皆さんこんにちは友利新です。今日は2025年プチプラ日焼け止め特集になります。日焼け止めもう今年はたくさん出ていて、これまでもいくつかご紹介したんですけれども、今回はプチプラということになっています。1000円台、ものによっては1000円以下のもの。なんですけれども今年の傾向としては、ロングUVAとか、そういったUVEカットを極限まで高めたものとクリームなんじゃないですかみたいな日焼け止め。なんだけれど美容効果が高いもの、どちらかになっているんですけれども、じゃあプチプラはどうかっていうと、そこのいいとこ取りをしているし、もともとベースでスキンケアを作っているようなブランドさんからプチプラの日焼け止めが出ている。ので、そこのブランドさんの独自の技術だったりとかを日焼け止めに落とし込んでいて、なおかつそれでお値段を抑えているというものになるので、いいとこ取りの日焼け止めが多いのかなというふうに思います。高めのものもそうなんですけども、今回出ているプチプラもすごいので、一つ一つ解説していこうと思います。 まずはこちら、ロートのスキンアクアヒアルロン酸セラムUVウォータープルーフのジェルタイプになっています。ロートといえば肌ラボじゃないですか。肌ラボのヒアルロン酸がしっかり入っているので、日焼け止めなんだけれども、スキンケア効果も高いというものになっています。ベースは紫外線吸収剤も散乱剤もどっちもハイブリッドで入っているので、SPFは50プラスで、PAは4プラスになっています。 紫外線吸収剤が苦手っていう方も多いと思うんですけど、紫外線吸収剤をですね、カプセル状にして極力肌に直接触れないような処方をとっているのが安心になっています。それをしっかりと配合しているので、日焼けをしないっていうところもポイントなんですが、これには3種類のヒアルロン酸が入っていて、吸着型のヒアルロン酸、高分子のヒアルロン酸、超低分子のヒアルロン酸という3つ入っているんですね。 3つのヒアルロン酸が何をしてくれてるかっていうと、ズバリ炎症を実は抑えてくれてるっていうのをロートさんが見つけています。それが2020年とあとは2023年に学会で出した論文になるんですね。超低分子のヒアルロン酸っていうのは、紫外線が当たった時に出る炎症性のサイトカインっていう成分があります。それを抑えてくれる。あとはプロスタグランジンになったりとか、IL-6っていうものを抑えて、紫外線が当たった時にシミ作ってくださいという指令をそもそも抑えるっていうのを論文で出してるんですね。 薬機法の関係とかでかけないんですけれども、紫外線をカットするだけじゃなくて、独自のヒアルロン酸を入れることによって、炎症を抑えてシミとかシワとかを予防していくっていうものになります。すごく塗り心地も気持ちよくて、片手で開けられるんですけれども、こういう感じで、まあちょっと一瞬ね、白っぽく見えるんですけれども、伸びると白くならないんですよ。結構みずみずしい感じになります。多分、ヒアルロン酸もたっぷり入っているから、ギシギシするっていうのはないです。スキンケアの効果も感じながら、日焼け止めもしっかりしてくれるっていうものになります。 お値段がお安くなっておりまして、990円税込みなんですよ。だからすごくお得かなというふうに思えます。あと保湿力もかなり高いので、ヒアルロン酸が保湿プラス炎症を抑えてくれるっていうところになりますので、日焼け止め塗って乾燥するのが嫌だし、紫外線はカットしたいんだけど、紫外線で起きる慢性炎症も抑えたいという人には、ぴったりになります。あと全然白浮きしないので、お洋服とかについても汚れないっていうところもいいのかなというふうに思います。 あとはこれ、エタノールフリーなんですよ。どうしても紫外線吸収剤とか散乱剤とかを入れて、白浮きさせないようにするとエタノールを入れて、水分を飛ばさないといけないというところもあるんですが、そういったこともなく、密着するというところもポイントなので、エタノールがちょっと苦手な人にもいいのかなというふうに思います。 続いてはこちら、乾燥肌の保湿力UVエッセンスになります。乾燥さんって美容液も有効成分をしっかり入れて、なんか成分お化けみたいな感じで、SNSでもバズってたんですけれども、どんな成分が入っているかというと、美白だったりとか、シミ改善だったり、肌荒れ防止っていうところになります。それもしっかり入っています。 あとは乾燥さんっていう名前なので、日焼け止めを塗ると乾燥しがちな方のために、アミノ酸だったりとか、あとはセラミド、アルガンオイルのバセリン、サンホワイトというものを入れているので、それもしっかりと入っています。そういうとかなりベタベタするんじゃないかなと思って、私もどうなんだろうというふうに思ってたんですけれども、びっくりするぐらいサラサラになります。 SPFは50プラスで、PAは4プラスになっているので、紫外線吸収剤も散乱剤もどっちも入っているものになるんですね。そういうものだとベタついたりとか、白浮きしやすくなるんですね。乾燥さんの独自の処方を使っているらしくて、かつシルクも伸ばすと、水分と反応して剥がれないように膜を貼るっていう設計らしいんですよ。どういうことなんですかって、しつこく聞いたんですけども、教えられませんって言われたので、膜を貼るんですけれども、肌に触れると落ちにくいんだけど、石鹸ではちゃんと落ちるっていう、肌がね強くない方にもいいのかなというふうに思います。 アルコールフリーになっているので、変にアルコールですっと飛ばしている感じは全くありません。塗り広げたら真っ白になるかなと思うんですけれども、すぐで透明になるんですよ。ベタつきは全くなく、気持ちのいい軽いクリームを塗っているようなイメージになっています。こちらはパッチテストも済んでいるので、敏感なお肌の人にも安心して使えるんじゃないかなというふうには思います。本当に潤いは長く続くんですよ。 どちらの保湿がいいですかっていうと、インナードライの人、皮脂も多い人には、スキンアクアの保湿の方がいいかなと思っていて、油分も足りないし、水分も足りない、本当の乾燥肌の人には乾燥さんの方が、同じ保湿でも油分の保湿の方がメインになっていて、ヒアルロン酸は水分を引っ張ってくるものになるので、男性の方とか、表面はベタベタするんだけど、インナードライになっている人は、スキンアクアかなと。