- 残り先生、前回最後に爆弾発言を残していたの覚えてますか？ - 覚えてますよ - 成分の解説をしたと思いきや、一番大事なのは成分じゃない - そう - 前回は私が絶対使っている成分トップ5みたいな - トップ5どころじゃなくてね、後からちょいちょい入れ足したんですけど - 詳しくはこちらの動画を見ていただければと思うんですが - 私が言うなよっていう感じなんですけど - 成分解説をしてね、こういう成分が入っているからこの化粧品良い悪いみたいな感じのものだったり - この化粧品とこの化粧品は同じものが入っているから - ジェネリックみたいな感じで言う人もいるんだけれども - 本当にね、大切なのは成分じゃないんですよ - （笑） - 本当、お前が言うなって思っている人、そこのあなた - 特大ブーメランみたいな - いやいやいやいやいや - まずは私が解説をし始めたのは、いっぱいある化粧品で - これいいよって言っても、なんでかわかんないと意味がわかんないじゃないですか - 今の化粧品の法律としては、どういう風に効くかというのを宣伝しちゃいけない - じゃあ、わかりやすいのは成分だと思ったから - 私がYouTubeを始めた2020年頃は、そういうことを言っている方がいらっしゃらなかったから - 書いてあるから、後ろに - それをフックにして、化粧品って本当に素晴らしい技術が入っていて - それを研究している人がたくさんいるんだよということをわかってほしくて - 始めたんだけれども、いつしかそれが化粧品を選ぶのに当たり前になって - 成分こそが全て - この成分が入っていれば絶対いい - この成分が入っていないから絶対ダメ - みたいな風潮が巻き起こり - 今はGPTとかに成分入れれば全部書いてくれるじゃん - だから私みたいな人もいらないけど - それは化粧品のほんの一部でしかなくて - 本当に化粧品で大切なのは何だと思う？のぼりくん - パッケージ - 惜しい！ - 長くないでしょ - もちろん大事よ、やっぱりね - 見た目も - 背景にある企業さんの研究の努力 - その研究の努力が何に向いているかっていうと - 成分開発だったり新規成分ね - 例えばポーラさんだったらニールワンだったりとか - SK-IIさんだったらピテラだったりとか - 花王さんだったらトロメタミンとか炭酸とかさ - そういったものだったりとか - その企業さんごとに独自の成分ってあるわけよ - 例えば勇心酒造だったらライスパワーナンバー11とか - そういう新規成分を作るっていうのも素晴らしいことだとは思うんだけれども - 成分を作ったからには肌に届けなきゃいけないじゃん - だから一番大事なのは浸透力なんです - すごいなんか初医学のテーテーテーテーテーテーが今ちょっと流れてきた - なるほど - そうなんですよ - いい成分であっても全く浸透してなかったら意味ないですもんね - バリア機能があるからさ、基本は弾くのよ - 浸透しにくい成分っていうのがあるし - 開発した成分っていうものが人間の肌に乗せた時にどれだけ吸収させるかっていうものも - ちゃんと計算して作ってるわけよ - なるほど - でもそれってさ、裏に書いてないじゃん - だからしょうがないから私は成分から入って - この成分がって言った後に浸透の話は一応してるつもりなんだけど - でもそれってさ後の方にしゃべるからわかってないところがあるけれども - じゃあ一つ例をあげましょう。それはナイアシンアミド - 美白の有効成分でもあるし肌荒れ防止もあるし、シワ改善でもあるわけよ - 一時期もうシワ改善のクリームがたくさん出たの - ナイアシンアミドっていうのはどこのメーカーでも使っていいわけ - 例えばシワ改善で有名なニールワンだったらポーラしか使えない - バイタルパーフェクションっていうレチノールの有効性を取ったのは資生堂だから資生堂だけが使える - あとはライスパワーナンバー11、これはライスというか勇心酒造さんが作っているからそれしか使えない - あとはビタミンEの誘導体、これメナードさんが作ったからメナードさんしか使えないんだけど - 唯一ナイアシンアミドはどのメーカーでも使っていいわけ - だからデパコスでもナイアシンアミド、プチプラでもナイアシンアミドで、シワ改善が出ちゃったわけよ - じゃあさ1万円のクリームのナイアシンアミド、1,000円のナイアシンアミド - 同じナイアシンアミドだったら1,000円でいいじゃんって思うじゃん - ナイアシンアミドのシワ改善ってなんか微妙って思ってる人結構多いと思うんだけど - ナイアシンアミドって水溶性だから浸透しにくい成分なんです - 同じように入れてたとしても浸透しにくいわけ - 今期出たオルビスのザ・リンクルセラムっていうものがあって - これはナイアシンアミドが入っているシワ改善の美容液なんですね - じゃあ他の1,000円と何が違うのかって分かんないじゃん - でもこれにはすごく特殊な浸透技術が入ってるわけ - どういう技術かっていうと、基本的に肌っていうのは油の膜で包まれてるから - 水溶性のものって弾いちゃうんですよ - だからまずはオイルカプセル化してます - カプセル化して一緒に入れたんだけれども、浸透して真皮までいったとしても - 線維芽細胞にアプローチさせたいわけ - なぜかっていうと線維芽細胞がコラーゲンを増やすから - 真皮までいったとしても線維芽細胞の近くまで行かせたいじゃない - 線維芽細胞っていうのはコラーゲン作ってるから、コラーゲンの周りにいっぱい線維芽細胞っているわけ - だからコラーゲンの周りにどうやって行かせるかっていうと、これ難しい話になるんですけど - HSPっていうものの指標があって、物質の溶けやすさの指標なのよ - 同じようなHSPを持っているものっていうのは近くに寄っていきやすいっていう傾向があるわけ - だからコラーゲンと同じHSPにナイアシンを持っていって、まとわりつくようにしたら - コラーゲンの近くにある線維芽細胞に絶対行くじゃん - そのHSPを計算してナイアシンアミドをカプセル化するだけじゃなくって - そのカプセルの中にBGっていうものをある程度入れて - ナイアシンアミドかけるBGで、コラーゲンの近くに行くようにして、より効かせるようにしているわけ - だから同じナイアシンアミドなんだけど、それってさ裏に書いてないから - 同じナイアシンアミドが同じパーセンテージ入っていても - オルビスの技術が入ってないものと入っているものでは絶対的に効果って違うはずなわけ - でもそれってさ、ナイアシンアミドが入ってます、この2つだけだったら分かんないじゃない - だからやっぱり成分だけじゃなくって、こういった浸透技術っていうのがあってこそ本当にいい化粧品って言われるようなゆえんなわけ - ビタミンCだったら誘導体よりもピュアビタミンCの方がパワフルなのよ - だけどピュアビタミンCって浸透しにくいわけ - だからビタミンCの誘導体っていうのができてるわけ - だけれどもビタミンCを入れたい、ピュアビタミンCを入れたい - じゃあどうしたいかっていうときに、例えば飲むリポCってあるじゃん、分かる？ - 細長いやつ？ - そうそうそう - あれがビタミンCの美容液出したの - ピュアビタミンCが入ってて、面白いんだよ - パウチになってこれをパチッと開けると中から出てくるタイプ - 劣化しやすいからパウチに入ってるっていうのもあるんだけど - 浸透させるっていう意味では難しいから、フレッシュなだけじゃなくて浸透させないといけなくて - リポCってリポソーム化したビタミンCなのね - リポソームもいろんな種類があるわけ - リポソームの中でも吸着型の多重層型リポソームっていうのが入ってるんだよ - 肌に吸着するようになってる - 難しい話になるんだけれども、もともと肌の表面ってマイナスの電化になってるから - プラスの電化になっているリポソームがいくことによって、プラスとマイナスでくっつくじゃん - 吸着して離れないから、ここにリポソームがじわじわっといくから - 吸着してればしてるほどずっとビタミンCを放出してくれるわけ、その場で - だから同じリポソームでも吸着型のリポソームのほうがより浸透しやすいということで - ピュアビタミンCが入っているものの中でも浸透の技術を新しくすることによって - まあまあお値段するから - ピュアビタミンCって聞くとさ、じゃあ安いのでいいやって思うかもしれないけれども - じゃあそのピュアビタミンCは本当に浸透してますか？