【イプサ、さらに最強】テカリもニキビも原因は"水不足"皮膚科医友利新が驚愕する超保湿化粧水

みなさんこんにちは。友利新です。今日はですね、名品化粧水のリニューアルについて深掘りしていこうと思います。それが何かっていうと、こちら、イプサのザ・タイムR アクアです。長く愛されている化粧水なんですけど、SNSでね、一時期タイムアクアと肌ラボが一緒なんじゃないか、みたいなことで、だったら肌ラボがいいんじゃない?みたいな感じで言われてたんですけれども、そもそも全く違うんですよ。何が違うかというと、独自の保湿成分が違っているんですね。今日は独自の保湿成分が何かとか、どういうふうに違うのかということと、そもそも2002年に初代があって、2014年に4代目になっていて、そこからのリニューアルなので、なんと12年ぶりのリニューアルになるので、どうリニューアルしたのかということも深掘りしていきたいので、ぜひぜひ最後までご覧ください。 まずザ・タイムR アクア、なんでこんなに人気だったのかというと、潤うからですよね。水が仕方あるようなお肌にしてくれるっていうところですごく人気になりました。最大の特徴は人工的な水の層を作って、水分を常に補給できるようなテクノロジーが搭載されているからなんですよ。技術の核となるのがアクアプレゼンターと呼ばれる成分になります。 アクアプレゼンターの話をするときに、これって資生堂のあれでしょっていう方がいらっしゃるんですが、そもそもイプサって資生堂グループで、資生堂にはアクアインプールっていう独自の優秀な保湿の成分があるんですね。アクアインプールっていうのはなんていう成分かというと、ちょっと長いんですけれども、ポリオキシエチレンポリオキシプロピレンメチルエーテルっていうものになるんですね。2種類の成分からの複合体なんですが、資生堂のいろんなものにも入っている素晴らしい成分でもあります。 でもこれが入っているものだったら他の化粧水とかにもあるんですよ。でも今回のタイムアクアにしか入っていないアクアプレゼンターっていうのはただのアクアインプールじゃないんですよ。もう一つ、これも長いんですけど、2メタクリロイルオキシエチルホスホリルコリンっていうものと、メタクリル酸ブチル共重合体液とか、アセチル化ヒアルロン酸ナトリウムといった特殊な成分を掛け合わせて、独自の複合体を作っているんです。 これがじゃあアクアインプールと何が違うかっていうと、アクアインプール自体は保湿はやってくれるんですけれども、アクアプレゼンターっていうのは肌の上では特殊なスポンジみたいなことをしてくれるんですね。水を抱え込むような感じにして、一回水を抱えたらそれを離さないようにするから、肌の上で水の層を作っているようにしてくれます。水を抱え込んだ特殊な成分っていうのが、水溶性の美容成分を角層の奥に保湿してくれるような感じになるんですよ。なので水の膜の層ができて、プラスアルファ他の水溶性の成分を徐々に徐々に保湿させるので、水の層があるだけじゃなくて内側にも保湿の成分が行くよっていうところになります。 さらにアセチル化ヒアルロン酸というものが入っているので、ヒアルロン酸なのでもともとすごい保湿力があるんですね。これが船の錨みたいな感じで、水の層と肌の角質の場所をがっちりと密着させるようなイメージがあるんですよ。お水の層と角質をしっかりつなぎ合わせる、プラスさっき言ったじわじわ保湿の成分が行くから、なのでお水の膜を張ってお水が循環しているっていうのがアクアプレゼンターの役割というところになります。これはイプサにしか入っていない技術であり成分なんです。 見た目も透明ですごくシャバシャバしてるんですね。シャバシャバした化粧水って浸透していくんだけど潤いが不足するっていうイメージもあるんですけど、水の層を作ってくれるので本当に潤いで守られているっていうようなイメージになっています。