一方、何を使っても乾燥するし、化粧が皮脂でよれるっていうよりは、乾燥でよれちゃうっていうような方には、絶対に乾燥さんがいいと思うし、SPFも高いし、保湿力っていう意味で似てるんですけれども、使う人を選ぶのかなというふうに思います。 ちなみに乾燥さんは50ミリリットルで、税込1650円になります。 次はですね、石澤研究所とミノンなんですが、石澤研究所はSPF35で、PAは3プラスで、ミノンのUVマイルドジェルに関しては、SPF38ってちょっと刻んできてるし、PAは3プラスなんですね。今のご時世、SPF50 PA4プラスっていうのは当たり前なのに、あえて2つを出してきてるっていうのは、各ブランドさんの考え方が詰まっているのかなと思います。 まず石澤研究所のこのスキンケアUVエッセンスミストなんですが、10回ぐらい振るんですけれども、これを振ることにもポイントがあります。私去年も別のブランドさんでミストを紹介するときに、ミストなのに顔にやらないでくださいって話したんですよ。手にしてつけてくださいって言ったら、ミストの意味ないじゃないですかっていうふうに怒られたんですね。でも確かにそれはその通りで、ミストになったのはすごいと思ったんですけど、やっぱりどうしても目に入っちゃうとか、いろんなことを考えて、顔には使わないようにしてくださいってものだったんですけど、今回の石澤研究所は、顔にかけてもらっても大丈夫です。目に染みたりとかもしないし、保湿もしながら、日焼け止めの膜をちゃんとしてくれるっていう、これめちゃくちゃ私の中で画期的な日焼け止めミストだなというふうに思っております。 これがなんでできたかっていうところなんですけれども、まずすごいところの一つが、メイクをしている上から吹きかけてもよれないっていうところなんですね。これなぜかっていうと、今まで日焼け止めっていうのは、紫外線吸収剤と散乱剤、どっちも基本的に油に溶ける成分です。油に溶ける成分なので、まずミストにできないというところもそうなんですけども、細かく油分をミストにして、顔にかけてしまったら、メイクって油なので、油分が多いものを顔にかかっちゃうと、皮脂でデロデロになるのと一緒で、メイクが必ず崩れちゃうんですね。なので、そうならないっていうところと、まずお水みたいに出てくるところ、両方あるんですが、それなぜかっていうと、なるべく水に溶けるものを多く入れてます。多く入れることによって、霧のように出てくるっていうのと、かけてメイクの上からつけても、メイクはよれないっていうところなんですね。 なんですが、水に溶けるものだけ入れているとやっぱりSPFで高く出せないし、油もないと溶けないので、水の層と油の層っていうものがこれ2つに分かれてるんですよ。なので、使うときに、それをしっかりと混ぜるために、自分で10回以上振ってくださいっていうのはそこなんですね。乳化剤とかを入れないで、お水を溶ける成分をしっかり入れたいからこそ、振ってくださいっていうところがあるので、必ず使う前には振っていただきたいなというふうに思います。 通常は、さっき言ったみたいに、油に溶けるものを入れて、肌に油分が乗って、アルコールで飛ばして、吸収剤だけを残すんですけれども、アルコールが多すぎると、スプレーしたときに目に染みちゃうとかっていうのもあるので、ゼロではないんですけれども、アルコールも少なめになっていて、水に溶けやすい紫外線吸収剤たくさん入れてるっていうところが、石澤研究所の素晴らしいところだなと思います。 通常だったらここまで、お水に溶ける紫外線吸収剤だったり散乱剤入れることって、ほぼほぼ無理だと思うので、それをしてるっていうやっぱり石澤研究所素晴らしいなって思うんですね。ただやっぱりどうしてもSPFをそれで高くしようとすると、アルコールをもっと入れたりとか、油の成分をもっと入れなきゃいけないので、スプレーにしたいっていうこと、メイクの上からもしたいっていうこと、顔に直接したいっていうところで、SPF35になっているので、塗り直しだったりとか、化粧直しのときに、もともと石澤研究所に入っているハトムギ成分だったり、ヨクイニン成分だったりの美肌の成分も入ってるんですね。 スキンケアミストとしても使いながら、プラス日焼け止めもできますよっていうところになるので、持ち歩きの塗り直しの日焼け止めとして、2本目として使っていただきたいものになるかなというふうに思います。ただ残念なことに限定発売なんですよ。なので、もしかしたら4月に発売になってるんですが、本当の夏本番になっちゃったら、売り切れちゃうかもしれないので、ちょっと気になる方は、早めにチェックしていただければかなと思います。 正直、私これ見たときに、なんで限定にしたんですかって言って、絶対これ限定じゃなかったら、ベストコスメとかにも、絶対にノミネートされるだろうし、売り上げも高くなったのに、って言ったら、作るのが結構大変らしいんですよね。でも多分、今年すごく話題になったら、限定じゃなくなるかもしれないので、是非チェックしていただければかなと思います。 石澤研究所のミストは60mlで、税込み1870円。お顔に直接ミストしてもいいし、あと髪の毛にもできるっていうところなので、全身使えるかなというふうに思います。 最後がミノンのUVマイルドジェルになります。前回はUVミルクで、SPF50で、PA++++っていうのが出てたんですね。なのに今回は、あえてSPFを落としてまで、このジェルを作ったっていうのが、ミノンさんの考えなのかなと思うんですが、もともとミノンっていうのは敏感肌用のブランドなんですよ。 前回出したSPF50、PA++++のものは、もちろん紫外線吸収剤も散乱剤も入って、SPFを高く出してるんですけれども、敏感肌の人って、紫外線吸収剤で荒れちゃうっていう方がいるので、紫外線吸収剤は入っておりません。プラスアルファで、酸化チタンっていうものが入っていると、毛穴が詰まったりとかするっていうことで、酸化チタンフリーにしてほしいっていう意見もすごく多いんですよ。特に敏感肌の方っていうのは、酸化チタンが得意じゃないっていうことも多くて、ただ紫外線吸収剤も入ってなくて、酸化チタンも入ってなかったら、SPFを高くすることだったり、PAを高くすることって本当に難しいんですよ。 