韓国でオリーブヤング爆買いしました！！

皆さんこんにちは、友利新です。今日はですね、じゃじゃーん、オリーブヤング購入品紹介です。実は私、10年ぶり以上ですかね、ちょっとお仕事で韓国に行ってまいりました。そのね動画は別で出すんですけれども、お仕事とは別に行きたいところナンバーワンといったら、オリーブヤングですよね。一回も行ったことがなくて、いろんな方からオリーブヤングっていうのはもう本当にマットコスメとかマツキヨさんみたいな感じのところで、絶対行ってくださいねって言われてたので、撮影が終わって滞在時間がちょっと1時間もなかったんですけれども、パパパっと買って帰ってきてから、ちょっと翻訳機をもっていろいろちょっと調べてみた感じです。だから人気商品を結構買いましたね。見てください、もうレシートがタタタタタタ、全部で249,640ウォンってことは25,000円ぐらいですね。買ってますので、早速ね、一つずつ解説していきたいと思います。ちなみに行かれた方はご存知だと思うんですけれども、オリーブヤングって化粧品もそうなんですけれども、インナーケア系もたくさんあったので、今回は購入してみました。では早速行ってみましょう。 まずはジャン、韓国コスメといえばもうシートマスクですよね。シートマスクの中でも結構人気だっていうものをババババッと買ってきました。まず今回人気だって言われたのが、ナンバーズインっていうシリーズですね。もともとスキンケアもあって、日本でもドラッグストアとかドキュメント、フォーテでも時々何か売られるようになってきているらしいんですが、これね、ナンバーズインって書いてあると思うんですけども、番号で効果がそれぞれ違うらしいです。一緒にね買いに行った方が、3番は毛穴に効く、効くと痛くなるっていう、毛穴が開いている人ほど痛くなるっていう風にSNSで言われてるんですが、どうなんですかって言われて、そんなことあるのかいなあと思ったんですけれども、もしかしたらこれかなあなんて思うものもあったので、1番から順番にご説明していこうと思います。 まずこの1番なんですが、血清のパックという風に言われています。でメインの成分がヒノキのお水なんですね。通常シートマスク作る時に一番最初に来るのはお水なんですが、それが全成分の一番最初にヒノキ水っていう風に書いています。その後にグリセリンだったりとか、メチルプロパンジオールとか、そういう保湿の成分が入っているので、これがどこのヒノキのお水かは書いてなかったんですけれども、ヒノキ水っていうのは全部のヒノキではないんですけれども、ヒノキチオールという成分が入っていまして、抗炎症だったりとか、あとはピ肌の炎症を起こしたお肌にもマイルドに効いていきますよっていうような研究はあります。ただナンバーズインに入っているヒノキ水がそれかはちょっとわからないんですけれども、とにかくヒノキ水っていうのは鎮静で、少しシカ成分、ツボクサとかとちょっと似てるのかなっていうような感じで、ちょっと鎮静のものになっています。ただそれ以外は特徴的なものっていうのがあんまりなくて、ヒアルロン酸だったりとか、あとはポリグリセリンとか、そういう保湿の成分はしっかり入っています。あとは精油系がしっかり入っているんですよ。なんか西洋赤松葉の油とか、あとグレープフルーツの皮の油とか。だからまあ鎮静なんですけれども、じゃあ敏感肌の人にいいかっていうと、敏感肌の人ってこういう精油系に被れる方もいらっしゃるので、まああくまでも荒れてるっていうよりは、荒れを防止する保湿をしながら鎮静化するっていう感じで、赤いとか痒みが出てるっていう鎮静ではないのかなとは思いました。 続いてナンバーズインの2番なんですけれども、これは一応なんか、うるもち艶肌みたいな、65%コラーゲンシートマスクっていうような書いてますね。吸収の良いコラーゲンをしっかりとお肌に入れて、ツルッとさせますよっていうような感じですね。全成分を見るとコラーゲン抽出物って書いてあるんですよ。ただこれが500ダルトン以下っていう風に公式のサイトで見させていただいたんですけども、確かに肌に吸収できる分子量としては低分子だと思うんですけれども、このコラーゲン抽出物っていうのがどういったものなのかがちょっと、それ以上はわからないので、コラーゲンとして肌に吸収するだけなのか、それとも何かコラーゲンに対してアプローチをしてまた生成を促すのかっていうまではちょっとわかりませんでした。ただ中にはナイアシンアミドが入っているので、コラーゲンを入れた後に艶とか美白とか、そういったことをするんだったら、ナイアシンアミドが効いているんじゃないかなというふうに思います。これもグリセリンだったりとかプロパンジオールだったりとか、保湿系もコラーゲンとは別で入ってるんですね。なので、コラーゲンだけでプルンとさせているっていうよりは、他の保湿成分でもしっかりプルンとさせているのかなと思います。コラーゲンだけじゃなくて、ヒアルロン酸もしっかり入ってるんですね。ちょっと分子量の大きいヒアルロン酸だったりとか、小さいヒアルロン酸だったりとかも入っているので、コラーゲンシートマスクっていう名前なんですけれども、ヒアルロン酸とかもしっかり入っているかなというふうに思います。美白成分としてグルタチオンだったりとか、真珠抽出液とか書いてあるんですけど、多分美白はナイアシンアミドでしているんじゃないかなと思います。保湿をしながら角層に水分がたくさん入ると顔が明るく見えるし、プラスアルファ、ナイアシンアミドも入っているので、保湿と美白をしたい方っていうイメージですね。 続いて問題の3番です。これは一応毛穴のためのシートマスクっていうような感じで、たった1回の使用でっていうふうに書いてあるんですね。独自の成分、ティングルポアコンプレックスっていうものが毛穴にアプローチするっていうふうに書いてあるんですが、それがタマメリエキス、ローズマリー、ラベンダー、オレンジの皮の油、アストラシーダの樹皮油、ローズカミツレ花エキス、茶葉エキス、西洋発花油っていう感じで、全部精油なんですよ。ティングルポアコンプレックスっていうのが、だから正直これが本当に毛穴に効いてるのかなっていうのはちょっとなんともというふうに思います。毛穴が引き締まる時にヒリヒリ感を出しますよっていうふうに書いてあるんですけど、それはちょっとないんじゃないかなというふうに思います。ただ実際使ってみた方はヒリヒリするっていうふうにおっしゃっているので、多分別の成分で入ってるんじゃないかなと思うんですね。それを解説する前に、3番の大きなベースの成分はお水以外に発酵エキスが入っているんですね。バクテロミセスもそうだし、ビフィズス菌の培養液。どっちもバリア機能を改善したりとか保湿だったり美白だったりとか、そういったことが期待できる発酵液になっています。あとはアミノ酸とかもたくさん入っているので、なので、この発酵液をベースにしているっていうことは、今までの中では一番、私は結構好きかなと思いました。プラスアルファは、ナイアシナミドもしっかり入っているので、ナイアシナミドで透明感とか、そういったものを出すのかなって思っていて、なんでこれがピリピリするのかを考えていたんですけれども、もしかしたらこれなのかなと思うものが、トロメタミンっていうものが入ってるんですね。このトロメタミンってpH を調整するものなんですけれども、これ自体が毛穴にアプローチするような成分でして、pH調整剤として入っているだけの量であれば刺激は来ないし、毛穴の効果っていうことはしないんですけれども、これがある程度入っていたら多少刺激にはなりますし、あとは毛穴に対してのアプローチっていうこともあるので、もしかしたらこれが毛穴が開いているイコール皮脂がいっぱいあるっていう意味で、それが反応してピリピリ感みたいなものなのかなと思ったんですが、少なくとも、ティングルポアコンプレックスっていう植物のエキスが毛穴を小さくしているとは正直思えないんですよね。多分これはトロメタミンとか、そういったもので小さくしているとか、そんな感じなんじゃないかなというふうに思います。 続いては4番です。4番は冷蔵庫に入れているみたいに冷え冷えになるマスクっていう感じなので、ほてった顔に使ってくださいっていうふうに書いてあったんですね。