そこに炎症を抑えるようなトラネキサム酸だったりとか、グリチルリチン酸が入っているということで、敏感肌の方だったりとか乾燥肌の人にも、インナードライの人にもいいよねっていうので受けていたんですけども、今回はなんとこのアクアプレゼンターもバージョンアップしています。新しくDLピロリドンカルボン酸ナトリウム液というものが追加になったんですね。その核層により長く潤いを溜めておくっていうようなことができたのでバージョンアップしています。 ただ5代目はこれだけではないんですよ。ポイントっていうのがもう一つあります。イプサ自体がやっぱり水の研究をすごくしているんですよね。そこから生まれた新しい成分を入れています。どれだけ水がしっかりと結合しているかっていうところにフォーカスを当てているんですね。水分子というのは水素と酸素でできているんですが、その結合っていうものが伸び縮みしているっていうところがポイントになるらしくて、潤った肌だったりとかバリア機能が高いお肌の水分子っていうのは結合部分の運動性が高いっていうところを見つけたんですね。結合の運動性を高める成分を見つけ出しました。レモンバームエキスというものになります。特許出願中らしくて、バリア機能が高まるような水を入れることができるというところになります。独自のアクアプレゼンタープラスレモンバームエキスを入れることによってさらに潤いを高めながらバリア機能を整えていく。そこにさっき言ったトラネキサム酸だったりグリチルリチン酸を入れるということで、成分としても水を抱えるという意味でもバリア機能を上げていく化粧水になっています。 表面はベタベタしているのに内側が乾燥しているっていうふうに感じる人っていうのはやっぱり細かい炎症がありながらも水分が蒸発していくっていうところはあるので、そういった方にも油分じゃなくて水分の膜をしてあげながら炎症を抑えるっていうところにはなるので、そういった悩みを持つ人にもぴったりだし、20代とか30代の方ってニキビとか肌荒れとかテカリとか毛穴の目立ちとか悩みが複合的にあると思うんですよね。一見バラバラに見えるんですけども根本はやっぱり潤い不足だったりするんですよ。水分を整えるっていうところにフォーカスしているのがイプサの考え方なので、そういったいろんな悩みがあるんだけどとりあえず水分を補給したいっていう人にはポイントかなと思いますし、アルコールフリーだったりとか敏感肌の方にも優しい作りになっているので、万人受けする化粧水かなというふうには思います。 あとはすごくテクスチャーにもこだわっていてパシャパシャとお水みたいな感じなんですけども、密着して潤いが長続きするような感じのテクスチャーになっているんですけど、これにもポイントがあって独自のデリバリー機能を持っているんですね。水にも油にも馴染みやすい成分が入っています。角層には油分もありますよね、これがきちっと馴染んでお水なんだけれども膜を貼るような感じにしてくれるだけどベタベタはしないっていうような独自のテクスチャーにもなっています。 今までもかなり潤うなというふうには思ってたんですが、潤いの膜っていうところがバージョンアップしていきますし、デリバリー機能も搭載しているのでテクスチャーも保湿力も高くなってるんじゃないかなというふうに思います。トラネキサム酸が入っているので美白とか抗炎症ケアもできるっていうのは素晴らしい化粧水かなというふうに思います。 はいということでいかがだったでしょうか。もともと高濃度のアクアインプールに独自の成分を入れてアクアプレゼンターとしてタイムアクアにしか入っていないような成分になっていますので、肌ラボの化粧水と似てるよみたいなこと言われることはあるんですがトラネキサム酸とかグリチルリチン酸が入っているっていうところは一緒かもしれないんですけれども、根本的に潤う技術っていうのが全く違うよということを知っていただければかなと思いました。今日も最後まで見ていただいてありがとうございました。また次の動画でお会いしましょう。さよなら。by H.