なんですが、ミノンさんが酸化チタンだけを入れて、38って刻んできたのは、35よりも少しは高いだけれども、40まではいきませんっていう、ミノンさんの気持ちの表れかなと思うんですが、SPF38ってのは、もう処方を組み合わせてじゃないと、なかなかできなかったんだと思うんですよね。PAは3プラスなので、A波っていうのは、全部抑えられてはいないかもしれないんですが、レジャーとかじゃなくて、日常生活の紫外線ぐらいであれば、これで大丈夫だし、逆に、それで毎日心地よく塗って、敏感肌でもUVをカットできるっていうことで、赤ちゃんから使えるっていう風になってるんですね。 もっともっと紫外線をカットしたかったら、前作のSPF50のものを使ってほしいけれども、心地よく肌に安心して、どんな方でも使ってほしい、ギリギリを出してきたっていうのが、このUVマイルドジェルかなというふうに思います。 ジェルタイプなんですけれども、塗るとジェルというよりは、白っぽいミルクになります。しょうがないと思うんですよね。紫外線吸収剤じゃなくて散乱剤の酸化チタンだけが入っているので、他のものに比べたら、ちょっと白っぽくはなるんですが、ちゃんと伸ばすと、そこまで気にならない。SPF38を出すまで入れてるのに、真っ白っていうわけにはなっていないところは、処方の妙なんじゃないかなというふうに思います。 通常だったら、紫外線吸収剤も散乱剤も油にしか溶けないんですけれども、軽いつけ心地になっているので、素晴らしいなと思います。ミノンさんの、私も以前ご紹介したスキンケアオイルっていうものがあるんですが、ハリが出るような成分も入っているので、敏感肌の人のために優しく作っているんですけれども、スキンケア効果も忘れてないというところも、ミノンさんの優しさかなというふうに思います。 ちなみに、こちらは以前ハリが出るオイルに入ってますよっていう美容成分なんですが、ちょっと長いんですが、ラウリルジグルタミン酸Gコレステリル/ベヘニルオクチルドデシルっていう成分が入っていて、アミノ酸系のセラミド類似物質って言って、これが入ることによって、乾燥肌の保湿にもなりますし、それによってバリア機能だったり、あとハリが出るっていうようなものになるので、敏感な肌には優しい処方になっています。 こちらがですね、お値段が70g1870円になっております。 Hello everyone, I'm Arata Tomori. Today is a special feature on affordable sunscreens for 2025. There are so many sunscreens out this year, and I've introduced several before, but this time we're focusing on budget-friendly options. These are products under 1,000 yen, or in some cases even less. This year's trend seems to be either extremely high UVA and UVB protection, or high-skincare-benefit sunscreens. But what about budget options? They actually take the best of both worlds. Many of these come from brands that originally created skincare products, so they incorporate their own unique technologies into their sunscreens while keeping prices low. It's really impressive. Let me explain each one in detail. First, we have Rohto Skin Aqua Hyaluronic Acid Serum UV, which is a waterproof gel type. As you know, Rohto makes Hada Labo. This sunscreen contains plenty of hyaluronic acid from Hada Labo, so while it protects from the sun, it also has excellent skincare benefits. The formula uses both UV absorbers and mineral filters in a hybrid approach, giving it SPF 50+ and PA++++. Many people are sensitive to UV absorbers, but this product encapsulates them to prevent direct skin contact. This is reassuring. The key point is that it prevents sun damage effectively while containing three types of hyaluronic acid: moisture-binding hyaluronic acid, high-molecular hyaluronic acid, and ultra-low-molecular hyaluronic acid. What do these three types of hyaluronic acid do? They actually suppress inflammation. Rohto discovered this through research papers published at academic conferences in 2020 and 2023. Ultra-low-molecular hyaluronic acid suppresses inflammatory cytokines produced when skin is exposed to UV rays, as well as prostaglandins and IL-6. These suppress the