"大人の毛穴ケア"に有効なプチプラアイテムを紹介します！

皆さんこんにちは、友利新です。今日はですね、大人の毛穴ケアにですね、これちょっといいんじゃないって思うプチプラのアイテムを見つけたのでそちらを深掘りしていきたいなと思います。こちらです、じゃじゃん、PDC VCエッセンスジェルになります。大人気のメラノCCと比べて深掘りしていきたいと思いますので、毛穴だったりとか美白っていうのが気になっている方はぜひ最後までご覧ください。 まず初めに、毛穴っていろいろな悩みがあると思うんですよね。例えば、つまり毛穴、これは皮脂の分泌が多くなることによって角栓がね、毛穴の中に詰まってしまって白ぽつぽつって見えちゃいますよね。それが酸化したりとかすると黒ずみ毛穴に変わっていく。それがね、結構若い人には多いし、これが起こることでニキビが発生したり、そのニキビがニキビ跡になってしまうということが起こるんですが、大人になっていくと、そこよりも毛穴がたるんでいったりとかすり鉢状になっていくっていうところが、なんていうのかな、悩んでくるんだと思うんですよ。なので大人の悩みとちょっと若い人の毛穴悩みって少し違ったり、お顔全体に毛穴ってあるじゃないですか。皮脂テカの人っていうのは鼻のところとか顎の部分とかはつまり毛穴とかに悩んだりするんですが、ほっぺのあたりとかフェイスラインとかどちらかというとたるみの方が気になっていたりするので、一人の顔の中でも違ってくるので、一つの美容液だけでいいかというとそうでもないなというふうに思っていたんですね。 プチプラ界でも毛穴といったらやっぱりこちら、ロート製薬のこちらが白潤集中美容液で、こちらが白潤集中対策プレミアムになっています。シミよりもやっぱり毛穴とかに効くよみたいな方の方が結構多かったり、シミなんだけれども一緒に毛穴対策したいよみたいな方が結構多いんじゃないかなというふうに思うので、こちらを毛穴対策として使っている方も多いと思うんですね。 これどういった美容液かっていうと、ロート製薬さんってこっちの技術を持っていて、ピュアビタミンC、アスコルビン酸っていうもの、これ自体が美白だったりとか皮脂を抑制してくれるんですけれども、そのまま入れちゃうと酸化しちゃって壊れちゃうんですよ。不安定なものなんですね。だから皆さんビタミンCの誘導体にしたりとかして入れていくんですが、唯一やっぱりこのビタミンCを活性を保ったまま入れていることができるのが、やっぱりロート製薬さんの技術になっています。通常だったらそれをデパコス級に入れるんですけど、それをプチプラに入れてるっていうことで、もう私がYouTubeを始めた一番最初だから4年前とかくらいからずっと、すごいよすごいよというふうに言ってるんですが、それはこのロート製薬さんの技術になるんですね。 でもう一つ入っているのが酸化エチルアスコルビン酸というものなんですが、こちらもビタミンCの誘導体としての力もありますが、ピュアビタミンCを安定化するというものなのかなというふうに思うんですね。アスコルビン酸というのは肌に有効性が高いんですよね。誘導体というのは肌の中に入った時にやっぱり分解されてアスコルビン酸に変わっていっていくので、安定性は高いんですけども、ダイレクトに効くのはやっぱりビタミンCそのままの方がいいと思うんですが、私がこれをねシミ対策で使う人だったりとか毛穴対策で使っている人に、これはどうかなと思っていた成分が抗菌剤というもあるんです。イソプロピルメチルフェノールというものなんですね。 これはニキビの殺菌とかにはめちゃめちゃいいものになるんですけれども、例えばニキビが今ないとかニキビがそんなにできてないっていう、お姉さん世代の人がそれを塗る意味っていうのはあんまり見られない。逆にやっぱり今って肌のマイクロバイオームといって肌の常在菌に対してのアプローチというものがすごく進んでいて、不要な抗菌剤というものを乱用することによってやっぱり肌のマイクロバイオームのバランスが整わなくなる。ちょっと乱れてしまうということも、乾燥肌とか敏感肌の人には良くないというふうにも言われていて、もちろんこのニキビっていうものができている時には抗菌しなきゃいけないんですが、ニキビができていない方に長期間これを使うっていうのは、私はあんまりお勧めしないかなと。例えばTゾーンとか皮脂が多くてニキビができそうだよという時には良いと思うんですが、全然できてない頬とかには、そこまで使う必要は私はないんじゃないかなと思っていて、だから私自身もすごくメラノCC好きなんですけれども、プレミアムの方がビタミンCの安定化もしっかりしてるんですけれども、唯一その懸念になっているのが抗菌剤だったんですよ。 だから若い方だったり毛穴の中でもつまり毛穴だったり黒ずみだったりニキビ跡だったりっていう方にはすごく良い美容液だなと思っているんですが、抗菌作用のある成分が入っているということが不安だったんですが、こちらですよ、VCエッセンスジェルっていうのを見つけたんですね。 これは医薬部外品を取ってないので美白とは言えないんですが、ブライトニング効果っていうのもある程度期待できるんじゃないかなというふうに思いました。アスコルビン酸自体を有効成分として入れるのはやっぱりロート製薬の技術しかないので、こちらに入っているのは3種類のビタミンCの誘導体になっています。水溶性が2つですね。まず1つがアスコルビン酸グルコシドというもの。もう1つがアセチルアスコルビン酸というものになります。1つが持続型安定型と呼ばれて、肌に入っていってじわじわじわって効くものと、もう1つは速効性があるものですね。入っていってすぐにアスコルビン酸に変わることができるので、水溶性なんですけどもじわじわと速効性があるものが入っているというところもポイントなんですが、一番いいなと思ったのはパルミチン酸アスコルビルリン酸3ナトリウム、通称APPSが入っているところです。 APPSって結構お高い成分なんですよ。水溶性でも脂溶性でもある親油性のビタミンC誘導体で、真皮の方に浸透していってコラーゲンとかエラスチンを作ってくれるというふうに言われているので、ハリを出してくれるビタミンCなんですね。ハリを出すことによってやっぱり落ちくぼんでいるような毛穴っていうのの押し上げにとてもいいんじゃないかなというふうに思います。 これ松本清で買ったんですけど1200円台だったと思うので、1000円台でAPPSを入れている美容液ってなかなかないんですよね。もちろんAPPSがもう少し高濃度だったりするとデパコスだったりとかドラッグストアコスメもあると思うんですが、まずはお手軽で使ってみたいよっていう方にはとてもいいんじゃないかなというふうに思います。もちろんこれには抗菌作用のものも入ってないですし、グリチルリチン酸とか入っているかなと思ったら肝臓エキスで、グリチルリチン酸の手前というか甘草エキスとかっていうもので、最近は抗炎症のものを重ねるのが心配ですっていう方もいて、化粧品レベルであれば2,3個重ねる分にはそんなに問題ないかなと思っているんですが、エイジングケアのものって抗炎症のものが入っていること結構多いんですね。だからそれを重ねるのが心配という方も入っていないので、そういった意味でも安心なのかなというふうに思います。 トロッとしたテクスチャーなんですが、伸ばしていくとぐんぐん入っていく感じもあるんですけど、なんかぴたっと止まる感じ、面白いテクスチャーになっています。毛穴毛穴のでベタつきはないんですよね。どちらかというとみずみずしい、だけれども内側からなんか柔らかくなるようなふわっとしたようなテクスチャーになっています。すごく伸びもいいです。頬のあたりの毛穴のなんかたるみっていうのが気になる方はそこだけでも部分的に使ってもいいかなというふうに思いますし、APPSってちょっとハリ感も出せるので、シワ改善ではないんですけど首元のハリがなくなるとびよんってたるんでくるじゃないですか。そういったケアとかにもかなりいいんじゃないかなというふうに思って。 皮脂が多い方だったらニキビができる人だったら、あのメラノCCめちゃめちゃいいと思うんですが、なんか全顔に塗るのはっていう心配してた方は、TゾーンだけはメラノCCで、頬のあたりとかはVCエッセンスジェルっていうことでもすごくありだし、実はこのプレミアムのやつよりも安かったです。私が松本清で買った時には、なのでちょっと1回ビタミンC系試してみたい、APPS系試してみたいという方にもすごくおすすめの1本なんじゃないかなと思うので、ぜひドラッグストアで見つけたらチェックしてみていただければかなと思います。 はい、ということで今日はね、久しぶりにプチプラのおすすめアイテムを見つけたのでご紹介してみました。やっぱりね良いっていうものの中でも部分使いだったりの方がいいかなとか、自分の肌質も変わってくる時にはちょっと変えた方がいいかなというところもあるので、情報をアップデートして、自分に今必要なものはどれかっていうのを選択していただけるといいかなと思いますし、その情報のお助けになればいいなというふうに思います。ということで、今日も最後までご覧いただきありがとうございました。また次の動画でお会いしましょう。さようなら。

