【原点にして頂点】2025年最強のシワ改善。レチノール+〇〇で完成系が“さらに進化”したので徹底レビューします

皆さんこんにちは、友利新です。 今日はエリクシールのシワ改善クリーム、レチノパワー リンクルクリームがまたまたバージョンアップしたので、その深掘りをしていきたいと思います。 レチノールを一般的にしたっていうのは、このエリクシールのレチノパワーが大きいんじゃないかなと思いますが、それの最新バージョンでどんな風に変わったのか、これ結構いい感じに変わっているので、使ったことある方もまだまだ使ったことないという方もぜひ最後までご覧ください。 このエリクシールのレチノリンクルクリームなんですが、まず気をつけていただきたいのは、これ旧作です。全然パッケージが変わりません。ここの上にあるか下にあるかだと思うんですよ。正式名称は、前回のやつがエリクシール レチノパワー リンクルクリームSになってます。今回のやつがエリクシール レチノパワー リンクルクリームB ASになっています。 シワ改善というものでレチノールを入れようとすると、レチノール自体が今のところ入れられるようになっているんですね。それはもともとレチノールがどれぐらいの量だと効果と安全性がちゃんと担保できるかっていうのと、レチノール自体がすごく不安定な成分なので、それをちゃんと安定させるという技術を持っているので、日本でシワ改善と言われるのはレチノールということはまずもともとあります。 2021年にもこのリンクルクリームが新しくなって、その時にもしっかりとした深掘りの動画を出したので、それが気になる人はその過去のものを見ていただければと思うんですけど、2021年は何が一番よく変わったかっていうと、真皮と角層の硬さのギャップというものが高くなれば高くなるほど、機械的なストレスが肌にかかって、シワが多くなってしまう。だからレチノールを入れつつ、角層と真皮の落差というんですかね、そのギャップ差があればあるほど、そのストレスがかかるようになって、シワが進んでしまう。レチノールを入れているだけじゃ足りなくなっちゃうから、角層をしっかり柔らかくして、真皮はある程度硬さを出すようにするっていうような感じにしていったのが前回までだったんですね。 今回は何が変わったかっていうと、まず一つがですね、トラネキサム酸が入ったっていうところがすごいパワーアップしたんじゃないかみたいに言われているんですね。トラネキサム酸っていうのは美白の有効成分だったりとか肌荒れ防止成分で、今回は美白の有効成分として入っているので、そこも素晴らしいところではあると思うんですが、本当のすごいところはトラネキサム酸じゃないんですよ。本当はもっとコラーゲンをアップさせるっていうような相乗効果のものがたっぷり入っているっていうところになります。 コラーゲンっていろんな種類があるんですよ。かなり一番多いのは1型コラーゲンって言われてるんですけれども、例えば若い人には1型コラーゲンだけじゃなくて、3型のコラーゲンだったり5型コラーゲンっていうちょっとね、どちらかというと柔らかいコラーゲンが多いっていうふうに言われているんですね。その3型と5型のコラーゲンっていうのは真皮の上の方にあるっていうことがそもそもわかっています。この真皮の上の方にある3型と5型がしっかりあることによって張りのあるコラーゲンがたくさんできるっていうことがそもそもわかっているんですね。 ただ年が行くとですね、この3型と5型のコラーゲンというのはどんどん少なくなってきて固いものになってくるので、それで張りがなくなっていくっていうこともわかっています。この1型、3型、5型コラーゲンをどう増やしていく成分は何かというと、それはそうですよ。レチノールになります。 レチノールってのは1型も3型も5型もしっかり増やすよっていうことがわかっているので、それをしっかり入れていこうっていうところで今回はレチノールがどのコラーゲンに効くかっていうところもわかって、より3型と5型が増えることによって機械的なストレスっていうのも与えられなくなるので、またシワ改善にもなるよねっていうところでレチノールやっぱり素晴らしいということもわかっています。 この中でも特に5型のコラーゲンっていうのがすごく大事っていうことを資生堂さんは見ていて、1型と3型っていうものだけじゃなくて5型がしっかりあることによってこの1型と3型をつないでより強固な柔らかくて弾力のある繊維にするっていうことがわかっているので、この5型コラーゲンっていうのがすごくちゃんと増やしていくっていうことを見つけられたっていうのもすごく素晴らしいなと思います。 レチノールの新しいメカニズムを知ったところで皆さんね、いやいやいやそれだけじゃ私たちそんな進化したって思わないと思うんですが、そこにプラスアルファまたこの今度はコラーゲンの研究を搭載しているんですね。ちょっと前にエリクシールのこの化粧水とこの乳液の時にお話ししたコラーゲンの質を変えていくっていうお話があったと思うんですが、詳しいお話はそれも見ていただきたいんですが、このコラーゲンを作る時にはですね、M2マクロファージとM1マクロファージっていうものがいて、M2マクロファージっていうものがこの質に関わっているっていうことがわかってるんですね。 コラーゲンの量を増やすだけじゃなくってプラスアルファ質を変える成分ということを入れていくと質の良いコラーゲン、特に3型5型が増えていくよねっていうことで、今回はエリクシールの化粧水とか乳液に入っているコラーゲネシスっていう成分が今回入っています。 レチノールを入れることによって1型3型5型っていう柔らかいそしてしっかりとしたしなやかなコラーゲンをたくさん作るプラスアルファ、この質も良くするコラーゲネシスっていうものが入っているというところで最強タッグを組んでいるんですね。 でもそれだけじゃないんです。コラーゲンっていうのは壊されたり作られたりするんですけど、この壊されるっていうところにも着目をしました。基本的にコラーゲンを壊すのはエラスターゼっていうコラーゲン分解酵素っていうのが有名なので、このエラスターゼっていうものも抑える。ただ1型と3型っていうのはコラゲナーゼっていうまた酵素で分解される。5型はゼラチナーゼっていう酵素で壊されるということがわかっています。 コラゲナーゼ、ゼラチナーゼ、エラスターゼ、それぞれ全部をしっかりと抑えることによって1型、3型、5型、そしてすべてのコラーゲンの分解を抑制するということがわかっているんですね。それをそれぞれどうしたらいいかっていうところでしっかりと研究したところ、資生堂さんが見つけたのがタイムエキス、マンゴスチンの樹皮エキス、クララエキス、グリセリンの複合体であるザイムショットCPというカクテル成分になります。 レチノールを入れて1型、3型、5型コラーゲンを増やします。コラーゲネシスっていう成分でその質を高めていきます。それが分解されちゃったら困るからコラゲナーゼ、ゼラチナーゼ、エラスターゼ、これを抑えていくっていうザイムショットCPを入れるということで質の良いものを増やすけれども壊さない。そして今回美白のものも入れているっていうところがすごく良くなったなと思うので今までよりもレチノールとしての濃度は変わらないんだけれども、レチノールとタッグを組んだら相乗効果があるようなコラーゲン研究が一つになっているっていうところがめちゃくちゃすごいなっていうふうに思います。 