signals that tell skin to create dark spots. So it's not just blocking UV rays—the unique hyaluronic acid formulation also prevents inflammation, reducing spots and wrinkles. It feels wonderful to apply, with a single-handed pump. It looks slightly white at first, but when you spread it, it becomes transparent and very hydrating. The generous hyaluronic acid means no stickiness. You get skincare benefits while getting real sun protection. The price is incredibly affordable at 990 yen with tax. The moisturization is excellent—hyaluronic acid both hydrates and reduces inflammation. It's perfect if you want sun protection and protection against UV-induced chronic inflammation, without the drying effect of sunscreen. Plus, there's no white cast and no staining on clothes. It's also ethanol-free. Usually, to prevent white cast when using UV absorbers and mineral filters, ethanol is added to evaporate moisture. But this product doesn't need that. It adheres well and is gentle for ethanol-sensitive skin. Next is Kanebo Dry Skin Moisturizing UV Essence. Kanebo's serums contain potent active ingredients and became something of a buzzword on social media. The ingredients include whitening and anti-aging compounds plus skin-soothing components. Since it's for dry skin, it contains amino acids, ceramides, argan oil, and petrolatum—strong moisturizers. You might think this would be very sticky, and I was wondering the same thing, but it's surprisingly light and smooth. It has SPF 50+ and PA+++, using both UV absorbers and mineral filters. Such formulations usually feel sticky and cause white cast. But Kanebo uses a unique formula. Plus, when you spread it, the water reacts and forms a film that doesn't rub off. When I asked how they achieve this, they said they couldn't tell me. Anyway, it forms a protective film on skin but doesn't stick, yet washes off properly with soap. It's gentle for sensitive skin. It's alcohol-free with no strange alcohol evaporation feeling. It spreads white but quickly becomes transparent with no stickiness—like applying a light cream. It's been patch-tested, so it's safe for sensitive skin. The hydration lasts a really long time. Which moisturization is better? For combination and oily skin, Skin Aqua's water-based moisturization works better. For truly dry skin lacking both oil and moisture, Kanebo's oil-based moisturization is superior. For men with oily surfaces but dehydrated skin underneath, Skin Aqua is better. But if you're dry no matter what and makeup creases from dryness rather than oil, definitely choose Kanebo. Both have high SPF, and the moisturization is similar, but they suit different skin types. By the way, Kanebo is 50ml for 1,650 yen with