【失敗しないクレンジングの選び方】乾燥せずメイクも落とすすごいクレンジングを紹介

皆さんこんにちは、友利新です。今日はですね、クレンジングのお話をしたいと思います。クレンジング選び、どうしていますか？今までは私もたくさんのクレンジングを紹介してきて、どういう油を選定するか、あとはメイクっていうのは油ですから、メイクに馴染みやすくてしっかり取れる。なのでメイクが濃い目の時はミルククレンジングだったりとか、その他のクレンジングっていうのはメイクを落とすというよりも肌に優しいタイプみたいな話を散々してきたんですけれども、変わってきてますね。時代も流れてきて、しっかりメイクを落としたいだけれども肌にも優しくしたいっていう要望と、メイク落としで毛穴もケアしたいっていう、どちらの層も来てるっていう感じがあるんですね。なので今回は、毛穴汚れもしっかり落ちるクレンジングオイル、そしてメイクはしっかり落とすけれども肌には優しいミルククレンジング、こちらを深掘りしていきたいと思いますので、気になる方は最後までご覧ください。 そもそもクレンジングってどういうものかっていう基礎的なお話なんですけれども、洗顔とは違ってメイクを落とすものなので、まずメイクっていうのは油です。油を落とすっていうイメージで、油性の成分があって、それが顔にのせた時にメイクと馴染みます。でも油を洗い流さなきゃいけないので、水と油を混ぜるような界面活性剤を入れて、それで洗い流すっていうところになります。なのでやっぱりメイクをしっかり取ろうと思うと皮脂も取れちゃうよね、っていうのが今までだったんですが、最近のメイクってめちゃくちゃ落ちにくくないですか？皮脂崩れを防止しますとか、撥水加工がありますみたいな、崩れないメイクっていうのが今基本じゃないですか。皮脂と混ざってしまったらメイクがヨレの原因になるので、皮脂と混ざらないようにコーティングをしているっていうのが最近のメイクなんですよ。なので皮脂を落としながらメイクを落とすって相反しているような感じになるんですね。皮脂を溶かすものとメイクを溶かすものっていうのが全然違ってくるんですよ。それを何かっていうと油の極性というものになります。溶けやすさ、仲良くなりやすさみたいな感じで思っていただきたいんですが、極性がある油っていうのは皮脂に溶けやすいんですね。なんですが、コーティングがされている撥水があるような油っていうのは非極性っていうんですけど、そういう油に溶けるようになってるんです。昔はメイク自体もコーティングをされてなかったんで、極性があるオイルだけで良かったんですけど、最近のメイクっていうのはやっぱりコーティングをされてしまっているので、やっぱり非極性のものも入れてこないとなかなかメイクが落ちないよっていうところがあったんですね。油のバランスってめちゃくちゃ大事なんですよ。シリコンを落としやすい油だったりをしっかりと組み合わせていかないとなかなか難しいんですね。でもごっそり取りすぎちゃうとやっぱり肌に負担っていうところで、ミルククレンジング、オイルクレンジングといって形状で選んでたんですけれども、これからはどういう極性を持っている油が入っているクレンジングを選ぶかっていうのがポイントになってくると思います。 ということで難しい話を最初にしたんですが、まずはこちら「薬用 雪肌精 ブライトニングクレンジングオイル」です。ベストセラーで、多分見たことない人いないと思うんですけれども、雪肌精っていうともう本当に化粧水が有名なんですが、このクレンジングオイルもかなり有名かなという風に思います。今回リニューアルして、もちろんメイクもそうなんですけれども、皮脂汚れ、毛穴の黒ずみだったりをしっかりとっていきますよ、という風なものに変わってきてます。それを言うとピンときた方多いと思うんですが、極性が高いオイルを厳選しています。もちろんメイクも全部が全部コーティングされているわけではないので、ある程度メイクも落ちますし、毛穴の中に残っているような皮脂だったりとか、最近は皮脂が残ることによって肌に炎症が起こってしまう、この炎症がシミだったりとか赤みだったりとかくすみの原因になってくるので、しっかり洗い流していく極性の油っていうものが入っているんですね。これに入っている極性のある油が、トリエチルヘキサン酸グリセリルだったりとか、ジカプリル酸プロピレングリコールだったりとか、リンゴ酸ジイソステアリル、あとですねイソノナン酸イソトリデシルなど、そういったものをしっかりと組み合わせることによって、毛穴の中の皮脂もしっかりとっていくっていうようなクレンジングオイルになっています。もちろん非極性のオイルも入っていて、エステル油の「エチルヘキサン酸セチル」だったりとか、流動パラフィンだったりとか、ミリスチン酸イソプロピルだったりとか、極性が低いものもしっかり入っているので、多分このバランスが肝なんだと思うんですよね。なので極性の低いものを入れつつ、撥水があるようなメイクも落とすんだけれども、毛穴に残っているような皮脂くすみみたいなものを一掃してくれるっていうのが「薬用ブライトニングクレンジングオイル」。そこにですよ、やっぱり雪肌精といえば、抗炎症成分を入れて、雪のように白い肌にしていくっていうイメージなので、こちらにもですね、抗炎症の「グリチルレチン酸ステアリル」っていうものが配合されています。グリチルレチン酸ステアリルっていうのは、グリチルリチン酸と同じで、甘草から抽出された成分で、グリチルリチンは水溶性なんですけど、グリチルレチン酸の方は油溶性なので、やっぱりクレンジングオイルにしっかりと入れてこれています。グリチルレチン酸っていうのは、肌に炎症が起こった時にプロスタグランジンっていう、炎症起きましたよっていうのを指令を出す物質があるんですが、それを抑えて赤みだったりとか炎症を抑えるっていうものになります。今回はそのグリチルレチン酸は抗炎症作用、肌荒れ防止っていうもので出てるんですけれども、前回化粧水がリニューアルになった時には、グリチルレチン酸が入ってるんですね。グリチルレチン酸自体が抗炎症もしながら、メラノサイトに炎症の指令が行くことを抑えることによって、美白っていうところも承認を下ろしてるんですよ。今回はもちろん美白というところまでは歌ってはいないんですけれども、同じグリチルレチン酸が入っているっていうことは、炎症を抑える、肌荒れを抑えるっていうところはもちろんなんですけれども、皮脂くすみも取りながら美白の効果も期待しつつ、メイクもしっかりとってくれるっていう、バランスの取れたクレンジングオイルだなという風に思っています。乾燥肌の人には無理かなって思っている方も、雪肌精の保湿成分が入っていますので、そこもちょっと安心。だけれども私みたいな元皮脂肌だったりとか、毛穴の黒ずみが気になるっていう人にはバッチリなクレンジングオイルなんじゃないかなという風に思います。 そしてもう一つ、こちら「with method AAA プレシャスソリューション トリートメント クレンジングミルク」になります。このパッケージ見てピンときた方いると思うんですが、with methodのAAAでクレンジングといえばバカ売れしたのが、with method AAAの「プレシャスソリューション クリアセラム クレンジングオイル」です。このデパコスのクレンジングオイルと似ているということで、すごくこれがバカ売れしたんですが、どういう成分が入っているかというと、トウモロコシ胚芽油っていうのが、これメインの成分なんですね。極性が高い油で、皮脂を溶かす油なんですよ。プチプラ界のクレンジングオイルでは一石を投じたwith methodさんが、3月にですね、クレンジングミルクを出してきたんですよ。ミルクってメイクの落ちっていう意味ではそんなに落ちないから、落ちるオイルを作ったのになんでミルクを出してきたんだろうと思ってちょっと謎だったんですよ。