2020年ベストコスメメイク編をご紹介します。

皆さんこんにちは、内科・皮膚科医の友利新です。今日は2020年・友利新的ベストコスメ、メイク編です。以前ライブでメイク編をお話ししたのですが、皆さんからコンパクトにまとめてご紹介してほしいというご意見をいただきましたので、今日はぎゅっとまとめてお送りしたいと思います。前回のスキンケア編ではデパコス・プチプラ・ドラコスと分けてご紹介しましたが、今回のメイクアップ編はすべてまとめてご紹介します。私自身はメイクが大好きで、アイシャドウやリップなどカラーものも好きなのですが、皮膚科医という立場から、肌をいかに綺麗に見せるかをとても重視しています。そのため今日はリップやアイシャドウなどカラーものもご紹介しますが、どちらかといえばファンデーションやベースメイクアイテムが多めになっています。 【ベース・下地】 まず最初にご紹介するのはベース（下地）です。ベースがしっかりしていないと、ファンデーションをのせても肌のムラが出てしまいます。 ①ダラロッシュポゼ UVイデア XL プロテクショントーンアップ ローズ こちらは人気の日焼け止め兼化粧下地に、ローズカラーが新登場したアイテムです。もともと敏感肌用で、SPF50・UVA++++とUVカット性能も優秀です。トーンアップという名の通り、肌に透明感を与えてくれます。色はやや淡いピンクで、伸ばすと肌なじみよくなじみ、塗った部分と塗っていない部分でトーンの差がはっきりわかります。特に日焼けしやすい目周りやCゾーンには多めに塗るのがおすすめです。 ②MIMC ミネラルレーザーバーム ピンク色のバームタイプの下地です。指でくるっと取り、ファンデーションに混ぜたり、頬骨やAゾーンにのせるような使い方をしています。日本人・アジア人は黄色みのある肌色のため、時間が経つとオークル系ファンデーションが黄ばんで見えることがあります。かといって白っぽくすると浮いてしまい、全体にピンクのファンデーションを使うと古臭い印象になりがちです。そこで部分的にピンクを仕込むことで、自然なくすみのない肌色を作ることができます。下地としてそのまま使えるほか、手持ちのファンデーションに少量混ぜて使うこともできる、大変優秀なアイテムです。 【リキッドファンデーション】 次はファンデーションです。パウダー・リキッド・クッションなど種類別にベストを選びました。 リキッドファンデーションのおすすめは以下の3つです。 ①クレ・ド・ポー ボーテ タンフリュイドエクラ マット（春夏向け・マット仕上げ） 美容成分配合で、日本人の肌色を綺麗に見せることを追求した一品です。マットといっても完全にマットではなく、部分的な艶もしっかり演出してくれます。光の反射でアラを飛ばしてくれるため、少量でも肌が均一で綺麗に見え、厚ぼったくなりにくいのが特徴です。 ②ランコム アプソリュ タン サブリム エッセンスリキッド（秋冬向け・艶仕上げ） 「美容液ファンデーション」とも呼ばれ、シトラスオイル（表皮細胞の生まれ変わりを促進）・カメリアオイル（ラメラ構造を再構築しバリア機能を強化）・ハバスオイル（強い抗酸化作用）の3種のオイルと、肌細胞の再生を促すプロキシレンを配合しています。日中の美容ケアをしながら艶やかな仕上がりを求める方におすすめです。ファンデーションを落とした後も肌がツヤツヤになるという口コミも多いアイテムです。 ③SUQQU ザ クリーム ファンデーション（秋冬向け・艶仕上げ） 顔料を1粒ずつコーティングし、トップ・ミドル・ラストの3段階で自分の皮脂と混ざり合いながら艶を生み出す独自技術を採用しています。詳しくは別動画をご覧ください。 【クリームコンパクトファンデーション】 リキッドでもクッションでもない、コンパクトに入ったクリームタイプのファンデーションを2つご紹介します。 ①ランコム タン クラリフィック マーブルコンパクト マーブル模様のクリームファンデーションで、専用パフで取ってお顔にのせます。白・ピンク・ベージュなど複数の色が混ざることで、肌の自然な色のグラデーションを再現し、生き生きとした仕上がりになります。 ②カバーマーク フローレスフィット ファンデーション 高いカバー力が特徴のクリームタイプです。薄く重ねて使うことで厚ぼったくならず、毛穴などもしっかりカバーしてくれます。コンパクトタイプなのでマスク後の化粧直しにも活躍します。 【クッションファンデーション】 ①ローラ メルシエ クッションファンデーション ダイヤモンドパウダー配合で、光を反射させて肌を発光しているかのように見せてくれます。カバー力は強くありませんが、素肌感とツヤ感を演出してくれるアイテムです。 ②フジコ デュアルクッションファンデーション（プチプラ） マットとグロウの2種類のファンデーションが1つになったクッションファンデです。部分ごとに質感を使い分けられるため、1つで完結できます。デパコスにも劣らないコスパの良さで、プチプラとして今回選びました。 【フェイスパウダー】 ①コスメデコルテ ルースパウダー N（ホームユース・仕上げ用） 淡いピンク色ですが、肌にのせると溶け込んで透明感を引き出してくれる魔法のようなパウダーです。