プラスアルファはわかりやすくトラネキサム酸っていうものも入っているので塗っていてレチノールというのは表皮のヒアルロン酸を増やす。真皮だと1型、3型、5型っていうコラーゲンを増やしていくっていうことがわかるので内側はムッチリとした張りも出るんだけど表皮のふっくら感もできるっていう表皮真皮どちらにも効いてきて、プラスアルファはトラネキサム酸が入っているのでちょっと美白っていうこともあってかなり最強なレチノールのクリームになったんじゃないかなと思います。 ちなみにこちらのエリクシールのレチノパワー リンクルクリームはコラーゲネシスとさっき言ったものが入っているんだけど、こちらねもう一つ一歩上を行く、これは資生堂のバイタルパーフェクションっていうもののディープレチノブライトっていうものがあるんだけど、これにはレチノールとトラネキサム酸だけじゃなくて資生堂独自の4MSKも入ってるんですよ。 これとこれの違い何かというと4MSKだけが入っているかと違ってこれはベニバナレッドって言って資生堂の防災血管の研究が入ってるんですね。血管を増やすことによってコラーゲンだけじゃなくて表皮の幹細胞が増えるっていうものを資生堂さんはずっと研究して、だから血管があることによって肌の栄養をしっかり入れていくというところもあるので、こっちはコラーゲン研究にすごく注目を与えているんだけども、こっちは血管を別のアプローチから皮膚の弾力とかを司っているので、こちらでも全然いいんですけれどもよりエイジングケアもしていきたいっていうのであれば、このバイタルパーフェクションというのも覚えておいていただけるといいかなというふうに思います。 はいということでいかがだったでしょうか。もちろんレチノールのパーセンテージだったり浸透の技術だったりとか安定性は変わらないんですけれども、コラーゲンというものがどういうふうに増えていくのかとか何と組み合わせたらいいのかというのはやっぱり資生堂さんすごい研究していらっしゃるので、またねバージョンアップしていますのでチェックしてみていただければいいと思いますし、やっぱりこれこそが研究の積み重ねだなって思うんですよ。今はこれが最新なんですけどこれを作っている研究者の人はもっと先を見ているから、3年後とか4年後とかにまた新しいコラーゲンの研究が搭載されたものがきっとこのエリクシールには入ってくるんじゃないかなと思うので、それまでは今あるこの現行商品でコラーゲン研究を体験できればいいかなと思います。 ということで今日も最後までご覧いただきありがとうございました。このチャンネルではこのように美容や健康について深掘りしていますので、よかったらチャンネル登録お願いします。毎週火曜日にはメンバーシップ限定のライブもしています。月額490円にはなりますけれどもそこでは皆さんの質問にも答えたりしていますのでよろしくお願いします。ではまた次の動画でお会いしましょう。さよならー 【チャンネル登録よろしくお願いします】

Hello everyone, this is Arata Tomori. Today I want to take a deep dive into Elixir's wrinkle-improvement cream, the Retino Power Wrinkle Cream, which has been upgraded once again. I think Elixir's Retino Power played a huge role in making retinol mainstream, so I'd like to look at how this latest version has changed. It has actually changed quite nicely, so whether you've used it before or never tried it, please watch until the end. With this Elixir Retino Wrinkle Cream, one thing to be careful about is that this is the old version. The packaging barely looks different — I think the only difference is whether the text is positioned above or below. The official name of the previous version is Elixir Retino Power Wrinkle Cream S. This new one is Elixir Retino Power Wrinkle Cream B AS. When it comes to wrinkle-improvement products containing retinol, currently only retinol itself is approved for this purpose in Japan. This is because there's established data on what concentration provides both efficacy and safety, and because there is technology to stabilize retinol, which is an inherently very unstable ingredient. That's why, in Japan, when we talk about wrinkle improvement, we're talking about retinol. Back in 2021, this Wrinkle Cream was also renewed, and I made a thorough deep-dive video about it then too, so if you're interested, please check that out. The biggest change in 2021 was this: the greater the gap in hardness between the dermis and the stratum corneum, the more mechanical stress is placed on the skin, leading to more wrinkles. So, in addition to adding retinol, they worked on reducing that stress by softening the stratum corneum while keeping the dermis firm to a certain degree — that was the focus up until the previous version. So what's different this time? First, tranexamic