やっちゃったかなと思って、いろいろ見てみたら、なるほど、めちゃめちゃメイク落ちるクレンジングミルクだなと思ったんですね。極性の違う油を入れてるんですよ。スクワランだったりするんですけども、ミルククレンジングでしっかりしたメイクが落ちるっていうことが、あんまり想像ができてなかったんですけども、びっくりするくらいちゃんとメイクが落ちるんですよね。ただやっぱり極性の高い油も一応入ってはいます。だけれどもそこまでメインでは入っていないので、メイクを落とすためのミルククレンジングっていう感じですかね。あとはシリコンを落とすような「フェニルトリメチコン」だったりとかも入っているので、シリコン系もメイクの中には結構入ってますよね。なので本当にメイクが落ちます。シリコンもオッケーだし濡れた手でもオッケーということで、ミルククレンジングのちょっと常識を変えるなっていうのが、with methodのAAAになっているんですね。自分の肌質に合ったクレンジングが選べるようになってきたんだなと思うんですよ。AAAはメイクしっかりのせてます、だけれども乾燥しがちで、皮脂汚れっていうのは気にはならないけれども、メイクを主体に落としたい、普通肌から乾燥肌よりっていう。一回使ってみると本当にメイク落ちるねみたいに思うものかなという風に思います。 私はやっぱり夏になったらブライトニングクレンジングオイルはすごく皮脂も出てるからいいかなと思いますし、今の時期ちょっとまだ乾燥もあるので、with methodもいいなと思っているので、今日は皮脂をしっかり落としたいなっていう時、今日はやっぱりガッツリメイクしたよっていう時、っていう風に今まではクレンジングは濃いメイクの時にはオイル、薄いメイクの時にはミルクっていう常識を超えて、これからは今日は皮脂をしっかり落としたいから極性がある油がいっぱい入っているクレンジング、今日はメイクをしっかり落としたいから非極性のオイルが入っているクレンジング、っていう感じで油の種類によってクレンジングを選ぶ時代になってきたんじゃないかなと思うので、そういった観点でクレンジングを選んでいただければかなと思いますし、この2つは偏っていない、すごくバランスがいいクレンジングだと思うので、どちらもドラッグストアに売ってますので、チェックしてみてください。 はい、ということで今日はドラッグストアでも買える「これすごい」っていうクレンジングをご紹介しました。カタカナばっかりでちょっと難しかったかもしれないんですが、ざっくり言うと新しいクレンジング、どっちもいいよっていうことなので、ぜひ使ってみてください。ということで今日も最後まで見ていただいてありがとうございました。このチャンネルではこのように化粧品の深掘りだったりとか美容健康について発信しているチャンネルになりますので、よかったらチャンネル登録お願いします。そして毎週火曜日にはですね、メンバーシップ限定のライブも配信しています。月額90円にはなりますけれども、メンバーシップでしか言えない最新情報だったりも発信していますので、よかったら入会お願いします。ではまた次の動画でお会いしましょう。さようなら。

Hello everyone, this is Arata Tomori. Today I'd like to talk about cleansing. How do you choose your cleansing products? I've introduced many cleansing products before, talking about how to select oils, and since makeup is essentially oil, products that blend well with makeup and remove it thoroughly. So I've repeatedly talked about how, for heavier makeup, milk cleansers or other types tend to be gentler on the skin rather than focused on makeup removal. But things are changing now. As times change, there are demands for both thoroughly removing makeup while being gentle on the skin, and wanting to care for pores while removing makeup — both groups seem to be present now. So today, I want to dive deep into a cleansing oil that thoroughly removes pore dirt, and a milk cleanser that thoroughly removes makeup while being gentle on the skin. If you're interested, please watch until the end. First, some basic information about what cleansing actually is. Unlike facial washing, cleansing removes makeup, and makeup itself is essentially oil. The image is that oil removes oil — there's an oily component that blends with makeup when applied to the face. But since the oil needs to be washed away, surfactants that mix water and oil are added to wash it off. So the conventional understanding was that thoroughly removing makeup also removes sebum. But haven't you noticed that recent makeup is incredibly hard to remove? Things like "prevents sebum-induced makeup breakdown" or "water-repellent coating" — makeup that doesn't budge is now the standard, isn't it? If sebum mixes with makeup, it causes the makeup to smudge, so recent makeup is coated to prevent mixing with sebum. This means removing sebum while removing makeup becomes somewhat contradictory. What dissolves sebum and what dissolves makeup are completely different things. This comes down to something called the "polarity" of oils. Think of it like solubility