Hello everyone, this is Arata Tomori. Today I want to dive deep into the renewal of a famous lotion. That's this - IPSA's THE TIME R AQUA. It's a lotion that's been loved for a long time, but on social media there was a period when people said it might be the same as Hada Labo, and if so, maybe Hada Labo is better - but they're actually completely different. What's different is the unique moisturizing ingredients. Today I want to dive deep into what these unique moisturizing ingredients are and how they differ, and also the fact that the first generation came out in 2002, became the 4th generation in 2014, and this renewal is actually the first in 12 years since then, so I also want to explore how it was renewed. Please watch until the end. First, why was THE TIME R AQUA so popular? It's because it moisturizes. It became very popular for creating skin that seems to have plenty of water. Its biggest feature is that it's equipped with technology that creates an artificial water layer, constantly supplying moisture. The core of this technology is an ingredient called Aqua Presenter. When talking about Aqua Presenter, some people say "isn't this the Shiseido thing?" IPSA is indeed part of the Shiseido Group, and Shiseido has its own excellent moisturizing ingredient called Aqua Impool. What kind of ingredient is Aqua Impool? It's a bit long, but it's called polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene methyl ether. It's a complex of two types of ingredients, and it's a wonderful ingredient found in various Shiseido products. However, if something contains this ingredient, you can find it in other lotions too. But Aqua Presenter, found only in this Time Aqua, isn't just Aqua Impool. It combines another long-named ingredient - 2-methacryloyloxyethyl phosphorylcholine - with butyl methacrylate copolymer solution and sodium acetylated hyaluronate, special ingredients combined to create a unique complex. So what's the difference from Aqua Impool? While Aqua Impool itself provides moisture, Aqua Presenter acts like a special sponge on the skin. It's designed to hold onto water, and once it captures water, it doesn't let go, creating a water layer on the skin. This special ingredient that holds water also helps deliver water-soluble beauty ingredients deep into the stratum corneum. So a water film layer forms, and additionally other water-soluble ingredients are gradually moisturized in, meaning moisture reaches not just the surface water layer but also goes deeper inside. Furthermore, since it contains acetylated hyaluronic acid, which naturally has strong moisturizing power, it acts like an anchor, creating an image of tightly bonding the water layer with the skin's stratum corneum. It firmly connects the water layer and the stratum corneum, plus the gradual moisturizing ingredients I mentioned earlier reach in, so creating a water film and circulating water is the role of Aqua Presenter. This is technology and an ingredient found only in IPSA. Visually, it's transparent and very watery. Watery lotions tend to penetrate quickly but might lack sufficient moisture - however, since it creates a water layer, you really get the image of being protected by moisture. It also contains tranexamic acid and glycyrrhizinic acid, which suppress inflammation, making it popular among people with sensitive skin, dry skin, and even those with inner dryness. And this time, they've even upgraded this Aqua Presenter. A new ingredient called DL-sodium PCA solution has been added. This allows moisture to be retained longer in that core layer, hence the upgrade. But the 5th generation isn't just about this. There's another key point. IPSA itself has been doing extensive research on water. They've incorporated a new ingredient born from this research. The focus is on how firmly water molecules are bonded together. Water molecules are made of hydrogen and oxygen, and apparently the key point is that this bond stretches and contracts. They found that in well-moisturized skin or skin with high barrier function, the water molecules have higher mobility in their bonding areas. They discovered an ingredient that enhances this bonding mobility - Lemon Balm Extract. It's apparently patent-pending, and it allows for water that enhances barrier function to be incorporated. By adding this unique Aqua Presenter plus Lemon Balm Extract, it further enhances moisture while conditioning barrier function. Adding the previously mentioned tranexamic acid and glycyrrhizinic acid on top of this creates a lotion that enhances barrier function both in terms of retaining water and as an ingredient. For people who feel their skin surface is sticky but the inside is dry, this is likely because there's subtle inflammation while moisture is evaporating. For such people, rather than oil, this creates a moisture film while suppressing inflammation, making it perfect for those with such concerns. People in their 20s and 30s often have complex concerns like acne, rough skin, shine, and noticeable pores. Although these seem like separate issues at first glance, the root cause is often lack of moisture. IPSA's philosophy focuses on regulating moisture, so this could be a key point for people who have various concerns but want to replenish moisture first. It's also alcohol-free and gentle for sensitive skin, so I think this is a lotion that could appeal to everyone. They've also put a lot of care into the texture - it feels very watery and splashy, but it has a texture that adheres and keeps moisture lasting long. There's a point to this too - it has a unique delivery function. It contains ingredients that blend well with both water and oil. The stratum corneum also contains oil, and this blends in perfectly, creating a film-like effect while being water-based, yet not feeling sticky - this is also part of its unique texture. I already thought this was quite moisturizing before, but now that the moisture film aspect has been upgraded, and it's equipped with delivery function, I think both the texture and moisturizing power have improved. Since it contains tranexamic acid, it's wonderful that this lotion also offers whitening and anti-inflammatory care. So, what did you think? Adding unique ingredients to the originally high-concentration Aqua Impool to create Aqua Presenter results in an ingredient found only in Time Aqua. While people say it's similar to Hada Labo's lotion, and it's true they share ingredients like tranexamic acid and glycyrrhizinic acid, I hope you now understand that the fundamental moisturizing technology is completely different.