Hello everyone, this is Arata Tomori. Today I'd like to introduce some affordable skincare items that I think are effective for adult pore care. Here it is, ta-da! PDC VC Essence Gel. I'll be comparing it with the popular Melano CC and diving deep into it, so if you're concerned about pores or whitening, please watch until the end. First, pores have various concerns, right? For example, clogged pores occur when sebum secretion increases and sebum plugs get trapped in the pores, making them appear white. When this oxidizes, they turn into blackheads. This happens more to younger people, and can lead to acne, which then becomes acne scars. However, as we age, the concern shifts more to sagging pores and crater-like pores. So adult pore concerns are a bit different from younger people's concerns. Pores exist all over the face, and people with oily skin tend to worry about clogged or blackhead pores around the nose and chin, but for the cheeks and jawline, sagging is more of a concern. So concerns vary even on one person's face, which is why I've come to think that a single serum isn't enough. In the drugstore category, when it comes to pores, we definitely have Rohto Pharmaceutical's Hada Labo Intensive Brightening Lotion and Hada Labo Intensive Brightening Lotion Premium. Many people say it actually works better for pores than for spots, and many people want to address both spots and pores, so I think many people use this for pore care. What kind of serum is this? Rohto Pharmaceutical has this technology to keep pure vitamin C, which is ascorbic acid, stable. Ascorbic acid itself is great for brightening and suppressing sebum, but if you put it in directly, it oxidizes and breaks down. It's unstable. So everyone else uses vitamin C derivatives instead, but only Rohto Pharmaceutical has the technology to keep this vitamin C active while putting it in. Normally, they'd put this in luxury cosmetics, but they're putting it in affordable drugstore products, which is why I've been saying how amazing it is since I started YouTube about four years ago. This is thanks to Rohto Pharmaceutical's technology. Another ingredient in it is acetyl ascorbic acid, which also has the power of a vitamin C derivative, but I think it's meant to stabilize pure vitamin C. Ascorbic acid itself has high efficacy for skin. Derivatives get broken down into ascorbic acid when they enter the skin, so they have high stability, but I think direct vitamin C works better. What I was concerned about when recommending this to people using it for spot care or pore care was an antibacterial ingredient called isopropyl methylphenol. This is really great for killing acne bacteria, but if someone doesn't have acne or doesn't break out much, it's not really necessary for them to use it. Actually, the approach to skin microbiome has advanced significantly recently, and overusing unnecessary antibacterial agents can disturb the balance of the skin microbiome, which is said to be bad for people with dry or sensitive skin. Of course, when you have acne, you need to