きっとメントール系が入っててそれでヒヤッとするんじゃないかなと思ったんですけれども、メントール系一切入っていなくて、ベースにT３のエキスとかが入っているので、それで鎮静系とかなのかなとは思うんですけれども、歯科だったりとかっていうのもしっかりと入っています。ちょっとなんですけれども、過度に分化のヒアルロン酸とかも入っているので保湿なんですけれども、全体的には応急処置なんですよね。じゃあなんでこれがひんやりするかっていうと、メチルジイソプロピルプロピオン酸アミドっていう成分が入っていて、これが肌をひんやりさせる成分になっています。これ自身はメントールと同じように肌の温度を下げるっていうことがあるんですね。なので、これが入ることによって肌も鎮静するんだけども、温度を下げるっていうことで炎症を抑えたり鎮静化するっていう感じなのかなと思うので、日焼けの後に温度を下げるっていうことはすごく大事なことなんですが、これの中にナイアシナミドとかが入っていた方が日焼けの後にはいいのかなと思いました。あくまでも乾燥を抑えて肌の温度を下げるっていうような感じなので、もうこれからの先は冬なのでそこまでじゃないんですけど、夏に使うのはとってもいいんじゃないかな。ただ日焼け後っていうよりはちょっと暑くてほてったお肌にっていうイメージかなと思いました。 続いてはもうお土産の定番といったら、メディフィールですよね。この2つがなんか、ちょっと新しいっていう風に聞いたので、この2つを購入してみました。まずこちらの、ナイアシンアミドとグルタチオンって書いてあるのは、結構な量多分ナイアシンアミド入ってるんだと思うんですよね。全成分でお水の次にナイアシンアミドがグリセリンよりも先に入っているので、かなり美白には効くんじゃないかなという風に思います。その他にもガラクトミセスの発酵液だったりとかっていうのも入ってますし、パンテノールだとか、肌にうるおいを与えるようなものもしっかり入っているんですね。ただグルタチオンに関しては、そんなに多くは入っていないんですよ。なんかグルタチオンって、白玉点滴っていうイメージで、ちょっと肌を白くさせるっていうイメージだと思うんですが、これの美白を担っているのはほぼほぼナイアシンアミドなんじゃないかなと思います。ただナイアシンアミドって、本当に敏感な人でも使えるぐらいの、こう緩やかに効いていくものになりますから、美白でアグレッシブにするっていうよりは、保湿もしっかりしながら優しく美白をしたいっていう人には、まあいいんじゃないかなという風に思います。 続いてこちら、ヒアルロン酸かけるパンテノールっていう書いてあるものになります。こちらヒアルロン酸で書いてあるんですが、ヒアルロン酸よりも多分ナイアシンアミドがたくさん入っているんですよね。韓国のシートマスク製品ってなんかナイアシンアミド好きですね。そこにヒアルロン酸いくつか入ってます。プラス書いてあるパンテノールも入っているので、これは全体的に保湿をしながら、さっきのものとそんなに大きく変わらないかなとは思うんですけれども、ナイアシンアミドかけるグルタチオンの方が多少美白というよりではあるんですが、こっちは保湿っていう感じなんですが、効果を感じるものとしてはナイアシンアミドなので、なんとなく似てるかなと正直思います。すいません。 続いてはこちらの2つ、リジュランっていうブランドなんですけど、私、リジュランって思うのは、私たち美容皮膚科が注入系で入れるヒアルロン酸でも、リジュランっていう名前のものがあって、これを連想させるようなものなのかなと思いました。モイスチャートリートメントマスクとスキンプロテクションマスク、銀色のやつと白のやつ、両方買ってみました。スキンプロテクションマスク、銀色の方ですね。これも有効成分はナイアシンアミドとアデノシンになります。アデノシンは韓国では美白の有効成分として認められています。こちらのシルバーのものはですね、有効成分はナイアシンアミドとアデノシンって書いてあって、日本ではアデノシンは有効成分としては認められてはいないんですけれども、韓国ではシワに対する有効成分が取られていて、ナイアシンアミドも日本ではメラニン生成抑制、シワどちらも取られているので、シワ改善に役立つ。なので、効能としては美白とシワの改善に役立つっていう風に書いてあります。そこにナイアシンアミドだけじゃなくて、アラントインって言って炎症を抑えるような成分のものが入っていたりとか、植物成分も入ってますね。マトリカリア花の抽出物とか、ラベンダー抽出液とか、ローズマリーとか、レモンバームとか、そういう香りもいいものが入っているんじゃないかなと思うんですけども、全体的にはベースがプロピレングリコールだったりグリセリンだったりとか、本当に安定性のある保湿、オーソドックスな感じのシートマスクかなと思います。で、もう一つリジュランのモイスチャートリートメントマスクもですね、どうやって使い分けるのかなと思うぐらい、めちゃめちゃ似てるんですよ、コンセプトが。こちらの有効成分もナイアシンアミドとアデノシンなんですね。ただベースの保湿がですね、ブチレングリコールだったりメチルプロパンジオールだったりグリセリンだったり、あとアロエの葉のエキスとかが入っていたりするので、こちらの2つの違いとしては、こっちの方が保湿をメインにしている。こっちはどちらかちょっと鎮静も入っているかなっていう風に思います。ただ正直大きな差があんまりないかなと思うので、どうしてこれを2つ分けたのかなっていうのはちょっと疑問に残ります。 次はこちらです。これね、なんか2つセットで買っていて、一緒に行ったカメラマンのちょっと若いね男の子がいるんですけど、その彼女さんがこれを買ってきてくれって言ってたっていうんで、そんな20代の若者にね受けてるんだっていう風な感じで、このコスアールエックスっていうところのビタミンＣの美容液なんです。ただ私そういう感じで何気なく買ったんですけど、結構すごいかもと思いました。ビタミンＣ23っていう風に書いてあるんですね。ビタミンＣって書いてあってもビタミンＣの誘導体がいろいろ合わさって23%かと思いきや、ピュアビタミンＣ。 をちゃんと23%溶かしてるらしいんですね。ピュアビタミンCって正直高濃度入れると結晶化して溶けにくいんですよ。正直ロート製薬さん、あのオバジとかっていうのは特許を持ってたりとか、そこしかちゃんと溶かす技術ないと思っていたんですけれども、ちゃんと23%溶かされているんですよね。それがめちゃめちゃすごいなって思いました。もちろんロート製薬さんの技術とは違うので、同じように効くとかっていうことではないんですけれども、やっぱりそのパーセンテージを結晶化なく溶かしてるっていう技術は、すごくいいんじゃないかなという風に思いました。なのでピュアビタミンCって脂性肌の人ですね、毛穴をキュッとちっちゃくしたいとか、皮脂を抑制したいっていう若者に人気な理由がよくわかる。ロート製薬さんみたいにちょっと浸透させて、コラーゲンとかエラスチンの真皮層まではもしかしたらいかないかもしれないんですけれども、若い子で毛穴とかニキビとかに悩んでる人には、めちゃめちゃいいんじゃないかなと。これはね、ちょっと本当に正直驚きました。コスRXのビタミンCの美容液です。私も使ってみようかなと本当に思ってます。 あとは最近シートマスクじゃなくて、こういうねカップに入った塗って洗い流すマスクが流行ってるらしいんですけどもね。これの文字がめちゃくちゃ小さくって、翻訳機で翻訳しきれなかったんですよ。ただ見ているとこっちはニキビで、こっちがビタミンって書いてあったとしても、入ってるとしてもですよ、使用成分のビタミンもしくはビタミンCじゃなくて、ナイアシナミドだったりとか、そっち系なんじゃないかなと思うので。こっちはブライトニングとかモイスチャライザーって書いてあるんだ。ナイアシナミドが入ってるビタミンなんじゃないかなって思っております。最近本当に塗る洗い流す系も流行っているので、流行りに乗ってるのかなというふうに思いました。 あとはインナーケアに行きたいと思います。絶対先生これ買ってきてって言われたのがこちら、オルトモール イミューンっていうドイツのブランドらしくて、なんかこれ韓国でめちゃめちゃ流行ってるんですって。ビタミン界のノムエルフェスって言われていて、インフルエンサーの子が結構飲んでるので、火がついたらしいんですよ。棚にこれだけなくて売り切れてたんですね。店員さんにね、これないかって言ったら奥から出してきてくれたのかな、これですって言われて渡されたので、そんなに流行ってるのかと思って、どれどれと私見てみました。 