus. N-Organic is supervised by dermatologist Taira and is a pioneering vitamin A cosmetics brand. I think I've been using this for over 10 years. The packaging has changed several times, but I've been using it since before the latest redesign. It contains retinol and retinyl palmitate—both defensive and offensive retinoids. While it doesn't cause significant peeling, retinol increases water content in the epidermis and promotes collagen and elastin production in the dermis. It creates firm, plump skin from within, and fine wrinkles become less noticeable, so I've continued using this serum. N-Organic has serums graded 1 through 4 Plus by retinol concentration, and I've moved up to 4 Plus. Since I've used it consistently for so long, I always keep it in stock. Regarding texture, it's quite sticky. As oily-skin person, I don't usually like sticky products. But I've gotten used to it. Honestly, I've become so accustomed that I worry without applying it. So if you don't like sticky textures, you might not like this one. However, I find the effects so good that I've used it for years. Next is Dior's Prestige Micro Huile de Rose Serum. As you can see, this contains little granules—it's a serum absolutely packed with rose oil. The Dior Prestige line is indeed the premium line within Dior. Though you might think Dior is just a luxury brand, they actually conduct serious research. Specifically, Dior researches skin's microscopic inflammation. Inflammation causes age spots, wrinkles, dullness, and accelerates skin aging. Their secret weapon is their proprietary Granville Rose extract. They've concentrated the rose extract and encapsulated it in oil to create this Prestige Micro Huile de Rose Serum. Of course, it focuses on suppressing skin inflammation, so it also addresses uneven skin tone and loss of firmness. But what really sets the Prestige line apart is its amazing fragrance. Once you use this rose serum, you'll understand—it's a scent you want on your entire body. I think cosmetics' texture and fragrance are key to continued use. Of course the ingredients are good, but the emotional lift—the pleasure—makes the difference. Plus the packaging is beautiful. With beautiful packaging and an uplifting experience, I always keep the Prestige Micro Huile de Rose Serum in stock. Next is Albion's Excia Brightening Immaculate Serum. Each unit is individually packaged as a single-use whitening serum. I've already used one up completely, so I've opened a new stock backup. I use Immaculate religiously in summer, though not year-round. Usually the Excia series gets refreshed around June or July, and when it's refreshed, I use it for about two months afterward. This year it refreshed in June, and I've been using it for a month, so I'm on my eighth box now. Albion serums have a milk-like texture despite being called serums. The active whitening ingredient is koji acid. Though koji acid might sound mundane, Albion's formulation and unique emulsifying technology—the same as in their first-step milk—allow it to absorb smoothly into skin. After using it for a month continuously, your skin's clarity seems to improve. So when summer comes, I absolutely use it June, July, and August. Every year during this season, I keep it in stock. Next is Ampleur's Total Lip Treatment. Though it's a serum, it's specifically for the lips. As a total lip treatment, you can use it before bed and before makeup, but I mainly apply it before sleep. Though I naturally have full lips, lips do thin with age. Specialized lip care is crucial. Normally, lip products focus on preventing peeling, but this one addresses the fullness of lips—it contains hyaluronic acid and ingredients that suppress moisture loss. Of course it plumps, but I mainly use it preventatively to keep my natural lip thickness from diminishing further. Surface peeling also improves, so lipstick application looks better. I apply this without fail, especially at night. I use other lip balms in the morning, but this is my serum-style lip care that I use every night. So I've introduced five serums, and as a bonus, I also want to introduce one more product that I absolutely repurchase: Itrin's Elementary Eye & Lip Makeup Remover Serum. I used up my last bottle a few days ago and just opened a new one, so I thought I'd mention it. You might think, "But that's a makeup remover, not a serum!" However, it's called "Remover Serum" because while it functions as an eye makeup remover, it also has serum benefits. Itrin, as a brand, is excellent at using organic ingredients. This eye remover is almost entirely plant-derived. Rather than using cleansers, it removes makeup with oils—scutellaria oil, squalane, etc. Unlike typical eye removers that feel dry, this doesn't sting the eyes either. It says "purple extract" here, which is gromwell extract, a firming ingredient. When you use this remover on your eyelids, they appear firmer—it's a remarkable effect. One application alone does this! Other removers don't give this lifting effect, so even though I think it's expensive, I always come back to it. Though it's not technically a "serum," since it has serum benefits, I included it as a special recommendation. So today I've introduced five serums I personally use, plus one makeup remover serum—six products total. As I mentioned, I use many other products, and these aren't necessarily best for everyone. But if you're over 40 with oily skin, had acne troubles in the past, and are concerned about nasolabial folds like me, I hope these are helpful references.