acid has been added, which people are saying is a huge upgrade. Tranexamic acid is an active ingredient for whitening and also helps prevent skin irritation. This time it's included as a whitening active ingredient, which is great — but the real highlight isn't actually the tranexamic acid. The truly impressive part is that they've packed in ingredients that work synergistically to boost collagen even more. Collagen comes in many types. The most abundant is Type I collagen, but for example, in young skin, there's not just Type I but also relatively more of the softer Type III and Type V collagens. It's already known that these Type III and Type V collagens are located in the upper part of the dermis. It's also known that having plenty of these types in the upper dermis leads to the production of collagen with more firmness and elasticity. However, as we age, Type III and Type V collagen gradually decrease and become stiffer, which is known to cause a loss of firmness. So what ingredient increases Type I, III, and V collagen? Of course — it's retinol. It's known that retinol properly increases Type I, III, and V collagen, so they wanted to make sure to include it. This time, they also identified which collagen types retinol specifically affects, and it turns out that increasing Type III and V collagen reduces mechanical stress, which in turn helps improve wrinkles — reaffirming just how amazing retinol truly is. Among these, Shiseido has found that Type V collagen is especially important. It's known that having sufficient Type V collagen, in addition to Type I and III, helps connect Type I and III collagen together, creating stronger, softer, and more elastic fibers. Discovering how to properly increase this Type V collagen is truly remarkable. Now that we understand this new mechanism of retinol, some of you might think, "Is that really such a big evolution?" But there's more — they've also incorporated additional collagen research. I previously talked about changing the quality of collagen when discussing Elixir's lotion and emulsion, so please check that video for details. When collagen is produced, there are M2 macrophages and M1 macrophages involved, and it's known that M2 macrophages are related to collagen quality. By adding an ingredient that not only increases the quantity of collagen but also improves its quality, you get higher-quality collagen, especially more Type III and V. This time, the ingredient called Collagenesis, which is also found in Elixir's lotion and emulsion, has been included. By adding retinol, they produce plenty of soft yet firm and resilient Type I, III, and V collagen, and by adding Collagenesis, which also improves the quality of that collagen, they've formed an incredibly powerful combination. But that's not all. Collagen is both broken down and produced, and this time they also focused on the breakdown process. Collagen is typically broken down by an enzyme called elastase, a well-known collagen-degrading enzyme, so they worked to suppress that too. However, it's known that Type I and III collagen are broken down by