ビタミンCだけじゃなくって本当にマルチに入ってます。ビタミンEもそうだし、あとはベータカロチンだからビタミンAね、ビタミンB群もしっかり入っています。ビタミンAってベータカロチンの形で入るよりも、やっぱりビタミンAそのもので入れた方がいいので、そういう意味でマルチに入ってるっていうような意味合いなのかなとは思ったんですが、これ飲んでる人がいたら本当に申し訳ないんですけど、気になることが私ありまして。人工甘味料が結構入ってるんですよね、これ。例えばアスパルテーム、あとはサッカリンナトリウムだったりとか、あとはスクロースとかがしっかり入っていて、甘くて飲みやすいんですよ。ビタミンCそのものをしっかり飲むと、結構あんま美味しくないんですよ。それにこういう人工甘味料を入れて、飲みやすくしてるんじゃないかなという風に思います。着色料とかも入っているし、正直普通のビタミンCでいいかなって思っちゃった。ごめんなさい。ビタミンCがどうこうとか、ビタミン剤としてなんとかっていうよりは、私はちょっと人工甘味料があまり好きじゃないっていうことなので、美味しく飲みたいんだったらいいんですけれども、ちょっとそこが気になりました。ごめんなさい。 続いてはこちら、ディープウォーターって言って、スタッフの一人が、韓国ではデトックスウォーターで、これを飲むのは絶対休みの日にしてくださいって言われるぐらい、かなりお通じが良くなるものらしいんですね。だから自分も怖くてまだ飲んでないんですけども、韓国では流行っているデトックスウォーターなんですよって言われたので、買ってみました。これねディープウォーターって言って、味はプルーンだろうなっていう風に言われました。飲み方としては空腹時に飲んでください、っていうことらしいんですけども、かなり効くので、本当に休みの日の前とか、飲むタイミングを、気をつけてくださいね、って再三言われたんですよ。 最初はプルーンの濃縮液って書いてあったから、いやいや言ったじゃん、プルーンの濃縮液でそんなに出るわけないじゃん、って思ったら、なんとラクトロースっていうのと、Dソルビトールっていうのが入ってるんですね。ちなみにDソルビトールっていうのは、糖分の一つなんですけども、摂取しすぎると下痢になるよって言われて、注意してくださいっていう成分だし、ラクトロースって書いてある、これ自体も下剤なんですよね。日本では、どっちも多めに取ると、本当に下痢をしちゃう下剤みたいなものなんですよ。それがこんなポップでキュートな感じで、売ってるんだっていうのが、ちょっと心配になりました。知らずに、なんかディープウォーター美味しそうって飲んだら、本当に出るんだと思います。本当に気をつけてください。 そして最後にこちら、これね知らなかったんですけど、韓国では知らない人はいないっていうぐらいの、人気の栄養剤らしいです。韓国のドラマとかでも、これを飲んでるっていうのが結構出てるらしいです。高麗人参がしっかり入ってるんですよね。その高麗人参自体が、やっぱ疲労回復っていう感じなので、アガベシロップだったりとか、フラクトオリゴ糖だったりとか、少し味をつけているものも、人工甘味料とはちょっと違うので、安心して飲めるかなと。あとはそのジンジャーシロップだったりとか、あとはプロポリスとかも入っているので、何か直すとかではないかもしれないけれども、本当に疲労回復とか、元気になりたいとかっていう時には、飲んでもいいんじゃないかなっていう風に思います。 あとね最後忘れてました。さっき飲むエリクサーとか教えてくれた子が、これ私の最近のお気に入りなんです。絶対これは開発してくださいっていうの忘れてました。こちらなんですけれども、ダルバっていう比較的最近のブランドらしいです。で最近人気が出てきてるんですよって言って、なんかミストの化粧水とか、トーンアップのUVが人気なんですけれども、このシートマスクも人気ですって言われて、ホワイトトリュフのシートマスクらしいです。成分的にどうかをちょっと解説してください、って言われたのでちょっとやってみようと思います。 ちょっと面白いなと思ったのは、水分をいっぱいにするヒアルロン酸を、しっかり入れてますよっていうような感じと、全成分的にはベースはグリセリンとベタインと、比較的ベーシックなものに、面白いのがアラントイン、炎症も入ってるし、ビフィズス菌の溶解質なので、全体的に保湿感はしっかりしてるんだろうなと思います。こちらのメーカーのポイントってなるのが、白トリュフの成分で、ツベルマグナトゥムエキスっていうことらしいですね。これ自体はどちらかというと、肌に水分を補充するっていうようなものだと思います。意外とね調べてみたんですけど、水分があるっていうよりは保湿の成分として、っていうような感じでしたね。その他にツブ臭エキスとかも入ってるし、あとヒアルロン酸も入っているし、全体的に保湿をしっかりさせながら、コンセプト成分である白トリュフの成分も保湿、アラントインを入れているので、多少炎症も抑えられると思うので、例えば少し赤みが気になる方とかは、赤みが減るような感じはあると思うので、速攻性というか保湿感を感じるっていうことではあるのかなと思います。ただそれが持続するかっていうとそうじゃないので、やっぱり化粧する前とか誰かに会う前に、パッと肌を明るくしたいっていう感じで使うといい、シートマスクなんじゃないかなと思います。 あとその他は美味しいよって言われたんで、成分云々じゃなくて、こういうカロリーは低いんだけれども、美味しいベーグルのスナックみたいなものも、オリーブヤングで買いました。あとヘアケアのジョンソンと一緒に、YouTube撮った時に出たのが、チキンフードの人参トナーでしたよね。だからこれも買ってみました。2022年はオリーブヤングのアワードで、1位を取ったらしいんですけれども、最近はなんと、どんぐりが流行ってるって言われて、ただねそのどんぐり売り切れてたの。だからちょっと次行った時には人参じゃなくて、どんぐりパックを買ってこようかなと思います。 はい、ということでいかがだったでしょうか。私もオリーブヤング初めて行ったので、もう韓国語全然分かんないんですけど、見てるだけでめちゃめちゃ楽しかったです。掃除でなんですけれども、オリーブヤングで見たことあるブランドさんっていうよりも、見たことないブランドさんとか、あと最近流行ってますよっていうようなものばっかりを、買ったのでそういうものばっかり選んじゃったの、かもしれないんですけれども、コンセプト成分はみんな結構似てるんですよね。結構なんか有効成分っていうのが似てて、だいたいナイアシンだったりとか、アデノシンだったりとかっていうものが入っていて、微妙な差しかないなっていうものが、今回多かったかなと思って、すいません私のちょっとチョイスミスだったのかもしれないんですけれども、ただパッケージの作り方だったりとか、ナンバーで分けたりとか、トリュフのとかいろんなもので、楽しいじゃないですか。だから若い人が買いたくなる、コンセプトだったりとか、分かるなと思いました。ただ今回で言うとコスRXみたいな感じで、どういう風に肌にアプローチするかっていうのまでは、ちょっと弱いのかなと。でもそこはねやっぱり大きな研究所があったりとかしないとちょっと難しいので、その辺とは少し差別化があるかなと。なので化粧品が楽しいなとか、思うちょっとワクワク感っていう意味では、良かったんじゃないかなという風に思います。 