っていうことになっちゃうわけ - 同じナイアシンアミド、同じピュアビタミンCでも - 成分だけで選んでたら技術ってわかんないから - 結局安いだけで肌にはあんまり効果が得られてなかったかもしれないっていうことがあるから - でもそれってほとんど広告では流せないところになっているから難しいんだけれども - 同じ成分が入っているからといって一概に言えないし - 安いほうがいいじゃんっていうことにもならないから - 成分ももちろん大事だけれども一番大事なのは浸透技術かなというふうに思ってます - 確かによくわかりました - 浸透技術って裏を見ててもわかんないじゃん - 成分だけで見るのは危険なことなので - 取っ掛かりとしてはいいと思いますよ - ナイアシンアミドが入っているな、ピュアビタミンCが入っているな - ナイアシンだったら安心して使えるな、ピュアビタミンCはパワフルだからもっと使ってみたいなっていうのは - 念頭に考えて、本当に大事なものは浸透力だし - 化粧品の解説をする時にも成分だけでお話ししているんじゃなくて - その背景にある浸透技術だったりとか、安定性も全部配慮して本当は選ぶべき - だけどそれをなかなか解説するのは難しいので - よかったら私のチャンネルも見ていただければなと - 最後は宣伝みたいになっちゃったわね - でもすごく大事だしそれを化粧品の研究者の人たちは日々やっているので - その辺をわかった上で化粧品を選んでいただけるといいかなというふうには思います - なるほど - ということで今日またちょっと熱く語ってしまいましたけれども - いかがだったですか？第1弾第2弾となってますけれども - よかったら第1弾まだ見てないという人はぜひ見ていただければと思います - わかった？のぼりくん - いやめちゃくちゃよくわかりました - スキンケアに対する勉強は続くなと思います - ということで皆さんも最後まで見ていただいてありがとうございました - また次の動画でお会いしましょう - さよならー 【チャンネル登録よろしくお願いします】

- Nokori-sensei, do you remember you left a bombshell statement at the end of the last video? - I remember - You explained ingredients, but then said the most important thing isn't ingredients - That's right - Last time it was like my top 5 ingredients I absolutely use - It wasn't just top 5, I kept adding more here and there - For details, please check this video - I feel like I shouldn't be the one saying this, but - I explained ingredients, saying things like this cosmetic is good or bad because it contains this ingredient - Or people saying this cosmetic and that cosmetic contain the same thing - So it's like a generic version, some people say - But really, the most important thing isn't the ingredients - (laughs) - Seriously, you of all people shouldn't be saying that, right? - It's like a giant boomerang coming back at you - No no no no no - The reason I started explaining ingredients was because there are so many cosmetics out there - Even if I say "this is good," if you don't know why, it doesn't make sense, right? - Under current cosmetics regulations, you're not allowed to advertise how something actually works - So I thought ingredients would be the easiest thing to understand - Around 2020 when I started YouTube, nobody else was talking about this - Because it's written on the back of the package - I used that as a hook, because cosmetics actually contain amazing technology - I wanted people to understand that there are so many researchers working on this - That's why I started, but at some point it became the norm for choosing cosmetics - Like ingredients are everything - If this ingredient is in it, it's definitely good - If this ingredient isn't in it, it's definitely bad - This kind of trend emerged - Nowadays if you put ingredients into GPT, it'll write everything out for you - So people like me aren't even needed anymore - But that's only a tiny part of what cosmetics are about - What do you think is really important in cosmetics? Nobori-kun - The packaging - So close! - Not that long, right? - Of course it's important too - The appearance too - The research effort behind the company - What that research effort is aimed at - Is ingredient development, new proprietary ingredients - For example, Pola has Nial-One - SK-II has Pitera - Kao has Trometamine and carbonic acid - Things like that - Each company has its own unique ingredients - For example, Yushin Shuzo has Rice Power No.11 - Creating these new ingredients is a wonderful thing in itself - But once you've created an