tax. Next are Ishizawa Lab and Minon. Ishizawa is SPF 35 with PA+++, while Minon's UV Mild Gel is SPF 38 with PA+++. It's unusual to see these lower SPF options when SPF 50 PA++++ is standard. This reflects each brand's philosophy. Ishizawa Lab's Skincare UV Essence Mist requires shaking about 10 times before use, which is significant. I previously introduced a mist from another brand and recommended applying it to hands first rather than directly to the face because mist spray could cause eye irritation. I received complaints, but I maintained that direct facial application isn't ideal for traditional mists. However, this Ishizawa mist is safe to spray directly on the face. It won't irritate your eyes, provides hydration, and properly forms a sun-protective film. This is a revolutionary product to me. How is this possible? The main advantage is that it doesn't cause makeup to break down even when sprayed over it. Traditionally, UV absorbers and mineral filters only dissolve in oil. When you turn oil-based sunscreen into a mist and spray it on the face, it's like adding excess sebum, which causes makeup to fall apart. To prevent this, Ishizawa uses mostly water-soluble ingredients, creating a fine mist that doesn't break down makeup even when applied over it. However, water-soluble ingredients alone can't provide high SPF, and oil-based filters won't dissolve in water alone. So the formula separates into water and oil layers. That's why you need to shake it 10+ times before use—to properly mix these layers without emulsifiers. They avoid emulsifiers to maximize water-soluble UV filters, which is why shaking is essential. Normally, oil-soluble ingredients are used, applied as an oily layer on skin, then alcohol evaporates the oil, leaving just the filter. But too much alcohol causes eye irritation when spraying. While not completely ethanol-free, this product minimizes alcohol while maximizing water-soluble UV filters. This is truly excellent engineering. Typically, using so much water-soluble UV protection is nearly impossible, so this is remarkable. However, achieving higher SPF would require more alcohol or oil, contradicting the spray-on-makeup goals. That's why it's SPF 35—designed for touch-ups. It contains Hatomugi and Job's tears—skincare ingredients from Ishizawa's other products. It works as both a skincare mist and sunscreen, perfect as a second sunscreen for carrying and touching up. Unfortunately, it's limited edition, released in April, and may sell out by peak summer. If interested, check soon. When I asked why it's limited, I said it deserves Best Cosmetics nominations and would sell better if permanent. The brand said manufacturing is difficult. But if