I'll share that work video separately, but aside from work, the number one place I wanted to visit was Olive Young. I had never been there before, and many people told me I absolutely had to go to Olive Young, saying it's a place like Matt Cosmetics or Matsukiyo. After shooting ended, I only had about an hour left, but I quickly bought things and came back. I then used a translation app to research various products. So I bought quite a lot of popular items. Look at this receipt—it's endless! In total, I spent 249,640 won, which is about 25,000 yen. So let me explain each item one by one. As you probably know if you've been there, Olive Young has not just cosmetics but also many inner care products, so I purchased some of those this time. Let's get started! First of all, when we talk about Korean cosmetics, it's definitely sheet masks, right? I bought a bunch of sheet masks that are said to be quite popular. The first series I heard was popular was Numbers In. It originally had skincare products too, and apparently it's even starting to be sold in Japanese drugstores and Docus Forte. As you can see written here, it says Numbers In, and apparently the effects differ depending on the number. Someone I went shopping with said that number 3 is effective for pores—it causes pain, and people with open pores reportedly experience more pain, according to what I saw on SNS. I thought, "Is that really true?" but I wondered if this might be the reason. So let me explain from number 1 in order. First, this number 1 is called a serum pack. The main ingredient is cypress water. Normally, when making sheet masks, water comes first in the ingredients, and here it says cypress water comes first in all ingredients. After that comes glycerin, methylpropanediol, and other hydrating ingredients. I'm not sure which cypress water this is from, but not all cypress water contains what's called hinokitiol, a component with anti-inflammatory properties that research shows works gently even on inflamed skin. However, I'm not sure if the cypress water in Numbers In is that type. In any case, cypress water has a calming effect, somewhat similar to cica ingredients like centella asiatica. Besides that, it doesn't have particularly distinctive features, though hyaluronic acid and polyglycerol, hydrating ingredients, are properly included. It also contains plenty of essential oils—things like Scotch pine needle oil and grapefruit peel oil. So it has a calming effect, but whether it's good for sensitive skin is debatable, because sensitive skin people can sometimes have reactions to essential oils. Rather than treating existing irritation, I think it works more to prevent irritation while hydrating and calming—not to treat active redness or itching. Next is Numbers In number 2. This is described as something like a moist glossy skin product—a 65% collagen sheet mask. It says it delivers easily absorbable collagen deeply into skin to make it smooth. Looking at all ingredients, it lists collagen extract. According to the official website, this is under 500 daltons, which I think is low molecular weight in terms of skin absorption. However, I couldn't determine exactly what this collagen extract is—whether it's just absorbed as collagen or if it somehow promotes collagen production. That said, niacinamide is included, so I think niacinamide might be responsible for the glow and whitening effects after the collagen application. Glycerin and propanediol, hydrating ingredients separate from collagen, are also included. So it's not just collagen making it plump—other hydrating ingredients contribute to that too. Not only collagen but also hyaluronic acid is well included. Both large and small molecular weight hyaluronic acids are present, so despite being called a collagen sheet mask, hyaluronic acid is properly included. For whitening, it lists glutathione and pearl extract, but I think the whitening is mostly from niacinamide. When