disinfect, but I wouldn't recommend long-term use for people without acne. I think it's good for T-zones where sebum is high and acne might develop, but I don't think it's necessary for cheeks that don't break out much. So even though I love Melano CC myself, while the Premium version stabilizes vitamin C well, my only concern was the antibacterial ingredient. So while I think it's a great serum for younger people or those with clogged pores, blackheads, or acne scars, I was concerned about the antibacterial ingredient being included. But then I found this, VC Essence Gel! It's not registered as a quasi-drug, so I can't call it a whitening product, but I think you can expect some brightening effects. Since only Rohto Pharmaceutical can include ascorbic acid as an active ingredient, this contains three types of vitamin C derivatives. Two are water-soluble. First, there's ascorbic acid glucoside, and another is acetyl ascorbic acid. One is called sustained-release or stable-type, which works gradually as it penetrates the skin, and the other is fast-acting. Since it can quickly convert to ascorbic acid once it enters, even though it's water-soluble, it's great that it has both gradual and fast-acting properties. But what I liked most was that it contains palmitoyl ascorbic acid 3-sodium, commonly known as APPS. APPS is quite an expensive ingredient. It's a fat-soluble vitamin C derivative that penetrates the dermis and is said to produce collagen and elastin, so it's a vitamin C that gives firmness. By adding firmness, I think it's really good for lifting sagging pores. I bought this at Matsumoto Kiyoshi and it was around 1,200 yen, so it's rare to find a serum with APPS at under 1,000 yen. Of course, there are luxury and drugstore versions with higher APPS concentrations, but if you want to try vitamin C or APPS inexpensively first, I think this is a great option. Of course, it doesn't contain antibacterial agents, and instead of glycyrrhizic acid, it contains liver extract or licorice extract, which is before glycyrrhizic acid. Recently, some people worry about layering anti-inflammatory ingredients, and at the cosmetic level, I think it's fine to layer 2-3 products, but many anti-aging products contain anti-inflammatory ingredients. So for those worried about layering, this is reassuring. It has a thick gel texture, but it absorbs very well, though it stops sharply at a certain point—interesting texture. It's not oily at all. It's more watery but softens from the inside and feels fluffy. It spreads beautifully too. If you're concerned about sagging pores around the cheeks, you can even use it just on that area. And since APPS gives some firmness, while it's not a wrinkle improvement, the neck loses firmness and sags, so it's great for that kind of care too. If you have oily skin or get acne, Melano CC is amazing, but if you're worried about applying it all over your face, you could use Melano CC just on the T-zone and VC Essence Gel on the cheeks, which is great too. Actually, it was cheaper than the Premium version when I bought it at Matsumoto Kiyoshi, so if you want to try vitamin C or APPS, I highly recommend this single product. So please check it out if you find it at a drugstore! So today I found an affordable product I recommend after a while and introduced it. I think even with good products, partial use might be better, and if your skin changes, it's good to adjust. So I hope this information helps you choose what you need now.
