シワ・たるみに効くハリアップ美容液を３つご紹介します。

皆さん、こんにちは。トモリ新田です。今日は2021年の秋冬に発売になった、大注目のリフトアップ・ハリアップ美容液を3つご紹介したいと思いますので、最後までご覧ください。 ハリやリフトアップを叶えるための成分というと、皆さんもピンとくるのがレチノールです。レチノールはビタミンAの誘導体で、皮膚の表面と奥のヒアルロン酸の産生を促したり、表皮のターンオーバーを促すことによって表皮の厚みを増やしたりします。肌をふっくらさせて表皮の水分量も増やしてくれるので、水を蓄えながらハリを出し、コラーゲンをグッとアップさせてくれる成分です。 レチノールというとシワ改善のイメージですが、海外では肌全体のリフトアップや小ジワ改善、全体的に内側からハリ感のある肌を作り上げるという意味で、全顔に使う美容液が多いんです。ただし、高濃度を配合するとA反応と呼ばれる赤みや皮むけが起きることがあるため、日本ではなかなか全顔に塗るクリームや美容液が出ていませんでした。しかし2021年は、3つのメーカーから全顔用のレチノール入り美容液・クリームが発売になりました。各社ともレチノールにプラスアルファの成分を加えることで、より高いハリ効果を実現しています。それぞれの処方の工夫を皆さんにご紹介したいと思います。 【1つ目：Hils（ヒールズ）Newing Serum】 もしかしたら聞いたことがない方もいらっしゃるかもしれませんが、もともとアメリカのドラッグストア発祥のブランドです。このヒールズ Newing Serumにはもちろんレチノールが配合されていますが、ヒールズ独自の「マイクロレチノールコンプレックス」という処方が特徴です。レチノールにセラミドとペプチドをミックスさせることで、A反応（赤み・皮むけ）を軽減してくれます。 さらに注目のペプチドが「アセチルGペプチド-1セチル」です。このペプチドは神経伝達を抑制することで筋肉の収縮によるシワ（表情ジワや笑いジワ）をできにくくする働きがあります。つまり、レチノールによる表皮の水分量アップ・厚みアップによるシワ改善に加え、表情ジワを緩和するペプチド、さらにA反応を抑えるセラミドが組み合わさっています。また、シワ改善にじわじわ効くナイアシンアミドも配合されており、非常に優れた処方です。 実際に使用しましたが、赤みはほとんど出ませんでした。首のシワが気になる方にもおすすめです。 【2つ目：シーラボ エンリッチMLクリーム】 こちらはクリームタイプです。ピュアレチノールがしっかり配合されているほか、「カーヤセネガレンシス樹皮エキス」というユニークな成分が入っています。これはXVIII型コラーゲン（18型コラーゲン）の産生を促す成分です。XVIII型コラーゲンは、各層の基底膜や脂肪細胞、血管周囲に存在し、肌の土台をしっかり支えるコラーゲンです。成長因子の調整、新しい毛細血管の形成サポート、栄養・酸素の補給コントロールなど多彩な働きを持ちますが、年齢とともに低下していきます。土台となるXVIII型コラーゲンをしっかり産生させた上で、レチノールで表皮に厚みを持たせることで、たるみにくく、ぐっと引き上がった肌を目指すという発想です。 さらに「酵母由来エキス（シーラボ独自成分）」も配合されており、ヒアルロン酸とエラスチンの合成促進に加え、表皮と真皮をつなぐ基底膜を強化・厚みアップさせる働きがあります。XVIII型コラーゲンで基底膜の土台を底上げし、さらに基底膜そのものを強化するという二重のアプローチが特徴です。 クリームタイプなのでリッチなテクスチャーで乾燥しにくく、全顔はもちろん首にも使えます。レチノールで乾燥しがちな方にも適しています。 【3つ目：クリニーク スマート リペア セラム】 こちらには「次世代レチノール」と呼ばれる「レチノイン酸ヒドロキシピナコロン」が配合されています。通常のレチノールは肌に乗ると酵素によってレチノイン酸に変換されて吸収されますが、その変換過程でA反応が起こりやすくなります。一方、レチノイン酸ヒドロキシピナコロンはビタミンAとほぼ同じ形で直接肌に届くため、酵素による変換が不要です。その結果、A反応が出にくく、かつ速効性があるというのが大きなメリットです。 クリニークはデパコスブランドの中でも以前からビタミンA系美容液を積極的に展開しており、この次世代レチノールの採用はその集大成とも言えます。今までのレチノールが合わなかった方にもぜひ試していただきたい処方です。 さらに4種類のペプチド（パルミトイルトリペプチド、アセチルヘキサペプチド-8、パルミトイルテトラペプチド-7など）も配合されており、内側からのハリ感アップと筋肉による表情ジワの緩和を同時に実現します。 実際に使用しましたが、A反応はほとんど出ませんでした。首に塗っても赤みは出なかったので、全顔・首への使用が安心してできる一本です。 【まとめ】 この3本はいずれも、日本人・アジア人に合ったテクスチャーと処方にこだわって作られており、全顔に使ってもA反応が出にくいのが特徴です。ただし、人によっては反応が出る可能性もあるため、最初は少量から試していただくことをおすすめします。首まで含めてしっかりケアできるのも大きなメリットです。 たるみやハリのなさが気になる方は、ぜひレチノール入り美容液を取り入れてみてください。いかがでしたか？今日は私も大好きで使い続けているレチノール配合の新しい美容液をご紹介できて、ワクワクしながらお伝えすることができました。もっと知りたい成分や企画のリクエストがあれば、ぜひコメント欄に書いていただけると嬉しいです。それではまた次の動画でお会いしましょう。さようなら。

Hello everyone, I'm Tomori Nitta. Today I'd like to introduce three highly anticipated lifting and firming serums that were released in autumn/winter 2021, so please watch until the end. When it comes to ingredients that deliver firmness and lifting, the name that immediately comes to mind is retinol. Retinol is a derivative of Vitamin A. It stimulates hyaluronic acid production in both the surface and deeper layers of the skin, and promotes epidermal cell turnover to increase the thickness of the epidermis. It also plumps the skin and boosts moisture levels in the epidermis, helping the skin retain water, increase firmness, and significantly boost collagen production. Retinol is often associated with wrinkle improvement, but overseas it is widely used in full-face serums for overall skin lifting, fine line reduction, and creating a plump, firm complexion from within. However, because high concentrations can cause what is known as "retinol reaction" — redness and peeling — full-face retinol creams and serums had been relatively rare in Japan. In 2021, three brands launched full-face retinol serums and creams. Each brand has added unique supporting ingredients to enhance the firming effect, and I'm excited to share their special formulations with you. 