skin is hydrated and water penetrates the stratum corneum, the face looks brighter anyway, and additionally niacinamide is included, so I'd say this is for people who want hydration and whitening. Next is the problematic number 3. This is a sheet mask for pores—it says it works in just one application. It claims a proprietary ingredient called "Tingle Pore Complex" targets pores, which consists of witch hazel extract, rosemary, lavender, orange peel oil, astaxanthin tree bark oil, rose chamomile flower extract, tea leaf extract, and western herb oil—all essential oils. Honestly, I'm skeptical that this Tingle Pore Complex actually works on pores. It says pores tighten with a tingling sensation, but I don't think that's accurate. However, people who've actually used it report tingling, so I think there must be another ingredient causing that. Before explaining that, I should note that besides water, number 3's base includes fermented extracts. This includes both Bacillus/yeast ferments and Bifidobacterium culture filtrate. Both are fermented extracts that can improve barrier function, provide hydration, and offer whitening benefits. It also contains lots of amino acids. I quite liked this fermented extract base among all these products. Plus, niacinamide is properly included, so I think it provides clarity. Thinking about why this causes tingling, I noticed Tromethamine is included. Tromethamine adjusts pH, and it does have pore-targeting properties. At the amounts used as a simple pH adjuster, there's no irritation and no pore effects, but at higher amounts, it can cause some irritation. Given its pore-targeting function, maybe this reacts to open pores with excess sebum, causing the tingling sensation. Honestly, I can't believe the Tingle Pore Complex plant extracts actually shrink pores. I think it's probably the Tromethamine and similar ingredients doing that. Next is number 4. This is a mask that becomes cold like it's been in the refrigerator, so it says to use it on hot, flushed skin. I thought menthol would be included to create that cooling sensation, but there's no menthol at all. The base includes T3 extract and such, which I think provides calming effects, and there's moisture-binding ingredients too. There's advanced hyaluronic acid and such for hydration. Overall it's emergency care. So why is it cooling? It's because methylisopropyl propionamide is included—this is the cooling ingredient. Like menthol, it lowers skin temperature. So it both calms skin and reduces inflammation and soothing through temperature reduction. Lowering temperature after sun exposure is really important, but I think including niacinamide would be better for post-sun care. It mainly reduces dryness and lowers skin temperature, so while this is important as winter approaches, it would be great for summer use. But rather than post-sun exposure, I think it's more for hot, flushed skin. Next is definitely Mediheal as the standard souvenir. I heard these 2 were new, so I purchased them. First, this one says niacinamide and glutathione. I think quite a lot of niacinamide is included—looking at ingredients, niacinamide comes right after water, even before glycerin, so it should be quite effective for whitening. It also includes Galactomyces ferment filtrate and panthenol, hydrating ingredients. However, not that much glutathione is included. Glutathione gives the impression of whitening injections and skin lightening, but I think the whitening here is mostly from niacinamide. Since niacinamide works so gently that even