Tゾーンのテカリ防止にも、目の下や頬の発光感演出にも使えます。香りも上品で大変気に入っていますが、重くて持ち運びには不向きなため、自宅での仕上げ用として愛用しています。 ②ボビイ ブラウン シア フィニッシュ ルース パウダー（持ち運び用） 非常に細かいパウダーで粉落ち感がなく、化粧直しにも最適です。スライド式の開閉機能でパウダーが飛び散りにくく、持ち運びに便利です。カラーバリエーションも豊富で、用途に合わせて選べます。私は透明感重視で色なしのソフトポーセリンを愛用しています。 ③イプサ スキンケアパウダー 4MSK（メラニン生成指令を抑制）とSヒアルロン酸（肌荒れ防止）を配合したスキンケア効果のあるパウダーです。マスク着用で肌荒れが気になる方や、ファンデーションなしでパウダーだけで仕上げたい方におすすめの、まさに今の時代にぴったりのアイテムです。 【仕上げ・トップコート】 カバーマーク モイスチュアコートジェル（通称：ジェルおしろい） SNSでも話題になったアイテムで、ジェル状のおしろいです。ウォーターフィルム処方で、塗るとひんやりとしたみずみずしい感触が広がります。ベタつかず、ファンデーションの上に水の膜を張ることでマスクへの色移りを軽減し、同時に乾燥も防いでくれます。マスク着用時の「べたつくのに乾燥する」という不快感を和らげてくれる、まさに今年ならではのトップコートです。 以上でベースメイク編は終わりです。リップやアイメイクなどのカラーものは次の動画でご紹介しますので、ぜひそちらもご覧ください！

I previously covered this topic in a live session, but many of you requested a more concise summary, so here it is. In my Skincare Edition I separated products into department store (depaco), drugstore, and budget categories, but for this Makeup Edition I'll cover everything together. I love makeup — especially color products like eyeshadow and lipstick — but as a dermatologist, I place great importance on how to make skin look its best. So while I will mention color products, this edition leans more heavily toward foundation and base makeup. 【Base & Primer】 A solid base is essential — without it, even the best foundation will look uneven. ① La Roche-Posay UV Idea XL Protection Tone Up Rose This is a beloved UV-protecting makeup base, now available in a rose-tinted version. Designed for sensitive skin, it offers SPF50 and UVA++++ protection. True to its name, it brightens and adds luminosity to the skin. The color is a light pink that blends seamlessly into the skin, and the difference between treated and untreated areas is clearly visible. It is best applied generously around the eyes and along the C-zone, which are prone to sun damage. ② MIMC Mineral Laser Balm A pink balm-type primer that can be used on its own or mixed into foundation. Because Japanese and other Asian skin tones tend to have yellow undertones, okra-toned foundations can look dull over time. Making the skin lighter can cause it to look washed out, while using an all-over pink foundation can appear dated.