ingredient, you have to deliver it to the skin - So the most important thing is penetration power - Wow, some kind of medical sound effect just played, like te-te-te-te-te - I see - That's right - Even a great ingredient means nothing if it doesn't penetrate at all - Because of the skin's barrier function, it basically repels things - There are ingredients that are hard to penetrate - How much a developed ingredient actually gets absorbed when applied to human skin - Is something that's properly calculated when creating it - I see - But that's not written on the back of the package, right? - So I had no choice but to start from ingredients - After saying "this ingredient is in it," I do try to mention penetration too - But since I talk about it later, some people don't fully understand that part - Let me give you an example. It's niacinamide - It's an active ingredient for whitening, preventing rough skin, and also improving wrinkles - At one point, tons of wrinkle-improving creams came out - Niacinamide can be used by any manufacturer - For example, Nial-One, famous for wrinkle improvement, can only be used by Pola - Vital Perfection, which got approval for retinol's efficacy, can only be used by Shiseido since Shiseido owns it - Then there's Rice Power No.11, which can only be used by Yushin Shuzo since they make it from rice - Then there's the Vitamin E derivative, which can only be used by Menard since they created it - But niacinamide is the only one any manufacturer can use - So both department store cosmetics and drugstore cosmetics ended up releasing niacinamide wrinkle-improvement products - So then, a 10,000 yen cream with niacinamide, and a 1,000 yen one with niacinamide - If it's the same niacinamide, you'd think the 1,000 yen one is fine, right? - I think a lot of people feel like niacinamide's wrinkle-improving effect is kind of underwhelming - Niacinamide is water-soluble, so it's an ingredient that doesn't penetrate easily - Even if you put in the same amount, it still won't penetrate well - There's this product that came out this season, Orbis's The Wrinkle Serum - This is a wrinkle-improving serum that contains niacinamide - So what's different from other 1,000 yen products? You wouldn't know, right? - But this one has a very special penetration technology built in - What kind of technology is it? Basically, the skin is covered with an oil membrane - So water-soluble things get repelled - That's why they first encapsulate it in an oil capsule - Even after being encapsulated and penetrating down to the dermis - They want it to approach the fibroblasts - Why? Because fibroblasts are what increase collagen - Even after reaching the dermis, they want it to get as close as possible to the fibroblasts - Fibroblasts are what produce collagen, so there are lots of fibroblasts around the collagen - So how do you get it to go around the collagen? This gets a bit technical, but - There's an indicator called HSP, which is an indicator of how easily a substance dissolves - Substances with similar HSP values tend to be drawn closer to each other - So they give niacin the same HSP as collagen, so it clings to it - That way it's guaranteed to reach the fibroblasts near the collagen - They didn't just calculate the HSP and encapsulate the niacinamide - They also put a certain amount of BG inside that capsule - With niacinamide combined with BG, it moves closer to the collagen, making it more effective - So it's the same niacinamide, but that's not written on the back of the package - Even