sensitive skin people can use it, rather than aggressive whitening, it's good for those wanting gentle whitening while maintaining hydration. Next is this one labeled hyaluronic acid times panthenol. While it says hyaluronic acid, I think actually more niacinamide is included. Korean sheet mask brands really love niacinamide. It includes several types of hyaluronic acid plus the listed panthenol. Overall it provides hydration, not drastically different from the previous one I'd say. The niacinamide times glutathione leans more toward whitening, while this leans toward hydration. Since the felt effect comes from niacinamide, they're somewhat similar honestly. Sorry. Next are these 2 products from the Rejuran brand. When I think of Rejuran, I make the connection that in dermatology, we inject hyaluronic acid products also called Rejuran, so I thought this might evoke that. Moisture Treatment Mask and Skin Protection Mask—the silver one and white one, I bought both. The Skin Protection Mask, the silver one. Its active ingredients are niacinamide and adenosine. Adenosine is recognized as a whitening active ingredient in Korea. For this silver one, the active ingredients are niacinamide and adenosine. In Japan, adenosine isn't recognized as an active ingredient, but in Korea it's approved for wrinkles. Since niacinamide is approved for both whitening and wrinkles in Japan, it helps with wrinkle improvement. So the benefits are described as both whitening and wrinkle improvement. Besides niacinamide, it includes allantoin, which reduces inflammation, and plant ingredients like chamomile flower extract, lavender extract, rosemary, and lemon balm—nice-smelling ingredients. Overall the base is propylene glycol and glycerin, very stable hydrating ingredients—a classic sheet mask feeling. The other Rejuran Moisture Treatment Mask is so similar in concept I wonder how you'd differentiate between them. This one's active ingredients are also niacinamide and adenosine. The hydrating base differs with butylene glycol, methylpropanediol, glycerin, and aloe leaf extract included. The difference between these two is this one focuses more on hydration. This one seems to include some calming effect. But honestly there's not much difference, so I wonder why they made two separate products. Next is this. I bought this as a set of 2, and the young cameraman I went with has a girlfriend who apparently requested these. So I figured they're popular with people in their 20s. This is a vitamin C serum from a brand called CosRX. But honestly, I bought it casually and I think it might be pretty amazing. It says Vitamin C 23. Even though it says vitamin C, I wondered if it was vitamin C derivatives mixed to 23%, but it's pure vitamin C. It seems they're properly dissolving 23% of it. Honestly, pure vitamin C, when you add a high concentration, it crystallizes and doesn't dissolve easily. To be honest, with Rohto Pharmaceuticals' products like Obagi, I thought they held patents and were the only ones with the technology to properly dissolve it. But it's being properly dissolved at 23%, which I thought was amazing. Of course, this technology is different from Rohto's, so I'm not saying it works the same way, but the technology of dissolving this percentage without crystallization seems really good. So pure vitamin C, for people with oily skin who want to tighten their pores or suppress sebum, I can understand why it's popular among young people. Unlike Rohto Pharmaceuticals' approach where it penetrates to the dermal layer with collagen and