it gets buzz this year, it might become permanent. Check it out! Ishizawa Lab's mist is 60ml for 1,870 yen with tax. You can spray directly on your face or hair, making it suitable for full-body use. Finally, Minon's UV Mild Gel. Previously, Minon released a UV milk with SPF 50 and PA++++. Yet they're now launching a lower-SPF gel. This reflects Minon's philosophy. Minon is a brand for sensitive skin. While the previous SPF 50 product used both absorbers and filters for high SPF, sensitive-skin users often react to absorbers. This new gel omits UV absorbers entirely. Additionally, zinc oxide can clog pores, and many sensitive-skin users request zinc-oxide-free formulas. But without absorbers or zinc oxide, achieving high SPF and PA is extremely difficult. That Minon chose SPF 38 with just zinc oxide shows their philosophy—higher than SPF 35 but not reaching 40, reflecting careful consideration. Achieving SPF 38 with this limited approach shows sophisticated formulation. PA+++ won't block all UVA, but for daily life rather than intense activities, it's adequate. Using it daily with comfort while maintaining UV protection even for sensitive skin, including babies, reflects Minon's approach. For stronger protection, use the previous SPF 50 formula. But this product offers comfort, security, and universal suitability, hitting the perfect balance. It's a gel but applies more like white milk. This is unavoidable—it contains only zinc oxide without absorbers, so there's more white cast than others. But when properly spread, it's barely noticeable. Despite containing so much zinc oxide for SPF 38, it's not pure white, showing excellent formulation. Normally, UV filters dissolve only in oil, but this feels lightweight—Minon's ingenuity. Minon's skincare oil, which I've previously mentioned, contains skin-plumping ingredients. Though formulated gently for sensitive skin, they haven't forgotten skincare efficacy—showing Minon's gentleness. The long ingredient name is Lauryl Diglutamate G-Cholesteryl/Behenyl Octyldodecyl. This amino-acid-based ceramide analog improves dry-skin hydration, supports barrier function, and provides plumping effects. For sensitive skin, it's a gentle formula. This costs 70g for 1,870 yen with tax. Well, what did you think? I've introduced recommended affordable sunscreens for 2025. While high SPF is beneficial, using products suited to different purposes is what makes affordable options wonderful. Getting such effective products under 1,000 yen is amazing. These are also non-comedogenic, preventing breakouts, so whether you're female or male, applying sunscreen is healthcare. Budget-friendly options make sunscreen easy to adopt. Please check these out.