if the same percentage of niacinamide is in the product - One without Orbis's technology and one with it will definitely have different effects - But if all you see is "contains niacinamide" on both products, you can't tell the difference - So it's not just about the ingredient - this kind of penetration technology is exactly what makes a cosmetic truly good - With Vitamin C, pure Vitamin C is more powerful than its derivatives - But pure Vitamin C doesn't penetrate easily - That's why Vitamin C derivatives were developed - But people still want to use Vitamin C, want to use pure Vitamin C - So what do they do? For example, you know the drinkable Lipo-C, right? - The long thin one? - Yes, that one - They released a Vitamin C serum like that - It contains pure Vitamin C, and it's interesting - It comes in a pouch, and when you snap it open, it comes out - It's in a pouch partly because it degrades easily - But in terms of penetration, it's difficult, so it's not just about freshness - it also needs to penetrate - Lipo-C is Vitamin C turned into a liposome - There are many different types of liposomes - Among liposomes, this one contains an adsorptive multilamellar liposome - It's designed to adhere to the skin - This gets technical, but the skin's surface is originally negatively charged - Since the liposome is positively charged, when it approaches, the positive and negative charges attract - Because it adheres and doesn't come off, the liposome gradually moves in - The more it adheres, the longer it keeps releasing Vitamin C right there on the spot - So among liposomes, the adsorptive type penetrates more effectively - Even among products containing pure Vitamin C, by updating the penetration technology - Well, it does cost a bit more - When you hear "pure Vitamin C," you might think the cheap one is fine - But then the question becomes, is that pure Vitamin C actually penetrating? - Even with the same niacinamide or the same pure Vitamin C - If you only choose based on ingredients, you won't know about the technology - So in the end, you might end up with something cheap that doesn't actually give much benefit to your skin - But that's something that's hard to convey through advertising, so it's a tricky issue - Just because the same ingredient is included doesn't mean you can generalize - And it doesn't mean the cheaper option is always better - Ingredients are of course important, but I think the most important thing is penetration technology - I see, that makes a lot of sense - You can't tell about penetration technology just by looking at the ingredient list on the back - So judging based only on ingredients is risky - But it's still fine as a starting point - Like, "oh, this has niacinamide," "oh, this has pure Vitamin C" - If it's niacinamide, you can use it with peace of mind; if it's pure Vitamin C, you might want to try it because it's powerful - Keeping that in mind, what's really important is penetration power - Even when explaining cosmetics, I try not to just talk about ingredients - The penetration technology behind them, and stability too, should all be factored in when truly choosing a product - But it's quite difficult to explain all of that - If you don't mind, please check out my channel too - Well, that ended up sounding like a promotion at the end - But it really is important, and cosmetics researchers work on this every day - I hope people can choose their cosmetics with an understanding of that - I see - So today I got a bit passionate again, but - How was it?