elastin, it might not reach that deep layer. But for young people worried about pores and acne, I think it's really good. This really surprised me. It's the vitamin C serum from CosRX. I'm genuinely thinking of trying it myself. Also, recently instead of sheet masks, these wash-off masks that come in cups seem to be trending. The text on this is incredibly small, so the translation app couldn't quite handle it. But looking at it, one says it's for acne and the other says vitamin, but even if there are ingredients inside, it's probably not pure vitamin C but rather niacinamide or similar. This one says brightening and moisturizer, so I think it contains niacinamide rather than vitamin C specifically. These wash-off types have been trending lately, so it seems like they're just riding the trend. Next, I want to move on to inner care. The absolutely must-have item that someone told me to buy is this, Orthomol Immune, apparently a German brand that's become super trendy in Korea. It's called the Nom de l'elves of the vitamin world, and influencers have been drinking it, so it caught fire. The shelf was completely empty and sold out. When I asked the staff if they had it, they brought it out from the back and gave it to me. I was like, it's really that popular? So I checked it out. It contains not just vitamin C but genuinely a multi-vitamin blend. There's vitamin E, beta-carotene which is vitamin A, and the B-complex group is properly included. I think vitamin A is better when included as the vitamin A compound itself rather than as beta-carotene, so that might be the point of having it as a multi-vitamin. But I have to say, if you're drinking this, I'm really sorry, but I have a concern. This contains quite a bit of artificial sweetener. For example, aspartame, and sodium saccharin, and sucrose are all included, and it tastes sweet and easy to drink. Pure vitamin C alone doesn't taste very good. So I think they're adding these artificial sweeteners to make it easier to drink. Colorants are included too, so honestly I thought regular vitamin C would be fine. Sorry. It's not so much about vitamin C or anything like that, but more that I personally don't like artificial sweeteners. If you want something delicious to drink, it's fine, but that was a bit concerning for me. Sorry about that. Next, this is called Deep Water. A staff member said that in Korea it's a detox water, and it's supposedly something where you're told to absolutely only drink it on days off because it works so well for bowel movements. So even I haven't tried it yet because I'm scared, but it's a trendy detox water in Korea, so I bought it. This is called Deep Water, and I was told it tastes like prune. As for how to drink it, apparently you should drink it on an empty stomach. Since it works quite strongly, they repeatedly warned me to be careful about when I drink it, especially before days off. At first, it said prune concentrate, so I thought there's no way prune concentrate would work that effectively. But then it turns out it contains something called lactulose and D-sorbitol. By the way, D-sorbitol is a type of sugar, and you're warned that consuming too much causes diarrhea. And lactulose itself is a laxative too. In Japan, taking too much of either is basically like a laxative that causes diarrhea. The fact that they're selling it in such a cute, pop design is a bit concerning. If someone drank this without knowing, thinking it looks tasty, I really think it would work. Please be careful. And finally, this one. I didn't know this, but