【Product 1: Hils Newing Serum】 This brand may be unfamiliar to some of you — it originally comes from American drugstores. Hils Newing Serum contains retinol, but what makes it stand out is its proprietary "Micro Retinol Complex" formulation, which combines retinol with ceramides and peptides to help reduce retinol reaction (redness and peeling). The star peptide here is Acetyl G Peptide-1 Cetyl. This peptide works by inhibiting neurotransmission, thereby reducing muscle contractions that cause expression lines and smile lines. So, in addition to retinol improving wrinkles by increasing epidermal moisture and thickness, this peptide helps soften expression wrinkles, while ceramides help suppress retinol reaction. It also contains niacinamide, which gradually helps improve the appearance of wrinkles — making this a remarkably well-rounded formula. I used it myself and experienced virtually no redness. It would also be great for those concerned about neck wrinkles. 【Product 2: Ci:z.Labo (SheLabo) Enrich ML Cream】 This is a cream-type product containing pure retinol, along with a fascinating ingredient: Khaya Senegalensis Bark Extract. This ingredient stimulates the production of Type XVIII Collagen — a collagen found in the basement membrane of each skin layer, around fat cells, and blood vessels, serving as the foundation of skin structure. It also helps regulate growth factors, supports the formation of new capillaries, and controls the supply of nutrients and oxygen to the skin. Unfortunately, Type XVIII Collagen decreases with age. The concept here is: by reinforcing the collagen foundation and then thickening the epidermis with retinol, the skin becomes more resistant to sagging and achieves a lifted appearance. The cream also contains a proprietary yeast-derived extract that not only promotes hyaluronic acid and elastin synthesis, but also strengthens and thickens the basement membrane that connects the epidermis and dermis. This creates a two-pronged approach: boosting the basement membrane foundation with Type XVIII Collagen, while simultaneously reinforcing the basement membrane itself. Being a cream, it has a rich texture that prevents dryness — ideal for those who find retinol drying. It can be used on the full face and neck. 【Product 3: Clinique Smart Repair Serum】 This serum features what is called a "next-generation retinol": Hydroxypinacolone Retinoate. Standard retinol is converted by enzymes in the skin into retinoic acid before it can be absorbed — and it is during this conversion process that retinol reaction tends to occur. Hydroxypinacolone Retinoate, however, is delivered to the skin in a form almost identical to retinoic acid itself, so no enzymatic conversion is needed. This means it causes less retinol reaction while also delivering faster results — a significant advantage. Clinique has long been proactive about Vitamin A-based products among department store brands, and this next-generation retinol represents the culmination of that commitment. It may be worth trying even for those who have had difficulty with traditional retinol. The serum also contains four types of peptides — including Palmitoyl Tripeptide, Acetyl Hexapeptide-8, and Palmitoyl Tetrapeptide-7 — which work together to boost firmness from within and relax muscle-induced expression wrinkles. I used it personally and experienced almost no retinol reaction, even when applied to the neck. 【Summary】 All three of these products are formulated with Japanese and Asian skin in mind, featuring textures and formulations that minimize retinol reaction even with full-face use. That said, individual reactions can vary, so I recommend starting with a small amount. A major benefit of all three is that they can be used safely on both the face and neck.