or compatibility — oils with polarity dissolve sebum well. However, oils that are coated with water-repellent finishes are non-polar, and dissolve in that type of oil instead. In the past, makeup itself wasn't coated, so polar oils alone were sufficient. But since recent makeup is coated, non-polar ingredients also need to be included, or the makeup won't come off properly. The balance of oils is extremely important. Without properly combining oils that easily dissolve silicone, it becomes quite difficult. But if you remove too much, it burdens the skin. So instead of choosing based on form — milk cleanser or oil cleanser — I think the key point going forward will be choosing cleansers based on what type of polarity oils are included. So, having started with that complex explanation, first up is the "Medicated SEKKISEI Brightening Cleansing Oil." It's a bestseller, and I doubt anyone hasn't seen it before. SEKKISEI is famous for its lotion, but this cleansing oil is also quite famous, I think. With this renewal, of course it still removes makeup, but it's also been changed to thoroughly remove sebum grime and pore blackheads. Many of you probably caught on immediately — they've carefully selected highly polar oils. Of course, not all makeup is coated, so it still removes makeup to some extent, and it also contains polar oils that thoroughly wash away sebum remaining in the pores. Recently, sebum remaining in pores has been found to cause skin inflammation, and this inflammation becomes the cause of spots, redness, and dullness. The polar oils included here are things like glyceryl triethylhexanoate, propylene glycol dicaprylate, diisostearyl malate, and isotridecyl isononanoate, among others. By combining these properly, it becomes a cleansing oil that thoroughly removes sebum inside the pores. Of course, non-polar oils are also included, such as the ester oil cetyl ethylhexanoate, liquid paraffin, and isopropyl myristate — low-polarity ingredients are properly included too. I think this balance is probably the key. So while including low-polarity ingredients that remove water-repellent makeup, it also sweeps away sebum-related dullness remaining in the pores — that's the "Medicated Brightening Cleansing Oil." And of course, being SEKKISEI, it includes anti-inflammatory ingredients with the image of creating snow-white skin. This one also contains the anti-inflammatory ingredient stearyl glycyrrhetinate. Stearyl glycyrrhetinate is similar to glycyrrhizic acid, both extracted from licorice root, but while glycyrrhizin is water-soluble, glycyrrhetinic acid is oil-soluble, so it's properly included in the cleansing oil. Glycyrrhetinic acid works by suppressing prostaglandins — substances that signal "inflammation has occurred" when skin becomes inflamed — thereby suppressing redness and inflammation. This time, glycyrrhetinic acid is listed for its anti-inflammatory action and prevention of skin roughness, but when the lotion was previously renewed, glycyrrhetinic acid was also included there. Glycyrrhetinic acid itself has anti-inflammatory properties while also suppressing inflammatory signals sent to melanocytes, which is approved as contributing to whitening effects too. This time, they're not claiming whitening effects outright, but the fact that