apparently in Korea, there's nobody who doesn't know this popular nutritional supplement. It apparently appears quite often in Korean dramas where people are drinking it. It contains ginseng properly. Since ginseng itself is for fatigue recovery, they're flavoring it with things like agave syrup and fructooligosaccharide, so it's a bit different from artificial sweeteners and I feel more comfortable drinking it. They also have ginger syrup and propolis included, so while it might not be for treating anything specific, I think it's fine to drink when you want fatigue recovery or want to feel energetic. Also, I almost forgot the last one. That girl who told me about the drinkable elixir, this is my recent favorite. I forgot to say they should definitely develop this. This one here is apparently a brand called Darva that's relatively new. They said it's become popular recently, and apparently their mist toner and tone-up UV are popular, but they said this sheet mask is popular too. Apparently it's a white truffle sheet mask. I was asked to explain the ingredients a bit, so I'll try to do that. What I found interesting is that they're properly including hyaluronic acid to provide moisture, and overall the base contains glycerin and betaine, relatively basic ingredients, but interestingly it has allantoin to reduce inflammation and Bifidobacterium's soluble fiber, so overall I think it provides solid moisturizing. The key point for this manufacturer is the white truffle ingredient, which is apparently Tuber magnatum extract. This itself is probably something that supplements skin moisture. Surprisingly, when I researched it, it seemed more like a moisturizing ingredient rather than something with moisture in it. It also contains other truffle extract, and hyaluronic acid is included, so while providing solid moisturization through the concept ingredient white truffle and including allantoin to reduce some inflammation, if you have slight redness concerns, I think you'd see some redness reduction. So in terms of immediate effect or feeling moisturized, I think that's possible. But whether that lasts, probably not. So I think it's better to use it when you want to quickly brighten your skin before makeup or before meeting someone. Also, they said the rest tastes good, so apart from ingredients, I also bought some snacks at Olive Young that are like tasty bagels that are low calorie. Also, when I filmed YouTube with someone from hair care, what came out was the chicken food ginseng toner. So I bought that too. In 2022 it won first place in the Olive Young awards, but recently they said ginger is trending. The problem is that ginger was sold out, so next time I go, I'm thinking I'll buy the ginger pack instead of the ginseng one. So, how was that? But the concept ingredients are all pretty similar, right? The active ingredients are similar and generally have things like niacin or adenosine included, so I noticed there weren't many differences. I'm sorry that might have been my choice mistake. But the way they design packaging, dividing things by number, truffle and various other things, it's fun, right? So I can understand why young people would want to buy them, in terms of concept and such. But in terms of this particular haul, like with CosRX, I think how it actually approaches the skin might be a bit weak. But that's probably difficult without a large research facility, so there's probably some differentiation there. So in terms of finding cosmetics fun and that feeling of excitement, I think it was good.