an enzyme called collagenase, while Type V is broken down by an enzyme called gelatinase. By thoroughly suppressing collagenase, gelatinase, and elastase, they found a way to inhibit the breakdown of Type I, III, V, and all other collagen types. To find out how best to do this for each enzyme, Shiseido conducted thorough research and discovered a cocktail ingredient called Enzyme Shot CP, a complex of thyme extract, mangosteen peel extract, amur cork tree extract (Kurara extract), and glycerin. So: retinol increases Type I, III, and V collagen. Collagenesis improves its quality. And since it would be a shame if that collagen got broken down, Enzyme Shot CP is added to suppress collagenase, gelatinase, and elastase — allowing high-quality collagen to increase without being broken down. Plus, this time whitening ingredients have been added as well, so I think this is a huge improvement. Even though the retinol concentration itself hasn't changed from before, the fact that they've unified collagen research that works synergistically with retinol is truly incredible. On top of that, tranexamic acid has been added in a straightforward way. So while retinol increases hyaluronic acid in the epidermis, and in the dermis it increases Type I, III, and V collagen, giving you plump firmness on the inside as well as a fuller feel on the epidermis — working on both the epidermis and dermis — plus the added benefit of tranexamic acid providing some whitening effect, I think this has become quite an incredibly powerful retinol cream. By the way, this Elixir Retino Power Wrinkle Cream contains Collagenesis and the ingredients mentioned earlier, but there's another product that goes one step further — Shiseido's Vital Perfection Deep Retino Bright. This one contains not just retinol and tranexamic acid, but also Shiseido's proprietary ingredient 4MSK. The difference between this one and that one is that this one doesn't just contain 4MSK — it also contains something called Benibana Red, which comes from Shiseido's research on protecting blood vessels. By increasing blood vessels, not only collagen but also epidermal stem cells increase — something Shiseido has been researching for a long time. Having healthy blood vessels also means nutrients are properly delivered to the skin. So while this one focuses heavily on collagen research, that one approaches things from a different angle — blood vessels — which governs the skin's elasticity. Either one is perfectly fine, but if you want to focus more on anti-aging care, it's worth keeping Vital Perfection in mind as well. So, what did you think? Of course, the retinol percentage, the penetration technology, and the stability haven't changed, but Shiseido has clearly done amazing research into how collagen increases and what it should be combined with. It's been upgraded again, so please check it out. I really feel like this is the accumulation of research. What's cutting-edge now — the researchers who created it are already looking further ahead, so in three or four years, I'm sure Elixir will incorporate even newer collagen research.