the same glycyrrhetinic acid is included means that, of course, it suppresses inflammation and skin roughness, but it's a well-balanced cleansing oil that removes sebum-related dullness while also offering whitening benefits, all while thoroughly removing makeup. For those who think this might be too much for dry skin, SEKKISEI's moisturizing ingredients are also included, so that's somewhat reassuring. But for people like me with naturally oily skin or concerns about pore blackheads, I think this could be a perfect cleansing oil. And here's another one: "with method AAA Precious Solution Treatment Cleansing Milk." Some of you might recognize this package. Speaking of with method AAA cleansers, the one that sold like crazy was the "with method AAA Precious Solution Clear Serum Cleansing Oil." This drugstore cleansing oil resembled a department store cosmetics cleansing oil, which is why it sold so well. As for its ingredients, corn germ oil is the main component — a highly polar oil that dissolves sebum. With method, who made waves in the affordable cleansing oil market, released a cleansing milk in March. Milk cleansers don't typically remove makeup that well, so I was puzzled as to why they'd release a milk cleanser after making an oil that removes makeup so well. I thought maybe they'd made a mistake, but after looking into it, I realized — wow, this is an incredibly effective makeup-removing cleansing milk. They've included oils with different polarities, like squalane. I hadn't really been able to imagine a milk cleanser thoroughly removing solid makeup, but surprisingly, it really does remove makeup well. That said, it does contain some highly polar oil, but not as the main component, so it feels more like a milk cleanser designed primarily for makeup removal. It also contains phenyl trimethicone, which dissolves silicone — and silicone is quite commonly found in makeup these days. So it really does remove makeup thoroughly. It works fine with silicone and even with wet hands, which is why with method AAA is somewhat changing the conventional wisdom about milk cleansers. I think we're getting to a point where people can choose cleansers suited to their own skin type. AAA seems suited for those who wear full makeup but tend toward dryness, aren't particularly concerned about sebum grime, but want to primarily remove makeup — suited for normal to dry skin types. Once you try it, you'll probably think, "wow, this really removes makeup well." Personally, once summer comes, I think the Brightening Cleansing Oil is great since there's more sebum production, and since it's still a bit dry this time of year, I think with method is also great. So rather than the old convention of using oil for heavy makeup days and milk for light makeup days, I think we're entering an era where you choose based on: "today I want to thoroughly remove sebum, so I'll use a cleanser packed with polar oils" or "today I want to thoroughly remove makeup, so I'll use a cleanser with non-polar oils" — choosing cleansers based on the type of oil rather than just consistency. I hope you'll consider choosing your cleanser from that perspective. Both of these products are well-balanced without leaning too heavily one way, and both are available at drugstores, so please check them out.
